Reolink is one of the best cctv cameras, I use them since they start be available on Amazon and never disappoint me, always best picture quality and access to cameras from anywhere in the world via reolink app on iPhone and android.
I have lots different models but now time for 4k we see how’s it going. Can’t wait for reolink doorbell with should hit market soon.
Sono telecamere di ottima qualit sia di giorno che di notte. Riprendono a distanze molto lunghe con qualit comunque ottime.
Unica pecca che memorizzano solo le ultime 2 settimane (ho preso il pacchetto con 2T, forse dovevo prendere pi T dato che sono 4 telecamere).
Sono molto ottime anche per un controllo remoto e funzionano benissimo anche con poco internet.

ach etwas mehr als 12 Monaten ist bereits die 1. Kamera defekt. Habe soeben ber Amazon Kontakt zum Verkufer aufgenommen. Da dieser in Hong Kong sitzt bin ich mal gespannt auf den Ausgang.

Once all cameras up on the walls and plugged in it worked straight away through HDMI to our tv. 4K tv with 4K cameras works great and they also pick up audio too. The menu system is very dated though but works for the most part.
The motion detection is very iffy though have it on medium or low (scale) doesn’t pick things up all the time. Put it on high and everything that moves is recorded.
Unfortunately the minute cameras are put up spiders decide to move in and as they cover a large part of the lense they set of the motion detection.
Would be nice if the microphones were a little better as wind really disrupts the sound but sound was just a bonus. I bought them for image quality and they are great.
The app is quite slow and needs more development but works. If you set the rules up on your router properly you can link direct to each camera through url if you have the time to do it.
All in all quite happy with them. Beware though, recording in 4K on 4 cameras eats through the 2TB (1.8TB Actual) hard drive by like 90Gb a day.
There is also room to add 4 more cameras if you need more but you will need a bigger hard drive I think.

Che dire, ottimo prodotto comprato per la mia abitazione, buono il prezzo . Telecamere fantastiche immagini nitide anche in notturno. Installazione semplice e veloce, montante personalmente senza nessun tipo di problematica.
La registrazione in 4K, dotata di visione notturna che funziona benissimo, permette vedere di notte fino a 30 metri.
Ottima anche l’applicazione sul telefonino che permette di vedere tutto in tempo reale, volendo si pu sentire l’audio di quello che succede grazie al microfono integrato nelle telecamera.

Finally! After trying many different CCTV systems and always being disappointed, we hit the jackpot here! Worth every penny.. I cannot recommend this set up enough! The 8MP UHD cameras are beautiful and clear, with brilliant sound from the microphones too, even when using night vision. The PoE setup is super easy and efficient, much better than my previous system. The app is also brilliant and modern compared to many others, the only slight criticism is when live streaming on mobile in the highest quality it’s not the smoothest and can be laggy at times.. you can switch to a lower quality which helps with this massively but the quality is obviously pretty poor then. But this is likely an issue with my internet connection and not a fault of the system itself as sometimes it’s smooth and lag free. (The actually recordings are always smooth and high quality, the issue is just on the live stream)
If you’re considering this system, just go ahead and buy it you honestly won’t be disappointed.

Dopo vari sistemi di videosorveglianza mi sono imbattuto in Reolink, colpito dalle telecamere in 4K ad un prezzo ragionevole.
Inutile dilungarmi sull’incredibile resa delle telecamere sia di giorno che di notte! Veramente tutto eccezionale!
Ad oggi, dopo mesi di perfetto funzionamento, purtroppo una delle telecamere ha smesso di funzionare in modo corretto e dopo aver contattato il servizio clienti, spiegando il problema ed inviando delle foto mi hanno sostituito la telecamera.
Un servizio clienti super che per quanto mi riguarda quando si acquista un prodotto non una cosa da sottovalutare!
5 stelle meritate anche per l app! Semplice ed intuitiva. Mai riscontrato problemi di bug.

Das System lie sich einfach installieren, ich hatte jedoch die gelieferten Patchleitungen nicht verwendet sondern mit cad7 Leitungen neu verlegt (lngste Strecke ca.80m).
Die gelieferte Bedienungsanleitung war o.k.
Das Programm auf der Festplatte war aber auch selbsterklrend daher alles gut.
Die IR Ausleuchtung bei Nacht ist schon super, hab aber da wo sowieso ein Bewegungstrahler hngt das IR Licht ausgeschaltet weil die Tiere in der Nacht sehr interessiert sind…
Bei den Kameras bei denen ich auf IR nicht verzichten kann habe ich die Kamera und anliegende Flchen mit Insektenvernichter eingesprht, das hilft…
Die Empfindlichkeit auf 22 gestellt das hlt die Fehlalarme im Rahmen.
Aufzeichnungen haben gut sichtbare Details durch die hohe Auflsung.

