Great for washing Alcohol based resins. Needs a lot of IPA to function well, 6 – 8 litres, but the IPA will last a long time – longer still if removed and filtered occasionally. The curing lamps and turntable also do a good job and are surprisingly quick to use. Although the curing facility is equally useful for water based resins there are probably cheaper options if only using water based as cleaning only requires running under a tap. For Alcohol based resins I whole heartedly recommend this product.
This is the best Wash and cure station I have used, it is able to hold the build plates of the Anycubic Mono X and Elegoo Saturn, it also can hold the Elegoo Mars series build plates. Unfortunately with my purchase the wash basket was damaged and slightly bent, but it still does what it is meant to do.
This is a game changer for me. The large size allows me to wash and cure huge prints in a really short time and really effectively. My one change I’d make is having a separate start/stop button as it’s easy to change the time setting with the dial when you push the dial in to start the wash/cure. Other than that. Great buy!
This kit changed my life. So improves the finish up n my prints
Construction feels nice and sturdy, the build plate rack is large enough to accomodate my Phrozen Sonic Mighty 4k build plate which is great and the bucket is deep enough to take a full z height print for cleaning.
Overall this works, is fairly well made and it is nice to get the two finishing jobs of resin printing done in a tidier way.
Here’s the minor issues:
You can select and use the Cure mode when you want to Wash. So it will quite quickly set the residues in the iso bath. It’s easy to do by accident (cure mode is default on switch on) and the end result is an iso bath full of large sticky debris that can contaminate future parts when washing without being changed out.
The turntable is a little too aggressive. It starts with a small jolt and then spins just a bit too fast with some small vibration from the motor. This means that smaller or unbalanced items will fall over or fall off the turntable. I use a separate battery powered turntable instead.
It is very much a Wash OR Cure device with a reasonable amount of changeover required between either mode. Having two to dedicate one to wash and one to cure would not be out of the question.
The button interface has frozen a few times requiring it to be switched off/on.
So if you have just bought a resin printer you will no doubt be learning about the post print processing that is required after you have freshly printed your file.
Well look no further, this all in one solution is the perfect way to easily clean and cure your prints.
Anycubic have come up with a great cleaning and curing solution in this product.
Everything you need is included, well packaged and well built, its a sturdy unit.
All you need to do is fill the supplied container with your chosen cleaning solution, in my case IPA and set it on the base. Then you can either remove your prints from the build plate and drop them into the hanger basket or as I do, use the supplied adaptor and get the bonus of cleaning the build plate at the same time.
Then select “Wash” and your desired time, I find 4-6 mins depending on print detail, pop the lid on and let it do its work.
When the wash is over remove your prints and swap out the container, popping the lid on to prevent your IPA from evaporating, and place the little turntable in its place. Pop your prints on the turntable and put the cover back on and select you cure time. Voila its done, no hassle, no mess.
Well done to Anycubic for this product, it is well built and simple to use.
A must buy if you are considering a Resin Printer.
No phaffing about with multiple containers and having to either lashing together a curing station or leave it to chance by exposing it to sun light.
We’ve been really happy with the wash and cure station, it’s made the post-processing of our models much quicker and easier. The build quality of the product is very good and it’s significantly reduced the time to finish models. The sealable solvent container reduces the risk of spilling, reduces evaporation and smell created when washing. The container has a magnetic propeller to move the solvent around the model and you also store the solvent in the same container when not in use. The models never get damaged as they sometime do if you use a paintbrush to clean them. The curing process is very straightforward as all that is required is to swap the solvent container for the turntable, pop the models on it and select the curing time. The unit is very compact and doesn’t take up much space. We have been really happy with it and would definitely recommend!
I got it for 40 quid in a flash sale, worth it for me it’s well built and good quality all around but at 160 quid I’d struggle to say its worth the money over just doing it by hand. Should be 80 or less really.
And, where are the replacement tubs?
Bought this at a bargain 120 a couple of months ago. So handy and cleaner for my resin printing process. Really happy I got it.
Ideally I would get some more baskets & containers to be able to swap things in and out rotating between cleaning solutions and IPA or acetone.
Not sure what I’ll do when I get a bigger machine that the three I have
The Anycubic Wash and Cure was so easy to use that I definitely won’t be going back to the pickle jars.
You can wash the prints on the build plate or, as I opted for, in the basket, and there are clips to hold everything in place whichever method you prefer so nothing wobbles or could spill.
