I simply say “Alexa, start T10” and away it goes. It does a great job at collecting dust and debris, although for best results I suggest moving chairs etc our of its way so it can get into all the nooks and crannies. Once it’s, done it returns to its base to charge and empty itself.
Negative points: Our first T10 developed an issue with the fan, which Ultenic were very quick and happy to resolve. Their customer service has been excellent.
Sometimes T10 can forget where its base is to return to. It gets there eventually, but may look around your house lost for a while. The fix for this as I found is to reset the map that the hoover has taken of your house in the app the next time you hoover. Problem solved.
Besides these points, I can’t really think of any other downsides to be honest.
Life is easier. Customer service is brilliant. I can command the hoover to start whilst I’m out from the app. The battery life is very good. My house is a reasonable size and it can get through two, maybe three cycles on a single charge. I highly recommend it!
Super little vacuum but I’ve taken the mop off as I’ve never seen Stephen cover more than a haphazard 50cm square wheelspinning championship as there seems to be no traction on my kitchen lino floor whatsoever. However, I didn’t get him to just mop a kitchen, I got him to cover the whole 1st floor, which he does brilliantly well! Make sure you follow the instruction as to where you place him, in a corner in the kitchen he had a couple of problems getting home. Now he’s moved to a less cluttered spot, he’s not missed a beat and has now covered more than 90 cleaning cycles. The mapping is amazingly accurate, and it’s almost impossible to confuse him; his only downfall so far has been a sock he managed to eat and then get stuck under the chair. However, a quick check on the app and he was quick to run back to base once I’d removed the offending sock. Suction is excellent, just check the bin and filter before he empties, it’s an impressive sight. It would be nice for a randomise function so he doesn’t leave the same trails in deep pile carpets every day, and some crampons for slippery mopping surfaces is probably a good idea. All in, very good, I have no real complaints about any of it, top job – just not a mopper.
The fluid reservoir for the mop is a little on the small side. Floor area isn’t overly large at 45 square metres according to the vacuum, yet always empties before complete. Cannot get it to connect to Alexa despite latest software upgrade. The Ultenic Home skill is very poorly rated by wider community so it’s not just me experiencing this issue. Despite these two areas though I think it’s an excellent device. Floors look great and I was shocked at just how much dog hair it collects on a daily basis; really pleased with this purchase. Radar mapping works well and it’s relatively quiet when in use.
I am really into anything that will save me time so I can have more quality time with the family due to our hectic lives so purchased this robot after lots of thinking about it.
I am glad I went ahead and made the purchase. Set up is easy, scheduling is also easy. I have also connected to my alexa but decided to use the scheduling via Ultenic App instead as its a easy UI. I hope an enhancement comes so we can turn off the mop option if the mop head is attached, rather than having to remove to stop the mop cleaning. I found if I set the no go for my carpet in the living room for the mop function, the carpet doesnt get vaccumed until I take off the mop, I think I need to do more detailed scheduled but will sort it out in time. So far really happy and considering buying another for upstairs (just so I dont have to move the downstairs one).
Advantages;
– It is very easy to install and the application works very fast, there is no waiting on the screen.
– Vacuum power is very good, it is enough to clean the area you have determined once
– You won’t believe the dust, it collects when it cleans under the sofa and the bed
– You don’t have to clean the baton box thanks to the automatic baton collection feature
– When cleaning the upstairs of the house, I feel very comfortable, it takes up to the stairs, immediately and there is absolutely no danger of falling.
Disadvantages:
– It’s been 15 days since I started using it and I couldn’t see anything negative. I will add them as needed.

