Great concept and great product. Only downside is that it would be easier for small dogs to use if it was a little lower to the ground. Other than that, it works really well.
Unfortunately I had to send mine back because my puppy didn’t like the noise it made so she was never going to put the ball back in herself but we were really impressed with the distance it fired the ball out . For a non scared dog it would be brilliant . We were gutted we had to return it but refunded straight away no hassle.

Have had this ball launcher for a couple of weeks and so far so good. Decent for the price as have bought a more expensive one before which broke down and would regularly have a problem with balls getting stuck in it. This one appears to be much simpler in design which I would say is a good thing. I also use a towel to wipe the balls before putting in to reduce the dog slobber!

Balls were smaller than I thought, but that was my fault. Still good quality
It only uses the really tiny balls though – those are not proper full sized balls in the picture. Not sure how well it works with fluffy tennis balls once they get a bit drooly after play, as we only use the amazing SportPet High bounce balls (the mini ones for this launcher) as he destroys anything less robust within minutes. They get quite slippery, so I often have to dry them before putting them back in the launcher. The thrower doesn’t work so well, and sometimes not at all, if the balls are slippery or wet, leading to a very confused and frustrated dog.
Would be good if it were easier to clean the inside as it can get grubby quite quickly, even just with indoor use.
My little pomeranian loves it. I can’t wait to use it with battery outside in the summer.

Brilliant but its a shame not all balls fit in it and you can only buy there balls at an expense
I bought the small version for my 8 month old Bichon Frise who loves playing fetch. He absolutely loves this launcher. There are 3 settings for different lengths of the launch, so he can play in my lounge or the garden. Conveniently battery or mains operated. You get the odd launch that doesn’t go as far, but most of the time is works really well. My dog did not want to stop playing the first day we introduced him to it.
A great toy for a smaller dog. Probably not powerful enough for larger breeds.
Great ball thrower, didn’t suit our dog as she was put off by the noise it made not that it was very noisy. Just a timid dog.
Some people got high expectations here or they didn’t read the descriptions, isn’t a tennis ball machine. The strength to throw the ball has some “fluctuations”, sometimes go further than others but still satisfied, just give a break I guess LoL. My dog is a terrier of 8 months around 6kg, is perfect to him or medium dogs. I wouldn’t recommend for big dogs, yourself throwing the ball is better. More suitable for indoor or yards, I would say. Due the fact that the machine will throw maximum around 10metres, which if it is a wide open garden, would be better yourself playing.
Brilliant, dog absolutely loves it!! Has mentally exhausted him for two days now It does throw pretty far! Depends how big your house is I guess! My little dachshund loves it!
Our puppy loved this but it stopped launching after 4 days so we had to return it .The belt continued to move but it would not launch the ball.
The adjustable distance selection allows for play indoors or outdoors!
If the balls get wet then the launcher has trouble throwing them very far but the dog doesn’t mind! Great fun!

Bought this to keep my dog occupied for when I’m out as she even gets bored the only thing is she loves the toy and loves her and after the ball but we just got to teach her to put the ball in the top hole fit to pop back out but it’s really good fun and it keeps them motivated best toy eve
