I fix Hot Tubs and this bag has been in my saver items forever! I finally bought it and don’t regret it. Pockets and bag size and set up is perfect for what tools I need! Also all my bags end up tearing with constantly having to pick my bag up and down. With this bag ls hard bottom, I don’t have any issues! Definitely recommend!

I looked at just about every tool bag available, online and IRL. I kept coming back to this Klein bag, which was the most expensive bag on the market. I finally gave in and ordered it, and I’m glad I did. It’s exactly what I need for solar installation and maintenance as well as side projects. The various-sized tool pockets are strong and well-spaced. The zippered side pocket holds my Klein multimeter securely. The solid bottom is waterproof and provides a secure base, even on a sloped roof. The handles are extremely strong and well-spaced. The shoulder strap is strong and comfortable. Everything about it says quality. I’m very glad I bought it.

This bag is not for the girl scouts ! This one was made for the mechanics that know what tools they need to do the job right. It has all the pockets you need to hold all the tools you want to do your job efficiently. Very sturdy well made bag just like all the bags Kline makes.

This bag I use to have most of the tools I need to get into a 480v cabinet I carry my screw drivers my wrenches, locks, sockets. It is neat to be able to carry all of that in one place it has multiple pockets for accessibility and arrangement worth the buy.

Smaller than my normal Stanley bag so doesn’t get weighed down kit I don’t need. Also stops me filling with scrap etc. which also means I tend to keep it with me and put my tools away with out having to dig around for them, lots of pockets with elastic around which is a bit tight at present but elastic will probably loosen off with use. Like that it is orange inside can see bottom of bag even when lighting isn’t great.

This bag holds all the tools I regularly need with some space for even the things I don’t use every day. Plenty of pocket space to allow you to keep everything organized, if you’re one of those guys like me. My only complaint is that the control screwdriver pocket on the side is too small to fit Klein’s own control screwdrivers! 5/5 regardless, but seems like a minor oversight.

This is a great tool bag! Just big enough to carry a lot of frequently used tools without being so big that end up throwing everything and the kitchen sink in it. Lots of pockets and a bright orange interior so that you can actually find things quickly. The bottom is hard plastic and very sturdya complaint about many other bags in this category. Carrying strap is nicely padded.

I’m trying to limit my comments and Pics to things that are not already mentioned in other reviews.
    Pros
-Durable, at 1680 denier vs. 600 denier in my previous bag. You get what you pay for.
(Denier is thickness of individual thread used, a higher number is bulkier and a harder wearing fabric)
-Pockets of variable depth 8″ and 5″. Understand there is no room for power tools, this is a hand tool bag
-Center pockets are tight which holds most screwdrivers at the base of the handle, which keeps the sharp points from wearing a hole in the bottom of the pocket – very nice.
    -Zipper pocket about 9.5″ W 5.75″ H x 1″ D; One Driver Bit & Nail set storage pocket w/Velcro closure
-The bag fits in a Ridgid Tool “Crate” 11 ” Wide, where I store it.
-Measuring tape clip sits high up on the bag so it does not pop off when placing the bag on the ground. Electrical tape loop is very handy
-Two Flexible handles open up the top for finding a tool and accessing it
    – Shoulder strap is included
-Two Flexible handles make a heavy bag harder to carry than a “rigid bar” handle. (I like the access to my tools with these two handles that fold out of the way). The included shoulder strap solves this issue.
-I wish it had a thick plastic lined pouch for chisels (so I need to keep them in chisel covers)
-One or two 3″ deep pockets would be nice for allen wrenches, band-aids & other short things. For now they have to go in the zipper bag,
-Price is higher than some, but a much stronger bag with far better storage than my less expensive bag. Definitely worth i

Great Bag and Worth the Money!

The only negative thing I can say is the inside pockets are too deep. Your screwdrivers and smaller wrenches get lost. I wound up putting some rags in the bottom and so far that’s worked ok. I’ve only had it for a short time so we’ll see how it holds up. so far so good.