The wash stage was as simple as popping the prints in the basket, hooking the basket on the clip, putting the case back on and pressing go. Once the wash cycle finished, with both clockwise and counter-clockwise spins, I removed the basket, sealed the IPA vat and swapped it for the rotating platform, and then set the timer for the Cure, and shortly afterwards it was done. The pieces were cleaned and cured with no issues at all and no mess.
The machine was so simple to use and so fast, and you can just set it and get on with setting up your next print as it goes. I would actually highly recommend this product.
If you’re getting a resin printer, then I simply cannot recommend this cure and wash station highly enough.
It is SO much more effective at cleaning prints than doing it manually, and the curing process is so super simple.
Designed with safety in mind, extremely well made and comes with everything you need.
Fantastic kit!
Does a good job and easy to clean up after, it has kept my work area for resin printing a lot tidie
I had an issue with the item to start with but it was operator error. The support team were very prompt and helpful in getting me up and running. A good compact machine.
So I’ve had 3 resin machines and the one thing I hated and never got the hang of is the cleaning and curing of prints. I’d seen expensive machines such as the Prusa C1 and never been that keen on spending the money. While I hacked together my own wash and cure type station out of some buckets and LED lights, I always thought it could be better. Enter the ANYCUBIC Wash & Cure Dryer Machine. Wow, I needed this from day one. So easy and so much less mess.
The machine has an internal basket that you can pop in prints and your IPA. If you have a compatible Anycubic build plate, that can hook in also. I 3D printed one for my Mars Pro and that works fine. Then you select the wash cycle and the machine creates a vortex around the print. Once washed, you take that out and place the model on a rotating plate – LEDs cure the model and you are done.
I would say this is only really suitable for the smaller Mars type machines on the market, but its fab and an essential purchase!
I was looking for a UV curing machine prior to buying a 3D LCD printer and had contemplated making my own (there’s plenty of DIY solutions out there). But I wanted something a bit more ‘professional looking’ than a ‘paint tin can’ and found this Anycubic washer/curer and since it was on offer went for it.
The item arrived well packaged and a quick test showed everything was working fine. The machine appears to be well built and looks ‘the business’, even the instruction manual was relatively intelligible and useful.
With the introduction of water washable resins the washing part of this machine could be rather redundant if you end up cleaning your 3D parts using just a jug of water. However, its always handy to have this available so that if you have complex parts or a significant number of parts needing cleaning they can be popped in the washer at the same time and you can go do something else whilst they clean themselves.
Perhaps therefore in summary this is not the cheapest solution you could opt for in order to wash and then cure your 3D printed models, but it will pay you back in the long run and it looks really nice alongside the Anycubic LCD 3D printer!
I purchased my wash and cure at the same time that I ordered my ANYCUBIC PHOTON it is easy to use and works out of the box within minutes no mess no problems take your print off the build plate into the basket set the wash time put the lid on and away you go then clean up is done once complete take the wash container off fit the turntable again making sure you put the machine into cure and place your print on to the turntable put the lid on and away you go could not be more simple all in all a great product well made and easy to use
The washing cycle creates a powerful current of IPA (or alternative resin cleaning fluid) that puts my ultrasonic cleaner to shame. It really cleans the print and or buildplate well.
The curing cycle seems to work well, a strip id LEDs (365nm and 405nm) cure the print as it rotates on the rotary platform.
This is an innovate product from AnyCubic and I really like my one, it has is neat, saves considerable messing about and in doing so keeps my workflow tidy.
Things I would like to change:
I’d like the build plate arm to work with other printers, the arm is removeable so perhaps other arms or adapters.
As I can’t attach the build plate from my printer I use the basket, after washing there is no way to support the basket above the cleaning container to drip dry. It is easy enough to make something to do this but it would be nice if it was built in either to the basket or the build plate arm.
Spare containers are a must for those of us who use a 2 stage cleaning process with a wash in pre-used IPA and then a wash in fresher IPA.
LEDs under the rotary platform would be nice to cure the underside of the print.
Adjustable magnetic stirrer speed would be nice too.
Programmable rather than preset wash/cure cycles.
These are all minor points to be fair.
One thing I had not appreciated when I bought a resin printer was how everything within 10 feet of the printer becomes sticky! No matter how careful you are, the resin just transfers from one thing to another and soon, everything is sticky!
The wash & cure reduces the amount of time an un-washed part needs to be out of the printer. It’s so easy just to transfer from the printer to the wash, then cure.
