it goes well in my setup and have not experienced anything wrong with i
Looks fantastic and love the low profile of the keys which were my main reason for buying this product.
I previously had a lesser brand keyboard, but it could light the keys individually. I spent ages finding a keyboard that could also do this, and this keyboard was one of those.
The individual lighting of keys could do with being a little bit more specific. If you light one key a different colour, there is a little bit of colour bleed to the adjacent keys. Also my previous keyboard was a little bit brighter.
The software can be a little bit difficult to use to do specific things in places, but seems to be fully featured.
I specifically like that I can start applications I define by a press of the Function key and another key of my choice, as I also use this computer for work, so start the same 5 applications every day, so set up 5 keys to start them. It is a shame pressing the function key doesn’t highlight the keys that have functions associated with them.
This also integrates with my Hue lights.
Any many games have the key light set up automatically, saving me having to set those up. Diablo 3 for example sets the 1234 and Q key to white and the rest of the keyboard red. And when I level or a legendary drops the keyboard flashes at me, and I didn’t set any of that up.
Also in games I haven’t set up, the keyboard by default will reflect the monitor colours.
The keys seem very robust and a good feel to them.
Overall I am mostly happy with the keyboard, with only a few small things they could improve.
This is a great gaming keyboard, my son has now been using for over a year and has had no problems.
Substantial keyboard, good weight and despite not being mechanical, well worth the money
does exactly what I need and want. looks cool too
Amazing keyboard for gaming and typing and I like it’s brightening too
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. I’ve had nothing but positive feedback since. Keys are mechanical but quiet, which is ideal for streaming. The light settings are brilliant – very aesthetically pleasing.
Bought as a Xmas present for my grandson, he requested this
Very pleased with my purchase. It has very satisfying clicking sounds and the performance and rgb are amazing very good keyboard
Excellent keyboard for gaming. Very responsive, the colours are great. It is very comfortable to use for long periods of time.
First time ever owning a razer product never been able to afford one, but this keyboard was cheap and ive heard they make some durable stuff. and ive got to day they are right, this keyboard feels so comfortable to use personally i love the clicky sound of the switches, aesthetic AF for me. and i’vebeen having fun playing around with the differnt effects and the lightings, currently trying to make a light set up that looks like a pond, not going great but its good fun trying to do i
I’ve been using mechanical keyboards for a while, and while they’re good for gaming, they’re really, really loud for typing, even when you muffle the keys with O-rings. I picked up the Cynosa in the hope that it’d be a good halfway house for writing, gaming and everything in between.
I wasn’t disappointed — the keys are quiet and squishy; there’s no click or thud like a mechanical keyboard, but it feels pleasant and responsive. It’s essentially no-frills; you can set the RGB lighting, and control the volume from the function keys, but lots of the details I’ve gotten used to with mechanicals are missing. There’s no USB passthrough, and no dedicated volume rocker, for example. It’s a solid, minimalistic, responsive keyboard that’s a bit cooler than your standard office keyboard.
Admittedly, this may make the price a little hard to swallow, but it’s definitely nicer to type on and game on than a ‘standard’ keyboard. I’ve been using it for a few months now and it’s definitely a solid halfway house.
There’s nothing to be concerned about with this keyboard it does exactly what it says on the tin, and the RGB effects are amazing. It’s Also very comfortable and responsive using it over long periods weather you are gaming or for normal use
