I received this for Mother’s day and waited to set it up. I should have set it up immediately. This frame is amazing. All my pictures from my phone were able to be uploaded and now they just roll through. It is great to see the memories every day.

My Dad has a frame similar to this. Wanted one so we could have recent photos of our family up. Very easy to load pictures to and easy to use.
Easy to use. Family can send photos to an email and do not need the app. One person does need the app though to start. It works well for folks not technologically inclined.

Bought this as a gift for my parents and it was their absolute favorite gift. My parents have no tech knowledge at all and this allows them to get pictures of all their grandchildren with zero effort. So easy for everyone in the family to upload pictures. The related app took a little while to figure out but once we did it was very user friendly.
Put this on my front table and the kids and grandkids get stuck watching the slideshow. Easy to use and upload pictures. Only downside is you have to keep your screen active on your phone for the pictures to upload.
My father had hundreds of photos on his phone from his children and grandchildren; all as text messages. I was able to take all of those photos, and other favorites from social media loaded on this frame. So glad that I didn’t HAVE TO get a membership for this frame. So easy to set up, and continue to add photos. This is defiantly a gift that keep on giving.
What I don’t like about this there is a subscription to increase capability and options to upload videos. Even then, they have to be very short – 1 minute or less in length. I didn’t think the subscription was worth the price. My mother has this in her apartment and all the grandkids upload their family pictures for her to see. In that respect, its a great way to easy share family photos without mom being a techno genius to review them.
This is my second unit. I originally had an issue with my first one past it’s warranty & their customer service was great in helping me out. Great product & customer service!
Nixplay is fun. When you walk in a room, your slideshow is going and the more pictures you add, the better. Start with past pictures and then add new family and friend photos. You can add music too which is why we turn ours off at night.
Such a great gift idea! I started uploaded a random meme everyday on it and surprising my mom.
LOVE this frame! Setup was a breeze, had everything linked to the app and ready to go before gifting to my parents who are not tech savvy. They just had to plug it in and enjoy the photos. My sister and I are states away and both have access to the app to add photos. The grandparents love it!

Die Idee ist genial: Man holt einen Bilderrahmen fr Freunde, Eltern und Verwandte und sendet darauf per Mobiltelefon oder Internet Bilder.
Um den Bilderrahmen vorzubereiten lie ich ihn mir schicken und bekam ein augenscheinlich neues, eingeschweites Produkt. Die Einrichtung ist gut dokumentiert und im aufbereitet, nur leider kam dann irgendwann die Meldung, dass der Rahmen schon in Benutzung war.
Hier konnte der Support dann nach ein paar Tagen helfen und der Zugriff funktionierte.
Im Gegensatz zu hnlichen Rahmen kann man diesen auch ber ein Internetportal beliefern, und nicht nur per Handyapp.
Der Bewegungssensor ist eine gute Sache und spart Strom.
Der Rahmen (in Plastikholzfassung) sieht gut aus, die Bildqualitt berzeugt.
Bis auf die Probleme bei der Einrichtung eine Empfehlung.
Bought this for my wife on Mother’s Day. Great gift, easy to set up and use right away. Haven’t tried the e-mail feature but really happy with the purchase and would recommend. It can hang on the wall but needs a receptacle nearby, but you will see the cord hanging.
Trs bel effet esthtique, l’application sur smartphone n’est pas trs intuitive et qui peut s’avrer un peu complexe pour les non initis, pour ajouter les photos ou configurer le cadre.
On peut mettre des vidos, et choisir de mettre le son ou non pour les vidos.
La commande est pratique et permet un paramtrage facile, trs lisible sur l’cran du cadre.

Nixplay is the best. That’s why we purchased one as a surprise gift for my family member. Good thing I called a week later and asked how she liked it. She didn’t know who to thank for the gift. How embarrassing for her. They never enclosed the note with the gift telling her who sent it. 🙁

This frame is perfect for what I needed. Great picture quality, the app is easy to use, uploading is simple and you can quickly edit on the fly on the upload screen. I like that it plays short videos, too; although I did take a star off for needing a subscription to play videos longer than 15s, feels like a shameless cash grab.
Overall very happy with the frame and free features it comes with.
The phone app is awful. The interface is awful. Move on of you don’t want to loose hours of your life trying to negotiate this insanely poorly designed app. The frame itself isn’t bad, but the app makes it impossible to use. Save yourself hours of frustration and fury at others incompetence – buy a different frame.

