I love how easy it is to set up. I’m not sure why it asks for a rating on water resistance it’s a screen room lol Definitely a perfect size and addition to our camping setup!

This was just as advertised. So easy to set up and just as easy to take down and storage bag is great. We use it camping and it fits perfectly over the picnic table to keep out pesky bugs while we eat. Would definitely purchase again and would recommend for friends.

Lightweight, easy to assemble, and mosquito free. These are just a few of the things I love about this screen house room that is the perfect size for my patio. It can get a little warm if it’s hot outside but I have a fan which works perfectly in the space. Again, super happy with this purchase and if I decide I want to take it down it only takes a couple of minutes. I have been able to put it up and take it down by myself.

Bought this for camping, but use at home too. Bought a cheap tarp to put down under it(it doesn’t come with a floor). Purchased the 10 foot size. It fit two zero-gravity recliners and a TV tray. Girls claimed the “screened in porch” while the guys fished. Kept the mosquitoes out. Only thing we didn’t like was the height of the “door jam”. We kept triping trying to step over it. We spent most days in it reading, sunning(when the sun was at the right angle) and working a jigsaw puzzle. Held up well so far. Good quality. Read the directions carefully to setup(spring loaded) and fold away.

Used with 2 shade screens at the beach. It worked perfectly. We seated 4 grandparents inside plus the grandkids running in and out. They remained cool in the shade and were able to stay comfortable for a few hours. Sturdy enough to withstand the constant gentle wind. Very easy to set up and take down.

This tent is worth EVERY penny! I “installed” and used it at a family gathering and was sheltered from the swarm of flies and mosquitos. Although it is for 4-6 people, more people could comfortably come inside. Assembly amounted to the tent popping up and my husband anchoring it with the stakes. I was able to easily take it down, fold it, and place in the traveling bag. Sooo many compliments from everyone who likely will be future buyers!

We have flies, wasp, and bees because my neighbors have a fruit tree. Sitting in the backyard requires bug spray and a fly swatter. Not anymore. This tent is a lifesaver. I actually opened it up first and lifted it over the daybed. It is extremely light weight. You will need to anchor it down. The slightest breeze moved it. It’s windy here so I won’t it risk it. I will put it up away. Portable. I closed and opened it alone. That first pop when opening is serious. Remove the band and move your face and hands. Don’t be afraid to make that figure 8 to fold it. My car sun shade folds fig. 8 so I had no problem folding the tent. I sprayed bug repellent right on it too. There was still room for chairs. They are going to hate me at the next family picnic. I Highly recommend.

Put this up on the back deck. So easy to setup and surprisingly easy to take down. Tied the tent to the deck railings. Stayed up the whole summer with no problems.

This product is easy to assemble. I use it so I can enjoy the outdoors without being bothered with bugs. Only con I wish there was a way to secure the bottom of the tent better so bugs can’t get in. Purchased with the floor lights and sun protector.

We put this over our 8′ round above ground Intex pool to keep the mosquitos at bay at night. It works great. Especially pleased with the zipper on the door. No problems with it. The only drawback is water collects on the top when it rains. Once pool season is over, we will move it to cover the outside table probably.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersI purchased the newer tan one-door screen shelter. The instructions for storing this shelter is a 2-fold process, resulting in a 43″ diameter that fits in the large carry bag.
THERE IS HOWEVER A 3-FOLD technique that results in a much smaller storage/carry size!! Folding down into a 31 inch diameter, which is more appropriate for carrying in a small RV where space is limited!
I emailed Alvantor for help, and received from them a video on how to fold to a much smaller size… video attached.
FYI it’s easier to do if there is a second person that can help with the final fold.

I bought this because this summer I was a human pincushion for anything that could bite. I was covered in red and itchy bites (reminiscent of childhood in Florida). It is also protection from the sun for 6 dogs. It sits on my lower deck. My brother calls it my spaceship. I love being outside and protected from critters that want to dive bomb me.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersOMG I can’t say enough about this screen room. It is super easy to set up and take down all with a little twist. I take it to the beach and I absolutely love it. It keeps the sun at bay, keeps knats and flies out. I did need to buy different stakes for the beach sand though. I use it when I went camping and the hammock fit perfectly so I slept under the stars, didn’t bit by one mosquito. This was probably the best thing I’ve bought from Amazon! If you need something for the back yard or beach buy this you won’t be disappointed. It also comes with a carry bag, sand bags, and metal stakes. It is not water resistant because it’s a screen room but Recommend 100%!!

I don’t ever write reviews to be honest but THIS tent.. is literally so amazing! So, we bought it about 2 weeks ago and we have gotten sooo many compliments about it. I go to my kids soccer games and I have 4 small kids, and they were even able to be the ONLY team to hide from the rain when they were awaiting their turn to go into play!

I open the package, SLOWLY let it go, and UP it goes into a tent. You adjust the sides a little and it is the pop up tent of our dreams! It also fits in our jeep wagon when it is all closed up! I hope these pictures I have shared help understand how amazing it is!

