used this to circulate air around an area that becomes mouldy due to lack of airflow. worked like a dream
Fantastic portability is a godsend in the heat. Only complaint is that there’s no USB charging port for devices even though there’s mention of one in the instructions. Very odd
I wasn’t sure on how well this would work, but pleasantly surprised.
Not bad value, a little pricey at around 120, but works well.
Variable speeds, high is really powerful.
Adjustable angle for air flow, very lightweight for carrying around, and the rechargeable battery lasts quite a while. Great for using away from power sockets.

It’s a little loud at the higher settings… like jet engine in your room kind of loud, but oh so worth it for pointing up the stairs with the back door and sky light open, lovely fresh cooling breeze in all 8 rooms!
Bought these before the first heatwave, as generally normal fans don’t move enough air about.

Over the last two spells of hot weather this year these have been a life saver!
We have two, and have them on circulating air around the upstairs of our house.
The result is a tolerable temperature for sleeping at night.
The room can be 29-32 degrees, but with the fan on we are cool enough to sleep.
They’re expensive (now more expensive than when I bought them), but worth it for being able to sleep.
I’ve had a portable aircon unit in the past which did a reasonable job, but was just so loud that nobody could sleep!!
This is like “white noise” when on a moderate to high speed, which is what we have needed.
Battery means they can be set up in doorways without a cable to trip over (for our little one).
We are considering air conditioning when we renovate the upstairs of the house, but in the meantime these are great!

Been using this in the studio, and I have to say that I have been impressed – it’s the first time I have had a fan with enough power that I could use it for air circulation, keeping room feeling fresh.
Very happy with this, almost no noise when put it in the low gear. Battery live is very good to. Recommend this Very much.
We do a dog sport with our dogs and when we are at competitions the dogs generally stay in their crates in our van, albeit we leave it in the shade and with doors open to get ventilation for them.
This fan has been amazing for helping to keep our dogs cool in hotter weather when the van is parked up at a show and the engine isn’t running so the air conditioning can’t be on.
Though it obviously isn’t an air conditioning unit, just the fact that it helps circulate air round the dogs’ cages when it’s hot is amazing, particularly as the unit is rechargeable.
We haven’t had any super hot days yet so I haven’t had the fan running for a really long time yet to see how long a full charge lasts but it has easily worked for just over an hour on one charge.
I would really recommend this fan to anyone who travels or camps regularly, especially with dogs, who wants to introduce a form of air circulation that is actually fairly powerful, unlike the little camping fans that you get.
I did not expect this fan to be quite as big and heavy as it is; the thing is huge, definitely not suitable for most domestic settings. But once unpacked it is surprisingly easy to move about – the carrying handle makes it easy to position, and the cable coils neatly around the fan so you can shift it without problems.
The instruction leaflet was quite readable and easy to understand, you could even dismantle the fan from the base using it (if you wanted to for some reason) and reassemble it. I had no difficulty in setting it up and starting it going. The cooling levels go from one to five, which gives you a choice from chill breeze to gale force wind. I have not been able to use setting 5 for long as it blew away almost everything in its path that wasn’t nailed down. But I have never needed to go above 3, which provides ample cooling in a smallish kitchen with the oven and washer/dryer both going full pelt. The timer settings also work well.
There was no remote control with my fan, and it does not swivel from side to side, but I wasn’t expecting it to do that. It can be tilted over about 45 degrees and stays very stable on the base even at setting 5. But a remote control would be very useful, as to change the settings or switch on or off you have to operate the controls on the fan itself.
Overall I would recommend this for a large house or a commercial setting, as long as you don’t use it where you have loose papers or lightweight items in the airstream. It would be great in a garage or a gym, not so much in a school classroom or hairdressers.
This fan is an incredibly well built unit it arrived very well packaged. Set up straight out the box instructions for set up were simple and straightforward. It has 5 speed fan timer fan the cable wraps around the outer casing for easy packing away the power of this unit is amazing. A very well built unit . Good quality workmanship
This is the best fan I’ve ever owned and you won’t believe how perfect this fan is This fan moves a LOT of air with little effort and minimum noise. It is very well made from the frame to the timer & on/off switch . It is the only fan I could find that keeps my 2 car garage cool on hot days that wasn’t 4 foot tall. Packs a punch for its size; I will never use speed 5. On/off timer works perfectly.
I knew being 18″ in diameter this thing would be larger than say an average pedestal fan, but i didn’t fully realise the impact and extra 2″ can have.. lol being a 50 year old woman i suppose i should understand this fact by now.. and it does make a huge difference. This thing reminds me of a small jet engine rather than a fan lol.
It is very well built and sturdy with a really useful carry handle on top. It can be rotated to face any direction you want, having it facing up means it just circulates the air lovely but i prefer a hard hitting straight at you kinda breeze/wind so thats how i used it mostly.
There are large sturdy bolts on the sides that you can tighten easily to keep the fan facing whichever direction you choose.
The power on this thing is great, more powerful than any fan i have ever owned, and being a sufferer in the heat i have tried and tested many over the years.
There are 5 levels of power settings , the last being ‘jet engine’ power lol, the first still giving out a massive amount of air and surprisingly so quiet for the force it has!. This will be lovely to have on whilst settling down at night and having a timer means you dont have to have it blow you all night long..
I can clearly see through to the inner workings, (not that they are on show) but you can see the quality of the wiring if you look closely at the front of the fan inside. The wiring does look thick and stable and securely attached as i have tried to show in my pics.
The other great thing about this is the length of wire, a really good amount and although i didn’t check with a tape measure the claim of 4.5 metres it dounds about right. I had this on in my living room and it was plugged in in my hallway so they really are generous with it which i appreciate.
The cable wraps neatly around the diameter of the fan when not in use and has a velcro strip to secure it in place and keep it all done up neatly.
I cannot recommend this fan highly enough!. Excellent product which will now be known as my ‘lovely fourth child’ its so welcome in this family lol.
Everything about it screams quality including the way it is packaged on arrival, much care has been taken all round in my opinion.
I did see another reviewer say they used it on full power to blow up a large inflatable and i have no difficulty believing this, although i didn’t see it being recommended i think it says a lot about the power of this beaut!.

