I like the range of length offered (100ft), and the sturdy brass coloured metal connections. It takes a bit of time to empty the hose once the feed tap is switched off, so expect about 60 seconds of further watering after this action before the contrats back to the natural length. Let’s hope the connection crimping lasts the normal pull when in use.
I have found this particular hose to be a better quality than those that I have previously bought over the years. I only noticed about four or five months after I had purchased it that a bag of attachments was missing. I contacted the sellers and they immediately replacements. Excellent customer service.
A lot stronger than previous ones I’ve had and love the large hook fit the wall.
The hose arrived, as advertised, but what I didn’t realise that it’s use was limited to the spray nozzle provided. I expected it to attach to a number of garden watering items e.g. a lawn sprinkler, a long flexible nozzle to water the hanging baskets etc.
I contacted Silverstonex Ltd who replied very quickly. After a week of communication on WhatsApp for them to determine exactly what part I was requesting. They posted me an end coupling that was identical to the quick disconnect coupling that fits to the garden tap, so now I am able to connect to all the garden watering devices.
Their customer service is absolutely outstanding – they are 5 Stars. I would deal with them again and I can highly recommend Silverstonex Ltd t any other prospective customers.
Much more substantial than the previous one bought which started leaking at the tap fitting and there doesn’t seem to be an easy way of repairing. This one seems very strong and much more robust. The nozzle spray is nice and strong too. Thoroughly recommend this hose.
We ordered two of these as we find this type of hose, very light and easy as we have a large garden and each hose is 100ft long.
When we unpacked them both one had the spray gun missing and also there are a lot of adapters and bits that come with them, so was a little confusing as we couldn’t seem to match adapter to fit our tap.
I contacted the seller and they were so helpful, sent me a video on Whatsap showing how to assemble the hose and connectors to tap and spray gun and also posted out the missing gun and we received it next day.

Best Quality expandable 100ft hose pipe with fittings and connectors. Amazingly this hosepipe has solved most of my problems. I was a bit hesitant to but it as I was not sure about its quality and was disappointed with my last purchase. However when I got it I was pleased to see that the gun and the hose pipe itself are made of really good material.The spray gun has10 functions and it can be used for different jobs. This hose pipe expands so well that it saves time untangling like the normal substandard hose pipes. So far I’m really pleased to own it.