Curing is faster than any of the options I’ve tried (except bright Sunlight, the kind we rarely get in the UK!) and the light manages to get into all the little nooks & crannies of the print.
My only complaint is the plastic touch sensitive panel on the front seems to un-glue itself & spring off. The touch sensors seem to be connected via metal springs to the circuit board inside. Eventually the springs overcome the adhesive – and it springs off. Not a big deal, but annoying. When I can be bothered, I’ll glue it on with something less ropey.
The Anycubic Wash and Cure machine is a must have, it’s design is fantastic, with this you can be thorough when washing your prints too the size is also great for bigger prints too. If you want perfection buy one of these 🙂
Oh the safety feature is genius too.
Having been an Anycubic Photon owner for 2 years, I have always loved the ease and quality of the printing, but not always loved the post-print processing that is required for all resin prints. Being both messy and time consuming, this has definitely limited the number of prints I have done as well as how complicated the prints have been.
The beauty of the Wash & Cure station from Anycubic is it’s ease of use and simplicity.
Getting the prints off the printer and into the plastic wash tub is quick and easy, taking a matter of seconds. I, personally, prefer to remove the prints from the print plate and wash them in the wire container, but that is personal preference and probably down to most of my prints being smaller, complex miniatures. I also tend to use a third-party resin that requires washing in both a chemical cleaner and water. Using the wire container makes swapping between the two quick and easy, even though I currently only have a single wash tub. However, most pleasing of all is the quality of the clean. Since purchasing the Wash & Cure last month, I have printed c. 30 individual models, some with very complex support structures. Where previously I would have had to remove these to clean properly, I can now fully clean the model without removing the supports and be confident that all the excess resin will be flushed out, even in the most complex of tiny nooks and crannies.
Similarly, switching from washing to curing takes seconds and I have found that the combination of the UV LED strip array and turntable produces a nice even post-cure. In fact, it is so efficient, that I’ve been able to reduce the cure times by c. 75% relative to my old, home-made UV light box.
In summary, I would recommend it as being a must buy for all Photon owners. The post-print process is undoubtedly the most painful part of resin printing and this makes it several orders of magnitude easier.
Resin 3D printing is a rather messy business, involving gloves, washing solution (IPA or meths), UV light, and lots and lots of kitchen roll. The results, in terms of level of detail and the finish of the prints, are well worth the bother, but it’s a definitely a bother. The home-made workflow solution, using pickle jars for the wash steps and sunlight for curing, was working for me, but I found I wasn’t using the printer as much as I expected — too much faff.
The Anycubic wash and cure device has made resin printing easy and fun. Pop the print off the build plate, put it in the basket, put the basket into the tub of meths (I’m using meths as IPA is expensive right now), put the top on and press go. 6 minutes later, take the print out, remove any supports, put it on the turntable, put the top back on and press go. Painless. I’m now printing every day.
There are 2 tiny ways it could be improved in the next generation. Firstly, when you turn it on, it defaults to curing. Only 1 button press to switch to wash mode, but you have to do it every time. And secondly, it would be nice if it turned itself off if it hasn’t been used in a while.
This product is what I’ve been looking for for ages. It really takes the mess and faff out of resin printing.
For ages I’ve been using jugs and bowls for rinsing prints, endless disposable gloves and spillages and failing to find the right UV light to cure my prints correctly.
This product sorts the lot out for me. Keep up the good work Anycubic.
Excellent results using this machine, the prints look a lot sharper, just wish I was able to get 1 of these when I 1st started resin printing.
The more I use the machine the more I like it, it saves a lot of mess and really does take the hassle out of cleaning my prints, the prints are so clean when I have finished, I tend to use the 6 minute cycle for both wash and cure and that really does the job on the intricate designs. Would definitely recommend this product.
I have been resin printing for a while now and had been using an ultrasonic bath along with a home built curing station, these worked but not with the best results, I had been looking at some different curing stations from companies like formlabs but these were so expensive and not really a viable option.
Then along comes an amazing bit of kit in the form of the anycubic wash and cure and I must say I am so impressed, again the guys and girls at anycubic have done it, they have made an affordable option for printing enthusiasts.
just a quick summary.
Quality of build 10/10
Looks 10/10
Does exactly what it says on the tin !0/10
Would buy again 10/10 ( and I intend to buy more of these as they save me so much time)
Customer support 20/10
This really simplifies post printing cleanup. Since using it none of my models has had any residual left on them.
Firstly, I have to say that I was dubious when I saw the price of this machine, considering there are ways to make your own budget version available using a couple bits available right here on amazon, for less than 1/4 of the price. In fact, that’s what I started with!