Badass bag. Was worried I couldn’t fit all my stuff In it but it did. And there’s a ton of tools it in. It’s not unreasonably heavy. Durable. Rubber bottom covers the entire bottom of bag. Just buy it already. Other bags are cheap and tip over and took backpacks just don’t cut the mustard. Some packs are 13lbs without tools.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIt’s a really nice bag and has lots of pockets. I have a 41″ craftsmen tool box with a drawer that’s 11.5″w 16″ l 12″h that I wanted a bag to fit in, which this does. My only one draw back, and this is just for me personally is most of the pockets are so do it’s a little hard to get my tools out of or find them. But all in all it’s a very nice bag especially if you’re not trying to fit it in a 12″ high drawer you prob won’t even care about the pockets.

Great tool bag. I’ve actually switched from a Veto propac xxlf which I loved but was a bit big and I always tended to over fill it. This is perfect for my essential tools for most jobs and it stops me from putting spurious bits and bobs in it. It holds all my hand tools plus a 12v compact combi drill and compact 12v driver. Build quality is perhaps not quite as high as the veto bags but it’s cheaper (although still not cheap) and it doesn’t have bits of dead animal stitched to it, which is why I didn’t buy the equivalent size Veto bag.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAwesome tool bag! I got this as a birthday gift for my husband on the recommendation by my father in law who has done construction, plumbing, electrical, and woodworking his whole life. My husband does similar work now and had been needing a replacement bag for a while. It was intimidating trying to pick a tool bag since people can have such a specific preference for things like this but he loves it! I was worried about the size since it seemed small but it’s much bigger than expected and holds a good amount of tools. The orange interior is a nice touch because it helps you see all the tools inside. Strap is solid. Overall definitely worth the money and I think it will last him for a long time.

It comes really close to fitting my wood carving tools. I like how it can carry my tools even if they don’t fit very well in the pockets. I’m happy with this purchase and still am not aware of a better toolbag. If anyone is aware of a better bag for holding knives, gouges, and axes, I’d love to hear about it.

This bag is perfect for my needs. It fits everything I need for both Low Voltage / Telcom & standard Electrician work. This bag allows me to combine both sets of tools. I used to have 2 separate tool belts. It’s deep so tools don’t fall out. This bag is perfect for longer drivers & multi tools that are larger which is what I have. If you have smaller size (3-4 inch shaft) drivers then this is not your bag. Between divisions there is enough room for butt set, multi meter, & driver bit case. It’s well worth the sale price $69 but not original $89.

Upon receiving this Klein 10″ Tote Tool bag, it came sealed in a plastic Klein wrapping, which indicated a 2014 version. Not sure if there is a 2020 version of this tool bag?

Overall, I have quickly filled up the majority of all of the 40 slots. IT is still worthy to not that the tool pockets inside the tote bag are deep so any shorter length tools will become hard to retrieve. What I ended up doing is bunching up a paper towel in the bottom of several of the deep tool slots so now those shorter shafted tools are easily retrievable. Although this bag is on the bit , especially with tools, the very well padded shoulder strap is a “plus” to have when having to transport this tote from great distances.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis is a really solid tool bag, and I love the deep pockets and molded base. I do apartment maintenance and sometimes you set your tool bag down in a puddle in a bathroom or something without noticing, and the next day that water rusts some of your tools. Having the molded base avoids that little hassle, and if you don’t make it too too heavy, the bag stays exactly where you put it. My only complaint is a feature the page doesn’t mention. All the small vertical pockets have a little strap of elastic across them to keep your tools from falling out. I find this strap is just a little too strong because it can make putting a tool back in the bag more of a pain than normal. I use a not of Knipex brand tools, and their linesman pliers have fairly sharp corners on the business end, so I worry that I’m going to tear my bag when I’m having to push the pliers past the elastic. This is actually really handy for screwdrivers and the like, but for wider items like pliers or wire strippers it can be a bit annoying.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis thIng is perfect for service calls. The zipper pouch is large enough to hold my multi meter. There are enough pouches on the outside to hold the seven tools/items I use most often and don’t want to have to dig for them. The inside pout he’s are a bit deep for screw drivers so I stuffed a dit of rolled up cloth down to the bottoms of the pouch’s that’s needed it. The open areas hold my battery drill/small box of parts and a small box of driver hex-tips. It looks good and it’s not to heavy to lug around a costumers house… What more could ya want?