Just had this robot vacuum about a week – but very pleased with it so far.
We have mostly hard floors downstairs, and the vacuum showed no problems with these… so then we took it upstairs to see how it tackles carpets. Again, no problems that we can see. Does it get every single piece of dust from every single nook & cranny? No… but it DOES get most of them, even into the corners, leaving each area looking like it’s been vacuumed just as you’d expect.
We’ve learned a few little things already… firstly, run around the house and look for odd things hanging on the floor (iphone leads, any blankets hanging off the edge of a bed etc)… it’ll try to eat them, then get stuck! Assuming you get into the habit of keeping things out of the way though, it’s fine.
We also learned that multiple-maps for upstairs/downstairs isn’t obvious, but can be done… you’ll need to let the vacuum map out an area as it does each new area, then when you go back to it, you enter the cleaning records on the app and “apply this map” from one that’s been mapped before. A simple way of saving each new map with a name so you could apply it would be less clunky – but it does seem to work ok.
Not tired the included remote, but the app works well enough. It does feel like a few versions on will probably be a little more ‘slick’ but it’s functional enough. I haven’t been able to pair it properly with Alexa yet, but in all honesty I’m not too bothered about that, since the app does all you need anyway. We currently have it set to auto-clean all downstairs every morning after breakfast time and that’s working well.
The mop function seems to work ok – not as thorough as a good hard manual mopping perhaps, but it’s nice to let it do its thing now & then.
We were also curious as to how it would handle approaching the top of our stairs – but sensors underneath saw them no problem and it just maps them as a boundary (no flailing robots hitting the deck below)!
All in all, very promising, and a real time-saver. We won’t be getting rid of the manual ‘hoover’ – but I’m not expecting to use that very often at all now.
Takes the stress out of cleaning. Copes well with dog hair. Requires a little perseverance to map out the house initially but easy to use thereafter.
I like the suction power and it has amazing sensors .It self clean .very highly recommended.I bought i second one for my mum .
I would like to make a special mention to Connie for being prompt in responding to our concerns and facilitating resolution. The product for some reason wasn’t functioning as expected but the customer support to fix all issues has been simply amazing.
Great vacuum and mop! works very well but water container leaks a little at times. And suction not as great as expected on thick carpets, But love how clean the tiled portion of my house is
The robot is good.
But the no-go for vacuum only and no-mop does not work regardless of what Ultenic says in amazon.
Their customer service claims now this function is not implemented yet and their engineers are looking at it.
But when I asked the question here in Amazon , Ultenics customer service say it works and they even describe the procedure.
It does not work! Once you setup a no-go zone regardless if you select “mop” (in order to avoid mopping but vacuum only) the robot will avoid that zone completely and will not even vacuum.
Depending where the no-mop zone is and if its between the robot and the base, it will even stop the robot from reaching its base.
This needs to be fixed via firmware/software as all Ultenics replies in their amazon product page for this function are simply measleading.
I love my Ultenic 10 and have been amazed at its long battery life. Having four dogs and hard floors, I’m disabled and it makes life so easy

Was sceptical about how well a robot vac would work at first. Setup was very easy and the first use put all my doubts to rest.
It managed to reach all the corners which i was concerned about and did a great job in collecting all debris on my floor.
The mop function is also very good.
Great for hard floors not great on carpet. Mop function is great as well.
Impressed with the logic used to properly clean the floor as opposed to the random behaviour of other robotic vacuum cleaners I’ve seen.
Does a great job vacuuming then empties the debris into a bag! Love the way it maps out the house and you can follow its movements
Incredible robot. Couldn’t be happier with it! Compared to my old “dumb” robot vac, this thing is wonderful. It is so much faster as I can select individual rooms etc. and its just so intuitive to use. Still haven’t tried the mop function yet but I assume it will be great.
Fab little machine, we’ve four dogs; it’s the first time in years the floor is always hair free; the brush does need cleaning frequently because of this, again super easy to do though. I use the app which is very easy to set up, you can monitor where she’s been, set the time for it to sweep and away she goes, only slight drawback is I think it’s on a different time zone, have tried to reset but to no avail she prefers her countries time zone but what the heck, I wake up to a nice clean house.
Use every day, very good on dog hair. Some more online invo about zones & no go zones would of been good, but we figured it out. Doies a great job would recommend to dog owners. Goes from hard floor to rugs/carpet no problem.
Fantastic little robot very easy to set up and get going. Easy to connect to Alexa. Makes keeping the floor clean with 5 kiddos so much easie
After a lot of research I choose the Ultenic T10 as it had many features of much expensive brands. I’ve been impressed with its efficiency, accuracy and build quality. Setting up the App is challenging and time consuming. It’s worth the effort as now set up the robot has mastered my two storey home!