This is a really good product from
Reolink with HD clarity, motion detection and playback. The mobile app is flawless and easy to use. The motion detection pics up even flue gases, cloud movements etc. This would result in filling up your disk space quite early. However am trying to see if there is a way to reduce the sensitivity. The only downside is the price. For this price, I get wide angled cameras along with coloured night vision cameras. Installation needed an expert to run CAT6 cables and setup. Otherwise, all ok and working as expected.
I bought these due to having nasty neighbours. Perfect day/night vision. Really clear audio. Better the swann camreas. If ur looking for audio camreas then buy these. Well worth its. 100% better then others. Wasnt to keen or the wires, had them installed buy a company. But still worth it.
A mio avviso un buon prodotto, facile da installare e da configurare, con l’aiuto dell’assistenza reolink sono riuscito ad aggiornare il dvr e impostare la lingua italiana, ho qualche problema con la visualizzazione da pc (ma sempre seguito dall’assistenza reolink, sono presenti per qualsiasi domanda) l’unica pecca il sistema di fissaggio /bloccaggio telecamera. Detto ci lo consiglio un buon prodotto.
Looked at various cctv products, helped putting up another popular system for my sister, didn’t like that at all.
Settled on reolink.
Been up about 2weeks now, it has already captured what was required, thanks to the 8mp camera I was able to zoom in to the very edge of the captured footage and still have some clarity, this was in the dark with ir turned off.
Quality of cameras is good, I had no issues with any of the supplied cables, I read one review saying they were poor and you couldn’t put them through walls or tight spaces, these are internal network cables, I taped the ends up to protect the plugs and managed to run them all no problem, all worked first time.
The nvr was easy to set up, I didn’t need to refer to the instructions it’s all straight forward, only stupid thing I did was contact support about the use of a USB hub as I had read another review saying it only had 1 USB, it has 2, one on the front 1 on the rear, that was my fault for not looking at the instructions, crystal from support emailed the next morning with a nice pic of the locations of USB ports, so I now know support is there if needed.
Nvr is very quiet in operation, app works fine, Windows client is great and can access everything needed.
I would buy this again, very pleased with it.
Voici mon retour d’exprience aprs 3 mois d’installation, l’extrieur aux 4 coins de ma maison.
Si la dtection de mouvement pour vous n’est pas un impratif, trs bon systme.
Cot positif :
– camra avec poe (les cbles rseau fournis alimentent aussi la camra, pas de cblage d’alimentation prvoir en sus).
– une bonne longueur de cble, catg 5e. Cela suffit pour faire passer la 4K. SI vous avez besoin de plus de longueur, il faut en racheter (j’ai pris du 6a pour 2 camras qui ncessitait plus de longueur).
– trs bonne image jour ou nuit
– conception robuste
– enregistrement 24/24 : accs en temps rel ou aux enregistrements sur PC, ou sur tlphone
– ce type de camra ne vous prend pas de bande passante internet car filaire (les images sont enregistres sur l’enregistreur via les cbles, et seul la consultation via tlphone ou PC se fait par internet).
– Pouvoir choisir la zone de dtection sur l’image
Ct ngatif qui ferait mriter les 3 toiles au produits
– la dtection de mouvement : beaucoup trop de fausses alarmes lies la conception mme du systme de dtection de mouvement sur ce type de camra. Si vos camras sont dehors, les temps nuageux avec claircies provoquent des fausses alarmes chaque changement de luminosit. Baisser la sensibilit de la dtection de mouvement sur fait trop au dtriment de la performance (on ne dtecte mme plus une personne).
Le support REOLINK m’a confirm que ce type de camra ne peut pas faire mieux et qu’il vaut mieux se diriger vers les camras RLC-510A qui intgrent la fonction de dtection de mouvement des personnes.

3. Motion detection is sport it only sends alert if detects a real motion.
4. it comes with Spot light and alarm which is very useful for the CCTV.
5.You can create the motion detect zone easily when you are connected to the NVR box.
6. As it si NVR it also records the Sound
I managed to get this in the black Friday sale at under 400 which seems a good deal for 4 x 4K cameras and the NVR
The 4K vision is nothing short of superb, the night vision likewise….but…as with all cameras with ir lights that surround the lens, motion triggered recording is pretty much constant if there is even the lightest mist about, also the lights attract insects which again trigger motion recording.
I have solved this by turning off the on board lights – note that when doing this the cameras remain ir sensitive unlike come other systems which revert to their daylight setting which is no good – and replacing the lights with external ir floodlights……I have found the Clarius range (much cheaper from CPC Farnell) to be superior in that they do not give a bright hotspot but do give an excellent and even overall illumination
Had a few issues with settings on the NVR (and there are a LOT!) but Reolinks’ support has been outstanding and usually answered within 24 hours….pretty good considering they are in China….they even logged in to the box and changed some settings for me
The NVR itself is almost silent as it does not have a fan and runs quite cool, I have upgraded the internal 2TB hard drive as, with 4 x 4K cameras recording at their highest resolution 24/7 (lower resolution at night of course) it gave 6 days recordings, I have increased this to 6TB which will hopefully give just over 2 weeks.
Searching for an event is not easy unless you know exactly when it happened…..the timeline does have a calendar with event markers but it is quite tiresome trawling through the footage even though with the latest firmware update you can now select between 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 8 & 16x speeds it is still difficult and time consuming to get to exactly where you want to be.
As with all systems you get a mouse and a virtual keyboard which is a PITA when it comes to inputting the password but with the Reolink client installed pretty much everything can be accessed through a PC and to a lesser extent through a web interface (you cannot stream live or recorded in 4K through the web interface) and can save any recordings to the PC or a NAS if you have one so thankfully the NVR can be tucked away out of sight and doesnt need to be touched once set up. There is also an app which allows streaming in 4K.
All 8 ports are POE powered which is better than other makes that usually only provide 4, so a single CAT5 cable is all that is needed for power and the digital stream from the camera, and being digital from the camera there is no degradation at all.
There is one major downside however…. you cannot use any camera other than their own make (even ones that feature ONVIF as the NVR doesnt support that) so you have to use Reolink cameras…..which is fine but I need a 4K dome camera with a wider angle view which they dont make 🙁
So, overall I am pretty impressed with it for the price, it has so far been reliable
I bought my CCTV system directly from Reolink nearly 2 years ago when the 4K model was just being released as it wasn’t available from Amazon at that time. Like my previous 5 megapixel Reolink system, everything works plug-and-play straight out of the box and the quality of the system and the app are amazing. However, it is about Reolink’s support that I want to write about as there are many other reviews that write about the quality of their products. I emailed Reolink customer support for help connecting an external hard disk drive. We exchanged emails everyday for a week trying different things to try to identify the source of the problem. Due to the time difference I would get the replies in the early hours of the morning but was very reassured that I would always get a reply from a real person within 24 hours. Even though my Reolink system is nearly 2 years old they were still quite happy to send me a replacement nvr as the final step in diagnosing the problem. As it happened the fault was with my wiring. The real test of a great company is how they respond and when you’re in difficulty. I’m absolutely overwhelmed with the support I’ve received from Reolink and wholeheartedly recommend them. I never told them I bought my system directly from them when I asked for support and they only asked me to provide proof of purchase before sending out the new nvr. In the end I found the problem was with my wiring so I didn’t need to take them up on their offer. One of the main reasons I buy from Amazon when I can is so I can return something in a month if I don’t get on with it. However, in the back of my mind I always wonder what’s going to happen after that. Based on my experience I will only upgrade my CCTV with Reolink products in the future.
This is the 2nd Reolink system i’ve bought and the new cameras are amazing quality. Reolink’s new client for Windows is so much better than the old one, and the support is really good too
Puse este kit en mi negocio llevo con l ya ms de 6 meses y estoy encantado. La calidad de imagen es muy buena se pueden ver las matrculas hasta 20-25 m. Incluso de noche la calidad de imagen es muy buena y el alcance. La app tiene muchas funciones y va perfecta se comunica perfectamente con las cmaras y puedes ver perfectamente las grabaciones o en directo las imgenes desde tu mvil.incluso tuve un problema en la instalacin y el servicio tcnico me trat muy bien y tuvo mucha paciencia hasta qu lo solucionamos.
Tengo otros sistemas de seguridad con cmaras (ms antiguos eso s ) y puedo decir que ests de reolink son mucho mejores en todo.
El envo sin problemas y rpido.
Desventajas: por el precio que tienen la verdad que ninguna.
sono in funzione ormai da 8 mesi. ho dovuto abbassare la risoluzione di alcune videocamere in quanto i video in alta risoluzione occupavano molto spazio. oltre al kit di 4 camere 8mpx ho preso altre 2 videocamere da 6mpx, collegate ognuna con un solo cavo di rete in quanto il cavo fa anche da alimentazione. facili da installare, mai un problema. Il sistema ha ricevuto una decina di interruzioni di alimentazione, ma il disco, nonostante il trauma, ancora perfettamente in forma. L’ideale sarebbe alimentarle con un ups per sicurezza.
Having read a lot of reviews and umming and arring I purchased this over the Christmas period where it was on offer for 316 + 42 for an additional 5mp turret camera from the other alternative market place, I am slightly confused here in that Amazon didn’t have same offers from Reolink. I currently own a Hikvision ds-7208 HQHI system. Whilst I thought this was good, this in my opinion is far better for a variety of reasons. No file conversion necessary to view on pc (without vlc or their app), client for windows app very useful and it does have up to 16x speed playback and is viewed without the need of IE11,Chrome,or Edge etc, which is very useful now flashplayer is defunct, picture quality is very impressive although turret cameras suffer slightly from fisheye effect. There are 2 usb ports one on the front (usb2) and the other on the rear (usb3), although the mouse didn’t work on the rear port. This isn’t a problem as any downloads I do will be by client software to my pc anyway. I had no problems with screen size as it fits as it should. To get a similar system from Hikvision I would have paid best part of 900. Yes, it is early days yet, but having owned various cctv systems for over 10 years this is so far the best.

