Love this little gem! Favourite purchase I’ve made in ages! Small, powerful, quiet – just what I wanted! Been using it for a few months now and often have it on for long periods but it seems to be holding up well. Quiet enough that I can even have it next to my laptop during video calls and no one can hear it. Love it!
We bought this for the husband for night time when he’d normally want the window open and I would be freezing.
I was actually pretty stunned about the quality. This little fan is made of a luxurious feel material, pretty powerful for the size and soooo quiet we forget it’s even on. To give an idea of the sound it’s about as loud as my MacBook air’s fan when it’s a bit busy. Husband sleeps well with it blowing on him and I’m happy the bedroom still feels like it’s indoors.

I bought this after reading through a lot of reviews on fans. I wanted a fan that was small and light but is also powerful. This seemed the best and I have been happy with it. Used it during the hot period earlier this year and it was great. Recommended.
The fan has variable speed and is fairly quiet allowing my kids to get to sleep at night.
The fan adjustment axially is limited so must be mounted at bed height to be most effective.
Product seems well made and was very happy with my purchase as i now own three of them.
My wife passed me a USB fan, but unless you were virtually sat an inch from it, you really couldn’t feel the benefit. I purchased a much larger fan, which is fantastic, but noisy and too powerful, whereas this little USB fan is great, although it doesn’t point upwards as much as I would have liked, but you can rest it on say the frame of the screen and it’s directly pushing cool air onto my face and isn’t too noisy, plus you can control the speed, rather than just have pre-set speeds, so all in all, a great little device.
These are great for the price. Not too loud even on highest setting.. . Only fault is they dont adjust so you can’t angle them but for the price cant complai
Whilst wearing headphone i could not hear the sound of the fan which is great until you take your headphone off (though its not too loud). I forgot i had the fan left on and wondered why my face felt cool; the fan gives a light breeze, enough to keep you alive in a hot day but not powerful enough to move your hair. I would say good value for money though.
I purchased this for hot days in the gazebo as I do not have access to electrical points in the garden.
I run this off a powerbank and it works really well, and quiet.
I had it on for over an hour on first use and the powerbank was still on 100% when I turned it off, so good cooling effect that will not draw a lot of power.

Used it at work in a kitchen that needed more ventilation and then used it at night while asleep in summer months. I tried to turn it on now (may 2023) and it’s broken. So i suppose i will buy another because it’s compact and powerful for its size and price. I’m disappointed that it hasn’t lasted longer but this could be because it hasn’t been used since summer last year. These things happen and this is a cheap product. Overall I’m happy.

Great value for money and handy that it can either be powered by a plug or by USB so that I can take it with me when working remotely. My one wish is that it was a little bit quieter as it does make a fair bit of racket when it’s going, but not enough for me to think I need to return it.
I bought it to use in my office. Believing it wouldn’t be that good. Surprisingly enough, the fan is great the air is cool and strong. My sits within 40 cm away from me and it work really well. Thank you
This little fan is a perfect device. It can plug in where ever there is a USB port so great for my sons room when playing his xbox. Great power and effective for cooling, but quiet enough to have running in the office.
This fan is really handy. It works really well and because of the size you can use on a small or large desk. As it’s USB it’s portable and can be taken around. It’s a bit bulky to travel with in a work bag but it’s worth it as it’s really good in a hot office. Very pleased with this.
Reasonable quality desk fan, USB cable is a bit stiff to push into the back of the fan. Check you have it the right way round as slightly bevelled and quite tough to push in. Bit noisy but not unpleasant. Quite a strong amount of blow but doesn’t oscillate. Can be tilted slightly from the base and low energy to run, so pleased with my purchase considering the price.
Perfectly sized usb desk fan. Makes wfh in this heat so much more chilled! Small enough I can see my monitor over the top and quiet enough that no one can hear on teams calls (even on full power!) Also really like the fully adjustable speeds – 19 well spent!

Love this Face Fan keep me cool in the recent heat wave lovely small size my only gripe is it does not have a battery and has to be plugged into something for it to work bought a little battery charger so keep it attached to that delivery was quick and well boxed love it.
This fan is great as it’s a good size to be able to move it around to any room of the house. It’s lightweight and very good for hot days! There’s different setting from slower to faster fan speed which gives good choice. It’s not completely silent, does make some noise, especially on the fastest setting but overall very pleased with this product.
This is a brilliant fan and well worth the money. Can be plugged into any USB source, such as a laptop, so is useful for desk work during warm days. I’ve also had it on my bedside table for recent warm nights. The only potential downside is that it does make a noticeable noise, but it hasn’t interrupted my work or stopped me from sleeping. In fact, as it works effectively, it’s solved all of my heatwave problems.

