How to enjoy your topper
Your memory foam topper will arrive rolled, compressed and vacuum-sealed so it’s easy to transport. It may look surprisingly small! Remove all the packaging and lay the topper flat on the bed. Allow up to 10 hours for it to expand to its original size before use
New foam smell
You may notice an initial odour after unwrapping your new topper. This is completely harmless and is normal with the manufacture of high-quality foam. The odour will dissipate with normal use, however you may wish to air first it in a well-ventilated place.

Love this mattress topper. Takes less than 1 hour to expand to full size so don’t panic when it comes and you think it’s too small like I did. Very good quality and very comfortable. Great purchase, it changed my life! This topper would make any hard and uncomfortable mattress a perfect one. It is soft and warm, it is so thick feels like you’re in a cocoon. One thing I would mention, when it is new has a very strong unpleasant smell. Open it and leave it somewhere to air for a few days and the smell will dissapare.

When we finally received the mattress topper nearly a week later. We put it on the bed and yes people have mentioned the funny smell this does fade in time. I can say for the last week both my husband and I have have the best nights sleep for a long while, we wake up in the morning with no aches or pains best purchased in a long time. Just ordered one for the spare room .

I recently spent over 700 on a new ‘special’ mattress. After sleeping on it for a month, my back and hips were painful and negatively affecting my sleep. I bought this product with my fingers crossed, 2 days later after receipt, the pain was gone.
Correct size, super soft and comfortable, gives sleep a a whole new quality.. A little hot to sleep on for my personal taste but that is just the character of the material. Smells a little bit but having a mattress protector on takes away the smell and the feeling that you sink in a bit too much. Love it.. i do recommend.
My existing matress was nearing the end of its days so I got this to give it a bit more life. Plus i’m too lazy to mess around getting rid of an old matress. This has done the job perfectly. Fits the bed exactly & is incredibly comfortable. Recommended.

Got this while pregnant as kept getting sore back with normal mattress. Very comfy but does make bed a lot warmer so may need a thinner duvet or you will cook! No issues with smell as some reviews mentiond. Is quite expensive

Delivered before it was due..no smell.. I laid on the bed and left about 4 hours to settle…. at first due to the way it’s packaged it looks a funny shape and as though it’s not quite going to fit. But 4 hours later it had spread and I made the bed. Best nights sleep in years. Perfect depth at the 3″. Definately need some extra deep sheets though as I had to fight hard to get mine on. All in all very happy..great bargain!

Have a new and rather firm bed in our new house so purchased this topper to try and get it comfy. It arrived promptly and was well packaged. The quality was exceptional and the memory foam was lovely and thick. Brilliant value for money and better than anticipated.
Excellent – fits over my mattress perfectly, doesn’t move about and provides a soft, cosy cushioning for my arthritic hip. It took a few nights for the rather odd ‘new’ smell to wear off, but it didn’t interfere with my sleep.
Very pleased with everything. The mattress is lovely and was delivery on time too! There is a faint smell from the mattress, which is to be expected, but just air before you cover it and it soon fades. I would definitely recommend this product and the company.

I got my topper yesterday, my 1st night sleep was fantastic. It does have a little smell but not too bad. Hopefully it will disappear soon. I was worried to order item because of the smell but ver happy so far.

Is definitely memory foam, comfy, right size, arrived quickly. However, it could be cut straighter, slightly wonky on one side and has a definate smell, like paraffin. What a difference this has made. Couldn’t afford a new mattress right now, but this has helped immensely and a great price too.
I wasn’t expecting too much for the price paid but this is excellent – no bad smell as other reviewers have said – put it on the bed and waited a few hours and it expanded to fit perfectly – My husband loves it but it took me a few nights to get used to it – you do need to have very deep sheets if they are fitted but overall very pleased
Actually seems to work- my wife’s back is much improved and by extension, so is her sleep. What other people are saying is right though, it does stink. I’m hoping that the smell will eventually go away as its really not very pleasant- very chemical solvent smell
Item arrived on time with very quick delivery. This isn’t the NASA type memory foam topper as i already have one of those so I know the difference, however it is very comfortable. I suffer with my lower discs in my back & also my hips and since purchase I have managed to get a very comfortable nights sleep with no aches and pains when i wake up! BEWARE though, there is a very strong chemical smell when it’s on the bed, BUT this has started to disappear through use. DEFINITELY worth the buy.

very very comfortable should have got one years ago, you might need to get a deeper top sheet to cover the topper and the mattress, the only down side is the smell !! we have had ours 3 mounths and it still smells , it did say the smell soon go,s away but no it dosent !!!

Fab. Gutted we didn’t get a memory foam topper years ago. The smell isn’t all that bad. We put it straight on and after a few days it was hardly noticeable. We’ve had it down for about a month or so and there are no signs of it dipping and it always retains its original shape. Great A+

I love it. My mattress was getting alittle tired of itself, but buying this to put on top has made me feel like its a totally new mattress. Love getting into bed on this!! Reason for 4 stars is that it does look a little worn in the 2 main areas myself and my husband obviously sleep and I only have it 6 months. I flipped it over though and hopefully this will balance out the wearing.

This is the best but I have made in years! It has made my good, but very hard mattress an amazing mattress! There is a bit of a smell, but it fades after a while.. Only bad point is that it’s getting extremely hard to get out of bed in the mornings!

Doesn’t quite fit our king. Would recommend covering with a mattress protector sheet/mattress topper cover as the sponge is quite rough to just put a fitted sheet over. Super comfortable to sleep on though.
i had a disc removed a couple of years ago so occasionally still get back pain… this matress has made our bed SOOO much more comfortable… we are buying one for our son this payday! 🙂

Worth every penny and more. Have had for two weeks and cannot believe how good the mattress is and what a difference it makes. I sleep better than I have done for years and I wake up feeling well rested and without feeling stiff. It has helped my lower back enormously. If it only lasts a year I would by another one again. It would work out at 1 a week for a great nights sleep – worth it I’d say! Follow instructions, open and leave to breath for a couple of hours, it says to use straight away as this will remove the odour. We did exactly that, the odour was minimal and the next day was not noticeable. You will need deep sheets.
I had been suffering with my back for months following a car accident and having physio. I was waking up every morning so stiff it was taking me a while to get moving. I had been looking for a topper for a long time and at 100 plus just didn’t know what to do. A new mattress was a big expense and without guarantee. So I looked at the other comments about this and for 50 I thought it would be worth the risk. The risk paid off!!

It does smell a bit (like foam) for the first few days but that goes away, and it was not a problem for me.
So so comfy don’t want to get out of bed now. However slightly smaller than bed but not an issue

I recently bought a new bed and mattress, but dissappointingly it seemed to be causing me constant back and shoulder pain due to being a bit too firm. I went for this mattress topper mainly due to the price and thickness, and I am not dissappointed. It does make the bed rather hot to sleep on, but my back pain has gone so I am pleased overall!
Probably best to use a super king size flat sheet on the bed after putting this on though. It’s difficult to stretch a king size one over it and the existing mattress.
Made my lumpy Bumby mattress comfortable. Was so impressed got the kids one each as well. Only setback it smelt to start with.
