Si buscas un Mic plug n play de calidad es este.
Pros: buen sonido, movilidad ya que van con cable y no enchufado al tel o iPad como su antecesor. Calidad shure.
Cons: he tenido que comprar adaptador de USB a iPhone, porque solo incluye cable USB A y USB C. Si est hecho para iPhone no entiendo como no trae ambos cables.
Yo lo compr por 127 en el prime day y por ese dinero est bien.
La calidad de sonido es mucho mejor que el Mic de muchos telfonos.
No entiendo que el monitoraje sea a travs del Mic….
Non sono un tecnico del suono, mi diverto solo a fare podcast e registrare suoni da inserire negli episodi.
Con questo piccolo ( davvero piccolo, comodo, sta in una tasca grazie al suo case) microfono posso catturare al volo qualsiasi suono sapendo di registrare un audio pulito, volendo processato in diretta (compressione, gaia, ecc), con diverse modalit di ripresa (stereo o mono, cardiode, mid Side per differenti scopi: parlato, musica, flat… Un mini mixer grazie all’app gratuita di Shure.
Unica pecca, se vogliamo chiamarla cos, il fatto di doverlo staccare dalla presa microfono del cellulare per orientarlo al contrario (si sposta solo di 90 gradi infatti);
Ho fatto diverse prove al parco e per strada, ho registrato il fiume, il vento tra gli alberi, il fischio degli uccelli, un temporale: tutti suoni catturati magnificamente! L’ho messo a centro tavolo per registrare la chiacchierata con diversi amici: il mio lavoro in post produzione stato minimo.
Sicuramente uno zoom h4, h5 o h6 sono pi performanti e versatili, ma anche pi costosi e ingombranti.
Questo Shure mv88 piccolo, potente, veloce da agganciare. Shure mette a disposizione gratuitamente due app: quella per la registrazione del solo suono e quella per i video, entrambe facili da utilizzare e ben fatte.
Io l’ho trovato in offerta, vedo che ora costa molto di pi, se lo trovate sotto i cento da prendere subito!
Ho acquistato anche la spugna antivento originale ma non l’ho ancora testata.

I purchased this mic for my phone, as I often like to do vlogs as I am traveling and sometimes I need to do it in the middle of no where.
Well this mini mic fits the bill. I pop it into my phone, and it works.
IT does work better then the standard iPhone 12 Ultra pro Max elite ( joke if you get that) phone mic, but its not THAT much better.
I had to buy the extender for it, because apparently all these manufacturers out there don’t consider PEOPLE HAVE CASES ON THEIR PHONES this is why I gave it 4 stars overall (along with edit below).
I will say that once you pop the mic on, it will bring you to a app download, for voice audio only. Its pretty neat, but I am getting it for video.. just manually look it up, and you can download it free.. MOVIT TV
It has pretty neat controls and you can record your video and then once you complete it, save it to your photos/videos section for sync’ing and uploading.
Edit: This microphone only works with an iPhone. I tried it on my iPad mini 5, and iPad pro 2018 and while it detects it, it does not work correctly, unless you want to do an audio recording. Video wise, the same app on the phone that works well, does not work at all on both iPads, and even makes the iPad act all wonky and funky if you use the native camera app on the iPad with out their custom Shureplus app.. so good for phone, bad for iPads.. disappointing!
I was shocked at how well the microphone picked up the full sound stage of the High School Jazz show.
at first I thought I had been sent the complete incorrect item but it turns out that you pull off the black sponge part that acts as a wind break!
The microphones point out to the side on the iPhone and do not pick up very well the direction in which the camera shoots. This microphone solves this as well as gives a better sound than with built-in mikes.

This thing sounds great. I got rid of my iPhone and went back to Android so I’m no longer using it. But when I was using it to record my podcast, it always sounded stellar and due to being able to get away from my computer usually resulted in a higher quality recording. I very much recommend this
I use this to film work videos with my iPhone pro max – easy set up and very portable. Sound quality very good, but in a ‘busy’ environment a more costly specialist microphone is needed.