Initially did not work – Have sent a damaged goods report to the manufacturer via the e-mail address within the accompanying paperwork, despite providing my return e-mail addy at this time there has been no acknowledgement of the problems with this item, essentially on connection to my laptop – IT DOESNT WORK!
Have now waggled and flexed the usb cable provided and it is this that is at fault as the fan now works, however the responsiveness as above still applies
I looked at this because my hubby complained about my other fan being noisy at night. I managed to get this one at a good price during Prime Day but hoped it wasn’t going to be a waste of money (the reviews looked ok but you never know). Wow! It is really quiet (in comparison to the other 6 fans we have in our house), the lowest setting is great for a cooling breeze during the night, and hubby is happy too. I’ve had it one all night for the last few nights during this current heatwave and it is working really well.
I like the fact you can control the fan speed and the noise level is very low . You can put it on during the night & it is whisper quiet but puts out a good breeze . I’m about to order another 3
Ok, it’s a good fan. Deceptively powerful and can be easily felt even on the lowest setting in a 3.5 x 4.5 meter room in the recent warm weather (mid-July 2022 – South East UK).
It’s not silent, but definitely quieter than a standard fan or cheaper desk fans.
Being USB powered means I can run it from my power bank, laptop, electric recliner sofa etc. which is very useful and practical.
I ran it all night in our bedroom and it only used about 10 % of the power bank battery.
Yes, I would recommend this product.
I’m giving this 5 stars. Great little fan, really quiet and I love the no step speed adjustment. You can gradually increase or decrease the speed very precisely. Really powerful for the size surprising amount of air given out for the size. Definitely recommend, bought another one straight away 🙂
This is a great light weight compact product. However, the noise levels are much higher than expected. On the lowest setting it was very quiet, but that only gave a gentle breeze, as you turned the speed up it became rather loud and i would not be able to sleep with it on that setting. Yes, the fan was powerful, and gave a strong breeze, but still, it is louder than expected.
Due to the summer heat, I find sleeping and even working from home at my desk for 8 hours really difficult but this fan has helped me so much. I love the fact you can use the knob to adjust the fan speed a little or a lot, rather than just having 1 – 3 set speeds.
I can sleep with the fan on as the lowest fan speed is quite quiet but not silent. The fan can be quite powerful on the highest setting and a little bit noisy – I could still sleep through it though as I like background noise when I sleep.
I highly recommend this little fan as it packs a punch.

