Really effective for older inner earth wax and works far more effectively than traditional ear buds- smooth and comfortable to use.
Order to help clean out my ears as I cannot use control buds inside my ass and I really struggle with cleaning them as I’ve had problems with my year since I was little this is fantastic so easy to use gets out so much it’s ridiculous and easy to clean and we use again would highly recommend

This is a simple, but effective tool for clearing ear wax. It consists of a handle, two swappable tips, and a portable case. The spiral tip works somewhat like a spiral drill bit or screw—as the handle is twisted the ear wax is pulled up the tip. This is surprisingly quick and effective, especially when used for removing moist ear wax. The ear brush tip can be used to remove dried earwax, or anything around the edges. Both tips are easy to clean and reusable. The full kit packs away neatly into the portable case, which is also small enough that this can be used while travelling without taking up much space. This is a great product, but does seem a little expensive.
I won’t go into too much detail as I will put you off your love. But this is light and easy to handle, easy to get started with and use. There is a range of nozzles, and on use, with no real discomfort, I dislodged the wax-berg blocking my ear canal. So it is wholly effective and does what it says on the tin. Decent price too.
I have never used an earwax remover before and I was surprised how little wax came out (given I am well into my fifties), although they were easy enough to use and caused no discomfort. I used the spiral one first, which you have to turn clockwise (easy enough for my right hand, but I really had to think about it for my left!). The brush head didn’t take any out but the spiral one had already extracted what there was.
So as far as I am concerned they did their job, although it appears I didn’t have much wax to remove in the first place. The reason I tried them is my hearing is not quite what it was, so maybe I need to follow up on that, now I have tried these out.
For what they are, they seem a little expensive.
I have used this type of wax remover before. There is a right and A WRONG WAY of turning the screw – so be careful with that as there are no arrows on this one. The brush is a nice addittion – but a few spare screw heads would have been bice. This is better made but more expensive than my previous products. Pretty safe to use if you go carefull and turn the right way.
For some people like to use cotton bud, this one is definitely a better replacement. It’s innovational design that helps to clear the wax from ears without hurting the ear drums and pushing the wax inwards. The head is very soft which can protect the inner ears. Very nice, highly recommend.
Tvidler ear cleaner arrived well packaged In the box you get the cleaning tool with two detachable cleaning heads the manual and a nice carry case. It is easy to maintain with luke warn water. Very good at cleaning the ears and well presented in the box.
Hand on heart after trying out this device I can say it is the best earwax remover that I have used.
The Tvidler Pro Ear Wax Remover Kit has two heads made from ultra soft rubber like material.
The spiral one you just inset into your ear and rotate clockwise.
The amount of wax removed was impressive.
The other head is equally as good.
Hygiene wise you just rinse under water to remove.
Now I must admit I did find this tricky. The best way is to use warm water.
Safe and sure.

The top falls off the handle, but is too big to get stuck in there.
I been wanting to get one of these for a while, I suffer with a lot of wax build up in the past that I’ve had to have my ears syringed, I’ve got a metal version of this but I don’t like it as it’s a little scratching feeling in the ears, this is a good set the probes are a soft silicone type plastic you have two different heads one for removal of wax inside the ear and a brush tool to sweep nearer the opening of the ear to remove dead skin of wax, it’s really gentle on the inside of the ear and is so much better than the metal ones.
The thing to remember when inserting turning one way and the other ear turn the opposite way, there are no arrows on the device to inform people which way to turn.
My old one came with a load of new tips, this one doesn’t. To be honest you do not need loads unless a huge family using them. These tips should be washed each time of use, and before you insert into the other ear. This is important because if you have an ear infection and hadn’t realised, the infection will move into that ear to, and that’s painful.
A simple rinse under a tap and dry.
I found using these best after washing the ears in the shower or bath, dry out ears, but leave a bit of moisture in the ear. Makes it easier to remove wax. Having dry ears and dry wax maybe uncomfortable for some.
Another thing, if the ears have a lot of wax build up, use oil for a few days, just a few drops to loosen the wax, then use this tool.
A nice case and instructions, a good size
Another thing on my old one which was blue and white, the tip when turning did keep coming off in my ear. This one the tip stays put, so not dangerous.
A decent price, and doesn’t harm the ear canal like cotton buds which are hazardous as so thin now.
Highly recommend for anyone with discomfort, also has another attachment for the outer part of the ear too.

It was often stated that one shouldn’t even put earbuds in ones ears because of a risk of damaging the eardrum, so how well does this unit stack up for effectiveness and safety?
Recently I (72, male) have noticed a distinct loss of hearing in the right ear which may be due to wax, a blocked eustachian tube, or some age-related degeneration. I obtained this unit for possible earwax removal (given the difficulties of getting to see a doctor)
The unit arrives neatly packaged with a good instruction leaflet. The silicone spiral gives a very soft effect in the ear removing some wax but, sadly my problem appears to be more of an inner problem than an outer ear
So a nice idea – effective and probably safer / more ecological than earbuds. Somewhat pricey for just one spiral head and one brush head. (Too much money spent on style over substance?)
Very nice and beautiful design. The things that go on the top of the whit thing it does not stand firmly on it, it always falls of. It has an instruction on how to use it. It is made from strong and durable plastic.