I then received a significant chunk of change as an amazon gift card for my birthday, and with amazon having 20 off the machine as well, figured why not see why people still rave about these machines even after trying the budget solution. Worst case scenario I don’t like it and can get a refund, right?
Oh. My. God. This machine takes all of the effort out of post processing resin prints. The washing VAT is much larger than my solution was, and the whirlpool it creates while it runs?? Just wow. Definitely better than swilling the print around in a pickle pot full of solution! Dump the print in the vat, out the lid on, press start. Come back two minutes later and you’re done!
Lift the vat of the base, out the curing stand in its place, and put the print in it. Lid back on, two button presses and four minutes later? Print cured. The UV lamps I was using before took about half an hour to achieve this!
Anycubic, you have converted me. This beautiful little machine is staying in my life now, and I will be staunchly defending the ease of use to cost ratio of this machine to anyone who argues they’re not worth the price!
Well what can i say…i used to be one of those people that thought i did not need to buy a wash and cure machine as i already had my own method to clean and cure my prints. I was wrong, the decision to buy the wash and cure machine was the best decision i have made.
My old method was to wash the prints off by hand in a container of IPA then remove supports and cure under my homemade UV box, i thought it did a great job and ended up in great quality prints.
When i started to use the ANYCUBIC Wash & Cure i could not believe how quick the process was and best of all how awesome the prints came out. It by far outshines my hand washed method. Because of the spinning fan at the bottom, all the loose resin is cleared away showing greater detail than the hand washed method. On the cure side of things it fully cures the model in 2-4 minutes. Depending on the size of the model i use the cure for 2 mins but sometimes i turn the model over and run it for another 2 mins.
You will not be disappointed if you purchase the ANYCUBIC Wash & Cure machine, it is great value for money, saves a lot of time hand washing and curing and a great companion along side my Anycubic Photon S Resin Printer.
Feel free to ask questions on this product and i will do my best to answer them for you

UPDATE**
I have been using the wash and cure for a while now and i am still 100% pleased with how it works. It has cut my post processing time of cleaning models and prepping ready for paint drastically and too be honest i could not be without it. You really should buy one of these if you own a resin printer as you will not be disappointed. I have added some extra pictures of models i have printed and painted to show you how much detail the wash and cure brings out.
This Wash & Cure is great. Seriously. I was hesitant at first because of the price tag, but in the end I went for it to try. I do not have one bit of regret. I use mine with an Elegoo Mars, which I have printed an adapter to make it compatible. Found on Thingiverse.
The machine works great and washes my prints exceptionally well. My old cleaning and curing setup was no where near as good as the quality this Wash & Cure provides. There’s no residue of resin remaining on my prints, just the alcohol which dries naturally within minutes. Its also far more compact than a makeshift curing station!
To use the machine, you have a very basic layout of options:
– Wash or Cure on the left with a cog wheel to switch between them.
– Start or Stop in the middle
– Timer on the right side, with a little clock to switch between 2 minutes, 4 minutes and 6 minutes.
Your selected options are easily identified by the LED next to the wording.
After your print is finished, ensure the container of cleaning solution is in place and take the build plate attachment and screw it together. Slot it on to the Wash & Cure and place the lid on top. Select Wash and the amount of time needed. Wait for it to beep for completion, and take the lid off! Be care of any dripping liquid.
The prints come out ready to do the next steps, curing and sanding. I personally tend to cure first, sand after.
Once your print is dried and ready to cure, slot the turntable on the base of the wash & cure and make sure it’s flat. Place on your print in the center, and place the lid on top. Switch to Cure mode and choose your time! Press start and wait for it to beep for completion! Done. Then sand and paint. Simple.
For a hobbyist or a professional, this bit of equipment is a must. All the hassle is gone.
I use 2.5 litres of 99% isopropyl alcohol in my container and it lasts around 25-30 washes before I need to consider emptying the residue at the bottom.
To remove any residue, simply let it sit for 12 hours, and then pour the clear alcohol in to another container through a funnel and thin sieve. You can either cure the remaining residue or dispose of it as necessary. Once the container is empty and clean, pour back in the alcohol and you’re good to go again.
Honestly this machine has saved me so much effort.
This is a great piece of kit for the price. It’s made everything so much easier than manually washing and curing.
I did my first wash the manual way and thought this is a bit messy so I decided to buy this as it was a good price.
