looks great in the living room and soon heats the room up
Lovely fire but only thing I don’t like is the ‘DO NOT COVER’ warning which is printed on the front on the fire which can’t even be pulled off. Really makes the fire look cheap

Turning the fire on is easy although I am not sure why an item like this needs a clock and timer. But it’s there and the slightly lurid display vanishes after a couple of minutes.
The flame effect is very much what you would expect.
The temperature sensor is great as it prevents the heater from operating above a temperature you specify, so my sister in law can simply switch it on and off via the remote control and it will know whether or not to turn the heater on at the same time.
Highly recommended for vulnerable people who have mobility issues.

Controls are a touch funny but once you get the hang of them you’ll find them ok.

The heating itself, works by room temperature for example if you want your room to stay at 24 if the fire is left on auto as soon as your room temperature drops too 22 the fire heater will turn on and goes off as soon as it hits 24. Saving on electricity. If you need it warmer just turn the temperature up, too warm turn it down . Remote control is very easy to use. The only noise from it is the heater itself when on and if you just have the flame effect, but to be honest after awhile you take no notice of it. Not been able to check the temperature out fully, but when I have had it on the room heats up quickly and this in an open planned small one bedroom house.

I wanted to replace an old gas fire that had failed. I chose this one due to the separate flame-only effect which provides a nice ambience in the evening. Also, the fit was good for my needs. Easy installation. I need to organise the cabling on the right but there is more than enough length. I have found it to be quiet enough in light use. At the price I paid, I consider this to be a bargain. (Caveat – only been using it for 2 weeks – but so far, so good!)

We have been looking for a new fire for months and the first one we purchased online cost 3 times more than this one didn’t look right so returned it for a refund. This one looks great and at just over 100 is great value.
I loved this fire, all in all nice looking and quit, Iam happy with my purchase. Highly recommended.
We bought the fire as a replacement, I read the reviews on Amazon before purchase and noticed 1or2 people complaining of the white safety warning on the canopy and also the clunking noise when running. Both these things were evident on ours but after a quick coat of matt black paint and a minor adjustment in the flame effect mechanism it’s all good. I’m very happy with our new Warmlite fire. I changed the pebbles myself as in the photo but like the coals that came with it too. Just our preference.
Like everything about it. It gets very warm quickly. Looks good. And it has a remote. Very handy.
gives good heat output ,looks good although it is plastic[front grill] and gives a nice feel to the room dont know how long it will stay looking good but great for the price over all 4 stars because of the white writing on the front wich does spoil the overall look [but they have to allow for the most brain-dead people]
Our gas fire broke, so as we don’t use it very often (only when radiators not effective in extreme cold conditions) found this fire ideal as it stands in front of existing fire, best flame effect I’ve ever seen on an electric fire. Easy to use remote control, 2 heat settings thermostatically controlled. Good value for money.
That said, the remote functionality is excellent. The flame effect great, however, it is not completely silent. There is a tiny rattle from the moving part but then a fire would not be silent either!
This fire with imitation flames is really great and i am so pleased with it. It means i dont have to keep putting on the central heating. Great value for money and easy to use, with excellent heat output.

Excellent fire, I still haven’t worked out how to programme it, just using for instant heat at the moment. Warms living room quite quickly. Good value for money and looks very nice.
Having had three standard warmlite type fires previously I was going to move to a wall mounted type but that would have meant changing decor.
So last chance, fingers crossed ordered this one.
Installation exactly as before but unlike before no constant bulb replacements and plastic deterioration due to filament scorching.
With the remote you can set the time, temperature, flame level and one or two bars for heat.
Really simple and convenient.
So easy to deal with fitted perfectly delivery as usual on time and lovely to watch the flames even without
the flames.
It is very shiny which makes it look very cheap. Fortunately we had a spare black grill which tones it down nicely. Works well and the thermostat is effective. The flame effect is better than I expected

i wanted a heater that stood in front of the grate and not in it, and this does it perfectly.
However the coal effect in the front is actual coal and came loose. To be able to move the heater as I want, I decided to silicon the individual pieces of coal to the fire itself, and now it works fine for me
Love this fire I very rarely put the heat on but the flame affect is on all the time and makes the room very cosy. If the heat is needed it is very good and warms the room very quickly

Fire glow and coals look very effective, and you are not conscious of the fan being on looks smart in the room , only thing I am disappointed in is the grill but it looks ok but is light plastic
Used for visual affect but the heater works wonderfully well. The visual affect is stunning and finishes the room beautifully. Very quiet compared with the expensive electric fire it replaced. Would buy again.
