How often do you have a problem and when you search for an answer you are disappointed. Not so in this case,I tried everything to get rid of these kitchen moths and to no avail but when I used Theo’s London moth product it worked extremely well and can thoroughly recommend it.

Very effective moth traps. The design allows them to be place on top of furniture where the moths lay their eggs. We had a problem with lots of moths around the house and now, after a month using them we dont see them that much. I would recommend them.

Good product, easy to use and configure to almost any position. I couldn’t detect any smell and am quite happy to put in my food storage unit. I can’t testify to its effectiveness as jet as it will need a couple of weeks but judging by my experience with MothOut I am quite sure it will do the job.

Pantry moths are the common problem in the not only of Indian kitchens or pantry but wherever there are dry food is stored.
I think this is a easiest way to catch these moths are those are very soft and it’s gross totpuch them.
All I have to do a fold it and leave it in a pantry.
I said it is a hygenic way because, It doesn’t has any harmfull chemical used or anything. Also these traps doesn’t have any perticular odour, which is more preferable by me when it comes to food .
I have used one around for more than 1 month and still works well.
Stickyness is strong enough to catch moths.
Because of easy and hygenic way I’ll definitely recommend it.

Neat and unobtrusive. Easy to set up and reassuring to have that extra protection against moths where food is stored. Comes in hygienic sealed individual foil packs which are ideal for storage until required.

What a find, recommended to Alan (Aka Theo) by local pest controller. Great product, cheap as chips and as I hope you can see from my photo got a huge ‘harvest’ in 24 hours

    Excelle

I hadn’t realised when I got this that it is only intended for use as a tool against food moths rather than carpet or clothes moths. I know I have the latter recently at work in my rental property and have been taking steps to try to deal with those, but I don’t know if the food variety is also around. Better safe than sorry and so I put this out ‘just in case’ a couple of weeks ago. I am in an old farmhouse, so no doubt all sorts of undesirables are cohabiting with me, so I imagine I will find out about all of the deterrents in due course. So far, so good with this one.

    This arrives in a small printed box measuring 12cm x 14.5cm x 2cm.

Inside you get an instruction leaflet & the 8 individual moth traps which are each sealed in a foiled bag.
Each foiled bag is labelled with the contents so you won’t mix them up with anything else & has one of those bits cut out of the edge to make them easy to rip open without having to hunt for scissors.

You just peel the cover of the sticky bit & fold it into a pyramid shape – extremely simple to use.
They give off no scent that I could detect & aren’t very big so they are not particularly intrusive.

I have been finding the odd small moth from time to time & they’ve been driving me mad.
No amount of pretending I’m one of the cleaners from those ‘sort out the grubby house’ shows had shifted them although I’d tried deep cleaning a number of different ways… every once in a while I’d find a couple of small moths.

I set one of these traps up where I’d seen a moth the day before not even sure if it was the right type.
The next day there were 3 little moths on it so I guess they were Pantry Moths after all.

I’ve ditched any open or vulnerable packets of stuff they like & put new stuff in glass jars.

Seem to keep attracting a couple of new moths to the traps every few days so I guess they are all out on the hunt for food.

It seems no amount of being clean can guarantee you are Pantry Moth free as they can come in already in the food you buy, but if they do hatch they should be trapped in the glass jars now unable to get to anything else & spread so at least if it happens again in the future the issue should be contained.

    Pleased with these.
They are worth a try if like me all moths look pretty much alike, but do remember these will only work if you have the ‘right’ sort of moths.

These are easy to use. They come flat packed and you can put them together easily. They have a sticky substance that attracts the moths. The instructions inside are great and the calendar on the outer side is a nice touch. Just make sure you are buying these for the right type of moth.

Our loft was under moth attack and this product was really handy to lower the impact. We have caught a lot of them, and so far so good and happy with this item.

This is specifically targeting the Indian Meal/Pamtry moth. It uses pheromones to attract the male which will interrupt the mating cycle as the males will be stuck on the trap.

Individually sealed and you get 8 in a pack – which means you can use in multiple cupboards/drawers in the kitchen.

Easy to open and fold trap in the pyramid shape and leave in place to do its job!

