I bought this as a replacement for my old set. I looked at hundreds of sets in shops and online and this set was perfect. Size of block and shape excellent, knives easy to hold exactly as described. I’m so happy as I have waited a long time to get perfection and have got it.

Love these Sabatier knives from Stellar. They are razor sharp but never put them in the dishwasher – rinse them under a hot tap and wipe dry. They make all slicing a dream.
Nice, sharp knives, good to hold. They are smaller than I thought they would be, but handle well, I have not had them long so it will be interesting to see how well they hold their edge. They seem well made, which I would expect from Sebatier.
