Great, stylish cooking pot. Did plenty of meat dishes and is excellent, tender, succulent and very tasty. Perfect for two, big family bigger pot. Would recommend.
Substantial well made versatile pan. Just be careful not to put cold water into hot pot after dishing up.
Cold water will warp the enamel pan lining. Just wait for it to cool before soaking prior to washing.
Good value for money.
Given as gift. Very heavy casserole dish, good capacity, nice colour.
Really well made. Lovely colour. Cooks a treat and washes easily.
Nothing to dislike…. very good and a solid enamelled cast-iron pot at an attractive price, but not quite the same heavy built quality as Staub, but certainly good enough for everyday use. 25 year warranty upon registration.
Really pleased with this dish. I’ve used it loads since getting it. Seems to be great quality.
Just love this pan! From chickens to casseroles it saves a fortune in energy and cooks beautifully. Perfect for Aga!
Well priced cast iron pot. Hob to oven. Works well on induction job.
I haven’t used another pot or pan since buying this little beauty. I’ve made stews, casseroles, risottos & have even used it to cook a full English breakfast. I don’t even bother putting it away now, not only because I’m forever using it but also because it looks beautiful just sitting on the stove when not in use. Love it!
Lovely looking well made pot. I’ve had to get a heat diffuser as it was difficult to get a simmer on my gas hob (problem with all my pans) but I love cooking in this pot.
I get fed up with those glass type dishes breaking so this dish is large enough for most family meals, easily cleaned in dishwasher & its another heavy iron glazed dish with a heavy lid with strong handle that we own. Should have purchased years ago.
This iten is a brilliant cast iron pan just big enough for either 1 or 2 people and the colour is fab to match in my kitche
I have two Le Cruset dishes that are now too large as the children have flown the nest, this dish works great on my induction hob, then popps into the oven once the preparation done, saves washing up too many pans and quick to clea
Good size for two, nice colour, sturdy with metal knob
Heavier and smaller than I thought it would be. Cleans easily though.
So far I used this for tart Tatin, tagine, bouillabaisse
Made a great gift would highly recommend for people who love being in the kitchen and appreciate good cookware.
Tower is a really good quality item gorgeous colour as well
This item is very heavy but brilliant. Easy to clean kept the fix warm for ages once cooked.
A wonderful buy
I love it, it’s easy to cook with. It looks really nice will get more of them in different sizes
Heavier than I thought , but does a good casserole as even heat distributio
The dish arrived the following day and very well packaged. The colour is fantastic and I will definitely be purchasing other items to add to the collection. Thank you.
This arrived today. Very nice looking and I’m sure it’ll do the job but it is heavy. If buying for an elderly relative, you might want to research other options.
This is my new favourite pot! Have cooked a fry up, shallow fried chicken and made a soup in it. Perfect for everything in my opinio
This is a great casserole. I love the colour I have the red. It is solid and substantial. Cooks the food beautifully and looks good on the table. Easy to keep clean..
This is a high quality casserole pan. It performs well without any obvious problems. It is well made. It is heavy but not ridiculously so.
It was straightforward to clean.
I’m very happy with this casserole pan. Every stew made in it is so yummy. It’s amazing quality and it looks really good on the shelf. Easy to wash
You really don’t need to spend huge amounts of money on a cast iron pot, think you can guess the brand I’m referring too!
Arrived properly, very well packaged, great colour and Cook’s the food as you would expect. Very happy with my purchase,

I’ve used this type of casserole pot for years. They are the best and last for years. This one is excellent, well made and keeps shiny. Food cooks well for me on hob but can be used in oven but need to be careful as handles will get very hot. Food keeps heat for a long time. A definite winter asset!
I love a good casserole over the winter months and getting a decent casserole dish makes all the difference in the quality of the final dish.
This is a hefty dish and feels very solid and well made. It looks the part and has a lovely deep red colour. Just be careful if using this on a glass hob, as its weight has the potential to crack the glass. There’s definitely room to take a medium chicken in here, so could be used for a small one pot roast for two.
I tried this out with a simple beef and carrot casserole as its inaugural recipe. I softened the veg and browned the meat, using the dish on the hob and was pleased to see that nothing stuck to the enamel inside. I finished the casserole off in the oven for an hour or two and the results were perfect.
Cleaning was a cinch, as it just needed a wipe with hot, soapy water and a rinse to get everything off.
I definitely recommend this dish if you like to cook proper casseroles, stews and other one-pot recipes.
So high quality tower pot.
Perfectly suitable for variety of recipes.
Can be used in the oven, just make sure to use recommended temperature to not damage the pot.
So beautiful colour, sturdy and easy to clean!
Highly recommend!
I got the Burgundy 29cm version and it is very well made, solid and heavy, but a bit smaller than I’d imagined. I think it looks great in this colour scheme as well.
I found no issues with either the burgundy outer paintwork or the white enamel inner, though there is one exposed stainless steel screw on the underside of the lid which is how the gold lid handle is attached.
This is obviously trying to compete with a much more expensive French brand that’s out there but in terms of cooking abilities, I’m of the opinion that cast iron, is cast iron. Tower are also offering an extended warranty to 25 years if you register with them which should offer some peace of mind especially as at 69.99 (at time of the review), this is still a considered investment.
Perfect for casseroles, this can be put in the oven with confidence and looks great when set (safely) onto the table when serving.
Ahhhh, a proper cast iron casserole dish. I’ve wanted one of these for ages but the price of them has always put me off, especially the famous Le Creuset brand. This version from Tower comes in a gorgeous burgandy which was perfect for the beef bourguignon I had planned for the weekend. It’s safe for use on the stove top and in the oven of course, has a satisfying weight to it, and suffice to say I cooked up a dream. The price here makes it two hundred quid cheaper than the alternative from the aforementioned brand. Delicious.