I love the extra long battery life and the suction power is absolutely brilliant.
Have already used it 3 times since I set it up! Battery life seems excellent and good at navigating around the house avoiding obstacles! I was impressed at how it managed to still get under the dining room table with all the chairs – I had expected it to swerve that entirely but thoroughly impressed.
Have used the mop mode only once, but again, was surprised at the fact that the tank was more than big enough to give our entire downstairs a once over. This won’t fully replace mopping with something more substantial, but will definitely reduce the frequency that we will need to do that.
I haven’t used the Alexa connectivity yet, so that’s the next task to work that out. But so far, it’s the best gadget in the house (and I have a fair few!).
Great works well and definitely makes life easier. Impressed at how it canget in all the nooks and crannies. Minor complaints it sometimes gets stuck on door mats and I would like the water tank to be bigger. Also the voice commands do not work fully. The instructions say I can control it with many commands using Alexa however I’ve only gotten turn it off and on to work, the rest do not do anything.

It’s a great product. The battery life is excellent I love the mopping function and that you can adjust how wet you want the floors to be. A tank of water ( about 200 mls) covers the cleaning of my kitchen, lounge, dining room and hallway.
Great, but can’t be left to vacuum non-mop areas with the mop attachment left on (I.e. can’t vac one day and mop the next without physically touching the device to take off the dry mop attachment). Otherwise great.
Really happy with my purchase. Can’t fault it so far. It mops and hoovers really well. I love the ‘schedule cleaning’ function so I can just leave it to its own devices. Would recommend
I’ve been really impressed with this device, it has really exceeded my expectations. Cleaning is top quality, I’ve been surprised at how quiet it is and there are neat features like the auto empty.
My only criticism is with the app and the Alexa integration which need work. The app is a bit clunky but once you figure this out it works well enough. Alexa integration could also be better as there are limited commands that don’t unleash the full potential of the device.
Would I buy it again? Most definitely.

This robotic vacuum cleaner really works! This is a great upgrade from my previous vacuum robot. It doesn’t hit objects and I don’t have to play hide and seek. When finished, it goes to its base.
Our area downstairs is quite large so it even goes back to its base to recharge to finish the job. The mapping system is amazing. Can recognize different rooms and determine which areas need to be cleaned.

I had been looking around for a robot hoover/mop for a long time. I wanted something that would map the rooms rather than randomly moving around as our house has odd shaped rooms and with children there are lots of obstacles. It handled all of these brilliantly and did a really good job, it doesn’t get everything in the corners but I expected that, the mop function does a good job of freshening up the floors but won’t replace mopping to get rid of any stubborn spill from the kids. Essentially we now have more time freed up to clean the other areas of the house while the robot keeps the floors clean. Great purchase and the auto empty is a great feature I wouldn’t be without now