The knob which adjusts the fan speed is so stiff and difficult to grip. I often end up being required to pick up the fan with my right hand and squeeze the knob as hard as I can to get enough grip to turn it on. It’s made of matte plastic.
Maybe my product is slightly defective, I cannot know, but if you buy this expect to need to make sure your fingers are completely dry to have any shot at using this fan.
I dont tend to review many things I buy – mainly because I will either keep buying the same thing once I’ve found a product that does the job, or will know if I’ve bought something less expensive from the far east that it’ll quite likely break pretty fast.
It seems this fan is an exception – in that it works very well indeed, way better than expected and also has the feel of something that is pretty well made.
First thing to notice is the size, this fan is pretty small, easily held in the palm of one hand with the fan being no more than 15cm across – its also fairly light and needs connecting to a usb to get power.
That said this fan is also really powerful, even at the lowest speeds it will shoot air a good distance and I suspect beat fans of far greater size – this because the blades are moving a lot quicker but remaining quiet at the same time – I was really surprised just how good a job this fan delivers and really pleased that every now and then you bump into a new product that really works v well indeed –
So, if you want to get the air moving in any room to cool things down etc this is well worth a try and is also a lot smaller and a lot quieter than the usual ocscillating fans we all buy if its ever warm in britain.
I have a relatively busy work-space so don’t want something that has a large footprint or gets in the way and has to be moved regularly. This looked like it fitted the bill.
This stands around 16cm high and 14cm wide, so acceptable for where I want to put it. Aside for the usb cable that powers the thing (which can be hidden behind stuff) this is fairly unobtrusive. The power dial is easy to use and provides more than enough breeze on it’s lowest setting for most purposes. When things get warmer, just wind up the dial a bit. It will push quite a bit of air through it at the higher speed settings, but it also gets a little noisy up there. That’s understandable to be honest. At the lower settings, it is just a light hum which is much better than previous fans I have tried. There is little worse than a noisy fan on your desk or workspace.
Cleaning is easy, as the front cover just pops off to allow access to the fan blades where you can use a light broad brush or soft cloth to clean them. Same goes for the holes in the casing, a brush can clean those out easily. Frequency will depend on where you place the fan and what other environmental influences there are. We have two excitable dogs and windows open more often than not so there’s a fair amount of atmospheric particles moving around. All that means is that I will need to clean it more frequently than a quieter area with less traffic.
The reason I mention this is that it is important for the health of your eyes to make sure you keep any fan like this clean. The other thing is not to have something like this blowing directly in your face. The passage of air will dry out your eyes, making them sore and there is a chance that an airborne particle may get in causing irritation. So, caution always.
In hot weather it’s always nice to have a cooling breeze nearby and this certainly fits that bill, it pushes a good volume of air keeping it circulated, and the breeze, draught or wind this creates (depending on the setting you use) is pleasant and allows one to cope better with the heat.
The fan casing rotates back and forward from a vertical position to an approximate 30 degree angle. It is light and has a decent grip on surfaces with three silicon or rubber feet. As it is light it can be placed pretty much anywhere on a work surface that is convenient for the user. The casing is well molded, nicely finished off and doesn’t have any errant edges. The power dial is also the on/off switch and is easy to turn Operation is quiet and non-invasive up to about mid-power levels, after that it starts to get a bit noisy. It does not oscillate so you need to place this in a way that you gain the benefit of the breeze without risk to your eyes. I have mine placed to the side and slightly to the rear of where I work, and I find that it is more than sufficient to allow me to cope with even really hot days. Admittedly I am fortunate in that we have fairly thick walls here so a lot of the heat from outside doesn’t transmit into the rooms. But it can still get toasty sometimes.
In my opinion this is a great little unit for people who don’t want an industrial sized fan on their desk or workspace, it is well made, seems reliable, is relatively quiet and blows a good amount of air. Definitely value for money.

So I finally decided to get this one! It’s far more powerful, a little noisier than my last one but still extremely quiet!
Some reviews seem like the vibration is crazy and doesn’t stay still but that has to do with their surface and not the fan itself, vibrations have to go somewhere. But I have found 0 issue with this! If you have a sturdy surface, you shouldn’t have a problem either.

I brought this fan for work. I get really warm sometimes and I have a heat allergy, so I thought I’d buy this fan. Now this fan is brilliant. The noise level isn’t loud when switched on. The air reaches other people to behind me. Its worth the amount you are paying for it. I have gotten soo many compliments while using this fan. If you are looking for a desk fan this is the one I recommend. The USB cord colour did take me off guard as it came blue, but I got over that. Its also lightweight, as I take it work with me everyday.
For a usb desk fan this is powerful. With an infinitely adjustable speed via a small knob on the front you can adjust the speed easily. A little bit noisy resting on my metal filing cabinet and I wish the lowest setting was just a little bit lower, however overall I am very happy with my purchase and my partner wants one now to replace her usb desk fan.

Fan itself is good enough. Would have been good to know the type of USB port was in the description (it’s Micro USB BTW).
Biggest problem was that when browsing, it said delivery by 10.00 p.m. the same day, but when ordered that changed to 10.00 p.m. the following day. That was the main reason for ordering this item and I can’t help but feel that Amazon are being somewhat disingenuous as this isn’t the first time this has happened.
On the plus side; the variable speed gives great flexibility compared to fans that offer only 1 or a couple of speeds.
However, it’s a pain to adjust the angle and it’s poorly put together from lightweight plastics so rattles and makes irritating noise.

Bought a couple of these to replace my old desktop USB fans and I’m so pleased I did. They’re not silent, but they’re not distracting either (as a home worker on the PC all day, this matters).
They are adjustable via the rotary knob on the front, and on full whack, throw out a surprising amount of draught for their size.
I have a fan situated directly behind the keyboard (i.e. facing me when I’m sat at the PC), and the tilt can adjust so it’s either blowing over the keyboard, all the way up so it blows on my face – so a reasonably adjustment I find).
Alas, I’ve not used the battery side of things, hence I haven’t rated it.

This is a sweet little fan, quite powerful and not too noisy. Worth the money. Has a dial to increase and decrease speed instead of the classic 1,2,3 button system. Could’ve been better if it came with an in built rechargeable battery.