I bought this Shure MV88+ kit used from an eBay seller for 100 with a Rycote wind sock worth 25 which is about the maximum it is worth in my opinion.
The microphone is solidly built with a metal body and quite different in appearance from the silver plug in standard MV88 variant.
The tripod with smartphone holder and microphone shoe mount is also well made for the most part; the three legs fold out like a hydraulically-damped grab handle in a German automobile and the pushbutton release/hold on the mounting head is a clever and intuitive feature.
I bought this to record demonstrations at a guitar & gear enthusiast meet because it will cope with spoken presentations and loud music by adjusting the sensitivity with the accompanying Shure iOS or Android app.
Shure make pro audio equipment and are the vocal, ambient and instrument microphones of choice for most recording studios so is a name you can trust to deliver high fidelity sound.
That said, I feel that this kit is worth 75-100, not 165-195 so I would seek out a good used bargain elsewhere if I were you.
Un peu dispendieux mais a amplifie bien le son pour le iPhone 12 pro. Il faut faire des tests et bien ajuster pour viter la distorsion. Application trs simple.

Microphone fits with iphones with lightning connectors and has nothing to do with iOS (operating system).
Microphone comes with case and wind suppressor. Suggest downloading/reading manual from internet.
Used microphone with Motiv audio and Motiv video apps, and tripod. Again, read the instructions. First use: indoor gathering – captured audio/video I wanted, but also captured air conditioning noise (as a hiss) that I did not want. Further experimentation is needed.
Nice mic, but to take advantage of the mic fully you have to use the Motiv software and the Motiv video app seems pretty weak. For me, essentially having to use the mic Motiv apps to take full advantage of the app pretty much meant I didn’t/wasn’t using the mic. But, a lot of people really like it, so it might be just fine for you. Me? The shoe just didn’t fit…
Great quality item but the tripod is too low so I had to purchase an extension to get it to the right height for filming selfie videos while seated at a desk. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.
I am an opera singer, and I have found that this is the best microphone to capture the full breadth of my sound without requiring an audio-interface. In fact, this little microphone was even better in sound-quality than my other, more expensive mics that require audio interfaces. It was absolutely worth the money. (And I am a stingy person.) Plus it takes the full sound in the room, not just the muted sound other mics gather.

I really like the idea of this microphone. Sound is pretty good, much better than inbuilt iPhone mic. However, the connector is a little flimsy and to use it, you need to take the cover off your phone as the connector is standard length. Good range of different settings and the accompanying app is pretty good too.
I was looking for an inexpensive alternative to record piano recordings with better sound quality than the iPhone or my digital camera with a Rode mic. The DSP audio processing was good enough for my ears. I can hear the clarity of each notes, the resonance of the strings, and suppression of ambience noise. The ease of use and future obsolescence proof with the USB micro option makes it a no brainer over the other model and brands.

I love it, portable, solid, and good quality for the price. Excellent for location work. Buy the $15 fluffy dog for windy situations. Bought a Blue Nano for desktop use around the same time, looks nice but the MV88 gives me better voice quality for podcast and narration than the Blue. Seems I could have used this mic for everything!

Credo che sia perfetto per delle registrazioni all’aperto di musica diretta tipo concerti, non adatto per delle registrazioni parlate.

En primer lugar, el precio es bastante accesible.
Pequeo y lo puedes llevar a todos lados.
Fcil de usar, audios fcil de exportar, no necesitas tanto equipo como cuando compras un micrfono por separado ms cables, ms las bases, ms el MIDI, etctera.
El sonido es bueno aunque se debe editar para hacerlo sonar mejor.
Es ideal para podcasters o grabacin grupal de una banda.
Cons:
No se puede monitorear en tiempo real ya que en iPhones ms recientes, no tienes manera de conectar audfonos y el micrfono a la vez.
No puedes grabar tracks de instrumentos simultneamente mientras escuchas ya que por lo miso que dije, no puedes conectar ambas cosas al puerto lightning.
Es ms tardado grabar una banda o diferentes instrumentos ya que se debe exportar cada track a un software y as escuchar como suena todo combinado.

