Performance, quite lightweight and probably best for floors that are not absolutely covered in mud etc. Very quiet, battery life was fine, done quite a large hall and entrance area and only used 40% of battery life. Only time will tell regarding value for money. Quite fiddly regarding cleaning rollers, filters tanks etc but I’m sure practise will make perfect. Nice looking product and seems quite sturdily buil
This is the very best hard floor cleaner ever. I have bought and used three vax hard floor cleaners that were brilliant having two dogs I needed something to keep my floors clean. When the last one gave up the ghost I needed something quickly.
When looking at floor cleaners I read the reviews on this and thought I would try this and I am so glad I did.
This is amazing its quick the floors are clean, I have tiled and laminate floors, I hoover first then use this and wow this picks up any remaining hair and cleans the floor brilliantly no streaky floor in my house and its dry in no time.
When I finished put it on charge in the station and press the start button and it cleans its self.

The self clean setting is genius, all you need to do is rinse out the dirty water compartment. I’d recommend this product to anyone, I got it in the prime deal but for 499 it’s most definitely worth it.

The main reason we bought this machine is because we have a new born at home and we would like to keep the floor clean for the newbie to claw around the house.
We don’t want to use too much chemical as the residue on the floor will eventually be eaten by the baby after they put their finger in their mouth. That’s where this machine shine. The steam function is prefect to deep clean the floor but still remain chemical free.
The water tank is enough to clean around 300-400 square feet, so, for my apartment, we will have to top-up the water tank once to clean to whole space. But It is alright since it is a weird machine, you will have to unplug and plug in again when you move from the living room to the other side of the house anyway.
The automatic cleaning feature is also a plus here. It helps you to clean 85% of the machine after each mop and we human simple need to remove the roller and wipe the casing for whatever it clean out from the machine.
Brilliant. My house is completely hard floor (no carpet) and it used to take me a very long time to clean as I needed to vacuum, mop, then vacuum again the edges. This product dealt with my large 4 bed house in roughly 30 minutes and the floors look cleaner than ever. The vacuum is powerful enough that the floor behind it is walkable on in socks. The water tanks need emptied and refilled fairly often, but the amount of dirt you find it has cleaned off the floor reassures that it is doing a good job.
My child broke the power charger plug, so I emailed tineco explaining the situation. They were able to send me a replacement charging plug to the UK within just a few days.
Nice piece of kit! Lightweight, easy to manoeuvre which gives good results the only draw back is it can struggle to cope with too many dogs hairs so the regular hoover has to be used before using the Tineco (this isn’t a real issue as anyone who has two labradors which shed hair continuously will know how much hair they produce each and every day)

Last year we got a puppy and I hurt my back so everything has been neglected and it has done my head in. I spent months trawling YouTube for reviews and most of them were by influencers whose homes were spotless anyway. I did find a couple of realistic videos but really appreciated the one that stacks 10 wet/dry machines alongside each other.
This one wasn’t cheap so we spent a lot of time deciding whether we could justify the cost. Glad we did.
I have a Bissell carpet cleaner and that is ridiculously noisy (hearing damage threshold noisy) so I am very pleased to report that this one is heaps quieter even than my vacuum cleaner. It may not go right up to the edges (all ours are calked in white so it’s really obvious) but I can whizz round with it and remove muddy skid marks and obvious paw prints with zero effort and because it’s zero effort I don’t care whether the paw prints are back half an hour later.
I even used it on the shower tray which is extremely lazy of me but it was quite shiny afterwards. Much less effort than the elbow grease option.
We bought a Bissel Crosswave cordless floor cleaner last year and initially, we thought it was a good buy. However, we were not impressed with the overall efficiency of the cleaner. The battery life was outstanding but left the floor wetter than we’d had liked. The unit wasn’t lifting enough water off the floor. We replaced many of the serviceable items with no improvement. Along came the iFLOOR3 , on offer from Amazon, we were impressed with the light weight and overall design of the cleaner and, after its initial charge put it to work. WOW !! – it far exceeded our expectations. The water collecting chamber was nearly full after use, suggesting that almost all the water put down on the floor was picked up again. That, together with the dirty colour of the water told us that the floor cleaner was doing its job – and so effectively. We have 2 large dogs and they obviously walk in dirt all the time. This floor cleaner is so convenient and is used several times a day over the winter months. The self-clean feature is great. Finish cleaning, empty the dirty water and place the cleaner on its recharging base and activate the self-clean option. The brush runs while clean water is fed onto it. A short while later, the vacuum runs and draws the soiled water into the collector. It then shuts down and begins its charge cycle.
On reflection, i would have loved to have tried the more expensive model FLOOR ONE S5 Extreme for the extra capacity and if Tineco want an extra reviewer on their list – count me in ! I cannot praise this floor cleaner enough comparing it with the Bissel.
Features like light weight, self propelling movement, smart AI program, I love them all, except the clean water tank is slightly too small, I have to refill it once to complete cleaning for only the ground story.
WOW WOW WOW I love it. The floor is virtually dry it takes no time at all and every single time I use it I’m ashamed to see what it picks up which just makes me do it more.
Go on people treat yourself.
Only one down side, as it doesn’t go right to the wall you have to go round the edges with a damp cloth.

