The FREECAM outdoor security camera is a great product at a reasonably affordable price. The device works both as a motion activated floodlight, but it also acts as a security camera providing high quality 1080P footage on your preferred viewing device.
The camera also has Auto Siren functionality, 2-way audio and is weatherproof. Price is very fair and reasonable, image quality is good, lights are very bright and price is good, a great product and very pleased with it.
My husband had no issues setting this up for me. He set this up above our garage where he keeps his work tools. It gives out a good source of light. The picture quality from the camera is very clear even at night.
The camera has a very wide angle view, so it can take in a huge area. I have one pointing down to look at my back door, and yet you can still see most of my 100ft garden!

We bought this as we have had a spate of burglaries in our local area and we wanted some added security. The LED lights are excellent, nice and bright for the area we are covering (driveway). The camera works well both in normal mode and night vision. It took me a bit of time to set the sensitivity up so it was only coming on when it was needed, but it works great now. The picture quality is really good on all modes, and it was fairly simple to set up, I’m not a technophobe, but I’m no genius either, but I managed it. All in all, I’m really pleased with it.
This IP55* weather-resistant, 1920x1080p resolution, wifi transmitting security camera with flood lights, PIR sensor, night-vision and two-way audio is a great budget way of providing some security and surveillance to your property with minimal fuss.
Included in the package is everything you need to set it up (no SD card, but it isn’t required for use) and the app required is relatively clear, simple and easy to navigate (anyone who’s used non-‘named brand’ tech before will know the typical hassle..)
The video quality is clear and bright enough to see faces/number plates, etc, with a 1920×1080 resolution, recording at 30fps, with a field of view (FOV) of 127, whereas the PIR sensor has a 180 FOV. And, provided that your 2.4Ghz wifi network is stable and reaosnably speedy, you can livestream the camera’s video feed directly to your device (can be streamed to multiple devices/users simultaneously).
As for audio, the camera has both a microphone and speaker housed within, and thus you can use it as a two-way communication tool through the required app. The audio is just clear enough to make out typical speech back and forth, and is perfectly sufficient for the job, especially considering the weather/water-resistance.
*The unit itself set-up has an IP55 water and dust resistance rating, which essentially means it is protected from most physical matter ingress (dirt, sand, etc), and is resistant from low-pressure water all round (basically, it can handle all weather, but don’t try to pressure wash it or submerge it for a laugh…)

well constructed and with easy installation instructions for mounting…includes fixtures.
seperate instructions for app use arnt very clear but once app downloaded it was self explanitary to set up.
lights are powerful and easy lights up our yard.

only slight problem is wifi speed, but if uv got a strong signal its great.