    Safe and non-toxic

The instructions on the box are sufficient and each trap will last 3 months or until full of moths.

We haven’t scored this 5 stars because we can’t find any details as to how long these last unopened. It’s not clear if these have a limited life before opening or whether the seal will keep this fresh/viable.

We use moth traps for additional security against the invasion of moths we had a few years ago. We have a large Turkish carpet which is stored, and use these traps all around it, to prevent any damage. They were very easy to put together and last a good length of time before needing replaceme

So the description states this is a:-
Theo’s home care LONDON MOTH PANTRY MOTH Traps. 8 x Pantry moth killers for the kitchen. Pheromone food moth trap, indian meal anti moth trap. Plus moth prevention eBook.

I will admit I picked this item by mistake. But actually glad I did now as its what I needed and didn’t know I did.
After reading about them and it’s very informative about the product but also about the moths themselves. Now knowing that pantry moths can lay up to 400 eggs at a time. I felt sick, because I had seen one or 2 and didn’t know where they came from.

I’ve now employed my kitchen cubourd by cubourd. I’ve bout vacuum sealed containers to decant everything into to help prevent any leaks or contaminating.
I’ve now got these in place and they say thay last approx 3 months each.

    The description states states:-
They’re attracted to:- flour, Pasta, Cereals, Grains, Bread, Spices and other dried, processed snacks.

I like that they have added a calender to the trap so I was able to mark of exactly when opened and placed where needed.
So far it’s not caught anything.
I don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing really lol.
Did I do a good job cleaning in the fordt place maybe. But it’s left in situ to see if there any results before the 3 months is up.
I like how they are very informative and learnt alot that I never knew befor.

So far so good but I will update this review if needed.

These traps are super easy to use with full instructions they are non toxic and have no odour at all. Hard to know if they have eliminated the problem yet, but they are certainly helping!

These are for food moths only and won’t catch clothes moths, but if you have these moths I can recommend these pantry traps

This is a great easy and simple yet effective way to keep cupboards moth free. Works amazing for baking and pet food cupboards. Prevention is better than cure. As these moths are so hard to get rid of once they’ve got in. I love the fact you have a calendar to remind you when you opened and install especially for people like me who have the memory of a goldfish. Each trap lasts 90 days so 3months. You get 8 traps on total so I personally think this is a bargai

    A good toxic free attentive

Firstly let me stress that this is a pantry moth specific trap. This will not work on clothes or carpet moths as you will need a different product.
This trap comprises of sticky sheets containing a phenorome that is really attractive to male moths. It attracts then traps them, with no escape, and the idea is that using these in strategicly placed positions you will significantly reduce the male moth population so they cannot reproduce, that’s reducing the numbers. If you live in an area that is plagued by moths you will have to keep on using them on an ongoing basis until you have eliminated them completely.
It’s not going to work on its own because you need to take other measures, such as regularly cleaning out/hoovering areas where they lay their eggs so that you are breaking the cycle.
We have a significant moth problem in this area. I have them in my kitchen, in the bedrooms, and in the wardrobes… and they eat the carpet. I absolutely hate them and they’ve caused several hundred pounds worth of damage, including an extremely expensive persian rug, cashmere and mohair jumpers and even my new coat that I bought this year has already been attacked. Again I stress this particular product is for kitchen Pantry moths only.
To get rid of motbs completely you need to be continually cleaning the places where they they reproduce. This means washing out your cupboards regularly and placing all dry goods in airtight containers as they can get through paper easily. What I did is put my food inside airtight containers, unfortunately they even got in there!!!!
It’s not my season in the UK at the moment so will though I’ve opened one of these I haven’t caught anything yet but but I do know that these type of moth traps do work. It’s not a moth killer, it’s a trap – from which there is no escape. Soon as i see any i’ll be putting out the rest of these and we’ll update this review. In my opinion, you you need to use this in conjunction with an actual moth killer- as this is a trap, not a killer. And I’d suggest that you don’t use a repellent close to this, because you actually want them in the trap!
I’ve used other products from this brand before and they have worked. I’m hoping this this will give me the results I need as we have so many each year that I’m feeling actually quite desperate! Once we are in moth love season, and the little blighters are mating – I will update you on the effectiveness.

