Delivered quickly, does what it’s supposed to, no problems as of yet having used it for 1-2 months.
Actually a decent controller. I bought this when I visited my parents and forgot my controller at home. I no longer use my genuine 360 or Xbox one controller. Also nice to know that if it breaks it’s not 50+ down the drain.
Well pleased, works like a dream. Very sensitive and feels good in the hand, would recommend.
This is a pretty basic level wired controller which looks ok and does the same job however it does feel rather flimsy and bes suited for use as a backup controller. The quality is not so great and buttons do not feel as smooth
I’m using this on my PC and it’s very simple. Plug it into the USB port and windows recognises it as 360 controller. Works well on my supported games with no mess & no fuss, no need to download additional software. Feels great and comfortable in the hand and had no problems with the buttons or analog sticks. Well worth a purchase at a fraction of the official thing or modern fancy equivalent.
Since Xbox 360 controllers aren’t officially made anymore I requested this as my controllers have seen better days, I am pleased to say that it works perfectly with my Xbox 360.
The build quality is fairly good feels just as good as the official controllers and the buttons, triggers, sticks all feels great honestly speaking the controller for all it’s intent is just like an official controller which is what I would expect.
Overall I am very pleased with the product it works perfectly and is ideal for those who wants that Xbox 360 controller vibe that newer controllers don’t have.
Thank you kindly for the review sample.
I got this to play with my kid.
Compared to other cheap compatible controllers I have tried, it costs a few pounds more but feels sufficiently robust and the buttons also feel good.
It is early days, having only used it for a few weeks, but it seems to be working just as good as the first day, crossing fingers.
The able is sufficiently long and I was recognized by Windows 10 without any issue.
Good spare controller.
This is very well made controller styled for xbox 360 which works amazing with pc and xbox 360 console. If someone would pass me this controller I wouldn’t doubt that it is not real. Feels superb in hand. Resistance of triggers is exactly same like in original controller. Bumpers, XYBA buttons, analog sticks and cross pad feels like legitimate and high quality.
With pc no drivers required, it is pretty much plug and play. This is wired so no battery on board so it feels light. Very ergonomic and lays in hand very comfortably. Been playing with it for while and didn’t have any problem whatsoever. For this price this is great controller.
This is great as a budget Xbox 360 controller that doesn’t offer the wireless capabilities that are taken for granted amongst gamers these days. But does offer a low price, responsive controls and a sturdy and well built controller overall.
The layout is the same as the official controllers, so experienced gamers won’t have to get familiar with it at all, it is a case of plug and play.
The vibration works as well as the OEM controller, so all in all there’s nothing to find negatives with really.
I am happy to recommend.
Although this isn’t quite as good as an official XBOX controller, considering it is priced at around a third (or even less) of the price, this is really good value.
First of all, the layout is almost identical to an official XBOX controller. You have the D-pad, two joysticks, four action buttons and then the two shoulder buttons and two triggers. You then have the pause button, menu button and ‘XBOX button’ in the centre. The action buttons are coloured and labelled, which is useful for many games that display the colour or letter during tutorial stages, etc.
I really liked the fact that this is a cabled controller. I play PC games and so wireless controllers are a bit of a pain for me as my motherboard doesn’t have bluetooth. This means I have to use a micro USB cable and, as people will know, the XBOX controller are notorious for developing connection issues over time. The fact this one has a sturdy and built in cable is a real plus for me and I’ve not had a single disconnect since I start using it, which is great… finally!
Where this controller falls slightly short of an official controller is in the quality of how it feels. This isn’t a deal-breaker, but you will notice the plastic it’s made of feels a little cheaper, the buttons aren’t quite as comfortable to press – they’re stiffer – and there’s no added extras like grippy materials, etc.
All that said, if you’re just looking for a second controller that your friend can use when they come over or you want a controller for the odd gaming session then this is going to be a great deal as it works perfectly.
The only person unlikely to appreciate this controller is someone who plays multiple hours of games a day. I think in this person’s case, they are probably better off paying the extra money for a more comfortable official controller.
For me, as someone who only uses a controller about twice a week, this is great and I think it’s plenty functional enough and comfortable enough for my 5-6 hours gaming a week.
This is decent for a replica controller and easy to use, just plug in and go. Good to have as a spare to, decent quality and decent value for money
This is almost the same as an original xbox controller at a much better price. Even the same colours! Plugged it in and worked perfectly well immediately A great buy for a spare controller at a super price
Great controller has a range of compatibility with from the xbox 360 to windows gaming. It’s got built in rumble motors to vibrate based on the in-game response. It’s got all of the usual buttons and joystick inputs and triggers. They are all placed ergonomically and the handle fits around your hand perfectly. It’s got very low latency. I would absolutely recommend this for gaming.
