Rsultat fracture du poignet gauche, de plus impossible de tenir sur mes jambes.
Retour en ambulance, refus de me diriger pour les genoux en urgence, raison priorit covid.
Depuis attente kin domicile depuis plus de 6 mois. Perte totale jambes et mains et musculature.
Maintenant j’ai enfin un kinsithrapeute et rcupre un peu.
C’est apparemment le seul vendeur qui respecte la valeur de ses haltres 0 g,7 prs normal moulage de caoutchouc respecter au grammes prs.
Trs bonne qualit vous ne trouverez pas mieux, je les recommands.

My family have wanted some dumbbells for a while, but being a novice I wasn’t sure which ones to get.
I was offered these ones and I am very impressed with them. They are rubber and quieter to use. They are also shaped, so they won’t roll away if they are dumped on the floor. This also allows you to do other exercises with them, as they stay put.
They are very comfortable to hold and use. We are very impressed with these dumbbells and plan to buy some in another weight.
These are amazing – strong and well constructed, the are a great addition to a home workout routine.
I like the stage – once placed down theres no rolling about of the weights.
They also make great door stops.

They’re easier to shift away too with being squared edges. My others would roll around. You can stack these away in a corner or on top of each other.

I think the original price of 89.99 is a little high. At the time of writing, the price had been reduced to 76.49, making it a little more appealing. There are cheaper 10kg dumbbells available, but this one is of high quality.

Your floor wont get scratched due to the rubbery coats on the side.

This pair of 10Kg high quality, rubber and stainless steel dumbbells are great.
The outer bell is a night quality rubber with a 12 sided Dodecagon on the outside with a steel core that seems to be resistant to me lifting every day and even the occasional trip hazard if used as a doorstep.
The inner is made from stainless steel with a nice patterned cold-rolled grip and a slightly curved bar. This allows you to have a better grip and be safer with heavyweights.
The quality of the whole item is very good and looks like it will last for many years to come.
I have found that dumbbells with allover rubber coating can be difficult to grip. These are the best of both worlds and are well made. They are great for home workouts.
These are some solid dumbells. I ordered 2 X 10kg and below is my experience:
Pros:
+ Came really well packaged. Compact box, easy to hold and the dumbells holding securely within the box. Would rate highly as a gift too
+ True weight per dumbell is around 10kg (see attached pic)
+ Knurling is palpable but not hard/do not dig in the hands
+ The red lettering is easy to read
+ Do not roll over
+ Do not stink (a very common problem with rubber dumbells)
+ The dumbells are made of steel with a rubber coating unlike other hex dumbbels which are full rubber
Cons:
– Quite expensive compared to other hexa rubber dumbells in the market. This is despite the fact that the PROIRON dumbells are full steel with a rubber coating. I would happily save 30 and go for rubber hex dumbells
Overall, I think these are really good dumbells, let down by their price.

I’ve been wanting some dumbbells that look like hexagons so I can do other activities with them without rolling away. These are perfect and have been great to use. They are the perfect weight for me to use and the nice thing is, is that they don’t smell which is a big bonus because sometimes they can smell, they are also comfortable too. Overall very happy.
These dumbbells are fantastic, so sturdy and excellent quality! They’re very expensive for dumbbells but at the same time they are proper quality. If you take your workouts seriously you may not mind paying a higher price for these. Very happy with them!
These are a good set of 10kg dumbbells, but they are definitely overpriced at 89.99 – you can get a decent pair for half the price. They have a nice grip and the rubber seems good quality which should last for many years. I can’t justify the price though.
I staggered when I took delivery of these dumbells even though I knew they were a twenty-kilos box. They are well made and look the business. The knurling on them is not too aggressive but deliberate enough to afford a good, safe grip.
They feel safe in use and secure. Being flat sided, they don’t roll when you put them down on the floor, which is a good safety feature. The weights themselves are fixed and don’t twist or shift during exercises. Traditionally dumbell weights are wide-diametered and slim but these are short-diametered and thick. For me the big advantage is that there’s little chance of clanging myself when I’m doing forearm or wrist curls. They feel less cumbersome to use and I don’t feel hampered by them.
Being rubber, they are quiet in use. This is a good thing for me because I like to be discreet about my ‘training schedule’, in that nobody can tell how long or how vigorously I do it. I far prefer these rubber, fixed dumbells to the metal, adjustable ones that shift and clang on their bar. I’m happy with these and hope for good progress.
There’s no denying these are good dumbbells. Both are finished to a decent standard, the handles are nice and thick and the rubber feels strong. These, as long as they’re looked after should last a long time.
The only problem I have with them is the price, 89.99 for a pair of 10kg dumbbells is too much, even during lockdown you wouldn’t be paying that.