Found out you just need to hold it and the base, then grab the fan as close the base as possible and push it from the back (usb cord side) while pulling it from the power dial side, but it is pretty stiff tho.
Definitely recommend it and very handy that it’s usb, so can use it via a power bank, when not by a mains supply.
Arrived quickly, feels well made for the price (plastic but construction doesn’t feel flimsy). I wasn’t expecting much given that it’s a USB fan but is actually perfect! have not needed to turn it up at all over the lowest power. On that, I like the adjustable power settings and that it isn’t just “3 speeds” like most fans. Quiet enough to have on in the background of zoom meetings and the tilt function means I can get it on my face.

Like most the fans the higher the setting the noisier it is but I have it on about half way and there’s barely any noise but it’s throws out enough cool air to cool me down. Good value for money! Noise level, great, very quiet compared to any other fan I’ve had, even tiny ones. It’s cute to look at, colours to suit your room but this is a Personal fan really or maybe enough for a very small room. It’s perfect for your bedside table or table by the sofa, great on your PC desk. It’s good value for money when you consider it’s stylish and low noise, not just a cooling down method. I think I’ll buy another one to leave on, on warm nights, for my cats.
It runs in a USB lead, just plug it into a spare mobile phone charging plug (the cable could be longer, I think it was 1.2metres.) I expect you could buy a longer one, but the end that goes into the fan is tiny, I have no idea what size it is, sorry. It’s 9/10!!
Good little desk fan I’ve been using in my home office as it gets so hot! The fan is pretty good, looks smart, affordable and has a dial on the front so you can control the fan speed. The stepless control is really smooth and a great way to control how much power you want, however, I always have it on full. Could be coupled with a smart plug if that’s your thing.
Not too loud, but it does rattle a little which is a bit annoying. The port seems a little temperamental too. It cuts off if you move it around. Not a big deal though as I have it static most of the time.
It’s a bit unstable too. If you adjust the power it can begin to topple. Could be address if you affix extra padding on the bottom.

Great value for money and handy that it can either be powered by a plug or by USB so that I can take it with me when working remotely. My one wish is that it was a little bit quieter as it does make a fair bit of racket when it’s going, but not enough for me to think I need to return it.
It’s not too loud, really pleasant breeze, or a strong breeze if I need to change the dial, really happy with the purchase

This little fan is a perfect device. It can plug in where ever there is a USB port so great for my sons room when playing his xbox. Great power and effective for cooling, but quiet enough to have running in the office.
This fan is really handy. It works really well and because of the size you can use on a small or large desk. As it’s USB it’s portable and can be taken around. It’s a bit bulky to travel with in a work bag but it’s worth it as it’s really good in a hot office. Very pleased with this.
Reasonable quality desk fan, USB cable is a bit stiff to push into the back of the fan. Check you have it the right way round as slightly bevelled and quite tough to push in. Bit noisy but not unpleasant. Quite a strong amount of blow but doesn’t oscillate. Can be tilted slightly from the base and low energy to run, so pleased with my purchase considering the price.
Perfectly sized usb desk fan. Makes wfh in this heat so much more chilled! Small enough I can see my monitor over the top and quiet enough that no one can hear on teams calls (even on full power!) Also really like the fully adjustable speeds – 19 well spent!

Love this Face Fan keep me cool in the recent heat wave lovely small size my only gripe is it does not have a battery and has to be plugged into something for it to work bought a little battery charger so keep it attached to that delivery was quick and well boxed love it.
This fan is great as it’s a good size to be able to move it around to any room of the house. It’s lightweight and very good for hot days! There’s different setting from slower to faster fan speed which gives good choice. It’s not completely silent, does make some noise, especially on the fastest setting but overall very pleased with this product.

Overall a good little fan. It’s not quiet. But powerful for the size and lightweight.
This is a brilliant fan and well worth the money. Can be plugged into any USB source, such as a laptop, so is useful for desk work during warm days. I’ve also had it on my bedside table for recent warm nights. The only potential downside is that it does make a noticeable noise, but it hasn’t interrupted my work or stopped me from sleeping. In fact, as it works effectively, it’s solved all of my heatwave problems.

