I love this machine it is very easy to use.
I love the look it is a great machine.
I’ve had a Tassimo machine for years but my partner always found them on the cold side. We can now both make our coffee as we like them at a touch of a button. I’d highly recommend this machine.
It’s good to be able to change cup size, strength and temperature, but there’s a slight design flaw…. when using a latte glass, the drip tray has to be removed, but as there is a lip on the base underneath, it can make it difficult to remove the glass when full without spreading the foam over the “spout” and spilling the contents as the glass leans… Other than that, it’s lovely!

My last coffee machine failed and this one seemed perfect and it hasn’t disappointed. Its quick efficient and produces great coffee.
Loved the design, the water tank lid is a better design & easy to adjust strength, heat and size of drink. Still makes great coffee. However, bought this to replace the previous model that had developed a fault and was more economical, so I thought, to buy this one than get the old one repaired, what I did not know is that for some reason beyond comprehension the company that makes the water filter cartridges have redisiged the water tank and put a couple of raised pieces in so the 10 filter cartridge left over from my old machine will not fit this one, why put these in as they serve no purpose other than to make you buy the new design cartridge that now has 2 slots in them. I now have 10 expensive but useless cartridges and have to start buying the new designed ones, not very eco friendly at all.
This is my third tassimo machine and by far the best one yet.

Having just gone over to pods from espresso machine I must say I am extremely impressed. There is nothing to dislike about this machine and the range of coffees to use in it is superb. Definitely a keeper.
Love this coffee machine! A definite professional step up from the more basic machine. My clients love the added options and it looks great.
It’s so easy to use and not going back and forth for water helps. The filter works great in high mineral water areas but if you fill the reservoir to fast it pops out of place. The indicators are easy to see apart from refill and timescale they are so small youd miss them, little leds makers address this bigger ones please..

Only just received this today and I love it ! First coffee we had in it was jacobs cafe au lait which was gorgeous.
I bought this machine with a bit of trepidation, not only the price, but sometimes more options are not always good… but need not have worried, its easy to use and I love the features, especially the choice of size of drink, as the large chocolate pods didn’t always completely empty in my last machine and the chocolate was very weak. This machine does the job a treat, I would thoroughly recommend

Easy product to use, has option to increase or decrease intensity, although the default from bar code reader works perfectly.
So nice to get the coffee properly hot. So many of these machines you have to drink immediately and then still not piping hot. This machine gives you the choice to have the coffee piping hot. Love this machine
Love it the flavours are what you would expect from a coffee shop only better the aroma from coffee pods are beautiful only if you are a coffee drinker you can make also drinking chocolate which is also beautiful too
The machine makes a very good cup of coffee. bought for my wife mainly to replace our older model and she is very impressed and delighted with it.
This is the 3rd Tassimo machine I’ve purchased! Everything is excellent except my small and large Latte glass mugs don’t fit under the spout !!

The coffee seems to be smoother, not sure the size and strength choices make much difference . A tall latte glass is tight with the tray removed .

Love this coffee machine. Easy to use, coffee tastes just as good as any from a coffee shop chain such as Costa or Cafe Nero. Would definitely recommend, coffee pods reasonably priced and widely available in different flavours.
Fantastic machine but instructions are not in English so had to go on YouTube to figure out how to use it .

This is a brilliant machine and produces lovely hot coffee . Love that you can choose cup size and also what heat you like . A lot of machines only produce lukewarm coffee but not this one . Highly recommend it .

First coffee maker bought as we don’t drink too much coffee so just wanted something basic and this does a great job.
Got this red one on offer for 60 other colours were more than twice as much, so well worth watching for deals that come up.
First time buying a coffee machine, did some research first and found good reviews on this model which you can adjust to your preference. Pick how strong, warm and size of cup you want and hit the button. Good features with two memory buttons and easy to clean disc that you load to flush through. Great pre Christmas price on Amazon which has since risen. Still a great machine for the price!
In terms of operation its very simple to use and gives enough various options to personalise and achieve your drink of choice.
My only niggle with the machine was that after about three weeks we were required to descale the machine, this was something I was completely unaware of and despite regular cleaning using the inbuilt mechanism. This resulted in us not using the machine for a couple of days and whilst it may appear in the user guide there is a lot of options out there all of which appear to be off-brand so it’s tricky to be confident that you are buying the correct product. However, I am being picky. The fact that I’ve bought three is endorsement enough.
The My Way from Tassimo has a great selection of drinks that can help provide that coffee shop coffee taste right in the heart of the home, great for those long dragging days during the current pandemic!

