Brilliant heater instant heat feels like the sun. The reason for 4 stars is 18 months later the pull switch does not work. Had a friend take it apart and the pull bit is bent. No idea how ? Wish there was a way to fix it. As i can’t afford a new 1.

Good heat. No assembly required. Straight out of the box and in use.

Lovely heaters but really don’t understand how you can have a heater for a ceiling with a 4ft cable

lovely slim unit looks like a spaceship. installed it under our gazebo and it was lovely and toasty last night sat out having drinks. not only does it give off heat it also gives off a lovely amber light so didn’t need any other lights on. simple pull switch works well with no faffing around with remote controls that get lost or need batteries.

Decent heat output for the size. Heats up a 3m gazebo with sides pretty well in circa 5′ windy weather. Click cord for low, high, off is efficient. Yes as others have said the cable is short but I needed an extension cable anyway so it wasn’t an issue. Worth checking size properly before you buy as it hangs pretty low, not an issue for us as we put a table under it anyway to make sure no one would walk into it, but they could otherwise.