Initially did not work – Have sent a damaged goods report to the manufacturer via the e-mail address within the accompanying paperwork, despite providing my return e-mail addy at this time there has been no acknowledgement of the problems with this item, essentially on connection to my laptop – IT DOESNT WORK!
Have now waggled and flexed the usb cable provided and it is this that is at fault as the fan now works, however the responsiveness as above still applies
I looked at this because my hubby complained about my other fan being noisy at night. I managed to get this one at a good price during Prime Day but hoped it wasn’t going to be a waste of money (the reviews looked ok but you never know). Wow! It is really quiet (in comparison to the other 6 fans we have in our house), the lowest setting is great for a cooling breeze during the night, and hubby is happy too. I’ve had it one all night for the last few nights during this current heatwave and it is working really well.
This is great. It’s quiet it’s light it’s powerful and it doesn’t take up a lot of room on my desk.
I like the fact you can control the fan speed and the noise level is very low . You can put it on during the night & it is whisper quiet but puts out a good breeze . I’m about to order another 3
It’s not silent, but definitely quieter than a standard fan or cheaper desk fans.
Being USB powered means I can run it from my power bank, laptop, electric recliner sofa etc. which is very useful and practical.
I ran it all night in our bedroom and it only used about 10 % of the power bank battery.

Due to the summer heat, I find sleeping and even working from home at my desk for 8 hours really difficult but this fan has helped me so much. I love the fact you can use the knob to adjust the fan speed a little or a lot, rather than just having 1 – 3 set speeds.
I can sleep with the fan on as the lowest fan speed is quite quiet but not silent. The fan can be quite powerful on the highest setting and a little bit noisy – I could still sleep through it though as I like background noise when I sleep.
I highly recommend this little fan as it packs a punch.

The knob which adjusts the fan speed is so stiff and difficult to grip. I often end up being required to pick up the fan with my right hand and squeeze the knob as hard as I can to get enough grip to turn it on. It’s made of matte plastic.
Maybe my product is slightly defective, I cannot know, but if you buy this expect to need to make sure your fingers are completely dry to have any shot at using this fan.
I just can’t believe the efficiency of this fan! Even at full speed the noise is quiet enough to sleep unlike a bigger fan. Very much recommended.
I dont tend to review many things I buy – mainly because I will either keep buying the same thing once I’ve found a product that does the job, or will know if I’ve bought something less expensive from the far east that it’ll quite likely break pretty fast.
It seems this fan is an exception – in that it works very well indeed, way better than expected and also has the feel of something that is pretty well made.
First thing to notice is the size, this fan is pretty small, easily held in the palm of one hand with the fan being no more than 15cm across – its also fairly light and needs connecting to a usb to get power.
That said this fan is also really powerful, even at the lowest speeds it will shoot air a good distance and I suspect beat fans of far greater size – this because the blades are moving a lot quicker but remaining quiet at the same time – I was really surprised just how good a job this fan delivers and really pleased that every now and then you bump into a new product that really works v well indeed –
So, if you want to get the air moving in any room to cool things down etc this is well worth a try and is also a lot smaller and a lot quieter than the usual ocscillating fans we all buy if its ever warm in britain.

I have a relatively busy work-space so don’t want something that has a large footprint or gets in the way and has to be moved regularly. This looked like it fitted the bill.
This stands around 16cm high and 14cm wide, so acceptable for where I want to put it. Aside for the usb cable that powers the thing (which can be hidden behind stuff) this is fairly unobtrusive. The power dial is easy to use and provides more than enough breeze on it’s lowest setting for most purposes. When things get warmer, just wind up the dial a bit. It will push quite a bit of air through it at the higher speed settings, but it also gets a little noisy up there. That’s understandable to be honest. At the lower settings, it is just a light hum which is much better than previous fans I have tried. There is little worse than a noisy fan on your desk or workspace.
Cleaning is easy, as the front cover just pops off to allow access to the fan blades where you can use a light broad brush or soft cloth to clean them. Same goes for the holes in the casing, a brush can clean those out easily. Frequency will depend on where you place the fan and what other environmental influences there are. We have two excitable dogs and windows open more often than not so there’s a fair amount of atmospheric particles moving around. All that means is that I will need to clean it more frequently than a quieter area with less traffic.
The reason I mention this is that it is important for the health of your eyes to make sure you keep any fan like this clean. The other thing is not to have something like this blowing directly in your face. The passage of air will dry out your eyes, making them sore and there is a chance that an airborne particle may get in causing irritation. So, caution always.
In hot weather it’s always nice to have a cooling breeze nearby and this certainly fits that bill, it pushes a good volume of air keeping it circulated, and the breeze, draught or wind this creates (depending on the setting you use) is pleasant and allows one to cope better with the heat.
The fan casing rotates back and forward from a vertical position to an approximate 30 degree angle. It is light and has a decent grip on surfaces with three silicon or rubber feet. As it is light it can be placed pretty much anywhere on a work surface that is convenient for the user. The casing is well molded, nicely finished off and doesn’t have any errant edges. The power dial is also the on/off switch and is easy to turn Operation is quiet and non-invasive up to about mid-power levels, after that it starts to get a bit noisy. It does not oscillate so you need to place this in a way that you gain the benefit of the breeze without risk to your eyes. I have mine placed to the side and slightly to the rear of where I work, and I find that it is more than sufficient to allow me to cope with even really hot days. Admittedly I am fortunate in that we have fairly thick walls here so a lot of the heat from outside doesn’t transmit into the rooms. But it can still get toasty sometimes.
In my opinion this is a great little unit for people who don’t want an industrial sized fan on their desk or workspace, it is well made, seems reliable, is relatively quiet and blows a good amount of air. Definitely value for money.
I love this little fan. The original reason I bought it is because last year I got a smaller one that I thought was able to take off the front to clean it but turns out that it wasn’t true and was nearly impossible to clean.
So I finally decided to get this one! It’s far more powerful, a little noisier than my last one but still extremely quiet!
Some reviews seem like the vibration is crazy and doesn’t stay still but that has to do with their surface and not the fan itself, vibrations have to go somewhere. But I have found 0 issue with this! If you have a sturdy surface, you shouldn’t have a problem either.
The colour is adorable and matches my setup perfectly, it’s extremely powerful for such a little fan. Overall, well worth it!