This is a brilliant gadget – I love that it hoovers and cleans the floor at the same time. I was sceptical at first thinking how clean would it get the floor, the dirty water speaks for itself. It’s so easy to use and can be used daily if necessary. I use it on floor tiles and LVT – works a treat. Super pleased with it.
We’ve had bissells and all sorts, but this is definitely our households favourite machine.
We have children and 3 Saint Bernards and 1 Newfoundland and this tackles all of the fur and mess, like it’s nothing.

Machine is good and does the job well. My floor space is 1600sqft and does this no problem with about 60% charge left. Even if you clean the machine and put back on charge it still asked to run clean cycle, but if a pain but not a game change

The Floor ONE S3 does really a great job in helping to keep the house clean with its mobbing function. It’s fast and it cleans well. Nevertheless, one needs to be aware that it needs some attention: we use it several times a day, but it should be cleaned every evening. This takes maybe 2 minutes with some practice and for us this time is well spend – nevertheless one should be aware of it. All in all – a clear recommendation, which we have already given as a present twice to friends and family.

1. Very light weight, easy to lift and pick up to take and use round the house
2. The charge time is good. I regularly do a large lounge diner, a kitchen and a decent sized bathroom and the charge lasts through this every time
3. It is close to effortless to manoeuvre, the motor almost pulls it along, so its quick and easy to cover a room
4. It cleans reasonably well, some areas you need to go over a few times as you move but its quick and easy to do this. It does have a high intensity function which is also good
5. Its reasonably good on laminate, and also my multicoloured stone tiles, and it absolutely exceptional on our white polished stone bathroom tiles. Even the grout is now white like new where it was grubby before
6. The self clean roller function tells you when the roller needs cleaning and there is an automatic process to do this.
7. The cleaning fluid is reasonably priced and a bottle lasts a good while
8. Its a great looking device! a really lovely design