This is an upgraded machine for us. Didn’t think we needed it but nobody is taking it away now. Excellent drinks made, don’t have to warm the machine up. Great taste.
Great size for our kitchen, fits nicely in and our kitchen isn’t large. Easy to use once you work out what size cup your using. Great machine fast and not loud. Coffee is lovely and hot!!

Excellent. Easy to use. The only thing worth noting is that cappuccinos and lattes require 2 separate capsules to be dispensed; the coffee, and the milk, so you may not have as many drinks as you believe.

Brought to replace an older version that has been used several times a day, every day for 5 years. Picked this model due to the large water container. Find it easy to use, filling the water container has been improved over the previous model.
Upgraded from an older model and this is so much better.
Only down side is money I have not spent on all the pods. But still cheaper that getting coffee from a coffee chain !
The machine itself is easy to use (once you have figured out the instructions which are not simple to follow), looks great in the kitchen. HOWEVER – if you are looking for a machine to do at home Costa coffee – this is not for you. (that’s the reason I bought it). The tassimo pods for Costa coffees taste nothing like Costa and don’t taste great at all. Have been really disappointed by those. Its good for hot chocolates, and yes whilst you can make tea using it I haven’t tried it yet. Hot water on demand is helpful but overall, whilst the machine itself is good – the pods are not.
Really good and (once you work it out) is really easy to use. My only comment – how about instruction with words instead of just cartoons. Good choice of coffee etc. Really good flavour. would certainly recommend

Looks attractive and makes a range of coffees and hot chocolates. Pods are easy to get hold of and really tasty.
A great redesign of the original machine. Looks great, works well, with a few more controls over size and strength of drinks. The water store is still small, always needs refilling but that’s because we use it so much.

Update, have been using for about 10 months now, no problems at all. The only negative thing is when you buy the coffee pods there is so much packaging as mentioned by other reviewers.

I have had a few Tassimos over the years, and this one is by far the best yet. It is so easy to use. The touch controls have been designed with simplicity in mind. It is easy to see at a glance what to press to get your desired cup. I love these touch controls.
I particularly love that I can pick the strength depending on what type of coffee I am using. It is super to have the choice of a quick, small cup, or a longer large cup, or just the standard cup. I have only ever used the standard heat setting because that is plenty hot enough for me.
The machine makes hot coffee and offers the chance to make it even hotter if you like your drink piping hot. I use double-walled glass insulating cups that keep the drink hot for much longer, so I can enjoy a hot drink to the bottom of the cup.
I like that the machine has a built-in water filter to refine the quality of the water and further improve the quality of the drink. That is thoughtful. The tank capacity is good for about 4 drinks for me—way more than previous Tassimos. I seemed to be always filling them. With this one, I can fill to the top and get a full day, or even two without having to refill it.
The machine looks good, too. It has a deep polish and shiny chrome. It looks classy, sitting on the kitchen counter. I am thrilled with this purchase.
I bought this for my fiance and she loves it. She has only had it a day, but is already raving about the latte and I’m sure she’ll be going on about her Americano and whatever tomorrow.

I’ve had a few different ones of these over the years , some a lot more expensive than this one, but this machine is by far the best one I’ve ever had. So east to set up, easy to use, easy to clean, great variety of drinks. Can’t praise it enough.
We are highly delighted with our choice. It works well and has a water filter on the reservoir which is a nice added feature. There are options to vary the strength of coffee and size of cup and add additional water if required. Highly recommend the product.
Nice looker, can’t fit larger latte cups under it due to shape. Apart from that works fine.
Very pleased with this machine. We’ve had several models of the competitor which have all leaked! Great flavour choices; although could do with more decaf varieties. The machine looks stylish and gives the option of size of coffees. Haven’t yet worked out how you store four peoples choices yet in the memory though.
Love that you can choose three temperature settings on this machine (as well as coffee strength and cup size) as I like my coffee really hot!
Easy to use and simple to program. This is the best one since our first one retired after many years of great service. The machine produces consistent quality time after time and the descale time is much quicker than our old machine. So please, we even bought a second as our next replacement.