Very nice product, but there are some issues on navigation. Cleans carpets beautifully and the self emptying function is a game changer.
So far so good. Trigger is running around keeping our house clean! Working out the app takes some understanding but that’s a me problem. All in all good so far.
I’ve had many robot vacuum cleaners before this one, but none are as good as this, it was very easy to set up and use. It cope very well with an unusual room layout. I would recommend this one.
Works like a charm vacuuming and light mopping without needing any assistance. The mopping could be a bit better since it doesn’t remove some stains. Closing doors to clean a certain room recreates the map, so it can’t navigate automatically the next time since it thinks there’s no door. Overall a very good purchase. Hopefully will get even better with software updates.
We call our t10- Tina. We schedule her daily plus use the app or alexa to do extra bits throughout the day.
I have had initial issues with alexa connectivity but this resolved with an app upgrade, intermittent issues with main wheels spinning on textured porcelain tiles in kitchen, ultenic sent me new wheels.
The app was updated recently and I feel can still be improved but the robot can do all the things described. If I want it to hoover upstairs I recall the cleaning record from last time it was upstairs and use that map. I need to make sure the brush is cleaned regularly, I have 2 dogs.
Bought as a gift for Xmas and they love it. Very handy for cleaning up the mess the dogs makes especially during the muddy and wet seasons.
Hi, we upgraded our robotic vacuum cleaner to This rather nice looking one – that can automatically empty the unit for a good number of days. Whilst the manufacturer says up to 60 days we have not tested that claim, however we suspect that it will be close to 50 days as the vacuum is picking up more than a handful of dust, fibres, crumbs etc every day. We have noticed reduced dust levels, this uses about 60% of the battery power on 6 separate areas 75m3 in 55 minutes)
We love how quiet and efficient the vacuum cleaner is, systematic in its cleaning route, picks up where it last left off, the app once we used the apple iPad is really good. The mapping and detailing of your house is amazing to see. We have not yet tried the mopping function yet as we are trying to figure out how to split a big room that has half hard flooring and half soft/carpet.
Would we recommend buying this? – Yes we would, we would recommend it to family and friends, with only caution that we could not get the Ultenic app to work on our android mobile phone, we did achieve success on a 2nd attempt using apple worked a treat.

A very decent vacuum cleaner.
It is easy to setup, not even needing instructions to do so.
Essentially get everything out the box, plug the power cable into the dock and set the dock against a wall.
Design notes:
I don’t see the point of the membrane buttons on the top, they make it feel cheap and the backlight doesn’t add value or convey intuitive information.
I would have preferred two click buttons and no light or a simple light with green and red (green meaning all is good and red meaning there is a problem)
The water tank is a bit small requiring a refill after only one mopping session of the house, seeing as the lidar does not need to see the entre back of the vacuum, an extended tank that protruded up would have been acceptable in my opinion.
Alternatively a simple refill function from the dock to top up the tank would also have been a positive, I don’t need the dock to clean the mop too, just refilling would have been ok.
The front of the mop folds under the vacuum causing the vacuum to get stuck on small ledges.
The speaker is driven to hard and makes the audio quality poor.
Pros:
The apps is feature rich with lots of choices.
The design is simple enough to figure out without a manual.
The mopping function works pretty well and is fairly thorough.
There are a load of options to allow you to completely control what happens when and the self emptying system is a big improvement and allows trouble free vacuuming for an extended period as you do t have to empty the vacuum after ever scheduled clean.
One thing I would like to really make customers aware of is the amazing after sales serve from the Ultenic team. There is in App chat as well as email and they have been fantastic in getting me set up when I had a slight problem with connectivity due to my own WiFi settings.
It seems to do a very good job vacuuming and mopping but the software needs work. Not sure how multiple maps work.
English supplied instructions not well written and can cause problems if trouble shooting, but this is not an uncommon problem with tech from the Far East.
Following an update George (robovac) is doing a good job
So the hoover on this us great, the brushes do need manual deflyffing weekly but only takes a minute. Dont buy this for mopping though, it doesn’t work.. because it’s so light as soon as tiles are wet the wheels have no traction and it cant move forward.
All good at the moment – time will tell but seems to do the job for the moment. Hoover good, mop not great if you have pets/kids.
I’ve had this for about a month now and there’s lots to love here. The way it maps out your rooms is really clever (and kind of mesmerising to watch on your phone). The app is great – I love the options to just clean one room or an area. It’s pretty efficient in terms of the time it takes and the route it chooses and it isn’t too noisy for the most part. Not having to empty the dust collector is great, but heavier pieces do have to be dumped out now and then as they don’t get sucked up. Not so good – when it sucks stuff from the dust collection bin into the main bin it’s so loud it scares my cats (but only for 30 secs so not that bad) and the mopping isn’t as good as the vacuuming, but is ok in a pinch. Overall. I’m very happy with the cost to value ratio here. It’s my second robovac and this was twice as expensive but so much better.
I love the fact that I can go out and its clean when I come back! Great product. I had some questions and Ultenic were really good at answering them quickly
Great robot vacuum cleaner. It’s quite powerful for carpet too.
The setting up process is a bit tedius for who had carpet. Instructions need to be clearer. The mopping holder should be removed if you have carpet. I was told that after several attempts to set up the robot and make him go back to the Dock station.
If you have the mopping holder on and you have carpet, it will never go back to the back station.
This product is brilliant! We have 3 dogs and a log burner, so dust and pet hair is constant! Set up was really easy. It mapped out the room on its first sweep, very accurately. I have the timer set to vac at 11am everyday and empty on its return to the base. The carpet/wood floor/vinyl have never looked so good! Only had it a few days but so far no complaints! I have an elderly mum and have decided a robot vac would be fantastic for her, so will be looking for one for her flat as well!
Really nice, silent and quick. No complains about any technical issues, except it was pain to connect it to Alexa. This is main point to improve for this vacuum robot.
All works well, fascinating to watch it map as it goes. Note: multi map is advertised but the app does not (yet?) have this feature.