1. Be aware that after each use you have to clean the filter, roller and tanks. The first time you do it, it seems onerous, but actually once your used to it, it only takes a couple of minutes and is worth it
2. Being honest, my laminate isnt quite as clean as when i used a corded steam mop. That said, its good enough and much less effort. For me the balance is worth it, but if your a perfectionist, give it some thought
3. I bought this in part to avoid vacuuming before i clean my hard floors. Whilst you can do this, you do end up with quite a bit of fluff in the dirty water tank. Its not a problem and does no damage, but i have found myself giving the floors a quick vacuum first to avoid this
4. It has smart controls, these are useful and clear once you get used to them, but its worth familiarizing yourself first. Im not someone who usually reads manuals first, but did find myself having to check what each symbol meant the first couple of times i used this
Overall i’m really pleased with it. We have a mix of hard floors, and we have kids, dogs and this has made keeping the place clean much easie
I had ordered two of these in the past, recently ordered a third one. It works wonder and I cannot stress enough how helpful it is to have one of these instead of a mop and a vacuum. Saved so much time and energy!
Great tool for everyday cleaning and mopping up after a dog and general mess. I use it nearly every day as my downstairs is all hard floors. Very easily cleans up muddy paws and spills in the kitchen. I’m not sure it would be great for a deep clean seeing as there’s no brush type effect but for keeping on top of things daily I’d recommend it.
We bough this a few months ago for our LVT flooring. 3 boys and 2 dogs create a lot of dirt, hair and dust. Really simple and get good use of a full charge. Gets around the floor quickly and dries quickly.
One thing that we love is that it bears the dirty water in to a separate tank and brushes the cleaning head of dirt as you use it, therefore not recycling the dirty head or water back on the floor. A normal bucket and mop just uses the same dirty water. The vacuum part is useful too.
Really efficient and easy to use and store, so good to quickly get out and give the hall and kitchen / living room a quick once over.
We’ve had the Karcher f5 before and got fed up of the gear head breaking. That was only a cleaner, whereas this is a vacuum too, so fingers crossed. I did worry about the floor size and if the battery would last – we clean the whole downstairs 6 rooms on les than one charge and we’re done in 40 mins and its dry! So far Very impressed. Hopefully it will last a good few years and light years away from using a bucket and mop.

Was fortunate enough to get this on Black Friday. An expensive purchase for the kitchen but worth every penny. It sits charged ready for action and makes cleaning the kitchen floor effortless. I use it everyday, floor is swept and mopped all in one action leaving little residue. Pre tineco I had to leave the mopping and work around times when the family wouldn’t be using the kitchen to avoid wet feet and footprints on the clean floor. The self clean is great, which means everything is clean and ready for the next use. Only wish the tanks were bigger. Wouldn’t do without it.
Suction power is great and it is very easy to use, and the self cleaning program is very helpful. The weight is not that light for me, but when the power is on they have this automatic motor that drive the vacuum automatically we just need to direct them

The best investment I made for my home. I use to spend at least an hour and a half hoovering and mopping the whole house. It takes half the time now. It Hoover’s and mops so we’ll and doesn’t leave any residue! It dries up very quickly which is great! The best part is it Hoover’s heavy dirt ie ricez bits of pasta etc. Honestly cannot fault it in anyway
I’ve only used twice but so far I’m very pleased with it. does a job easy enough… the only downside is if you getting tight spots it will stop as it recognise vertical posirion of handle as to stop for maintain read ( to add water or enpty dirt tank) not sure If I can get this function off yet probably not but even if so best hard floor cleaner that Ive tryed or had.

This is a great device. It’s easy to use. It tells you what it wants and mainly cleans itself. The stuff you get off the floor is truly disgusting/amazing.
Loss of one star because (1) the brush head is very soft and doesn’t handle stuck on dirt so easily, needs multiple passes/times and (2) it’s on sale for 270 today and I paid 399!
Also the company send a free gift in return for a review. I’m always a bit wary of the reliability of reviews when they do this. But to be fair they haven’t stipulated any need to rate it highly. And I do very much like this. Makes floor cleaning much easier.
It’s very easy to use and works very well on some floors but not on all floors.
We have light coloured tiled floors downstairs which are high gloss. Any stains on the floors especially with the kids around meant traditional wring moping. It worked well but it is cumbersome.
Tineco has changed this and we are so glad to have it. It cleans the floor, vaccums it and leaves no streakes. It is like magic…
The only flaw is the roller doesn’t reach the wall leaving an inch of uncleaned area..

