Not sure bout some of the negative comments, maybe a bit short for people over 6ft but apart from that it’s solid & comfortable & great value for money

Came in useful when we were told, don’t go outside for fresh air or to get sunlight or closing the gyms but allowing us to eat McDonalds.

I’ve added max Weight as the seller wrongly listed it as 330lb when it’s written on the bench sticker as 550lb/250kg which I assume includes the users weigh
It’s very nice and comfortable to sit on while doing your sets. Also my favourite part is there’s practically no assembly needed as I’m not too good at that. So overall very pleased, nice light and small to carry as you can fold it up and take it wherever.
The item straight from the package is easy to assemble. After the assembly it can be noticed that the product is sturdy but it does move a little from the joints which is alright. Nevertheless, this is very comfortable to do the workouts.
I have been pleased with thisweight benchso far. The item came packaged well and feels built to last. This is further emphasised by the 12 month warranty provided with the product.
Having invested in some dumbbells earlier in the year, the next step was to purchase a bench so i can target more areas of my body and not be limited to certain exercises. Space was an issue for me as my wife did not want a bench out in the open all the time as it didn’t go with the house decor. This folding one seemed ideal for me as it folded compact enough to be stowed away out of sight.
The bench has been good so far. It is adjustable so I can do my incline and decline chest exercises. Its also comfortable enough to train on for long periods.
Time will tell how good this bench is but for the time being I am please with this purchase.
Great value for money bench. I was looking for a bench for home workout, which is sturdy, but foldable for easy storage. Item arrived on time and it was pre-assembled, which is rare now a days. Frame is very sturdy. But the unit I received didn’t have quality finish. Stitch at the back was already broken, exposing the board at the back. Also, foams for leg bars were in bad shape, may be due to metal frame pressed against it during packing.
But The seller has excellent customer support and offered a solution to the problem, or a replacement. I chose the solution to the problem and the partial refund. Both were processed quickly.
As I mentioned, the unit I received doesn’t have quality finish. The strap to lift the folded bench broke within 3 weeks. I didn’t bother to complain as bench is working perfectly fine for the last two months.
I am 6 ft 1 inch. Although this bench is not perfect for my height, it is not bad for its price and longer than other benches at this price range
Purchased this weight bench and super happy with the sturdiness! The ones at my gym are ‘Technogym’ brand and are great, but cost several hundred pound. This is just as sturdy at a fraction of the price!
The padding on the seat is very thick which gives comfort along the back and bottom area!
Overall very impressed with the quality and price!
Been looking for a space saving weight bench for ages and finally found this one . Easy to build up and super easy to fold away . The padded seating is great quality too . Also I thought the price was super competitive too .
This weight bench is easy to put together. And what I love the most is this bench is so flexible that it can be folded down into a small unit and can be stored away if we don’t want to use it for certain time. I would say this really save my space.
This bench because it provides so many flexible positions for workouts.

For a bench that it fairly cheap it is very well build. The delivery time was also very fast and setting the bench up was very simple as only a couple things needed to be screwed on. It is also quite sturdy and I must say it’s good value for money!
Really amazing and worth your money, can literally do any and every workout, the bench has so many options can incline, can decline it, literally all you need from a bench better bench than in most gyms, really comfortable and you actually enjoy working out.
I was always in search of a light weight, highly portable but sturdy weight bench that I can take anywhere and this is exactly what it is. It can be placed in any corner in the room. It takes around 2 minutes to get it ready for exercise and 2 minutes to get it back ready for storage. Overall good purchase, i wish it had some place to put a rod onwith weight attached to both sides when doing chest.

Never had a bench before so nothing to compare it with note* but can’t go far wrong. Doesn’t wobble.
I am very happy with this purchase as it is a good balance of price, functionality, and storability.
For the price paid, it is a very solid bench that is easy to assemble (took me about 10 minutes) due to most of it already being assembled in the box. The adjustability is smooth and the pins can be tightened easily after each adjustment for extra safety.
I’m 6’2 and weigh 105KG, however I feel very comfortable on this bench and it doesn’t move when doing bench presses or when wiggling into position with my dumbbells.
Overall, this is a very solid weight bench made of high-quality materials and able to withstand a large amount of weight/force, very impressed for the price paid.
The bench is ok , it’s fine , it’s a workout bench . As others have said the seating area is small so I tend to use the bench backwards ( sitting on the back rest . I tend to move around the bench a lot depending on the exercise.
Great bench, great price! It comes assembled, all you need to do is unfold, put some safety pins on and you’re set! The angle is so easy to adjust, as it is a slotted design all you need is lift the back and slot it in the desired position. Very sturdy, very confident when lifting on. Look no further if you’re after a workout bench!
Great bench. Inclines to almost vertical for my shoulder press, and declines to a nice deep angle for crunches with various degrees in between.
Rock solid support, and folds away by removing the two ball pins. Came assembled and ready to go, barring the pins and attaching the shin hold bar (this is secured with a knob so can be removed and put back very quickly mid workout).
Padding is quite deep and made of a rugged material.
Can support a large amount of weight, is easy to store away when not in use and also takes up minimal space, folding the bench requires two simple steps.
Back rest adjusts well, shin support bar has about 4 positions and the seat can be adjusted up if you have longer legs.
Got for sit ups and some weights and looks like it’ll do the job well.
A must have equipment at home, it portable and light enough to move it around easily. The bench is sturdy and comfortable when using it. I’ve had it for more than two weeks now and there are no issues
It looks and feels similar to the bench I had in my gym. It is strudy and stable during the workout. what I liked most about this product is the fact it is convertable and can be folded neatly. It doesn’t take much space and perfect to use anywhere in the house. I loved the colour and the overall feel of the product.
Well mage, when fully folded its quite small and doesn’t take much space.
Came in well packed box, need a minimum assembly to able to fully use .
On leg support came with nice firm sponges which is ideal to hold legs when lifting myself.
Sit and back also adjustable, back goes down below 180 degree which is ideal to work for with abdominal muscles.
Well balanced sturdy design , legs covered with rubber which absorbs shock and in same time doesn’t scratch the floor.
Weight support upto 330 lbs which is well more than my max limit so quite ideal , just check it with your weight before purchase.

This is a high quality adjustable weight bench; it’s perfect for total body training. I was very impressed by the fact that it arrived pretty much assembled, other than connecting the footrest. It’s very well made, sturdy and comfortable to work out on. The different adjustable positions allow me to train shoulders, chest, abs, arms, legs and more. When not in use, the bench folds easily which saves so much space.

The replacement bench does not have the same issue and is a really good piece of kit. Would have given five stars, if we’d received this one first.
I bought this weight adjustable and comfortable bench for my spouse as she is a fan of fitness workouts. It’s made of quality materials,(thick backrest, and the pad all is filled with soft foam to 1.8″ thickness and made of high quality leather, all this is fit for up to 6.2) designed extremely well, and performs beyond her expectations.(330 LBS weight capacity). The bench is designed with 6 back positions and 4 for full body workout, it is adjustable by pulling a support bar.
This bench is really awesome. My wife loves the width of the catches (plenty of space for wide grips) and the flexibility of positioning them as needed. Everything is solid and safe, and easy to position for different exercises. The bench is foldable,( 31.5″ L x 12.6″ W x 11.8″ H you can keep it anywhere in your house) easy to carry and the main thing-no assembly needed.
All in all the manufacturer knocked it out of the park with this bench!