I could say him! as I don’t have pets, my hisband use to sau that this is my pet that is not messing up but is cleaning up I still struggle with the app as I can’t set a the rooms to get ready or any areas at all. If somebody could help me out would really apreaciate. Is doing his job very well. I hope it would lst as well.
Excellent device, highly effective, leaves my floors beautifully clean, effective on pet hair too. Self emptying is excellent. I don’t understand why more people don’t switch to robot vacuum cleaners. The app was easy to install and the device linked efficiently. I haven’t used the mopping facility yet so can’t comment on it. Recently I had a problem with it, which is now sorted, I can say that the customer service is excellent. They stayed in touch while investigating. So all in all very happy

Awesome in every way. Got to clean up after our dog, works great on hard floors and carpets a like. The mop lifts up muddy paw prints from the garden great and leaves the floor hairless 😀 Also, goes and hoovers under the couch which is where the dog hair likes to collect.
I have two dogs and this makes a real treat of cleaning up the floors and keeping the space clear. Haven’t tested it in shedding season as yet but so far so good. Loving it and would highly recommend. Used to spend half an hour on just the floors, this spends less time and gets the same results. 30 mins saved every day, twice/three times a day.
The Ultenic T10 works very well on hard flooring and carpets, picking up even the smallest of debris.
The mapping is quick and easy, and the app is very straight forward and informative.
I rarely leave reviews for household products, but this has made a real difference to our home. Most of the bugs reported by earlier reviewers seem to have been fixed and IMHO this is a great piece of kit and excellent value (I paid about 375 on one of Amazon’s ‘limited time deals’) compared with other brands. It gets a strong recommendation from me.

This robotic Hoover is brilliant. It doesn’t like carpet with the mop attached but once you realize that. It just gets on with the cleaning.

Initially had problems with the app, but help was quickly provided. After a few days the app refused to work, at all, despite uninstalling and re-installing. Trying to control the vac from the remote was unsuccessful and it spent more time wandering around the house than vacuuming. The vac itself is pretty good, when it works.
Getting the main brush out and cleaned up after weeks of use was easy: there’s a latch to release it and a cleaning tool to cut tangled hair or string.
Overall, I like this vacuum and mop. I definitely enjoy the auto-empty feature, it’s nice not to have to empty the small dustbin on the vacuum itself every few days like I have with previous units.

It’s all very easy to set up and the app is very easy to use.
It seems to have comprehensive feedback both by voice and via the app. For example it got stuck on a cable and I got a notification. I removes the cable and off it went again, no problem.
I switch it on when I’m out of the house or when we’re having tea in bed first thing in the morning!
Great bit of kit, mops and vacuums really well. We have 2 dogs and it deals with their hair no problem, great suction and the fact it empties itself is a massive plus.
The app gives you an overall breakdown of the cleaning performance, remaining battery and it can cover multiple floors too which is great. My house is split over four levels so this feature is very useful.
Overall the cleaning performance is really good, the functionality is brilliant and the fact it integrates with Alexa is brilliant. I love anything that I control with my voice.