We’d done lots of research about the type of cameras to get and finally decided on these.
We are very impressed already. The quality in daylight and in the dark is excellent. The sound quality is amazing! You can hear so much, even from a distance away. They’ve been great to install- the most difficult part has been getting them through our walls, but that’s not the cameras fault.
I know we have two more to put up, but we don’t regret getting them. We fee safer already. You can rewind the footage, look at a specific time and also send snippets to WhatsApp or even the Police if you need to.
Simple and easy to install, amazing quality and easy to use! Cannot recommend enough!
Vraiment top! De belles camras de qualits, j’ai choisi plusieurs modles dont la superbe RLC 423 POE PTZ pour l’extrieur. Cette camra est vraiment impressionnante, avec son mode patrouille totalement paramtrable, sa qualit d’image et sa fluidit.
J’ai des camras 5Mp et 8Mp l’image est vraiment bonne, pas une trs grande diffrence entre les deux.
Bien sur sur un tlviseur il faut un 4K pour profiter de la rsolution maximale.
Quelle que soit leur forme les cameras ne sont pas motoriss, c’est une question que je me posais a la commande, ce n’tait pas indispensable pour moi donc j’ai pris trois modle diffrent, seule la RLC 423 est motorise… enfin plus que ca… elle se dplace dans tous les sens trs rapidement.
Nous ne voulions pas de systme dpendant du cloud ni du Wifi (qui peut tre pirat ou brouill ce qui n’est pas top pour un systme de scurit).

Excelent produit, j’en ai plac 3 appareil avec des cbles utp de diffrentes longueurs et tous fonctionnent trs bien du premier essai. Seule difficult : les camras doivent tre diffus sur 2 cran de tele places 15m du NVR.
J’ai du acheter un adaptateur supplmentaire, il s’agit du hdmi splitter et extender qui permet de transformer ke HDMI en UTP et le tour est rgl. Ct scurit, il vaut mieux utiliser des mots de passe super compliqu pour bien protger le systme car il est facilement vu distance via internet.
Je conseille cet achat.

I went from an H.View 1080p with infrared array and what a difference this camera makes! It’s so good at night time capturing all the weirdos hanging around and at 4k, you can get a clear picture of them too. You can even see the individual water droplets on the car and far off into the distance.
Very impressive camera system, the interface is very easy to use and the Reolink app is very fast and intuitive too.
My recommendation would be to turn down the motion detection to very low and make sure you have marked the area for this detection such as a door or window where people walking by are unlike to trigger a motion alarm/log.
The night vision is also adjustable (although the setting ‘backlight’ and ‘dynamic’ both with sliders is not explained) but both are adjustable to increase the night vision strength where required.
Great picture quality, motion detection and PoE works very well. Had a small issue with the app not being able to edit video recording settings which was quickly sorted after I contacted Reolink support.
If I have to be really picky, when using night vision the number plates with bright background are very overexposed and most of the time not possible to read. But apart from that I have no issues. Very happy with my purchase so far.

Having had a number of burglaries in my area in the past few weeks, I searched the internet for a solution. Having read a lot of reviews and watched a lot of You Tube, I decided to install the Reolink 6 camera 8MP RLK8-800B6 system. I must say that I’ve not been disappointed with my choice of both the manufacture Reolink, and the system I chose.
Set up and installation was very easy, anything I was unsure about, I contacted Reolink support, who quickly replied to my email with the solution.
Very pleased with my purchase, the only thing to complement my system is the RLC-810A Person/Vehicle Detection camera, which I shall buy when it becomes available.
Great system, easy set-up, great price. Quality from cameras is superb. Had to purchase additional storage but with this it is a great DIY system
Easy to install however the screws for the camera mount are shocking literally snapped off while tightening up.
Picture quality is excellent got them on a garage looking down a long drive way and even at distance it’s clear picture
One moan the motion detection creates a few false alarms. Had reolink cameras before and they are good value for money got an Argus pt As well and it does the job with the solar panel for a fraction of the cost but it ain’t the picture quality of this system.

