Two ways to do Initial Setup
1: Use the LAN port on camera
Plug the camera into the router’s LAN port with an Ethernet cable. And then you can add the camera and set up WiFi Settings on Reolink App/Client.
- Note: In this way, there will be no voice/audio prompt.
2:Don’t need an Ethernet cable
Just use Reolink App to add the camera and click “Wi-Fi Not Configured” to configure the Wi-Fi settings. Tick I have heard the repeated Ding sound or I have heard the voice prompt, then tap Next to complete the Initial Setup.

I also downloaded the software to my PC so I can view the camera from my phone, tablet and PC. Picture quality is very good as is the wifi connection. It has been up now 4 weeks and seems to be working well. Considering the price I am very satisfied with its performance.
I bought this camera to check on my car. I live in a block so I can see whole parking. The quality is amazing! Night vision too. Recording is great. I bought a mini sd card with ot 128 but I bought with bigger space 512. Easy to set up, mine works via WiFi and it’s amazing. I have a o e for indoor to check on my cats and same works great. Will be buying more from this brand.
I bought a cover to install on top to protect from rain. When drop of rain goes on a lense the vision will be not that good only partly, when water slide down, will come back to normal. Getting rein protector will be beneficial as weather in tbe Uk is not that great… First I’ve installed outside,there was a mist on lenses, I was not happy but it went away after few hours, I belive it was change of a temperature only. Never had same issue like this any more.

Had to drill quite a large hole through the wall in order to fit the Ethernet & plug cable through. Really quite impressed with this camera after installation. Linked up to phones, laptop & computer.
It was reassuring that the front of the house & car on the drive were safe whilst away on holiday.
Still getting to grips with sensitivity as was too sensitive when we had heavy wind & rain. Fascinated to see so much wildlife running through – badger, foxes, deer etc, . So far so good.

Ground floor flat so 7 ft highest I could get it but with the wide field of view no problem.
Mic on camera very sensitive brilliant clean sound. Speak good too.
Relink Software is brilliant app and on pc.
I’m using spare laptop for monitoring and recording video 24/7.
Have put in a 256GB SD card in camera s but I didn’t really need too with my setup.
Lot of features on camera definitely need to read manual. But for basic set-up was very easy.
Very good camera , have tried a few that claim they are great quality and this actually is for once!
Very Easy to set up and to use – end result is more cinematic in my mind and makes great footage – I’m using indoor rather than out and no issues – buying a second one shortly 🙂
Since writing the above I’ve bought 4 more as they are perfect for the house and all work easy on the app!

The camera was easy to install and set up, but the focus slider is just wrong in the design, way to sensitive, for shooting outdoors it’s going to be on the side of long focus but a hair’s breadth adjustment and it’s completely out of focus. Other than that great camera
This is the first time I’ve used a camera system, looking back it would be useful to have multiples of cameras to cover all angles.
Having said that with this camera once motion has been detected, it fallows the movement of either the person or the vehicle very well, and the picture quality is very good.
Only been installed for a week.