All you do is put it in the tub and press the wash button, take it out and then put it on the spinning curing table. it shines UV lights on it for between 2-6 minutes which makes sure you don’t over cure it.
With the British weather UV light is sometimes not great especially in winter so this helps loads. As you can see from the photos it turned out great.
No longer do I have to swirl around a pot of IPA, or build a curing station out of a smashed up nail curing station and a bin.
This makes life so much easier, safer, and cleaner.
One of the things that initially stopped me from going down the resin 3D printing road was the hassle of having to wash and cure the prints. This machine changed my mind as it is so simple to use and cheap to run. The print comes out of my (Newly purchased ANYCUBIC Photon S and into the ANYCUBIC Wash & Cure Dryer and select your wash time and Bingo! job done. Then onto the turntable set the cure time and that is it. No messing about. Love it. Highly recommended.
Fantastic product, takes all the hassles out of post process for resin prints, would happily recommend to anyone interested in 3d resin printing.
super machine. really easy and intuitive to use. finally no longer long curing times and clean work!
Firstly, before I purchased this and the Anycubic printer (see other review for the Anycubic Photon 3D printer, I was a complete noob with 3D printing. But now…
I had some great results with printing things, see the Rhino and the test cube photos, but I found washing was a bit of a problem. Also, the additional curing the prints required needed a home made UV box. Looking at the designs on the web and nothing fit the bill.
I then found this wash and cure machine from Anycubic. Reading the reviews and a little research on the web, this would tick all my wants. So I purchased this and have no regrets.
It comes with a basket to put your prints in but it also has a bracket that the build plate from the printer will attach to.
It has a plastic container with a lid that you put the wash solution in, you will need about 1 1/2 to 2 liters. There is a spinner at the bottom that spins the liquid, half way through the cycle, the direction reverses.
The wash time can bet set to 2, 4 or 6 minutes. Once complete, take the prints out, let them dry (it evaporates quite quickly). Change the container to the turntable and put the prints on, set the machine to cure, put the lid on and press go. Prints cured in about 6 minutes.
The footprint of the machine is the same as the printer and both fit nicely together side by side.
In all, you need this as it will save you time and messing about.
Only one con, the UV LED’s dont go down to the bottom some sometimes you do need to put the print on the side and run the cure cycle again. However, this is fixed by printing a riser (design free from Thingiverse) and using it to raise the turntable.
So I had an Anycubic I3 Mega FDM printer and for some time and I’d been wanting to get into resin printing for some higher resolution miniatures. I was somewhat put off by the whole resin needing cleaning and curing thing, people kit bashing UV curing stations and throwing models into jars filled with IPA. Then I saw this, and watched a few reviews and took the plunge.
So I’ve used this to clean 10 or so models so far (including the one pictured) and I would definitely recommend it if the only thing stopping you enjoying resin printing is the clean up. Its really simple to use, throw your models in the basket (or hang the build plate in the machine) set it to wash and let it go to work. Then you just remove the models from the cleaning solution, put them on the UV stand and set the machine to cure them, easy. No problems so far and minimum (still some!) mess.
That said, you still need to make sure you’ve worked out the order you’re doing stuff in and build this machine into your process, having a good prepared workspace is essential.
If you’re sceptical about resin printing / concerned about the aftercare this machine was worth the money to me to get rid of those worries, I’m not sure I would have ever got to enjoying resin printing without it.
The only thing I didn’t appreciate when I picked it up, and something I’d recommend to any buyers, is to get a plenty of IPA (or whatever cleaning solution you use). The cleaning container for washing prints is larger and unusable without plenty of IPA, my 500ml bottle I got wasn’t enough to make the machine usable, I’d guess you at least need 1 litre, but I recommend getting a couple.
Gave its “print quality” 5 stars, this isn’t a printer, its cleaner and curer and gets 5 stars for its cleaning and curing quality even on fragile minis.
Would recommend.
I’m quite new into the world of 3D printing especially when it comes to Resin printing. I’ve spent hours ‘studying/researching’ before I make any big purchase like this and having seen homemade solutions to curing and washing 3d prints, it just takes the fun out of the hobby and creates more of a mess.
This is were this machine comes in. You print your model, scrape it off the build plate, wash it in this machine then dry it afterwards.
In a matter of minutes you go from a sloppy, dripping mess of resin to a nice dry, crisp and detailed 3d print.
Does what it says on the tin. Buy it and take your mind off the homemade faffing about solutions.