These are cool. Wish they would get ride of anual subscription but thankfully the free package has all you need.

Gave this as a gift to my mother. Set up was simple and easy. We downloaded hundreds of grandkids and family pics and she loves looking at them. You can create multiple photo files and upload new photos from your phone. You can even upload videos. If you’re giving this as a gift to technology-challenged people, I recommend someone skilled does the setup and controls the photo files from their own phone.
One great feature is the motion detector which turns the frame on when it senses movement and turns off after a period of no movement you select. This frame is sturdy, has great picture quality, and has a sharp, modern design that looks great in the room. This is a great gift and great value.
These things are way more expensive than they should be. Not even Nixplay, just all of them. At that price it’s like I might as well go buy a few fire tables and set up an auto scrolling app with photos lol.
That being said my parents seem to love these things. And Nixplay definitely seems to be the best company for them in my opinion. Still these should be like $50 tops. I really don’t understand why they are so expensive but it did what it said it would so

Die Bildqualitt ist sehr gut. Je nachdem, ob man den Rahmen hochkant oder quer aufstellt, wirken immer die Bilder sehr klein, die entgegen der Richtung angezeigt werden. Die Einrichtung hat entgegen den Beschreibungen in manchen Tests gut geklappt.
Der groe Vorteil ist, dass eingeladene Freunde leicht Bilder schicken knnen. Der Nachteil vielleicht, dass sie alle erst die App installieren mssen.
Der Bewegungssensor funktioniert nicht so richtig gut, eigentlich nur ganz geradeaus, in einem zu kleinen vertikalen Bereich. Wenn der Rahmen zu weit oben steht und sich abschaltet, muss man schonmal vom Sofa aufstehen, um ihn wieder einzuschalten.
Die Mglichkeiten, die Reihenfolge der Bilder festzulegen, sind vielfltig, trotzdem hat man bei zuflliger Wiedergabe manchmal das Gefhl, einzelne Bilder stndig und andere gar nicht zu sehen. Aber man kann die Reihenfolge vielfltig festlegen (z.B. nur die 100 oder 200 neuesten u.a.)
Der groe Vorteil des Rahmens ist neben der guten Bildqualitt der, dass man die Bildauswahl besser aktuell halten kann und nicht erst mit Speicherkarten oder USB-Sticks hantieren muss.
Ich wrde den Rahmen wieder kaufen.
This frame is awesome. Started out getting one for my late husband’s mother-in-law, decided to get one for my own parents and then also for my boyfriend’s mom. I set each of them up before gifting and they all absolutely loved them! I began loving them myself as I set them all up wishing I had one. They are especially great when you have loved ones you don’t get to see much and they can send pictures and short videos all the time. To my surprise my daughters got me one for Christmas and I was so happy! Highly recommend the Nixplay frames!
Der Bilderrahmen entspricht soweit den Vorstellungen und ist sehr Hochwertig. Man kann ihn sowohl im Hoch- als auch im Querformat hinstellen und auch aufhngen.
Was mich strt ist einzig und alleine, dass es keine Mglichkeit gibt Bilder direkt einzuspielen, also ber USB oder SD Karte. Man kann nur nach Registrierung ber HandyApp oder Mail (die ber die Herstellerfirma verbunden ist) Fotos einspielen. Also nichts fr alte Leute, die kein Smartphone oder berhaupt Internet haben. Man knnte auch Videos abspielen, aber nur wenn man ein Abo abschliet. Der Preis dafr ist meiner Meinung nach viel zu hoch. Ja, man hat dann auch einen Cloudspeicher dabei, aber wer braucht das schon? Dafr sollte ich eigentlich noch einen zustzlichen Stern abziehen, aber ich habe heute meinen guten Tag.