Ottimo kit in alta (molto alta) risoluzione, ad un prezzo concorrenziale! Gradevole a iniziare dal packaging, ricco di accessori e di istruzioni, facile installarlo anche da soli, a patto di avere dimestichezza con i passaggi dei cavi di rete.
Le telecamere necessitano infatti del solo cavo di rete per essere alimentate (quindi non ci sono batterie), tuttavia il collegamento avviene tramite un multi-connettore che, alla fine, richiede una scatolina di derivazione vicino ad ogni telecamera. Sarebbe stato preferibile arrivare “dentro” alla cam con il connettore cavo di rete, per una installazione pi pulita.

I bough this system to monitor may house and garden. I liked the idea that it captures high quality images and that I can view remotely from my IPAD and IPHONE.
The system is quite fiddly to setup and I found that the cable lengths did cause limitations on where I placed the cameras, but of course you can buy extra length cables if you wish.
I find it best to setup in motion detection as this will use less disk space and of course take longer to overwrite the disk. There would be nothing worse than going away, getting back and wanted to review footage to find that it had been over written.
Overall i am quite happy with the system and found Reolink HELP desk extremely efficient it getting back to me the same day and fully answering my queries.
Habe sehr viel gesucht nach videoberwachung, und fr reolink entschieden und gekauft ich bereue es nicht, habe eine gute Entscheidung getroffen. Hat alles reibungslos geklappt nach der Montage. Und werde mir noch 2 weiter cam. Kaufen. Nach mehreren test vom Smartphone mobile Daten 4g und 4g+ ohne Ruckeln oder Fehler. Selbst die Bewegung ist in echtzeit Audio Aufnahme beim normalen Lautstrke hrt mann gut auer wenn mann leise redet hrt mann auch nicht alles oder schwer zu verstehen, denke damit kann mann leben und ist auch verstndlich. Preisleistung knnte etwas noch gnstiger sein :-))

This is a good value 24/7 cctv package, which is pretty easy to set up if you have ethernet cabling installed as it is POE. Pictures are pretty good, though night vision relies on ir leds which if close to an object reflect off that object giving a bright reflection which hampers the viewing. Had to buy Hikvision Junction boxes and it was a struggle to fit all wires into the boxes with waterproof connectors attached.
I dealt directly with Reolink when i experienced a problem, they were replying quicker than i expected, and dealt with my issue with professionalism, i soon had my system back to normal. I bought the system November 2019, but only installed it in March/April 2020. Quality pictures and perfect for me.
Easy to install, using the supplied cables. Longer runs will need extensions or you can make up using CAT 5/6 cable. Fittings are metal as are the camera bodies, the camera locking mechanism works well on a single Allen head screw. Picture quality is good day or night but at night there is a central hot spot which, while noticeable, is not a problem. Waterproofing seems good and the camera eyebrow keeps lenses dry. The recorder is small and light, allowing easy location in a covert location. Recorder runs cool and quiet without a fan. Software in the recorder could do with an update, works fine but looks like early DOS! That said most things can be done on the client software on your tablet, or computer and that is a much more up to date offering. Motion detection is like most cameras, not as good as PIR but works ok. Privacy screens will stop any problems with GDPR etc. Reolink customer service is excellent if you have any problems and the system is guaranteed for 30 months once registered. I am pleased with this purchase and would recommend, just do your research to make sure you know what you want.
In my opinion Yes, This 4K cctv was purchased as a upgrade and I wanted a easy system to put in myself.
I placed the nvr on a table plugged in the Ethernet cable supplied to my router then screwed all the cameras up and run the cables to each camera and plugged in to the ports on the nvr.I then plugged a hdmi cable from the nvr to my tv as my display.
Plug in the power supply turn on and all seemed ok apart from one camera saying video loss.i found it came on and off intermittent ,with an email to Reolink support They thought it could a faulty cable and posted me one straight away.having to change the cable was a pain and I would suggest test all cables before routing around your house Anyway problem sorted worked for a day then video loss again same camera.An email to reolink again and sent me a new camera within two days,changed the camera and now all sorted.
Even thou I did have some issues reolink were very helpfull in resolving my problems and still would recommend the 4K system.
We have now set up the App on our I phone and iPad it woks well.
We also have put in a Logitech wireless mouse M185 with a extension usb cable in And that works fine too.
Just a recap do test all cables and cameras before fitting.
So, firstly I don’t usually write reviews (not proud of that!). I did loads of research for types of camera, system etc. and arrived at this one. The kit seems robust, well made and the output quality (4K) is extremely impressive. The software (Windows client and Android app in my case) installed easily, and works fine. It’s free for life. After 9 months of use, and the mother of storms one of the cameras became misty. I notified them, and immediately they contacted Amazon and shipped me a new camera within around 3 days. Incredible service. I will protect the new camera a little better, but perhaps there was a faulty seal etc.. The others are fine but they are located under the soffits. The documentation is not great, but the email support is virtually instant. The website is also very good for set up etc.. Slight downside is no fast forward on playback, but you can skip through selecting different times etc.. I guess the whole purpose is that if you had an incident, you could locate evidence (as well as being preventive of course). I upgraded my hard drive easily to 4TB (because I record in 4K) by purchasing a 3rd party hard drive (Toshiba). The new one was slightly noisier, so I relocated the NVR to the attic from a bedroom (the original was quiet). So, think long and hard where you locate stuff! I also easily set up record to a FTP server. The motion control is over sensitive on all systems I believe, hence 3 stars. My system records everything, and when playing back you can see the motion markers which is handy. Overall excellent system, service and value for money.
Upgraded from a swann system. Far superior, easy to install (hired a mobile tower scaffold as not keen working off a ladder which made life easier. Picture crystal clear, wise angle of view on cameras, still finding my way round the system, app on phone and I pad easy and has good features. Overall so far very pleased with the purchase. Leaves my old swann system way behind. Support seems good and prompt as couldn’t remember my original password. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality product.
Pros
* Images are excellent quality and very clear. The Client software means you can manage the device / images from a PC or Mac with ease.
* Connections are simple and well documented in the manual.
* Reolink support site is good and appears to be kept up to date and with upgrade firmware.
* Reolink Android app is very useful when pointing the camera. You can see the live view while adjusting from the top of the ladder !
* For those new to CCTV, using Motion Detection is also worth considering and means that only events likely to be “significant” are recorded. It works well on this device and means that playback jumps from event to event without having to trawl through (possibly) hours of inactivity. Manual is helpful, but getting the Motion settings right can be fiddly (true for any system).
Cons
* Consider where to mount the cameras and run the cable back to the recorder (approx 60ft cable for each camera). A small issue is the connection to camera when placed outside. The “waterproof” connection cover provided won’t work as supplied and one solution is to mount separate plastic junction boxes close by and place the connection inside. (such as Amazon “Outdoor Junction Box 91mm x 47mm with Connector Blocks and Soft Knock-Outs Grey Waterproof IP66”)
* Reolink kit appears not to be compatible with other makes. This may be significant if your system will need upgrade in future. However, at this price it’s a risk worth taking unless you are a growing enterprise.
Overall a very good purchase and well suited for domestic use.

