Le doigt n’est ni sax ni flte. Les fa#, sol#, sib sont faux, c’est la bouche qui doit corriger. Trs bon exercice pour acqurir de la justesse et entretenir les muscles de la bouche. Je mets un joint pais de 2mm avant le bec qui a tendance glisser et faire monter l’accordage, a me cale vers 440.
Ce gadget ne vaudra jamais un sax, mme un premier prix, mais c’est un bon jouet pour la vadrouille.
TRS IMPORTANT pour les dbutants : Jetez l’anche en plastique ! Elle est l pour raison commerciale au moment de l’achat. Il faut ESSAYER UN MAXIMUM DE MARQUES d’anches (en 2 au dbut). Certaines vous gneront dans le grve ou dans l’aigu, il faut trouver les mieux quilibres pour vous, et toujours en utiliser plusieurs en alternance. Les tremper dans l’eau quelques minutes avant de jouer et les rincer aprs avec le bec. L’anche est la partie la plus importante de l’instrument. a n’est pas un dtail sur lequel on peut passer rapidement. C’est ce qui explique que certains ont un son affreux sur un bon instrument alors que d’autres un son correct sur un bas de gamme.
Une dernire chose qui me hrisse depuis des annes : LA Hanche est l’articulation fmur/bassin. Il n’y en a pas dans les instruments de musique. Merci ! ;o)
Au niveau du produit tant un multi-instrumentiste, j’adore ce son, facile jouer mais probablement encore mieux avec une anche en roseau.. Le son est trs bien mais je pense que j’aurais du prendre le 120 pour un son plus grave, donc prochain achat sans aucune hsitation..
Pour les commentaires o les gens disent que c’est injouable, c’est faux ! Si vous tes un petit peu musicien mme dbutant en deux trois heures vous matrisez le son…
Interessante da suonare con gli allievi di saxofono ed in famiglia. Difettoso su alcune note e forse per questo un p caro come prezzo.
Consiglio ai pi scettici di vedere su YouTube dei video tutorial di persone che fanno sentire e vedere come funziona la strumento ( ovviamente sono praticamente tutti in inglese).
Non uno strumento semplice da suonare, non immediato come suonare il flauto dolce ma probabilmente molto meno complicato da imparare rispetto ad un sax vero e proprio.
Se pensate di prenderlo per suonarlo facilmente come un flauto dolce vi sbagliate, vanno comunque dedicate delle ore di studio.
Nel complesso comunque veramente carino e originale come strumento.

Leider sind die Tne sehr ungenau zu spielen. Ich habe letzte Zeit mehre Youtubevideos gesehen, wo Profis am Werk sind und alle haben gleiche Probleme – falsche Tne. Bisschen Feuchtigkeit, leicht abgenutztes Blatt und vorbei mit klarem Ton. Aber als Spielzeug ist das Instrument klasse und macht viel Spa. Vor allem klingt echt als Saxophone. Erstaunlich.
At the beginning the sound is very difficult to make, especially the low notes, so it can be frustrating if you are new to reeds. It is also due to the plastic reed itself that is hard for a total beginner like me. I switched to 2.0 soprano sax reeds and I was able to make good sound much easier. Then I switched to harder reeds, 2.5, 3.0, and now I switched back to the plastic reed since now I can play it and I think it makes the best tones, specifically it is easier to make notes in the high register. When you are good enough to use it, I think the plastic reed eventually sounds better.
Notes like Gb Ab and Bb don’t have their own hole but instead a special fingering and require some breathing and embouchure technique to do right, otherwise they will sound sharp, but it’s definitely possibile to make them right consistently with practice I am sure.
The sound is awesome for such a plastic, cheap thing. I often exercise in the park and almost every day somebody approaches me confused about my instrument since they expected to see a saxophone! 😀
The range of two octaves is just right to play the majority of tunes, I am happy with it.
Also the fact that is durable plastic, so lightweight and small is a big advantage: I brought it with me during my holidays and I played it on the beach without fear of ruining it!
The cleaning cloth that comes with it is not very useful since it doesn’t clean very well the inner side of the instrument. I also recommend to buy a mouthpiece patch because it’s very easy to dent the mouthpiece.
I attach a short video I made after just a month of exercise! 😀 I was a total beginner but I think it sounds very very nice even with a poor technique like mine. Also it displays how easy to is to play a tune with it (with some exercise)
PRO:

This really is a quirky instrument to have, however I know its not the instrument that is the reason for the awful sound, its me!