When you fill the water tank you have to jiggle it otherwise the water doesn’t filter through. The first time we only got half a cup of coffee we thought there was a problem with the filter so replaced it and again the water didn’t filter without help otherwise it’s easy to use.
Had tassimo machines for many years now, this is the best by far. Ability to make a bigger coffee with out having to press and hold for a top up is great. Having a water filter and being in a hard water area should hopefully let this last longer than the last one. Only grumble is that the water tank could be a bit bigger. Other than that really good

This is the third Bosch coffee machine we have had and it is by far the best. The options of getting the cup if coffee that you and your family individually want are easy to insert into the machine. It is very easy to clean (we have the white and black version). Can thoroughly recommend this machine

Can anyone help went to make my coffee put pod in closed pod cover pressed it and all the amber lights are flashing at the same time

1 month in and we love it. very convenient. it prompted for the first decalcification cycle yesterday, our water is hard but again, it’s a simple automated process. only issue is the plastic waste of each coffee pod. there are recycling centres but they are few and far between, we’d probably use as much CO getting to it and back to more than offset the recycling.
Works great with the costa latte tabs. Makes the milk really frothy how ever it is not tall enough to accommodate the glass costa cup like my previous bosch did. A little oversight imo.
A lot better than the the T4x. Model I had before. Easier to adjust strength, amount and heat which can all be selected before the start. The included Britta filter for the water will help the machine last longer if you have hard water. An excellent upgrade
Incredible machine, got this for a bargain of 80 and its brilliant, especially with the brita filter compatibility which I now can’t live without, highly recommend.
Purchased this, more for the family than myself.

unique ! 3 heats 3 measures 3 strengths
Step in the Tassimo My Way, an incredibly easy machine to use, now I get to have not only a stronger coffee, but I can choose a shorter or longer coffee too, all from the same pod. I currently only have L’Or Delizioso, but it turns out a lovely strong coffee.
As for other drinks, my wife has Caramel Latte Macchiato, the biggest benefit she finds in this machine is the ability to change the temperature of her drink, if she is taking one to work she will have it hotter, if she is drinking one in the house she will have it slightly cooler.
You will get a coffee exactly as you want it, the only downside is there are so many variables when it comes to 2 capsule drinks it may take a few tries, but they all come out amazingly, so it’s no chore.
As for ease of use, my 3 year old can use it, I also have my 67 year old, very useless with tech father here for lockdown, even he has found it easy, you just touch what you want to change, for example if you want a stronger coffee press 3 beans, want it shorter press the small coffee. Then when you’ve got your perfect cup just hold a number and it’s saved for you.
I cannot comment on cleaning yet as I’ve not needed to, a standard clean is simply using the orange disc, but the biggest clean you’ll ever need with one of these machines is if you pierce the disc incorrectly (usually by not paying attention and using a lot of force) this happened twice with my old machine, coffee and grounds get everywhere inside the disc holder, the Joy was a nightmare, you couldn’t get into the nooks and crannies, whereas this machine seems to open wider, with easier access to the barcode reader.
Setup is very easy, you’ll be getting amazing Brita Filtered coffees in minutes, the large capacity tank means you’ll have to fill less than others, the one issue I found with the Joy is that the tank had to be tilted back, then pulled out, so if it were close to a wall you’d have to move the machine just to fill the tank, the My Way has a lift off tank which is idiot-proof. Also loading the tank back in feels far less worrying than the joy, the lid is on the tank itself, whereas the Joy used the machine itself to cover the tank, so when it’s brimmed I would often spill a little when tilting it back in.
The Tassimo myway is also unique as it lets you alter the temperature and size (I do this a lot for having hotter & larger drinks on the go).
Personally I would really recommend as It allows you to make Starbucks-quality drinks at home for a fraction of the price.

I have used another Bosch machine for some years but the water capacity was only .7 litres. This machine has a water capacity of 1.3 litres. The machine produces a good product and I am very pleased with the purchase.
Great machine, easy to use and set up. Fantastic it has different settings for temperature, strength and cup size. Also you can store up to 4 different preset setting of your chose. Only down side is you can only get 3 large cups then have to refill water tank. But that’s easily done.