This is a 8 pack of pantry moth trap for the food cupboards. The glue releases a pheromone where male moths are attracted to. The sticky glue pads will trap the moth.

    Things I liked:
    * non-toxic and odourless for humans
    * Easy to setup (fold to triangle shape
    * lasts 3 months

Overall, it’s effective and tackles the root cause by breaking the lifecycle of a pantry moth. My trap hasn’t caught any moths but maybe I simply do not have a pantry moth issue.

    Time will tel

I’m very happy with these food moth traps. We’ve had a bit of a problem since they came in on something we bought (not sure what); they’ve got into a couple of packs of rice and bulgar and destroyed them. These traps are simple to use, non-toxic, don’t smell at all and do catch male moths. I can’t guarantee that they’ve eliminated the problem, but they’ve certainly helped and we’ve found no recent infestations.

Do be aware that these are for food moths only and won’t catch clothes moths (I wish!), but if you have these moths I can recommend the traps warmly.

We had an infestation and i noticed this product afterward lol
With the paranoia an infestation leave i still git this pack as i noticed one moth in our utility room and panicked. After a few days it had already got one moth and not it had three, so i am confident saying that thus seems to do something and if nothing else, will help keep the pro lem at a minimum.

It comes with 8 boards that you assemble, this is easy to do, just be careful not to touch the wrong side. Then you put it out of the way to do it’s job. Very happy here and my moth anxiety has lowered.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAfter having an ongoing problem with moths getting at my baking ingredients, I have been trying products over some time to try and prevent this. These have been the best so far, and have managed to catch some even this time of year when they are usually less about due to the colder weather. I feel confident as the warmer weather comes that this product will mean I don’t have to throw away produce due to the little blighters getting in them. I would definitely recommend for people with similar problems.

I don’t know who Theo is, but I commend him for producing such a simple, easy to set up and mess-free moth trap.

Inside the cardboard packaging box there are 8 individual moth traps, each sealed in an airtight foil wrap with a notch for easy opening, Take out the trap inside, peel away the film (very easy, no scrabbling with fingernails to find an edge to peel away) and bend along the pre-folded sections, slot in the tab and you’re set.

Because of the triangular configuration they can be placed on any flat surface, or pinned/taped to a vertical surface, so you can place them where they need to be without the sticky parts catching up in anything (because the sticky parts face inward).

It needs to be borne in mind though that this is pheromone based, thus is very specific to male Pantry Moths – it will NOT work with clothes moths.

Targetting thus is very effective, but the effect is to decrease the moth population over time, one should not expect them to disappear a few days after using. Used over breeding season it is much more effective.

Simple, odourless, non-toxic and non-fiddly, these are perhaps a little larger than some moth traps, but can be utilised swiftly, easily, and in safety, to good effect. It also come with a leaflet containing some very useful pest eradication tips and information.
    Nice one Theo 🙂

    Nice One, Theo ☺

Excellent purchase. Lots of very useful and informative information enclosed with traps. After having moth problems around my dry pet food for awhile I invested in Theo’s home care London Moth Pantry traps. After only a few days the results are amazing, the traps are working extremely well. Certainly recommend this product.

Unfortunately it isn’t really the season for moths to be popping up by us, but on arrival I decided to take one out the packet and compare next to my usual ones. They are really easy to pop out setup. It has a really stick sheet on the insert which will basically stick and trap the moths as they fly down / land. Fairly nice size and should collect several in each one. I have no doubt these will work perfectly, but I’ll be sure to update when the time comes 🙂 arrived nicely packaged and ready to use!

Moths seem to like my pantry and also my cat’s dry biscuits, So i decided to try these specialist moth traps to see if it could eliminate the problem. The moth trap works better than i expected, With the majority getting caught over a period of several days.

It did not remove the issue completely, So i am going to try doing another round for a few more weeks to see if it makes a difference. Overall this performs well but does need persistent and aggressive treatment to fully tackle the infestation.

A good idea, easy to use and no faffing required.
Currently with it being winter when we don’t tend to get any moths I can’t fully test these out.
The design looks sound and reliable so time will tell if they do a good job.