Wir nutzen es in der Familie mit der zugehrigen App. Dort kann man Playlisten anlegen, die man dann dem Bilderrahmen ber die Cloud zuweist. Der Rahmen holt sich die Bilder dann selbstndig und spielt diese ab. Besonders praktisch ist dabei die automatische Zoom und Zentrierungfunktion, die versucht, die Gesichter auf den Bildern zu identifizieren, um dann das Bild so passend im Rahmen zu zoomen, dass keine schwarzen Streifen entstehen und keine Gesichter abgeschnitten sind. Klappt berraschend gut.
Die Groeltern mssen rein gar nichts machen, auer sich berraschen lassen. Wir fttern jeden Monat eine neue Playlist und so gibts immer eine berraschung im Rahmen.

Nach einem halben Jahr im Betrieb war einer unserer NIXPLAY RAHMEN pltzlich dunkel.
AMAZON hat sich sofort gekmmert und hat den Kontakt zum NIXPLAY-Service in die Wege geleitet.
Dieser hat sich auch noch am selben Tag bei mir gemeldet und war von Beginn an sehr professionell an der schnellen Problemlsung interessiert.
Alles sah nach defektem Netzteil aus, so das man mir umgehend ein Neues schickte — dieser Austausch ist bei NIXPLAY brigens immer kostenlos, steht so auch in der Bedienungsanleitung (diese sollte man grundstzlich lesen!).
Das neue Netzteil war nach 2 Tagen hier, der Rahmen startete tatschlich wie gewohnt. Leider hielt die Freude nicht lange und das einzige was der Rahmen noch hergab war die Hintergrundbeleuchtung.
Meine Enttuschung war entsprechend gro und ich war mehr als gespannt, wie es jetzt mit dem Kundenservice weitergeht.
Aber — entgegen der ein oder anderen angeblich sehr negativen Erfahrungsberichte hier wurde ich mchtig positiv berrascht!
Denn nachdem ich die Sache geschildert hatte, wurde von NIXPLAY nicht lange diskutiert von wegen falsche Handhabung” usw. – manche Hersteller sind ja recht erfinderisch, wenn es darum geht, die Schuld auf den Kunden zu schieben um keinen Ersatz leisten zu mssen – nein, nichts davon, sofort wurde mir ein neuer Rahmen kostenfrei (Garantie) in Aussicht gestellt.
Dieser kam heute an, ausgepackt, installiert und die Freude an den Fotos kann weitergehen.
Also, ich bin von dem Produkt immer noch berzeugt, vor allem von dem mehr als unkomplizierten
Austausch durch den stets freundlichen und absolut professionell agierenden Kundenservice.

This was a Christmas gift for my parents, they absolutely love it. I set it up for them, created an account for myself and my sister. We both send photos to the frame regularly and I get calls from them often telling me how happy there are to see new photos show up. They get to see what the grandchildren are up to without looking at social media sites. The frame and app have been simple and easy to use, we have never had to troubleshoot any issues. My mom even figured out a way to set off hours for the frame every night so that the motion doesn’t trigger it on at night. She also manages the photos by putting older ones ina different folder so they only see newer or favorite photos. My sister also loves that she can download all the photos, we have tried multiple photo sharing methods and this is actually a pretty good side plus of the frame. Greatest gift ever for grandparents.
It’s my mum’s favourite item in the whole world, she is mesmerised by it. We all upload pictures to it all the time, from our phones, so she gets new photos every day on her frame. Very easy to use, seamless, and free once you’ve bought the quite-expensive frame. Great quality picture too.

