No, the Recon 70 is a wired headset and does not need to be charged.

Will this headset work with PC?
If your computer has a single jack for both headset audio and mic audio, you will be able to plug the headset directly into that single jack. If your computer has separate jacks, you will need a PC Splitter Cable (sold separately).

These headphones are pretty good i have 2 pairs of these now in the house and the surround sound on em are pretty good for gaming the colour / pattern is pretty cool too

Comfortable, affordable and make a huge difference listening to enemy footsteps ( ie I play xbox )… I’ve even used them on my phone to answer a call ( which works wonders to )
Broke
Bought this product for a Christmas present..My son also has the same headset..On both headsets the microphone has broke..If you want to putthe microphone up against the headset it starts to loosen the screw inside that holds it to the headset..You can’t then screw the arm of the microphone back on as you can’t get inside the headset leaving them useless.
am also unable to get in touch with the sellers to return this headset is not cheap..Not happy

Surprisingly excelle
For the price I was expecting less honestly.
I had a very good gaming headset double the price of this one, aaaaand I broke it. Couldn’t justify buying another so i got this to tide me over.
Pros:
-The mic quality is just as good as my old headset.
-Its a fairly comfortable set, not as comfy as my old pair but perfectly usable even for long periods.
Cons:
-no button or switch on the headset to mute your mic quickly
-the audio is good, it’s just not as good as my old headset. The directional quality of it especially is a step down, which is notable in FPS games where direction of sound matters.
Overall, a solid headset. And for the price point its undeniably the best about.
Comfo
it’s a great value gadget and does what it says. Lovely product, comfortable cushions even though I wear them with glasses. Glasses + over-ear headset is not comfortable but it is with this model

You can’t go wrong with these for the money! I have them as a spare set for when family are round playing split screen on the PS4. Good value for money.

Sound and mic quality are great works on switch, Xbox and PS. I checked on my Xbox and switch and my friend has the same one for his PS. That’s how I know.

After buying more expensive head sets for my son in the past these are the ones he has found better. Well worth the reasonable price and no issues with these at all.

Really impressed. For the money you can’t beat this headset. Sound quality is great for gaming or streaming films. What you get from this set makes paying any more a waste of money. Would reccomend.

Used on my Xbox one great little headset for the money,however would have like to be able to adjust the volume of the game noise and player noise separately and some players are loud and really noisy in your ear.But for the money can’t complai

Well made and with a good sound. This is my second purchase of these, as I gifted the first ones to a family member. Well, if you can call “Please let me have these!!” over and over, being ‘Gifted. All in all very happy with them. They arrived really quickly too.
Great budget optio
I bought this to just play online with friends and it’s kept me going for ages I get a lot of use out of them and they still work just great. I’ve literally just bought the Arctis 7x which are much more expensive, but the Recon 70X we’re good and worked just fine on PS, Xbox, Switch and in work calls. The sound quality isn’t bad, fine for this price range, however if you want to get more immersive audio for this new generation of consoles then you’ll definitely want to look at the more expensive options
Brilliant headset as have had one before, BUT BED WARNED IF BUYING THESE AS A PRESENT OR CHRISTMAS PRESENT. It came not wrapped in the cardboard or a box, it’s just the original packaging, so don’t want someone’s present getting ruined as my sons has.
