- In some countries (like Japan and parts of the USA), some plug sockets will only have 2 holes, so you will need to unscrew the ground pin with your fingers, which is easy to do – see instructions for more details

Just got back from Italy and France and the Travel Plug Adaptor came in really handy, great product and on my Christmas list for a Gift idea
Only had 2 weeks but certainly worth the money, no faults at all with the product. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Would recommend to those who plan on doing a lot of travelling. Its 3 USB ports certainly is an added bonus.
It’s light and has sufficient charging points for the modern day travelle
We took this on a cruise as we only had one plug socket and we needed to charge several phones as well as running hair straighteners. It was simple to use and worked well for what we needed it for.
It is compact, but has the ability to recharge several items at once. Very easy to use.
The adaptor arrived just in time before I left the country and I’ve used it every day for 2 weeks now. Would definitely recommend.
We normally take loads of travel ugs away with us but I saw this one liked the information given and thought I’d try it. We have made extensive use if it in Thailand and it is easy to use and very versatile. A good price too.
Excellent product. Chose this primarly as amongst the safest travel adaptor on the market and British Made! Used in New York recently and will be using again in tthe us in afew weeks time. Slight niggle though which prevented me giving it 5 stars – the sliders don’t smoothly ‘click’ into position. You have to press down and push the slider forward that last few mm, in order to lock in position. It does state this in the tiny enclosed leaflet but most people don’t read tiny! Always room for improvement to achieve perfection! Bought 2 of these as they are a great product and oh, did I mention they are ‘Made in Britain’!!
The USB ports are particularly useful.
This adaptor is good and flexible with all the connections you need, power and USB. (apart from usb-C but I have an cable adaptor for that). All worked smoothly. The unit is a bit chunky when finding a corner of a travel bag and quite heavy. Be ware that in certain countries the sockets are not as sturdy as the UK or Europe and the weight of the adapter can cause it to not aligned straight. It’s size may also require an adjacent plug to disconnected to fir this in. Minor problems of business travel. Overall. a solid adapter that works.

I purchased this just before going on holiday and i like the design when unboxing. Its a handy converter when ive been using it. For the price its worth the purchase.
Bad taste, conducts electricity well. Probably doesn’t do anything else but does it need to? No.

Useful for travelling. Need to be quite forceful to get plug into socket and I wonder how durable to device is but so far so good
Bought this adapter for a recent trip to Spain and was hugely impressed. Its a great design, feels sturdy and safe. Add to this a friendly email from the manufacturer offering support if needed at any point… Cannot recommend this enough!
Great for travelling. Used to carry plugs and extension socket. This was great in Egypt. Hope its as good in Mexico later in year.

Had a similar product but could not find so ordered this. Omg its so good glad I lost the other one. Its strong really sturdy and just great quality . Even got a follow up email with downloadable instruction book. This is by far the best travel adapter I have ever bought.

I absolutely loved how useful this adapter can be especially for travelling. It has multiple universal plugs and usb for charging which tend to be the ones that would be mostly be used as we all have smartphones these days. I have this as part of my edc equipment since it is so useful whenever I m away and reduced my plug carry. The only thing I wish it provides is a carry pouch to accommodate such item. I wouldn’t imagine damaging it on carry
There is nothing to dislike about this adaptor. I wish I’d bought one years ago. We were able to charge 4 different devices at the same time when on holiday. Kept the kids happy
I purchased this adaptor before going travelling to several countries for a few months. It worked perfectly everywhere I visited and is extremely durable. I love that you can plug several USB cables in at once because it means you can charge several devices simultaneously off the one adapter. So useful for travelling and amazing quality!

Device feels heavy and substantial. Worked out of the box for USB-A and mains through connections, unlike another brand that I bought which had a blown fuse when received. LED shows travel converter is powered up.
USB C charging is easily accommodated by using a traditional charging brick plugged into the mains input.
This plug is flying the flag for UK design!

Great that it can be used in so many countries and also that it has three USB ports. Compact and versatile. Excellent communication from the seller and quick delivery.
It’s the only one I’ve seen with a ground pin and surge protection which is essential for me having an electrical background.
I absolutely love this, very well made, great safety features, compatible with so many different countries / sockets types. To top it off there’s 3 USBs which let’s me charge mine, my partners and my daughters phone at the same time.
I’m looking forward to trying this out for an upcoming trip, just one adaptor to tackle 2 countries, and I get to share it with my travel buddy. Less items to pack, means less items to lose, forget to take and less for me to carry.
I tested my US devices connecting via the adaptor to a UK socket, and charged up my phone and Kindle using the USB ports, and so far so good. I’m looking forward to testing this out in France and the US over the next few months, so I’ll report back here and update my review.
Another big plus is the friendly and speedy customer support. I was having trouble figuring out how to connect a US device to the adaptor, and I got the answer in lightning speed! Just push a bit harder than normal, and hey presto, you’re connected and safe. This attention to sparkling customer service is so important, there’s a good chance I would have discounted the device as not working if I hadn’t been given a bit of help.
