Bought this for my daughter whilst she was pregnant. This helped as she couldn’t always sit comfortably. She recommends this ball very durable gives good support.
Once inflated couldn’t find any thing unsure of apart from no instructions to pump up.
The purple is so pretty! It’s strong and durable. Great price.
This exercise bullet made of great qualities fantastics coming very good you so far for me I’ve benefited from it a lot and I must say I’m very proud of the design aspect. the simplicity of the actual product and how easy it is to set up and actually use. I haven’t had any problems with this product so far and I’ve been using it as much as I can remember to be honest as soon as I got it. having said that actually doing my baxter’s and all my stretch is pretty much using the exercise ball has been an amazing experience and I’ve been able to stretch much more than I’d usually be able to. for the price I think you’re definitely getting yourself for bargain I definitely recommend it because of the whole aspect of benefiting from it easily.
I firstly got this as they use them in my sons special needs school and he been asking for one,this arrived and it’s perfect and a colour he likes. He often comes out angry as his reward time has been cut short as its been time for him to come home and leave the ball they have at the school.
This one is anti burst and suitable for children and adults. It’s made of a thick pvc that is latex and bpa free .
It’s designed with a honey comb structure making it if it got a hole it would deflate slowly.
It arrives in a box flat packed but comes with a pump which I personally thought was rubbish and I couldn’t use it due to pain with repetitive movements.
There is a plug puller tool and 2 plugs included.
The ball is non slip and helps improve posture and balance or just gives a sensory feedback .

I use this for PVC exercise ball for correcting my posture at my desk. It’s also fun to exercise and stretch with. The ball is easy to inflate and comes with its own manual pump. The honeycomb structure allows for slow deflation. It’s completely robust and non-slip and I like the purple colour. It’s good for back stretches. Great value.
This is a very good exercise ball. It was very easy to blow up. Took me under 10 minutes and took less time for the children to steal it and claim it as theirs. It is good for my exercise. Helping me do more exercises and strengthen my core without causing too much body strain. It also helps with the kids to strengthen them. The older one is hypermobile and the little one isn’t as strong due to poor health. So a win-win for the whole family. Everyone gets help. The ball is very strong and durable and I can see it lasting for a long time. Even when we aren’t doing exercises the kids are using it to play.

I do like this Romix ball, even though it clearly states a 65cm ball, I do find it a little small for me and I would prefer the next size up. (I am 5,5 tall).
However just my preference and doesn’t take away the quality of the ball.
It’s a nice bright colour purple. The quality of the material has a good thickness to it and the rib structure design does help to give you more grip, so I can exercise with confidence. It was easy to pump up with the kit supplied.
I would say this is very reasonably priced for all the pros it has! I would recommend it.
I’ve always used exercise balls at the gym, they’re great for stretching at the end of a session or working your core given the need to stabilise it when say doing pectoral flies or doing some crunches.
This ball is just the right size, took 3 minutes to pump up I would say and has kept its shape and size for a couple weeks now.
My children have battered it about and I’ve put my some 100kg frame on it for extended times and it’s stuck to the job.
It has no faults as far as I can see. 10/10
I have mobility issues, so I am unable to go out and do exercise. So, I choose this, I bounce on it every morning and evening for at least 15 minutes or until I feel my heart speeding up.
To inflate It took about 15 minutes, I used the foot pump which makes it easy to inflate. It comes with a foot pump. You can use your foot or hands to pump the ball up. It also comes with 2 air stoppers and detailed instructions for you to follow.
The ball is made from high-quality material, it is very durable and lightweight.
I am very pleased with it the ball, by using it for a week I lost 3 pounds in weight. 5 out of 5 stars, I would highly recommend it.

Excellent anti burst ball, came with a pump and plug puller tool.
My step daughter is expecting a baby in 4 weeks, I thought this may be of some use, using this ball she is able to gently move and stretch at her own pace, her midwife approved of its use and suggested she bring it with her when she is due. The thickness of the ball and it’s subtle ridges made her feel safe and secure while using it, most clothes gripped well and she did not feel like she was sliding off at all.
Inflating this ball with the supplied pump takes about 6-7 mins of pumping non stop. The air escapes very slowly when changing the pump for the ball plug so there is no wasted effort form all that pumping. However, deflating the ball takes a long time if you wanted to flat pack it, as an example – I removed the plug (a tool for that is also provided) then sat in the ball and set a timer, after 20 mins the ball was only just half way deflated.
I did not notice at first but another plug had fallen out of the box, it has a home in the top but but the bottom, I’m sure what that one is for as there are no instructions but minus that the ball and pump is easy to use.
Totally good value for money, and it has survived having cats in the house so far!
I have spinal stenosis and suffer from a lot of back pain. I have often joked and said I need to be put on a rack and stretched as my back feels compressed a lot of the time. This is not a rack, but it is the next best thing and much kinder.
The ball arrives flat ready to inflate, you get a foot pump with it to make the task easy. The foot pump is a bellows type and is very effective. The pump when used slowly does make a noise like a dog’s squeaky toy, that was fun lol, I have included the video of that to make you smile. I had looked at these last year but then I was 5 stone heavier and worried about using one. I still have a way to go with weight loss but feel confident in the ball holding my weight.
It is made from a very durable PVC that is soft to the tough and doesn’t feel cold. The difference it makes to my back is amazing, it is extremely relaxing to stretch my back over the ball. I have watched some physio videos showing how to do spine decompression and it feels amazing afterwards. Doing it 3 times a day is making a difference to my pain levels. I have plucked up the courage to sit on the ball and it is super strong and very good for posture. It can be used while watching TV, listening to music or audio books, much better than slouching on the settee and when I do slouch on the settee the ball makes a brilliant foot rest.
