How to obtain your software?
Step 1: Create or log into your XP-PEN account.
Step 2: Certify your purchase’s serial number.
Step 3: Select a software option, find the activation key of the software and visit the corresponding page to install it.Create or log into your XP-PEN account.
- How does it work?
XP-PEN Artist13.3 Pro is not the standalone product. It must be connected to a pc/laptop to work.
- What type of interface you need for connection?
Your computer needs to have HDMI and USB ports available for the connection, if not, you need an adapter to convert for the connection.
Please confirm the Black USB Cable and the HDMI Cable completely plug into your computer. For the Red USB Cable, if your computer cannot supply enough power, please plug it to the wall plug.
- Where can you find the pen replacement nibs?
The replacement pen nibs are stored in the pen holder, please open it and you will see the pen nibs.
- Driver Download and Installation Tips
Before installing XP-PEN’s driver, please remove other brand’s driver from your computer and reboot, otherwise this might cause the conflict problems. XP-PEN’s driver will be regularly updated, so please go to our official web to download the newest driver, and install it on your computer.

In hindsight I would have gotten a bigger one but it works really well. Im still trying to find the perfect setup it terms of drawing position. Good quality and works really well.
Bought this for my son for Christmas and as a late gift for finishing Uni and his review of it is “Its perfect all around”
Would not hesitate to buy this or recommend this for any use where you need a second interactive screen.
Love the versatility that the X-pen artist gives me, I’m just a novice to photo mania and tablet drawing but took to it very easily.
Cabling set up was quite convoluted, I have an iMac so used one of the never used thunderbolt connections but still needs to use a USB as well, I only have 4 but as I don’t have it in use all the time, I can disconnect it when I need to.
there is an issue with the curser not always being spot on, it has a tendency to sit 2-3 pixel (for want of a better way to describe) to the side of where I hold the pen but doesn’t bother me too much.
Overall, I would highly recommend this EX-Pen table
