VOX VGH Series – Bass Guitar Amplifier Headphones – BASS
AC30
The focus on this model was to offer the AC30âs particular âchimeyâ sound. Turn down the guitar volume and play with a clean, brilliant sound, or turn up the volume for a crunchy sound with greater presence.
ROCK
A penetrating sound representative of an amp stack from the 80âs and 90âs.
BASS
A sound with a wide dynamic range that still achieves enough volume for your needs.

I read some reviews AFTER I had ordered it and I got a little worried. One of them was saying that the headphones didn’t cover his ears. Well, that is not the case at all. They are pretty good size and cover my ears completely! They have great sound with gain, tone, and volume controls. I recommend these headphones for any bass players that might need to let the family watch television while jamming!
Resultan cmodos, dan muy buen rendimiento en graves, sin ser necesario utilizar el ampli interno. Buena relacin calidad/precio.
These have way more features than I expected! You can dial in your sound much like a bass amp! You can even use them as regular headphones in a pinch by plugging into the aux in. The sound is also top notch! All-in-all, I highly recommend these for bedroom practice.
Does well with alkaline batteries
Convenient for practicing bass guitar anytime and anywhere
This is a great practice tool! Simple and sensible. This tool gives you the ability to practice anywhere. The aux. in makes this a great piece of gear when your playing with recordings and metronome. There is an occasional buzz when the cables/wires get twisted together but it is easy to fix.
Let’s call it 3.5 stars
I’m a new player and decided to go with these instead of the small headphone amp and separate headphones. What got me was the affiliation with Audio-Technica. I have a pair of AT cans that are amazing and was hoping these would be just as great. Turns out the sound is pretty good. I’ve got a touch of hearing loss from playing drums and working on cars so my opinion of clarity and fidelity should probably be ignored. That said they are good enough for someone just playing around and trying to not bother someone else.
My biggest complaint is the size of the ear pads. They have to sit on your ears as opposed to around them. I’m an averaged sized dude with proportional ears and they just sit on top of my ears Pressing the majority of my lobes to the side of my head. My other Audio-Technica headphones fully surround and encompass my ears.
I have yet to try a line in to play over a track and will update the review if their is anything strange.
If I had it to do again, I’d get the VOX Bass headphone amp, a 3′ cord, a 1/4 F to 1/4 F adapter, and a regular set of Audio-Technica headphones. In fact the ATH-M50 would probably be amazing since they will have some isolation and have a nice bias toward bass built right in
Hope this helps someone
Sonido espectacular.
Portable.
Se ve un poco dbil estructuralmente pero si se trata con cuidado cumple con su objetivo.