I use android and PC cleinet b oth fantasik stable and easy to use.
Images are cristal clear, cases are very rubust. I have it running from August last year and is perfectly working.. I reccomand this product , as other reolink product as C1 Pro, E1 Pro, RLC 510.. all very good product which I have at home already.
Also, I have to say loud that that Reolink support is great:.. very prompt and professional support, also they show flexibility and dedition to their Job.
I recomanded this and other Reolink product to several ralativew and friends which installed the same and are sharing such nice experience.
I do prefer PoE products , but as the ethenet cable is not always avaialble where you need it, with WIFI is can cover locations in which no cable is available
I have now 16 cameras + NVR at this point in time…. and I think I will by others to cover the only few other rooms or house corner I left non covered yet.
I am waiting Reolink to designa small camera as well to position it where it must not be seen…

I read many home cctv reviews, chose this one. I have had the system set up for a few months now. Straight forward to put together, ie plug in. Plenty of cable. I run the system by monitoring over a home (power) network. I view video on a client run on my pc. It is all plug&play. Had to do some early maintenance via usb into the back of the nvr ie black box. But it was not a big problem.
I have had some great help from reolink help desk when I ran into a bug with my pc client.
Any problems, you ask? Well i’m still don’t find it easy to sort out camera/nvr/client software upgrades and latest versions. But saying that it all works well. Overall I’m happy and would recommend.

oder mit Mouse am NVR mit Monitor kann man alles konfigurieren.Die Aufnahmen sind knackig scharf und auch die Nachtsicht knnte es auf dreiig Meter schaffen wenn dazwischen keine IR-Reflektionen stren.
Der NVR hngt federnd unterm Tisch ,und somit ist er jetzt absolut geruschlos.
Eine Nachfrage beim Support wurde sofort zufriedenstellend beantwortet

Pu fare benissimo concorrenza ai prodotti pi costosi. Chiaramente serve un minimo di conoscenza per l’installazione e il passaggio dei cavi ma vi posso garantire che il sistema affidabile lo sto usando da 4 mesi e non ho mai avuto un problema.
Un consiglio impostare la risoluzione un po’ pi bassa cos da non riempire subito l’hard disk o in alternativa collegarne un altro dietro con attacco sata

Devo segnalare che le telecamere attirano con molta facilit i ragni i quali tessono le loro ragnatele davanti l’obiettivo rendendk spiacevole la visione notturna, nulla di trascendentale ma consiglio di pulirle almeno una volta al mese.
Inoltre il rilevamento del movimento troppo sensibile ma questo dovuto alla tecnologia che c’ dietro, ovvero il sistema confronta il cambiamento dei pixel e basta un moscerino per farlo scattare, quindi prediligete una registrazione 24/7! Saluti R.M.
It appears to have crashed as I find there are missing recordings, it only starts recording again if I manually reboot it.
At first I thought I just needed to configured it to reboot every day however for some reason that has not helped as when I checked again it appeared to have stopped again, so I have to manually rebooted the device myself for it to start recording again.
In addition when previewing it does not work when I select the “clear” option, only when I change it to “balanced” or “fluent”
Bought this to replace an old Swann 4 camera system. I bought an extra camera making 5 cameras, It was easy enough to set up which is as well because the instructions leave a lot to be desired, biggest job is running the wires around the house. As it was a replacement, we used the same holes making it a bit easier.
The kit comes with four additional cable plugs, I used these to shorten some of the cables.
The “fitted” plugs don’t fit into the weatherproof plug covers so I trimmed off the the ribs from the back of the plugs so they fit.
Picture quality during the day is great, as it should be with 8mp cameras. The cameras have a 4X digital zoom but you can’t zoom in on a recorded picture. Unlikely you would be zooming in when the system is recording but you would want to be able to zoom in on the recorded picture but can’t.
Night pictures are ok but you would be hard pressed to get a positive I/D on a thief.
I found that the cameras are a narrower field of view than the old ones so you may need more cameras.
All in all, it is a very good system with few drawbacks.
The Ethernet cables that are included with the kit are not suitable for outdoor use, so unfortunately we had to purchase extra cables.
Additionally, something that was quite frustrating and time consuming was that the RJ45 ends/connectors would not fit through the waterproof cover/clips. This was a problem for us as we do not have the tools to terminate our own cables nor the expertise. I did manage to just shave off as much of the plastic boot around the rj45 with a Stanley blade so that they would fit.
There are 3 wires coming out of the camera which make hiding cables difficult. We had to purchase mounting boxes from HIKVision as the reolink boxes are out of stock.
Non far una recensione tecnica, non ne sariei capace, ma per chi come me fosse interessato ad un sistema di sorveglianza ad alta risoluzione non posso fare altro che consigliare questo prodotto senza se e senza ma.
Da tempo cercavo un sistema nvr con telecamere ad alta risoluzione. In questi anni le ho provate tutte dalle pi blasonate telecamere a batteria a sistemi bullet di varia tipologia, ptz e non… Alla fine fra una recensione e l’alta ho deciso di acquistare questo kit Reolink con nvr e 4 telecamere poe 4k. Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso per qualit audio e video e per la semplicit d’installazione. Si vede e si sente benissimo, il dettaglio del live e delle registrazioni anch’esso sorprendente, tutta un’altra storia rispetto ai 1080p. Al di l della qualit delle telecamere, anche dal punto di vista dei materiali, devo sottolineare un aspetto poco recensito ovvero che sia l’app per smartphone (android) che il client per Windows sono entrambi ben realizzati, facili da usare e facili da capire, si proprio cos, questo va sottolineato poich unnaspetto quasi sempre trascurato e molti sistemi offrono degli applicativi che peggiorano o inibiscono l’esperienza d’uso di un prodotto.
Mi fermo qui. Se volete un sistema di videosorveglianza ad alta risoluzione, che svolge il suo compito come deve, questo il prodotto giusto.