    THIS TENT IS AMAZING!

I wish I’d thought of this sooner for our occasional trips to the beach. This is much better than lugging around a huge umbrella or just sitting out in the sun being exposed. Setup was super easy; opted to use the included sandbags instead of the stakes. My entire family of five was able to comfortably fit inside the 10×10. My only small regret is not buying the 12×12 instead, but no regrets on buying this. I also bought the shower so we have everything we needed right where we set up.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersEasy setup & take down with this portable pop-up tent 10′ x 10′. I was able to fit my Kammok (tight fit but works), dog cot, & hang up the Extreme Mist portable mister for hot days. Also got the shades as well. Plan to buy some hanging string lights & the custom floor cover fit to size. No more bugs! Yay! As others have said not water proof but I plan to add Nikwax to the top to help waterproof as well as on the shades. Plan is to use this under my van’s awning as well hence the size I purchased. Do recommend using the tie downs & stake down as will fly away or collapse with wind. Overall very pleased.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThere were two screened tents used at a social event, the Alvantor and an Aldi tent. Everyone gravitated to the Alvantor and commented on its size and shape. I think the roundness and the 15′ height definitely worked in its favor. It got A LOT of positive comments.

This is very easy to set up, but as others have noted, when removing it from the storage case, it will “fly” out and take you by surprise. It includes an accompanying strap to keep it sandwiched together once folded. Just be careful when undoing the strap.

One person can reasonably put up and take down, but if you have two pairs of hands, it will be much easier and faster (to take down definitely).

The zippered doors are simple to operate. The zipper pulls are on both the exterior and interior of the two doors and there are two sets of zippers per door. The doors do help with keeping the bugs to a minimum. One thing to note is that if there is no breeze flowing, it can get pretty warm inside depending upon how many bodies are inside.

This was set up with two 4′ folding tables and some folding chairs and a couple of plastic chairs- so, 6-7 people sat comfortably (two more people could have fit, but they opted for a different “tent”). If you’re only using chairs and perhaps a smaller round table, then the advertised 12 people may fit.

Taking this thing down isn’t too bad, HOWEVER folding it back is a bit of a challenge for one person. It has to be folded in a figure 8 shape (I have car sunshades which fold like this). The challenge is that because the ribbing is rather stiff, when folding, IT WILL fight back. This is where having an extra set of hands is very useful.

Once getting it into its carrying case, it weighs about 20lbs. The tent in its case is a bit awkward to carry because it’s about 3′ in diameter. You can put it on your shoulder to carry. It would be nice if the carry case had a set of zippers on both ends (like the doors) instead of just one which zips from one side to the other. It would make closing the case a little simpler.

It comes with tie downs and stakes which weren’t needed at the time.

Overall, it appears to be a great buy and the setup is great. Maybe 3 minutes at the most once you understand how it unfolds.

We are not using this as depicted. We live in Hawaii and there are several vegetables we cannot grow because of flies/larva. Cucumber in particular grow well, but as soon as they fruit, the plants are attacked by cucumber moths and their progeny. We need a screened, greenhouse to grow them, but building one from scratch was more expensive than ordering one of these. We use raised (3 fat tall) beds to grow vegetables. We can fit three beds inside the “tent”. The raised beds also save most of the wind issues, as they provide support for the walls. This is working out well for us. My issues are with the screen material being prone to snags and tears if you are not careful.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI bought the 10′ x 10′ version of this screened-in tent almost a year ago. I use it on my patio with a few chairs and small table inside to keep the mosquitoes off me.
It has lasted beautifully, and I take it up and down each week. I’m able to unfold it and pull it over the chairs and table my myself — saving myself the step of getting the furniture in through the screen door. Since it is on concrete, I cannot stake it to the ground, but I tie it to a pole with the provided cords. I’ve trained my 15-pound dog to lift the corner with his nose to enter and exit so he may come and go as he wishes.
It folds easily and has a travel bag to take to watch a lawn sporting event or to put over a picnic table.
It’s very sturdy, and I have not a single rip, pull or hole anywhere on it. I recommend it highly to anyone needing an enclosed space on their patio.

This screen house is awesome. Not only did it keep out mosquitoes and flys, while camping, it also kept out the no see ums. Easy to put up and take down and the flat circle design makes it easy to store anywhere. It actually goes into the storage bag easily. My only complaint would be that it did not include the shade/privacy panels. It takes 6 to surround it and they come in sets of 3 for $29.88, so an additional $59.76 for the 10 x 10, if you want one for each section. In my opinion, at the price of $159.99, it should include 2 sets of 3 shade/privacy panels. Having said that, I did purchase one set and they were a great addition. The 10 x 10 fit around a round table with 4 chairs nicely with a good amount of headroom.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersDon’t know why they don’t post the fact that the measurements are not 10×10…however, its perfect for us. returned the 6×6 since its far too small for two chairs with foot stools and a small table…so I went up since and now its perfect. I found the actual size info posted and added the picture for reference. Seems all tents are not the size they are posting. It goes up great and folds down easily too. Wish it had a floor but bought the 10×10 tarp from alventor but only because its hexagonal. Its far too large and I have to slide it in at the corners to make the stakes for the tent go into the ground.
Update: returned it lol and bought a clam Instant shelter because it’s rainproof and sets up in less than a minute
Really wanted to be able to leave my chairs etc out without getting we