Ready assembled and easy to use 400 Watts of blowing power. Just plug in and turn on, just select one of the 5 speed settings and 5 is very blowy to 1 just blowy. There is also a timer allowing you to set up to 3 hours use or you can just leave it on (not recommend.
It does make some noise but for its size it’s relatively quiet when in use, that is dependant of course on the setting.
I would also recommend not operating it near anything too loose, as when in use it sucked a piece of paper right up to the rear of the fan.
Mechanically this appears to be quite nicely finished and this model comes fully assembled though according to the booklet which came with it smaller models need some assembly of the stand.
The fan sits in a sturdy metal cradle that allows you to adjust the direction of air flow up and down. It’s pretty powerful even on it’s lowest setting and cools a wide area too. The fan is not the lightest thing to move around, but it is very portable and you don’t have to worry about trailing cables, which means you can use it pretty much anywhere, including in the garden.
It charges via mains socket, or via a 12v socket, so you can take it out and about with you, and one charge provides a good few hours of cooling on the lowest setting. One quite nifty thing about it is that once charged you can also use it as a power back via the USB out socket provided, which is a very nice touch.
This is such a great item that it easily gets 5 stars and I am really looking forward to using it during the summer months. Very good value.
Purchased this for a pop-up planetarium. it is lightweight, powerful and well built. On its highest setting it inflated the dome incredibly quickly while on the lowest setting used during shows it is very quiet. It has a lip on the end of the axial tube that makes it ideal for connecting to the planetarium. Could have been designed for the application.
This fan cools down the entire room and then some. This fan is amazing. Very powerful and effective for its small size.
LOVE that this is fan is cordless and depending on your chosen speed setting the battery life can last up to 18 hours (on a low setting). I haven’t timed that exactly, but I can say that I have kept it running on the low setting for a couple of hours every day and the battery is still going (you can also see the battery life and what charge is left).
I specifically wanted this type of air circulation fan for when I am working with resin to keep fumes from settling. It does a brilliant job at blowing fumes away from my work area, especially that it doesn’t have to be plugged in. I can now work in different areas of my room without being stuck at the window or the door and needing a plug socket.
It will also come in extremely handy when we go camping because the tent can get so stuffy when closed for long hours and overnight — perfect for camping with menopause
When I do my carpets in the Summer it will come in handy and half my drying time I’m sure and just in general keeping the room cool when needed.
Adjust angle and speed control with ease, love that a timer can be set — basic and simple design with no bells and whistles.
I really am overall impressed, and it fulfils so many of my needs both in my business, at home and away from home. 5 Stars.
I ordered this, mainly to have a fan that can easily move with me to keep me cool during the hot summers that we’ve been experiencing in the UK and then I thought a bit more. Not only could I use it for that, but if I was to go for a day out, I could pack it, if uncharged and charge it in the car, for a picnic so that I could remain cool wherever I went.
It charges easily, is quite powerful with its multiple settings and all round, whilst a little pricey compared to a lot of other fans, it has the advantage of not being tethered which is worth the extra cost. All round, very happy with this item and days out will never bet he same again, whilst others suffer, I’ll be all cool and loving my day,.
Very easy to use and to charge via the charger supplied. Also comes with a cable that fits into the cigarette lighter socket in a car or van. Very handy to have.
Also comes with a USB out plug just not sure what for but handy to have I suppose.
Easy to turn out with the dial and the speed can be adjusted with turning it up or down from a very light breeze to full on. It’s quiet for the size of it which was nice as I can use it while watching TV without having to turn up the sound.
I’m very happy with this fan and I will most certainly recommend it to any one who needs a large quiet fan for the house. It would also work great on a conservatory in Summer. Would keep it super cool. I’d try it but it’s Winter time here so no point. It’s an awesome fan and a great price for something that uses very little electric in this day and age. Charge up and there you go a fan to use all day.