This is the best system on the market at the moment for self install, so easy to install and set up, picture quality is amazing, and app is very user friendly with instant playback made so way.All I will say is if you are in the market for a system buy this before they sell out.

El paquete incluye todo lo necesario para instalarlas: 4 rollos de cable enormes, de en torno a 15 metros cada uno, (uno para cada cmara), un cable para conectar el disco duro al router y otro para conectarlo la red, y hasta tornillos y tacos. No s para qu incluye un ratn de ordenador, para m eso no es necesario pues todo el mundo tiene. Yo lo quitara y restara el precio del mismo, por pequeo que fuera, al total. En mi caso, va a un cajn y no se va a usar.
Para instalarlas, y esto es para los que estn tan perdidos como yo a la hora de comprarlas, basta con enchufar cada cmara por medio del cable de red al disco duro y ste al router y enchufe. Lo digo porque las cmaras tienen 3 salidas en el cable y esto puede llevar a confusin para quien no entiende del tema. Puede parecer que hay que poner 3 conexiones a cada cmara y no, slo con el cable que viene incluido es suficiente. El propio cable de red adems de transmitir datos, da corriente a la cmara.
De momento slo he instalado dos cmaras, pues en mi caso tengo mucho trabajo de cablear y necesitar cables ms largos, pero de momento esas dos funcionan muy bien. Las otras dos las pondr en cuanto saque otro da entero libre para ello. No se ha cortado la grabacin en ningn momento, y el acceso desde las aplicaciones de mvil y ordenador es instantneo, cosa que no ocurra con las cmaras que tena anteriormente (tardaban en cargar media vida, y eso cuando lo hacan). En cuanto al ngulo de grabacin es mucho mayor del esperado, captan un ngulo enorme, se ve todo, aunque por los laterales pierde algo de calidad, obviamente.
Destacara como punto negativos:
– El sensor de movimiento, que salta con una mota de polvo, aun con la sensibilidad muy baja. No le pillo el punto para que salte con movimientos grandes, me salta cada 30 segundos desde hace 3 das que las tengo instaladas, con sensibilidad casi al mnimo. Seguir haciendo pruebas y actualizar el comentario si doy con la tecla. Desde luego no se puede activar por esto la notificacin push, porque estara el mvil sonando cada 30 segundos, da y noche.
– Por la noche no tienen una buena calidad, los infrarrojos no son gran cosa y no alcanza tantos metros como dice en la descripcin, ni de lejos. Y muy focalizada adems la grabacin. Pero es algo que imaginaba y en cierto modo lgico.
– Al grabar a tanta calidad, me temo que el disco duro se lo van a pulir en pocos das, por lo que no estara de ms que tuviera ms capacidad, una capacidad acorde a la resolucin de las cmaras. Esto se soluciona bajando la calidad de grabacin en los ajustes, pero quien se compra estas cmaras no creo que pretenda tenerlas a mnima resolucin. De momento tengo slo 2 cmaras, pero con las 4 calculo que durar 5 o 6 das. Estara bien tener grabacin de 10 das o as. De todas formas, mirar para comprar una ampliacin de memoria.
– No es fcil enfocarlas a donde queramos, el sistema que tiene para apuntar a cualquier sitio es un poco incmodo, hay que aflojar una tuerca y girar la base porque no puede apuntar a cualquier sitio, slo se mueve el brazo en una direccin. Por contra, parece robusto el sistema y que no se vaya a mover, pero lleva un rato poner la cmara apuntando a donde queremos.
Cuando instale las otras dos y lleve un poco de tiempo de uso con ellas, actualizar el comentario con una opinin de ms tiempo. Aunque de momento, por 485 que lo compr de oferta flash creo que es una compra ms que recomendada.
EDITO LA OPININ DESPUS DE MS DE DOS AOS DE USO: Ningn problema, ningn corte de grabacin ni prdida de calidad. Las apps siguen funcionando perfectamente, tanto la del mvil como la del PC. Y el disco duro con 3 cmaras a mxima calidad me dura aproximadamente 8-10 das, y a partir de ah sigue grabando pero borrando desde el principio. Despus de mucho tiempo y mucho exigirles (y como deca antes, de probar muchas marcas), no puedo recomendar otra cosa. Las recomend a unos amigos y estn igualmente contentos con la compra. Para m, son un diez.

– Sehr leicht keine direkten Vorkenntnisse von nten.
2. Einrichtung
– Sehr simple, man kann eigentlich nichts falsch machen. Das meite ist selbsterklrend.
– *WICHTIG fremdes Eigentum darf nicht aufgenommen werden, am besten auch so ausrichten das nur das eige drauf ist. Wenn nicht anders mglich ist dann noch zustzlich diese Bereiche der
Bewegungs.-erkennung /-alarm auszugrenzen
3. Bildqualitt
-sehr gut keine Frage, bei Nachtsicht muss man etwas schauen das es passt(am besten wenn es Dunkel ist nachjustieren des Blickwinkels) damit alles im Blickwinkel gut Sichtbar ist.
3. Tonqualitt
– sehr gut, Kamera ist in 5m hhe angebtacht und bis zur der ersten Tr sind es gut 15m. Das schlieen der Tr hrt man(gemeint ist nicht das normale schliesen sondern das des Trzylinders ist zu hren wenn kein weiteres Gerusch vorhanden).
4. Allgemeine Qualitt
– Gehuse, Verarbeitung, Funktion alles Top. Mein Bruder hat genau die gleiche Anlage seit 8 Monaten ohne keinerlei Probleme, Ausflle oder Fehler.
5. Streaming
– das Steamen auf ein Mobilgert ist so einfach wie jemand anzurufen.
Man kann die Steamqualitt anpassen(braucht man nicht unbedingt) man kann zwischen Flssig, Balanciert und volle Auflsung whlen.
Viel mehr kann man fast nicht zu dem Gert sagen, einfach TOP.