Es ms complicado de tocar que un saxofn. Es muy complicado conseguir las notas alteradas. Cmo dice en el manual, hay que controlar en la boquilla, la presin y la digitacin para lograrlo. Pero se puede conseguir.
En cualquier caso, es muchsimo ms barato que un saxofn. Al ser de resina y tener pocas clavijas no necesita un gran mantenimiento.
Adems, la diferencia de peso respecto a un saxofn permite estar mucho ms tiempo tocando sin cansarse.
Es un poco difcil de limpiar hasta que le coges el truco.
Comparte caas con el saxo soprano, pero no la boquilla. Tiene una forma especial.
A m, me funciona mejor con una caa de madera que con la que trae de plstico, aunque la de plstico es ms duradera.
Muy cmodo para llevar de viaje o a cualquier sitio.
C’est un saxophone portable qui ne ncssite pas de rvision chez un luthier.
Bonne sonorit partir du moment ou l’on commence bien maitriser l’embouchure et aprs avoir mis un autre bec et anche qui nous conviennent mieux.

Verarbeitung, wie man es von Yamaha gewohnt ist…Klang ist zwischen Oboe und Sopran-Sax
Lo strumento e` arrivato nei tempi previsti e in perfetto stato. La scatola (ingombrante) contiene lo strumento con la sua custodia di plastica rigida, due manualetti multi lingua in carta economica che spiegano norme minime di manutenzione, l’abc di come si suona e la tavola delle posizioni, bocchino, ancia (di plastica nera) e il ‘laccetto’ per assicuralo al collo. Si tratta comunque di uno strumento piuttosto leggero quindi credo che il laccetto serva solo ad un bambino.
Il suono e` piuttosto robusto per chi e` abituato a pensare che da uno strumento di resina possa uscire solo il delicato suono dei flauti dolci. Il materiale in effetti e` pi o meno lo stesso dei flauti dolci di qualit con chiavi anch’esse di plastica. La meccanica e` piuttosto semplice per cui tali meccanismi dovrebbero essere ragionevolmente affidabili, a patto naturalmente di non farne usi impropri.
Il bocchino mi pare di aver capito che e` uno di quelli standard della Yamaha per i Sax Soprano e cosi` anche l’ancia di plastica. E` specificato che si possono usare anche ance di canna per Sax Soprano, ma non ho provato.
Le posizioni dei fori sono piuttosto vicine e credo quindi adatte anche ad un ragazzo delle medie. Come raccontato sul sito ufficiale, tali posizioni sono molto molto simili a quello di un flauto dolce in DO con ditteggiatura tedesca (il classico flauto soprano delle medie). Non sono proprio identiche ma passare da uno strumento all’altro dovrebbe essere quasi immediato per quanto riguarda questa questione. Naturalmente pressione da effettuare, imboccatura, emissione, intonazione sono tutta un’altra storia. Bisogna soffiare abbastanza forte rispetto ad un flauto dolce avendo cura di imboccare a sufficienza. Sicuramente un totale neofita degli strumenti a fiato necessiter di un insegnante.
Il suono e` un po’ una via di mezzo fra un Sax ed un Clarinetto ma per giudizi su questo suggerisco di vedere i video che circolano sul web, sia quelli ufficiali della Yamaha sia quelli di chi ha provato lo strumento, tenendo presente che quei risultati sono stati ottenuti da musicisti professionisti o comunque ben addestrati al Sax o al Clarinetto per cui un principiante otterr certamente suoni pi rudi i primi tempi, ma questa e` la maledizione di tutti gli strumenti a fiato.

Viene con caja de transporte, manuales, el cuerpo del instrumento, boquilla, abrazadera y cubre caa, caa de plstico y un trapito de limpieza.
Al final del manual, en la zona de Chino, explica como se hace cada nota, que viene muy bien si no quieres perder tiempo probando, pero es muy intuitivo, prcticamente como un Saxo Soprano.
Lo recomiendo tanto para gente principiante como para el que tenga un superior y quiera hacer el tonto de vez en cuanto.
Trae una caa de plastico, un estuche rgido y un pao de limpieza.
La emisin es algo complicada pero se acaba por conseguir.
Las notas naturales estn bien logradas pero las alteradas en algunos casos son dficiles de hacer sonar y de afinar.