I got this for my parents. We love it so much, I ended up getting it for myself, and we’re getting it for my brother for his birthday. And now my grandparents are getting one too. It’s truly idiot proof – you don’t have to have any tech savvy to set this thing up and it connects easily with the phones. Works exactly as described: you can send a picture from wherever you are and it will show up on the frame that you send it to within minutes. It has a nice interface with the iPhone in that you can send photos from your camera role without even opening the app. As I said due to my initial purchase my family is now buying at least four of these and honestly will probably end up getting more. The only thing I don’t like is that the videos can be a little bit laggy. But overall awesome product.
I researched lots of frames and chose this one, so glad i did. Brilliant photos, very clear, easy to set up and the motion detector function is a great addition because as soon as you walk into the room your photos are on display. I like the slow change function but there are loads to chose from. Good price
I bought 2 of these. One was shipped to my
MIL and one I had shipped to myself to set up for my parents. My MIL said it was very easy to set up and get me the serial number I needed to share a playlist I created. I also found it very customizable.
I have given 2 frames to long distance grandparents. I am easily able to curate a photo album from the Nixplay app. I even had my SIL get the app and we collaborate on a playlist for one set of grandparents. So the grandparents only have to set up motion sensing/schedules/brightness/volume (all done with the remote that comes with the frame). Meanwhile, from across the country, two moms can create a joint playlist of baby photos and it gets updated automatically to the frames.
This is so simple and perfect for our family living far apart to share baby milestones/photos without involving social media. I really love it and I have received awesome feedback from the recipients. My dad says he will just sit and watch all the photos and short 15 second videos.
Next up, we will get one for the great grandparents!
Great device, looks good and as loads of useful features (auto-off, Google photos, etc.). However, very sad that the device does not exist in 4:3. I had to create a specific Nix album and crop all my best pictures to take advantage of the whole frame.
I recently purchased another brand, and I am so glad I returned that one and tried this one. It was so much easier to set up and understand. It also came with a remote. The key differentiating factor was that pictures could be split into different playlists so you can only show one group of photos at a time. For example, I have a Mommy playlist (we lost our Mom 3 years ago) and during my tribute Mother’s Day dinner I had only photos of Mom shuffling through. It was awesome. I may run into problems later as the benefits are pretty minimum without paying a monthly fee, but for starters I am happy.
So easy to send pictures from your phone to this device & to manage the display remotely.
I bought it for my dad & update it remotely for him when I get pictures I know he will like. Very easy to use & a good quality, large display.

These frames are an excellent way to enjoy all of the photos buried in your phone. We find ourselves getting distracted mid-task stopping to watch the pictures (which we took) because it’s so nice to see them on more than a simple phone screen. In fact, we loved it so much we got frames for the grandparents and it’s a pretty easy way to share out photos.
Setup was pretty easy and straightforward. For the grandparents, we setup the frames at our house, added photos, put them back in the box and wrapped them up for gifts. Then all the grandparents had to do was connect it to their WiFi. Doing this, the grandparent’s frames are technically “mine” in the app and Nixplay allows you to “own” 5 frames on one (free) account. This makes it very easy to add photos to both frames at the same time. In theory we might run into cloud storage issues someday but I figure we’ll cross that bridge or pay for the upgrade account when we get there.
Grandma has downloaded the app, made an account and become a “friend” to my account. This allowed me to share the “playlist” on her frame and she can add her own photos. Again, I can add photos to all the frames on my own which is what I really wanted. NOTE: the frame doesn’t have to be on/connected to the internet for photo adds. It seems to just download them the next time it’s online. Great so you can just add photos whenever the mood strikes with no coordination.
The app works. It IS a little clunky but you can also share pics right out of iPhoto on the phone once you have the app installed. Hopefully they’ll continue to improve it but it’s functional as is. You are limited to 15 second video clips on the free account but you can crop the clip and it works.
All in all, great functional way to easily share photos to the grandparents. They love it and we get multiple messages/calls a month about how much they like the frames! We might get another for the desk at work…

The stand is solid and well built and doubles up as a power in. It is mains only but you could get a batter pack and the right voltage cable though I haven’t tried this yet.
I wish it was a tad cheaper as essentially all frames are just a tablets and you can buy a good tablet for about 110. But it is what it is.
I will be buying more of these for family but need to calm down as it is pricey but bloody worth it.

I love this product. It is so easy to download pictures to. It is pricy but worth it.
Zeer tevreden hierover. Het is wel niet om aan de muur te bevestigen gezien dit constant in het stopcontact moet.
Good frame. Pleasant add to the house. I appreciate the customizable qualities including clock and motion detector. Nicely integrates with google cloud. It would be great if it could do so with apple icloud, but i’m guessing apple is less open to integration with their ecosystem.
We got this for my mom, who is elderly and not at all tech savvy, and she calls me on a daily basis to tell me how much she loves this frame!! It’s fantastic to be able to have my brothers and I, who all live in different cities, add pictures for mom and she doesn’t have to do a thing except sit back and enjoy them! I am extremely thrilled with this photo frame!
