Not sure what others were mentioning, this works perfectly fine here in the UK, the sound starts off a little bit loud but tends to get to the point where you really don’t notice it in the background, sort of a monotone humming. It does need frequent refills when used constantly however most of our use when it’s in the house is the ion setting which neutralises odours in the air giving a nice clean smell to it.

Best thing about it thought is being able to have it plugged in when out and about in the minibus we have, the previous machine we had was too big and bulky to do this, so having something small enough to slide under the seats is great and means we don’t have to be worried about having oxygen available when needed.

Brilliant! Works a treat. When my oxygen goes down to 93 or 94%, a quick 30-40 min blast on this and back up to 99!

Ho preso questo generatore come soluzione di emergenza per un paziente in ossigenoterapia domiciliare 24h al giorno. Normalmente il paziente ha a disposizione una bombola di ossigeno che viene consegnata una volta a settimana, ma in casi di consegna in ritardo almeno non si lascia il paziente scoperto fino all’arrivo della nuova bombola.
Il generatore non eccessivamente rumoroso, l’ho tenuto acceso continuamente per circa 10 ore e non scalda.
Prima di metterlo in funzione per la prima volta ricordate di rimuovere le fascette in plastica che tengono fermo il compressore all’interno, Le fascette sono visibili sul fondo del generatore.

Works well. The timer is useful and the device is portable. Not noisy either.

However, I am questioning the air quality and whether it is sufficient for EWOT (exercise for oxygen therapy) and largeoxygen reservoirs. Even if it might take longer to fill in a large oxygen reservor, can you tell me the quality and safety controls undertaken for this machine?

I bought this for my grandmother who sufferes from copd I was sceptical about it , but it does indeed work her oxygen saturation levels do rise considerable using this from 90 to 97 so I was impressed although you have to change the water a lot that doesn’t last very long, is very quiet too just sounds like someone heavy breathing a soothing sound

Das Gert ist leicht zu bedienen dank der Schnellanleitung kann es innerhalb kurzer Zeit in Betrieb genommen werden. ber den Regler mit Schwebekrper kann die bentigte Sauerstoffmenge leicht eingestellt werden. Das Zubehr ist Umfangreich, es muss nichts extra bestellt werden. Das Gert kann Sauerstoff oder Anionen erzeugen.
Ein guter Helfer, wenn die Luft knapp wird.

The seller replaced the product twice for me in a year. The first unit failed after 2 months (862 hrs) use. The second unit failed after 9 months (1226 hrs) use. The compressor was the issue both times. Draw your own conclusions about the product’s durability but the seller certainly gives excellent service.

La concentracin de oxgeno en un flujo de 2 L/m del aparato es muchsimo menor que en un flujo de 2 L/m de oxgeno. Podra aliviar afecciones respiratorias leves e incluso funcionar bien como placebo pero no puede sustituir un aporte de oxgeno como el hospitalario en afecciones moderadas o serias. Parece de buena calidad y bien construido. Se recibe bien embalado y protegido para el transporte.