Floor dries almost immediately. No more vacuuming to sweep dirt, then mopping to wash, then waiting for 30 minutes for floor to dry. This does the whole lot in one, in a fraction of the time.
Doesn’t quite touch all the way into the edges (the last finger-width is missed), but really this machine transforms the job into a simple, one-step proceedure.
During the Summer we had Karndean hard flooring laid on all of the ground floor of our house BUT cleaning it soon became hard work, having to vacuum first followed by a microfibre mop that sprays a mist in front of it. My wife suffers with a long term shoulder problem and could not apply the pressure required to remove the dirt, most of which are with the compliments of our two Labrador dogs! We both felt we had made the wrong decision to have had so much hard flooring laid at considerable expense, so I decided to research the Internet and liked the reviews of the Tineco wet and dry vacuum cleaner from Amazon, albeit just short of 400 less a 40 voucher. I had concerns about after sales service reviews and still have as the machine comes from the US and made in China, but with little other choices I went ahead and made the purchase. When it arrived promptly the next day i immediately put it on charge and read the instructions that initially seemed complex. I filled the machine with water and the fluid supplied and pressed the button to go and the results were amazing for such little effort which cheered me immensely, I still cannot believe the technology that this machine has knowing where to work harder and to remove so much grime from a floor that has only been laid a couple of months.
Cleaning the machine was not as difficult as I thought. The next day I had to try it again to find I could do the floors very quickly as it had little work to do with the machine telling me most of the time the floors are clean. All in all an amazing bit of kit that has saved us so much work and still cannot believe how it knows when to deep clean. My next job is to teach the wife how to use it or maybe not as I love using it.

I was really surprised by how useful this machine is. It’s easy to operate, fairly easy to clean afterwards and it does the hoovering and mopping in one go. Very useful if you have pets and a large area of hard flooring. Previously, we had to hoover, then mop, then go over the floor with a cloth to avoid marks. This machine does it all in one go and is surprisingly quick. The secret is to use it every day to pick up the animal fur so it doesn’t collect around chair legs etc. It’s not perfect as it can’t get around pipes or corners, but if you start with a clean floor to begin with, you will catch 99% of all the dirt anyway. In the long terms it’s a great time saver. Also comes with a spare roller so you can use it every day whilst the other roller is drying. Recommended.
Buying this has been life changing for me. The dog is no longer in the doghouse when his muddy paws cross my clean floor as my Tineco sorts it without any hassle. It is a wee bit pricey and not easy to justify the spend until you start using it! Worth every penny.
This wet and dry vacuum is my new best friend, I love it. It is light to use, great suction and picks up the dirt better than my previous floor washer. The automatic cleaner programme is great and I love the fact that it talks too you to remind you to empty dirty water etc.

You know when you’re nearing the end of your fourth decade when you get excited about a washer/ hoover. However this is amazing ! We have over 1500 at/ft of tiled and wooden floor in our house and this makes cleaning SO much easier. When we first cleaned out very large kitchen with this you could literally see a film of first being stripped off by this thing. Just make sure to run self cleaning and clean all the bits after each cleaning excursion.
Unbelievably effective and easy to use. The 35 minute battery life is sufficient for one very large kitchen’s stone floor, marble hallways, two sitting room parquet floors and four bathrooms. So quick and easy to use that all the floors are now being washed every day. They smell lovely and look super clean!
You read review and think yeah yeah but this vacuum is a real game changer. I have high gloss porcelain tiles and I’m never done hoovering mopping and polishing the floor and now a quick run round with my Tineco and the floors are done. We have just hard floor, concrete and wood, this is the greatest invention after the robotic hoover! Loved ! It’s simple, easy to use and very good. The floor drys of in no time at all and really cleans well. We have 2 dogs and doors are open to the garden almost all the time. I bought my S3 in August 2020 and was immediately very impressed with its performance in thoroughly cleaning my hard floors, of which I have a lot!. The S3 is easy to use and does an excellent job. Only minor gripes are that it doesn’t get into corners too well and sometimes the water / cleaner tanks can be a little fiddly to fit back onto the body. In July this year though the machine suddenly stopped working. I immediately contacted Tineco customer service via email, they got back to me right away. Even though they are based in the US with the consequent time differences, their customer service was outstanding, They arranged for my machine to be sent to their UK centre and once it had arrived immediately shipped a brand new replacement to me. The new machine works very well too.
I really wasn’t sure about this purchase. Wanted to be able to vacuum and wash large kitchen in one ho and researched well known brands but came across this on Amazon with good reviews. It’s not cheap, I got a deal do 25% off but can honestly say one month in I love it.
I work long hours and have two dogs so this has been a game changer. I can do a quick clean daily with no fuss.
Picks up far more than vacuuming and then mopping. Thought my floor was clean until I used this. It self cleans and tells you you have found a dirty section. I have seen reviews showing a dripping tank. I had this on first use but adjusting the angle I was using it and it doesn’t happen. Uses tiny amount of bales I g product too and floor is bone dry. I rarely write a review and never this long but I hope it helps decision making. I am fussy with gadgets but so far I love this!
Amazing, I have cream tiles in the conservatory and a very muddy grandson, cleaning done in a jiffy !!! Just a quick hoover over and all mud and grass disappear. I’ve had it a few weeks now and it is so convenient. Easy to use and clean (self cleaning) picked up cat hair even though I had just hoovered beforehand, pricey but worth it, I love mine.
It is perfect with family with children. It make floor cleaning much easier. The only think is for the size of it, it can’t clean the small corner and gaps. Plus if you do not change the roller often enough, you can really smell the dampness.
Easy to set up and use on a daily basis. Excellent for everyday use however would be great to have an option of an extra brush roller with more texture for those stubborn marks. Really enjoy using this!