Le cam funzionano molto bene, la visione diurna ottima, quella notturna mi ha sorpreso: hanno bisogno di poca luce per rilevare l’immagine, e la sorgente IR consente di registrare anche in situazioni di buio totale almeno fino a 10-15 metri. Le mie puntano il giardino e tra lampioni e luci di sicurezza della casa ho sempre una lettura da buona a sufficiente in tutto il campo visivo. Da quel che leggo nelle specs, le 8MP hanno un’ottica leggermente pi grandangolare delle 5MP.
L’NVR compatto, ma ha tutte le funzioni che occorrono: contiene un disco Seagate da 2TB, con possibilit di aggiungerne un altro con attacco SATA (ma alimentato esternamente). Il software OK: live view delle 4 cam, ricerca delle registrazioni, ecc. Possibilit di determinare le zone attive del motion detection, e addirittura la sensibilit in 4 fasce orarie differenti. Al momento non l’ho ancora collegato al router per cui non posso dire delle features di controllo remoto.
Cose da sapere:
1. Per il montaggio, consigliabile acquistare separatamente delle joint box, nel quale arrotolare il cavo (~30cm) che esce dalla cam, in modo da far passare nel corrugato (i.e. dentro ai muri) solo il cavo LAN. Molto pi comodo cos, costano anche relativamente poco.
2. I cavi forniti in dotazione dovrebbero essere da 15 o 20 metri (non li ho mai misurati, sono avvolti talmente bene che non ho nessuna voglia di sbobinarli). Per il montaggio in esterni, consigliabile usare il cappuccio a vite stagno (sempre in dotazione). Per per poterlo inserire nel cavo LAN, bisogna tagliare un plug e poi crimparne uno nuovo — una palla, visto che i fili sono *veramente* sottili (vedi pi sotto). Alternativamente, un bel giro di nastro isolante al posto del cappuccio.
3. Le cam sono always-on, il live view disponibile 24/7 anche quando sono programmate per registrare solo il motion detection. Ovvero il motion detection software e non via sensore in-cam.
4. la sorgente IR per la visione notturna delle cam in inverno tende ad attirare insetti/ragni; consiglio di installarle in punti dove con un’asta telescopica si riesca a raggiungerle — diversamente, aspettati ore di registrazione di notte di una ragnatela che penzola (essendo vicinissima all’ottica, riflette gli IR e diventa la cosa pi brillante dell’inquadratura)
Problemi:
Io ne ho avuti alcuni piuttosto fastidiosi: delay inaccettabile nel motion detection (e.g. macchina che passa lungo il vialetto, registrazione che comincia solo quando la macchina praticamente gi uscita dal cancello), freeze frames di +10 secondi. Dopo lunghe sessioni di testing col supporto clienti (tra cui la prova di un HDD diverso), mi hanno mandato due versioni del firmware delle cam e i problemi si sono risolti — hanno un supporto clienti *veramente* attento e gentile, fanno da tramite con l’engineering team se si presenta il bisogno, sono disponibili a sostituire il prodotto, ecc. Ad oggi, mi rimangono dei freeze frames molto brevi (~1 secondo), random, coi quali posso convivere tranquillamente.
Ricomprerei da loro (e lo far a breve) fosse solo per il tipo di prontezza e disponibilit del supporto clienti.
Punti deboli:
Il cavo in dotazione sufficiente per far passare dati ed alimentazione alla distanza che raggiunge (15 o 20 metri). Per proprio il minimo sindacale, in termini di materiali. Io l’ho sostituito con un Cat6A U/FTP (quello blu in foto) e la differenza enorme (e si crimpa molto pi facilmente). Ho sputato sangue per farlo entrare nei corrugati, che erano gi abbastanza pieni, ma se hai bisogno di coprire distanze lunghe, metti in budget di sostituire il cavo con qualcosa di meglio.
Altre piccoli difetti — perch tanto nelle recensioni questo che interessa: la timeline (quando attiva, es. guardando le registrazioni) copre la fascia bassa del registrato, fosse semi-trasparente sarebbe meglio. In modalit registrazione continua, nella timeline non viene evidenziato il motion detection. Piccole cose.
Conclusioni:
Soldi molto ben spesi. Nella sua fascia di prezzo va alla grande, fa quello che deve fare, visione diurna/notturna di ottimo livello, supporto clienti top, consigliatissimo.
Not cheap but good quality. Easy to set up. Low light performance is improved by setting the cameras to anti-smear and adjusting the shutter speed. Added a fifth, wireless camera that was easy enough to set up too. Remote access visas the phone app is simple to configure.
Nulla da dire sulle telecamere che assolvono al meglio il loro compito. Ho installato con molta semplicit il sistema funziona alla grande. Unica pecca non esiste la lingua italiano nelle impostazioni per c’ tranquillamente l’inglese. La visione perfetta sia di giorno che di notte soprattutto grazie alla grande angolazione se non sbaglio a 180. L’unico grande problema il funzionamento con la linea. Non so se dovuto all’app o alla linea in se. Perch da casa fatica a caricarmi i video. Solo se trovo un punto dove la linea prende ottimamente mi carica i video. Questo un problema quando si esce di casa perch in 4g o si trova un luogo dove prende perfettamente o bisogna aspettare di tornare a casa prima di visualizzare il live . Per la sensibilit bisogna impostare una sensibilit bassa altrimenti anche se passa pioggia o neve davanti alla telecamera da l’allarme. Per il resto perfetto in tutto.
Ottima la possibilit di registrare sia audio che video.

Les produits sont de bonne qualit (hormis les “accessoires” fournis avec comme les cables RJ45 cat.5 qu’il faudra changer pour une meilleurs qualit d’image ou positionner vos camras un peu plus loin et rduire les perturbations potentiels. Pour m’a part j’ai mis du cat. 7 blind.
L’image est net, dtaille et fluide (en direct), pour les accs distance cela dpendra du dbit…
A voir avec le temps et un premier hiver… (je vie en haute montagne).