its not 10 x 10 but still perfect for us

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWe purchased the tent in May and have been using it daily. We have been very pleased with it. It has exceeded our expectations for ease of setup and durability, and it protects us from the bees that have been a problem in the past with other screened enclosures. The only drawback has been that the top collects rainwater during storms, requiring us to push the top up to get rid of the water, but a tent pole might correct that. Strong winds tend to collapse one portion, but it is easily pushed back up. We look forward to using the tent for many years.

This is for the 10×10 version: Light weight, very easy for 1 person to put up and take down. Its very light so it needs to be staked or anchored down. Can’t comment on durabality as we just got it. This is to replace an older one we use for camping. Not sure is the size is off or that it’s round(ish) and our old one was 10×10 square but this doesn’t seem as big. It’s almost too small for 2 chairs and small table. We exchanged it for the 12×12 which is big enough for our needs.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersMy neighbors all LOVE my new screened gazebo! It’s adorable and holds a square patio table with 4 chairs. No mosquitos or black flies allowed! Eat your dinner in peace! If it were waterproof, I would never take it down. My patio is concrete, so I have to use bricks to weigh the tent down. I’m looking forward to setting it up on the grass, when the ground is less marshy in the fall. Using all the stakes will allow the tent to open to it’s full capacity. On a concrete patio, the tent cannot be stretched tautly. I’m delighted with how easy it is to open and close.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersWe bought the 12×12. It had been in my Cart-Save for Later for about a year. The friends we go camping with have a screened pop up that is old and cumbersome. They had to cancel last minute because of Covid and they had loaned out their pop up. So I bit the bullet and bought this. It was the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. It was very easy (a little scary at how fast it popped out!) to setup and once we got the hang of it, it was easy to take down. Definitely needed two to take down. It kept the bugs out better than what we used to use. It easily fit over the camping picnic table with room to spare. Couldn’t be happier.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersWell I bought it to use while camping however, I did not realize it was going to be as small as it was. Still when you’re up along lake Superior North shore the black flies, horse flies and mosquitoes can lead you to want to jump off the cliff at the waterfall.!.. haha this will keep them away at camp!! I will need to purchase a larger one if I want it to go around my outdoor patio table! It is round with six chairs. Can make this work for the beach..keeps the flies from biting you! Just a few chairs and a little card table and it’s all good. I love the fact that it just goes pop pop and it’s up! If you want to stake it down(basically a must, you can’t put it up without staking it down, the slightest wind will blow it away! it is extremely lightweight but it is a nice screen to keep the bugs away!) I recommend going to the hardware store and buying those really huge stakes in the nail section(12″X1/2″?) rather than the spindly little tiny things that come with most tents! I will however buy the larger one for camping up in lake Superior!

I bought the 10×10 and I’m pleased with the size.

    Pros:
Since the screens are bowed out, it feels like a lot of room inside. Setup and take down we’re far easier than expected! I was intimidated by the size when trying to fold it, but it was really not a big deal. This tent is large enough to fit over a picnic table and absolutely keeps the flying bugs out.

    Cons
There is no floor, so ants and crawling bugs can be a problem. For as big as this tent is, there is very little actual shade. There are small gaps at the corners that will allow smell pets to escape.

    Wishlist
I wish this tent had two doors!

This pop-up screen-house is very easy to open and position. It is 12 feet at the longest, measurement. It easily fits a round patio table with 4 chairs. If it’s going to be left up during any inclement weather, it may be best to stake or weigh it down with the included equipment. In addition, it’s not a bad idea to add some support to the top to keep any rain from pooling. The maker sells a center pole for that purpose. We use some hoops made of 1/2 inch CPVC pipe. The mesh is very tight and excludes mosquitos and most other bugs. We’ve had it for only a week, so can’t say too much about long-term durability, but so far so good.

I purchased this pop-up tent in July but I used it for the first time last night 8/13/22. I was a hit, my husband and I went to a outdoor jazz concert on the lawn of my Civic Center. We also purchase the heavy duty tarp for our floor. It kept the bugs off us and people were passing by wanting to know where we bought it and complimented us on our choice. It is very easy to setup and take down.

    If I could rate it a 10 I would.

Works as advertised; easy to open. Perhaps a tad harder to close all the way down.

It’s not something you will want to leave out all summer, IMHO; instead just pop it up as needed on calm days to protect from sun and insects.

Would it do ok under wind? I expect it might given the sand bags and so on, but I’m inclined to just use it on mild days.

We had no trouble with the LARGEST size fitting over a good sized picnic table.