My floor looks gross 99% of the time because I never find the time to vacuum and steam clean them.
That changed today when I took delivery of this little beauty.
The Tineco was easy to put together and charge. It’s lightweight so you don’t feel like you’re breaking your back cleaning with it and the roller helps to pull it forward which helps drive it into corners etc.
I had it running for about 30 minutes and I got round my entire house, some rooms more than once.
The unit is easy to take apart to wash the parts and the self cleaning mode is pretty amazing at cleaning the roller.

Great product to have on the charging stand and regularly clean the hard floors. We have a dog who regularly comes in with muddy paws and this machine makes cleaning the floor a breeze. You have to keep on top of emptying the dirty water as the machine will tell you to do it and this ensures you dont get a bad smell. After a few cleans, I suggest giving the roller a good clean despite it self cleaning and debris builds up around the roller. It is so much easier than getting the vacuum out and mop. I woudnt be without the machine and some good offers from time to time with discounts to take advantage of. I’ve never bothered to use the app functionality.
On the first use, I couldn’t believe how much it picked up even after I Hoovered and moped in the tradicional way, the night before.
I use it every other day at least, unless it’s raining and then it’s daily.
I’ve got two dogs both with short coat and one of them sheds a lot. I had never realised how much was being left behind.

The ability to vacuum and wash at the same time saves time with no need to vacuum first. Only scored suction power at 4 because it is not as powerful as a vacuum cleaner but it does not need to be. Overall, our floors look and feel like new. Even the grout is noticeably cleaner (we have white textured porcelain floor tiles with white grout). We have never been able to achieve this level of clean with a mop.
The cleaner is very easy to use, clean and maintain. It is supplied with two rollers and two air filters which means one set can be drying while the other set is installed. The self cleaning function works well and leaves the roller clean. It is always ready, even for small cleanups which means floors can be cleaned whenever required, however, the self cleaning function will have to be run each time it’s used.
I don’t often write reviews but I’m very impressed and happy with this purchase.
Being disappointed with 2 other major wet floor cleaners, I opted for this one, but a bit dubious has had never heard of the name before, but thought it cant be any worse and can always send it back, however, this leaves the floor cleaner and drier than any of the others and although some might find the computer voice speaking to you a bit annoying, as far as cleaning, I honestly cant really fault it. I have only had it a few weeks so time will tell, but have been using it every day (as i have dogs). Dirty water tank can be a bit tricky to put back on, so you have to make sure the lid is on properly. Otherwise, very happy, so no going back now to the well known brands and would definitely recommend.
This one is brilliant, easy to use, can see result how dirty water become after cleaning.
Came with charging base, no cables around, cord free. It has 2 rollers and 2 filters. Fully automated, if it detects more dirts in increases rotation and solution feed accordingly.
We have quite a lot of wooden, laminated and porcelain flooring, this handles it perfectly.
It has nice large display which ideal to monitor better level, rotation and water feed flow.
Can be connected to wifi and add it to mobile app, it’s easy to see and detailed. I believe due to health and safety it allows you access to cleaner threw app when you home under same wifi. But that option is optional , it will work brilliantly without connecting to wifi. It’s just for tech addicts to access into the details.
Overall brilliant cleaner , which is equipped with modern and clever technology. Including voice alert, such as dirty water tank full / refill fresh water etc. Strong suction power, leaves hard floor clean and dry.
It also has self clean function which is ideal not get hands dirty.