I haven’t used this on my Xbox, but I have used it on my PC and also my MiSTer setup, and it works perfectly for both. The buttons have a nice short travel, whilst the analogue sticks have a nice travel and very small deadzone. My only small crib is the d pad feels a little sluggish. This could well be just in need of running in, so I haven’t reduced my overall mark for this. Triggers and bumpers are also good, with the right amount of travel, too. As this is a wired controller, there is no perceptible lag when using with emulation. A good, solid, inexpensive controller. Recommended.
his is a great controller and works as i should. It’s missing xbox logo on home button so not sure if genuine microsoft. But i do recommend as works as it should do
This controller is as close to an official controller I have experienced.
It feels and works exactly the same as the genuine article. Solid construction, plug and play.
Impressed.
This is a very close replica of the 360 controller, even down to the colours used on the packaging.
Let’s say right now that I don’t like the unnecessary single-use plastic trays inside the box, and move on.
The controller feels great. Solid, nice weight, good quality plastics, the ‘jelly tot’ buttons look good, nice-feeling thumbsticks. It’s all there.
Windows recognises it as an Xbox 360 controller. The default calibration was a bit off when I plugged it into my PC – the analogue sticks were not very linear. Being a nearly-Xbox controller, I could calibrate it properly through Devices and Printers. With that done, it performed really well. I tried it with a bunch of different games, and it even passed the ultimate test – it works with Mass Effect Legendary Edition.
I have loads of controllers, and despite being a Playstation Dualshock user for decades, my preferred controller on PC is my Xbox X/S Wireless, mostly for the ease of use and out-of-the-box compatibility. It wasn’t cheap though. This is, and does pretty much the same thing apart from not being wireless.
Even that’s not much of an issue as the cable is really long. My chair is only two feet from the USB socket on my PC, so I don’t need that much cable, but if I wanted to I could sit the other side of the room.
For 17 this is a great controller, either as a spare or as your main if you don’t mind the cable.
Wired controlled for the Xbox 360 / windows PC. This controller looks like an Xbox controller, has the colour buttons and back controls and also dual vibration which I thought was cool for the price tag. I haven’t got an Xbox 360 to test it on but I managed to test on the pc and it works a treat. Picks up instantly without the need of any software and all the buttons seem to function fine while playing my car game. The dual shock works spot on when crashing on this game too. Arrived well packaged.
Very impressed, pad is brilliant in the hand buttons are very tactile & resposave, haven’t had any imput lag well gaming, love that the USB cord is attached to the pad, so no need to find leads when I want to use the pad.
The wire is very long so no issues there whatsoever, although it’s not a official xbox pad, it feels very close to being one, made with good quality materials, very sturdy.
Brilliant price & would recommend.
got this for the pc great controllers good long lead and work straight out the box, no drift in the analogue sticks and buttons responsive good value for money
This wired controller doesn’t need drivers to install, it is recognised immediately. The cable is extended by 1.75m. It is comfortable to hold it, fast response – as all buttons respond immediately.
You just plug it and start to play. It came very well packaged and fast delivery.
I use Steam on PC and prefer the xbox style controllers for gaming. This unit is easy to use just plug it in and away you go. I have had no compatibility issues, everything works. The triggers are decently weighted and everything operates smoothly. recommended.
I’m using this with Windows 10 for a few games that work better with a controller than mouse/keyboard, and the title pretty much says it all.
Most windows games will pick up a controller that closely copy a standard Xbox controller, and will immediately switch to it and change the in-game keyboard prompts to the controller keys.
This controller is clearly one such close copy; it has everything expected of it (good joysticks, good button action, good rumble), and of course good build quality.
Short and sweet; a winner!
I have spent a few hours playing Rocket League with this earlier on today rather than using my Xbox One controller.
Quite frankly, it feels just as I remembered when playing on the 360 years back. Doesn’t feel cheap or tacky, actually a really sturdy feeling controller.
Trigger tension is good and analog sticks are perfectly centered. The buttons are good too, a little bit harder to press than I like but I have to remember that this is a 360 controller and the buttons on the 360 were never the easiest to press on a new controller. They do loosen off with use though.
All in all, you definitely get your moneys worth with this controller. It still feels similar to an Xbox one controller as they layout is exactly the same.
This xbox styled wired controller by Rahaat is an ok wired controller.
It’s wired, in around 2M in length cable, which is a little bit small for couch play but works very well for pc.
Based on the Xbox controller, it has an ergonomic design which will feel right at home for the majority of gamers.
I normally have the third party controllers for the little one and i’ve received no complaints (so far). It feels ok; though the dpad especially isn’t anywhere near a microsoft controller.
The buttons feel ok to press and are pretty responsive. The shoulder buttons are a bit stiff and the back triggers dont the job but don’t feel as smooth but do a good job.
The rumble feels pretty powerful and the joysticks don’t feel horrible at all – overall, it’s a very good wired controller.