My basic thought on the bag is it “looks” sturdy and “seems” durable… but only time will tell that story which will in turn determine value. If I haven’t updated this in a year I’m either happy with it or I won the lottery.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersA lot deeper than expected, good quality and sturdy. Love the orange interior, but doesn’t have a great pocket layout for an electrician, lot different than either of the Dewalt or Husky electrian bags. That being said it looks like it will stand up better than my crappy old generation 1 Dewalt bag.
All the top pockets have elastic on the out side of the pocket, this holds the tools to the sides better, but you can’t put as many tools in them. Overall I am going to keep it but i might have gone for the Husky if I was to do it again.

Not really sure the point of the elastic on all the tool pouches on the inside. Unless you want your tools that secure or it gets tipped over a lot. I just cut them off and it makes getting tools in and out way easier.

Golden Review Award: 43 From Our UsersI use a toolbag all day for my work in appliance repair, carrying it into 6-10 houses per day and needing a decent variety of tools at hand. I’ve been using this style of bag for 10+ years and prefer it over boxes or zippered bags. This one is more $ than I usually spend but I like my Klein hand tooIs and decided to give it a shot. I’ve spent a decade paring my kit down to a reasonable weight and they help me make a living so a little money spent can be worth it.

-Bright interior for visibility really helps me find the tool I want more easily as most of my tools have black handles. I won’t need to color code my tools with bright paint or stickers for visibility.
-Many pockets inside and out allow me to organize my bag and not need to look at it to grab a tool once I’ve gotten used to the layout. When you’re contorted in a tight space this is a necessity.
-Rigid bottom for stability on the job and during transport in the van.
-Sturdy fabric and stitching, I’ll see if it makes it over time. Fabric bags wear out but for the price I hope for many years of use.

    Cons:
-Very deep pockets, very deep bag in general. All but my longest tools tend to slide too far into the pockets to retrieve easily. I’ll get used to it but this bag is 2-3″ deeper than my last few.
-I dislike shoulder straps and the unpadded handles make it slightly uncomfortable to carry on longer trips to the job. Not badly so, just enough that your hands ask for relief.
-It is a little larger than I expected, and more than I really need. I’ve always used electrician style bags but none were this large. The concern is that without care a toolbag usually gets filled to capacity, so larger bags get heavy quickly.
-The inner pockets are a little too small for larger tools like bit cases or drill/drivers. They fit in the bag but are not able to be stashed in the tight interior pockets. Longer hand tools would likely fit but most of mine have a home in the outer spots for quick access.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is a really nice bag for electrical & equipment maintenance. It is a tad bit heavy once laded with tools, so if you have to carry it a lot, or go up a lot of ladders with it, you may want something else. My only real complaint is the are no shallow pockets for smaller tools. There is one short pocket on the front, and a zippered compartment on the side. It’s a sturdy square bag with a slightly large profile, and weighs about 7 pounds.

Hubby is an HVAC Tech. His nickname is Shrek and this bag takes the beating he gives it. This is a very sturdy bag. It keeps his tools organized, and the shoulder strap allows him to take his tools up a ladder safely. He would purchase again.

Nice change from the traditional tool pouches. Lots of room for the necessary tools without overloading it. Shoulder strap for carrying it up the ladder.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersReally solid and well built tool organizer that has a nice array of pockets and sleeeves. The only thing holding back 5 stars is that I do wish the screwdriver sleeves were a bit bigger or had more stretch to better accommodate a few more items. That and I wish it was still made in the USA, like other Klein products. I’d have paid more for a North American product.

Best bag ever and well worth the price! Hard plastic bottom with sturdy sides so tools won’t fall over or tear through the bottom.