Its incredible how much dirt the Tineco removes from a “clean” floor. It is very easy to assemble, use and clean. Every removable part can be washed in less than 5 min. For dirty floors you will find the water tank to be small as you migh need to refill it several times, but again its easy to do and the Tineco will let you know when you need to do this, as well as cleaning the dirty tank. Battery lasts for about 20-30 min if you are using it nonstop to clean the house. The Tineco comes with a spare filter and roll. Regarding suction its good haven’t had anything it would not pick up. I would like to see the option of vacum only for carpet areas. Overall its a great product saves time and it will be a great help when baby starts eating solids!
The box arrived and I unpacked it hoping it would be everything I hoped for. First of all let me say it is a beautiful looking piece of equipment. The handle slotted in perfectly along with the storage trays for the spare roller and HEPA filter. I plugged it in and waited checking every five minutes for the battery to hit the 100% mark. I filled the little water tank with warm water and added a capful of the Tineco floor cleaner and deodoriser. Just a capful… I couldn’t believe it.. The bottle is gonna last ages!
Then the moment of truth I lifted her out of the charger lowered the handle and pressed go. The coloured light ring on the display lit up red and the Tineco set off to work really hard. The first charge let me clean all the kitchen the hall downstairs loo conservatory and half the lounge. I had to refill the water bottle twice and empty the dirty tank. The water from the dirty water tank was black and hairy and very smelly and I was completely appauled with myself and forgave Tinny straight away for asking for more clean water. The floor that had been cleaned was just that clean and looked almost as though it might dare I say it… shine. I finished the lounge once she had recharged and while she was charging had, as requested by Tinny, cleaned the dirty water tank, refilled the clean water tank and started the self clean cycle. I couldn’t believe it was this easy.
The dirty water tank is simple to remove empty and rinse out.. No scrubbing required and is spotless.
The next morning I woke to the usual pupmaggedon but because the floor was clean they had managed to toilet either on or just off the puppy mat and not randomly all over the floor. It seems Tinny can also train little puppies! After the essential pick up I got Tinny out and we cleaned all the downstairs floors in 20 minutes, one water refill and tank empty. I did the floors again in the afternoon and only had to empty and refill when I put her back to recharge and run her self clean.
When cleaning there is very little in the way of water left on the floor and it dries within 30-40 seconds of you leaving the area. The roller power is incredible not only cleaning the floor but assisting you by pulling the machine forward. The size of the tanks are perfect. They may seem small when you start but they last sufficient time once your floor is clean and chanfing/rinsing them is no hardship as they are light and slot in and out with a satisfying click.
The only area that I can see which may warrant improvement is the ability to reach right to the edges as I have noted I am left with a 1. 5 ish cm area around the edges of the room which are not cleaned. Other than this she is perfect. She gives you clear instructions and seeing that circle of light changing from red to blue and now staying mostly blue everytime I take her out is very reassuring.
If you can get one do, it my seem a lot of money but she really is worth it. As a bonus the pups aren’t scared of her either.
Really good on our hard floors and easy to operate. It is light and of course cordless although this probably limits the size of the two tanks (clean & dirty) which have to be regularly refilled/cleaned but not a huge issue. Great for regular use but for built in dirt the scrubbing brush will have to come out again.
