This oven is well worth the money, it’s simple to install and it does everything you’d expect from a more expensive appliance. The only feature I am now wary of using is the ‘eco cooking’ setting – I’ve used it three times and each time it has sent the smart meter into overdrive (it appears to cost three times as much to cook a meal in this setting). However, it’s not exactly much of a disadvantage because the regular settings are efficient.
Although we sent one back ‘cos the handle was loose and heat was escaping, the replacement was exactly the same. So, beware that this might have you sending one back but, it might actually be the normal movement of the door handle and glass for heat expansion (which should be pointed out clarly). Otherwise, so far, this oven is great for the cost just under two hundred pounds. It’s simple to use and looks sparkly when new. There’s no timer but, we don’t mind as we use one of our own. It’s a delightful oven and, customer service had been good with arranging delivery and, that return. 5 stars
I have had this oven for approximately one month now and it is absolutely amazing. I am so happy with it. The price was reasonable and worth it. It was easy to install and I am absolutely delighted with it. No negative issue to report.
As our last oven finally gave up on is, this was a good replacement. Russell Hobbs are a good brand and I wouldn’t even touch Indisit or Hotpoint. I just wish it had a timer on it(whoops)and some more specific temperature markings on the controls…it can be a little difficult to work out. But all in all easy to wire up and cooks the food consistently throughout! A good machine