Kabellose berwachungskameras, welche direkt mit Funk bertragen, funktionieren nicht sicher. Nur eine kabellose bertragung ber das Stromnetz mit Powerline funktioniert gut. Denn bei Funkkameras werden im 2.4. GHz-Bereich die gleichen Frequenzen verwendet, wie im berall vorhandenen WLAN. Es kommt zur gegenseitigen Strung. Das WLAN wird in der Geschwindigkeit stark beeintrchtig. Und die Bilder der berwachungskameras sind mit Streifen und Aussetzern widerrum durch das WLAN gestrt. Weiterhin hat der Funk einer kabellosen berwachungskameras real mit 10 – 20 Metern und max. durch ein bis zwei massive Wnde nur eine sehr geringe Reichweite, welche zu weiteren Beeintrchtigungen fhrt.

Nachdem wir uns also schlau gemacht hatten, sind wir auf die berwachungskamera von Reolink gestoen.
Noch offene Fragen wurden vom Kundenservice schnell beantwortet, und so haben wir die Bestellung aufgegeben. Schon ein paar Tage spter kam das System bei uns an. Natrlich dauert es ein wenig lnger, bis man die ersten Bilder sehen kann, da ja erst noch die Kabel verlegt werden mssen, aber es ist kein groartiges technisches Verstndnis erforderlich um alles einzurichten.
Das System luft bei uns nun ca. 3 Monate, und es hat sich gelohnt etwas mehr Geld zu investieren. Die Aufnahmen haben durchweg eine gute Qualitt, und auch nachts ist durch das Umschalten auf Infrarot alles klar zu erkennen.
Man kann einzelne Bereiche “aussperren” so dass dort nicht aufgenommen wird. Das ist praktisch, denn so kann man z. B. nur befriedetes Besitztum aufzeichnen, und evtl. ffentliche Wege ausklammern.
Wenn der Alarmmelder aktiviert ist, bekommt man im Falle einer Bewegungserkennung eine Meldung auf’s Handy geschickt. Dieser Alarmmelder kann fr jede einzelne Kamera aktiviert werden. Wir haben ihn z.B. auf dem Balkon deaktiviert, um nicht bei jedem Vogel oder auch Fliege eine Benachrichtigung zu erhalten 😉
Durch die Playback Funktion kann man sich schnell und einfach einen bestimmten Zeitraum nochmals anschauen, und ihn gegebenenfalls in einem Screenshot oder Video festhalten.
Wir knnen das berwachungssystem jedenfalls uneingeschrnkt empfehlen. Die Bilder, die die Kameras liefern sind ihren Preis auf jeden Fall wert. Es ntzt kein billigeres System, wenn man nachher nur krisselige oder unscharfe Bilder hat.
Selbst kleine Vgel bei uns auf dem Balkon kann man mit dieser berwachungskamera super erkennen.
I have had to call the Reolink support for a couple of questions and have had very quick responses; so far, so good.
Very easy to set up.
POE means a lot less mess as you only need one cable from the NVR to the Camera.
Two USB ports, one for mouse. Second one on the front.
VGA, and HDMI for 4k viewing.
My only criticism is the the 4k B800 cameras only work with the 8channel NVR.
I hope Reolink will provide a 16channel 4k NVR soon as I require more external cameras. so bear this in mind when purchasing!
I have seen a few reviews stating the NVR only has one USB port. That is incorrect
And another saying the menus are really small! I believe this person is confusing imagine size with resolution.
Selecting a smaller image size will increase the menus size and has no impact on the 4k recordings.
The software could use some improving. Top of my list would be:
– Image recognition integrated into the motion detection. It currently alarms on lighting changes, tree branches moving and so on. The sensitivity/area adjustments can not sufficiently work around this problem.
– The option to playback at speeds beyond 1x.
These issues are not a big deal for me as I do not need to regularly use playback. DDNS works well for remote viewing if you have a dynamic IP.
Very easy to set up, literally plug and play. Picture quality very good in 4k mode.
Plenty of movement in camera bracket to achieve best picture. A very good piece of kit.
NVR configured as default to auto detect cameras when plugged in.
NVR also pre configured for DHCP so jumped straight on the network as soon as connected.
The NVR can output to various resolutions of monitor but it doesn’t auto select a supported resolution for that monitor.I was connecting to an older monitor whilst checking everything worked well and just got a black screen. Gladly, you can login to the web UI and change the resolution output for the monitor from there.
Camera’s image quality is very good. I have installed Hikvision gear previously and felt this was on par, if not better.
Night vision is very good. I have a pretty large garden and do lose some ir light towards the further ends but in the most part very good.
Network cables aren’t of the highest quality but function fine.
I have some camera’s connected directly to the NVR and others connected to a POE switch on the same network which were also detected automatically.
As with all of these camera’s they come with a bunch of tales on the camera for various connection types like a 12v power connector if you don’t use the dedicated ports on the back of the NVR and you’re not using a POE switch to run power through the ethernet cable. Whilst i suppose this gives flexibility, I just find them annoying and in the way requiring a bigger junction box for installation.
If mounted outside, you’ll need to use a junction box for the connectors.
Overall, very pleased with the purchase and would recommend.

I bought this system from reviews on amazon and I am glad I did.The ease of setting up is literally plug and play and the picture quality is stunning. The cameras are very sleek and unobtrusive.Highly recommended.Only works with Reolink cameras though,but add ons aren’t that expensive
I am on the highest settings for the video on all 4 cameras and the recording time is about 8 days before it starts to record over the oldest footage.
If you need to save footage it’s super easy via the app on your phone to save it direct to your mobile or you can plug a USB memory stick into the DVR which I haven’t done yet as it’s just so easy on the mobile app.
The App is well supported and over the past year it has had regular updates to fix any bugs and provide various enhancements to the App.
The police have review footage from my system twice now and on both times they couldn’t believe how good the quality was and asked me what the system was.

This is a real plug and play system. The hard part if any is concealing the network cables but that would be the same with any PoE system.
I was initially apprehensive about buying this because it was only available in bullet style and Reolinks own images of the camera superimposed onto a house look massive but in reality they are actually quite small.
The picture quality is great, good volume from the microphone and night vision is good although you do lose some detail.
An installation tip for when positioning the cameras, for example if you have it facing along a part of your house, make sure it’s facing out enough from the brickwork of your house otherwise at night the IR will overexpose the footage because it bounces of the brick/house at close range.