Testing it on full power, it’s quite a volume of air, but run time will be reduced drastically, on its lower settings it’s surprisingly quiet, I don’t think you would have too much trouble sleeping if you were using it in a bedroom on those uncomfortable hot nights we’ve been getting over the last few years in the UK.
I think it would be of great benefit to somebody that goes camping, it’s not going to take up too much space in your vehicle for those people that enjoy camping but like the luxuries of home.
I wanted this for a craft room so that we could circulate air at a low level ( floor) and not blow any of the equipment around.
This is perfect!
It gives out a lot of circulated air and is ideal for paint and glue fumes or general circulation of air.
It is rechargeable so it can be moved around to a spot with no available socket.

This is a heavy duty air circulator – much more than an average fan – it has a very heavy duty motor that show have great longevity – this device can be left on for some length of time to power long term air circulation. Mains powered or can last 3 hours on a rechargeable battery. Simple rotary speed control dial. Robust and very well made. Worth the investme
This is quite a large air mover (fan) unit but with size comes excellent cooling power. The air mover has a real industrial look to it but it really is very quiet, the power of the air mover is brilliant – I can see it coming into its own in outdoor settings during hot Summers. The internal battery doesn’t take overly long to fully charge but using it ‘wirelessly’ for the claimed 3 hours will certainly need planning for. The images in the product description doesn’t show a cable, however please note that the cable is actually ‘hard-wired’ to the unit – not that this is an issue. A very powerful and effective air mover and one that should give many years of use – happy to recommend.
The rechargeable option is the main feature of this fan which works great however I notice that if you have the option to connect with the mains it’s a touch faster which in reality make it super fast.
It has a smooth, clean finishing and the body is strongly built. The fan is well balanced on its legs and in comparison to the wind it blows is not as noisy in fact at low speed it’s almost silent.

This air circulating fan by XPOWER is excellent and super easy to use. I love that you can actually charge the unit and use with wirelessly. This is great if you are on the go and need a nice breeze but have no access to power or mains electricity. I really like how adjustable it is too. You are able to control and tighten the angle of the floor standing air circulating fan by tightening it on the side. Similarly, you can also control the intensity of the fan by twisting the wheel on the left through various incremental levels.
You can also set a timer by scrolling the wheel on the right for up to 180 minutes (3 hours) or just use it without a timer. The power on max intensity is actually very strong but surprisingly fairly quite. You do feel a little breeze but it isn’t ice cold like a fan would be. This makes it ideal to use in work places or homes that tend to get very stuffy in the summer. The lights on the left side of the unit will indicate how much charge you have left (0%, 25%, 50% , 75%, 100%) so you won’t need to keep guessing when you need to charge the device.
Love the design, it is fairly compact too and offers a lot of features for a competitive price. 5 stars,

I needed a good fan for my motorhome that would push a lot of air…and this one fits the bill perfectly! It has 3 settings, and just the low setting will blow papers around on the other side of the room! It also has a timer which is handy for night-time. It is sturdy and high quality. It has a flip-down foot to angle the front up if you want. I don’t think it’s overly noisy for the amount of air it’s pushing.
Well, what a great fan. I got it for my home gym as I needed something to keep me cool even during my workouts. Thought that this fan may be good due to it being battery powered (can also run from the mains adaptor). I thought the fan would be OK and being able to move it around easily between rooms and even outside would be nice – I didn’t expect it to be as powerful as it is.
You can set the speed as it has a rotary knob rather than the normal 3-speed switches. It also has 3- hour timer which is a brilliant feature. It is almost silent on the lowest setting as most fans even on their lowest setting are too ‘blowy’ in your face and noisy. However, crank it up to full speed and it is very powerful and moves a lot of air which is what you want to help cool a room down and get rid of the stuffy air in it or even use it outside on the patio when sitting/eating in the garden.
The fan has 4 lights on it showing the capacity of the battery when running or charging. The battery is quick to charge and lasts a long time. It is solidly built and I can see it lasting many years.
This is a large fan, but the size is what allows it to run quietly. It most certainly shifts a lot of air and – without a plug! Amazing. Truly. It can be placed anywhere that cooling air is needed. That fact is what makes it so good – it goes anywhere, even with you in the car to places that have no power.
It’s a large, modern industrial-looking design which is fine where we are using it, otherwise you’ll need to consider your decor. But – be prepared for something of a revelation.