Purchased the MV88 for use in recording quality audio for videos I shoot with my iPhone, in both live and pre-recorded church settings. The quality of this mic is exceptional, especially at this price point, and is very easy to use. The Motiv app allows you to change the EQ, recording angle, and adjust to the setting. I bought a Shure “fuzzy” windscreen to use over the foam ball when recording outdoors in the wind and it really makes a difference—hardly any wind noise at all, which is a constant issue here in Colorado. I use the Apple case for my iPhone 11 which allows me to plug in the mic without having to remove the case (which can be an issue with some cases). Really love this little mic and it has become a constant companion in my EDC bag.
Really good quality sound just sits next to my monitor taking up very little room. Did need to buy a longer cable for desk top use but that was expected. Plus and play 😉

Definitivamente lo que esperaba. Como VoiceOver independiente, es importante poder dar respuesta rpida a solicitudes de clientes, y el poder contar con un dispositivo pequeo, fcil de transportar y que ofrezca una excelente calidad de audio es fundamental.
I previously had the MV88 with the lightning connector. That was much smaller and neater than this MV88+, but it had two drawbacks that are corrected in the “+” version; handling noise and the limitations of the Lightning connector.
The MV88+ has USB/Lightning connectivity that future-proofs it and the mechanical noise, mainly generated by the connector on the non+ version, as you pan around taking videos, is much reduced.
There is a significant price reduction on this microphone at the moment, less than one-fifty pounds, and the kit you get in the pack is top quality.
Although Shure specifically says this will not work with an iPad Pro I have successfully used it. It may possibly be buggy (?) and you can’t use the Shure Motiv app to set up the microphone (you need a phone for that), but it does make recordings. I shall update this “first impressions” review as I gain experience.
I have also used it on my Windows 7 PC. After plugging it in it took a long, long, time to find and download the four or five drivers it needed from Windows Update, but it eventually got there and the quality of sound on my Zoom meetings and recorded notes are vastly improved.
The software app is hard to understand. Clipping recording is not explained.
MV88 delivers excellent quality and by far more than what I expected from such a mini-looking device. I bought this to record some of my synth and keyboard tunes without having to use the periphery of a mixer setup. Well, with this simple mic connected to my iPad recordings work out pretty well. The output quality is not too mushy and one can clearly hear and distinguish between the synth pads, the synth keys and the sequencer and arpeggiator sounds. Awesome! And of course, if my playing is recorded with a software like Ableton and connected thru a mixer, the quality is like when you make a studio recording. This is what the MV88 cannot deliver, because it is placed in front of my studio monitors which means the audio signals it receives and transforms into wav.files are different as if one records his playing with a complete software/mixer setup. A no-brainer . But for recording on the fly, this mic is priceless. The manual is worth to study, especially the settings part is a must to read. Try every knob and turn on/off every feature, you will be surprised what a difference it makes e.g. when it comes to using the compressor and limiter functions. Use ALL of the setting functions in different setups and you will be rewarded by a superb recording quality! Today I recorded for the first time some tunes I played on my electric guitar thru a stereo setup by using two ampheads and cabinets and various delay/echo pedal settings In my home studio. Wow, the MV88 is able to produce a superwide stereo image, I can hear the ping pong trails note by note, and there is no loss in low and high notes. Chords sound clear too! I converted each song into 256 bps mp4a files and emailed it to friends. Their feedback was positively overwhelming! It is true, size does not matter, and in this case I can say that the MV88 delivers such outstanding quality that even a 5*rating does not even come close to what this mic is able to handle when it comes to recording songs on the fly. I use it now every day for each and every recording as it is also a most valuable tool to improve on my playing quality, it is the perfect trainer for anybody who seriously likes to improve his playing abilities! A top notch mic at an affordable price! Superb!! EDIT 04-17-21: I recorded all my studio synth tracks via my iPad by connecting the MV88 to my iPad nd by positioning the MV 88 on a stand between both monitors (Edifier series). The recording quality comes close to recording with a DAW. I played the saved recordings through my amp system by connecting the iPad to my Onkyo system. You can’t tell the difference between playing a CD and playing these recordings. It is that clear in sounding. This mic captures every noise, so don’t cough, sneeze or shuffle your feet during recording. It even captured the chirping of birds in our backyard when I left the window open during my studio sessions. One needs to balance out the input impedance to prevent any distortion. However, this mic is the BEST in terms of recording quality. The Ahure engineers did a truly great job on this one.