I brought this fan for work. I get really warm sometimes and I have a heat allergy, so I thought I’d buy this fan. Now this fan is brilliant. The noise level isn’t loud when switched on. The air reaches other people to behind me. Its worth the amount you are paying for it. I have gotten soo many compliments while using this fan. If you are looking for a desk fan this is the one I recommend. The USB cord colour did take me off guard as it came blue, but I got over that. Its also lightweight, as I take it work with me everyday.
Totally recommend buying this fan.

For a usb desk fan this is powerful. With an infinitely adjustable speed via a small knob on the front you can adjust the speed easily. A little bit noisy resting on my metal filing cabinet and I wish the lowest setting was just a little bit lower, however overall I am very happy with my purchase and my partner wants one now to replace her usb desk fan.

Biggest problem was that when browsing, it said delivery by 10.00 p.m. the same day, but when ordered that changed to 10.00 p.m. the following day. That was the main reason for ordering this item and I can’t help but feel that Amazon are being somewhat disingenuous as this isn’t the first time this has happened.

On the plus side; the variable speed gives great flexibility compared to fans that offer only 1 or a couple of speeds.
However, it’s a pain to adjust the angle and it’s poorly put together from lightweight plastics so rattles and makes irritating noise.

Bought a couple of these to replace my old desktop USB fans and I’m so pleased I did. They’re not silent, but they’re not distracting either (as a home worker on the PC all day, this matters).
They are adjustable via the rotary knob on the front, and on full whack, throw out a surprising amount of draught for their size.
I have a fan situated directly behind the keyboard (i.e. facing me when I’m sat at the PC), and the tilt can adjust so it’s either blowing over the keyboard, all the way up so it blows on my face – so a reasonably adjustment I find).
Alas, I’ve not used the battery side of things, hence I haven’t rated it.

Small fan handy for directing at one person say working on a laptop or sleeping. Angles to a degree but has to slide something under one edge to get right angle when next to me on a table not really an issue. Quiet enough.

Found out you just need to hold it and the base, then grab the fan as close the base as possible and push it from the back (usb cord side) while pulling it from the power dial side, but it is pretty stiff tho.
Definitely recommend it and very handy that it’s usb, so can use it via a power bank, when not by a mains supply.

It runs in a USB lead, just plug it into a spare mobile phone charging plug (the cable could be longer, I think it was 1.2metres.) I expect you could buy a longer one, but the end that goes into the fan is tiny, I have no idea what size it is, sorry. It’s 9/10!!
Great little device for the money with good fan strength. It looks minimalist and stylish. You can see straight through it.
The stepless control is really smooth and a great way to control how much power you want, however, I always have it on full. Could be coupled with a smart plug if that’s your thing.
Not too loud, but it does rattle a little which is a bit annoying. The port seems a little temperamental too. It cuts off if you move it around. Not a big deal though as I have it static most of the time.
It’s a bit unstable too. If you adjust the power it can begin to topple. Could be address if you affix extra padding on the bottom.

The totally variable speed control means that I can have it on minimum and it’s enough to keep me cool and barely makes a noise. Others I’ve had have been too noisy even on the lowest setting.