The ANYCUBIC Wash & Cure is a amazing machine to have, it makes the cleaning and curing of your resin 3D prints a breeze.
This dual use machine is easy to use with a choice of settings for the run time (2, 4, 6 minute run),
as a safety feature the UV protective cover must be in place before the machine will run
Washing mode:
The unit has a large 3500ml capacity tank with a solution agitator in the bottom, you can use the included basket or directly mount the build plate from the ANYCUBIC Photon printer for washing the uncured resin from your 3D prints, the wash tank comes with an air tight lid for when not in use.
Cure mode:
to cure your prints, you remove the wash tank and replace it with a plate that becomes a turn table to evenly bathe your resin prints in UV light from a row of LEDs (405nm / 356nm wavelengths)
My previous cleaning routine was messy and involved a brush and a bowl, often using dirty IPA and my own DIY cure station. This was messy, took time with too much waste.
The wash and cure dryer station has cleaned up the entire process, I now clean my prints muich quicker, they are spotless and I’m confident they parts are not under or over cured as the unit switches off automatically at the end of the cycle.
IPA can be reused, leave it for day or two to settle, drain out the top through a filter, put the residue and cured resin in the waste and you’re back to clean IPA in no time.
Only issue I had was the parts had moved during shopping and a bracket had scratched the perspex curing table. Customer service responded quickly and a new part is on it’s way.
The ideal companion for the any cubic photon s. The wash and cure unit takes the guess work out of the process. Also makes the wet resin process less messy. Being able to wash the print on the build plate or remove it and use the basket is very handy. I bought the unit along with the photon s printer and it was a very good choice.
The quality and operation of the unit is very good, highly recommended
I have been resin printing for the last 8 months or so and the worst bit without doubt is the cleaning and curing of the prints.
I have had the Anycubic Wash and Cure for a few days now and i have to say it makes the process much much easier and less messy, i should have bought one of these sooner. Its a great design and works well, only thing i would have liked t see is a clip to hold the wire basket up to drip dry over the container but i will just design and 3d Print something that will work but it would have been nice to have something included.
This machine just works flawlessly and makes the cleaning and curing of your resin prints so much easier and controllable. After years of FFF printing I was wary of resin printing due to the need of PPE and cleaning chemicals. This machine just simplifies the whole process.
After printing on my Photon S, I remove the platform from the printer and place it onto the mount of the wash and cure machine. I then choose the wash mode and set the time period. The part is then washed in one direction for half of the time period and then it automatically reverses the direction for the remaining time. The part is easier to remove from the platform now as all of the residual resin has been washed off. The wash tank is then removed and replaced with the turntable for curing. After the part is air dried it is place onto the turntable and curing is selected followed by the time duration. With the outside cover back in place the curing process starts. After it finishes the part is able to be handled. All of this took place without getting a drop of resin on my gloves.
This machine is a game changer as far as I’m concerned as it now resolves some of the issues that this type of 3D printing faces against FFF printing.
Great time saver! Washes and cures absolutely perfectly all in one neat package! Couldn’t ask for better.
The least enjoyable part is the clean up and cure, it actually put me off resin printing so much, but now with this unit things are much better and started printing much more with my Photon.
Keeping isopropyl in a sealed container as provided by this system is much better than emptying large amounts of iso into an ultrasonic cleaner and then returning back to its container, feel much safer to use now.
The UV LED’s are powerful, and if using clear resin you only need 20-30 second of exposure, and about 2 mins in white resin.
very good product.
This machine is a wonderful and simple solution to post process 3d prints. It worked well from right out of the box virtually and was very easy to set up. The item was well packaged with no signs of damage on the outer box packaging at all. I like the fact it creates a form a of whirlpool in the washing function, but I also love the curing function as well, looks great when things are being cured! In summary I’m very happy with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone!
Amazing product! Really helped with my print quality and gives a much better finish
I couldn’t be happier with the wash and cure station. It has made cleaning and curing much more streamlined. I really like that the washing container can be sealed. I have Elegoo mars printer and was worried the build plate wouldn’t fix to the ANYCUBIC washing bracket. By replacing the hand screw with a M6 bolt I managed to securely fix the Elegoo mars build plate onto the ANYCUBIC wash bracket. I was a little put off with the price but when you compare it to the formlabs wash, this is a steal. Totally worth the purchase.
Awesome product, makes the resin printing workflow much easier and tidier. The curing station is very easy to use and it’s so convenient being able to move the build plate directly into the washing area. Very simple and quick to change over to curing mode which also works great.
Great product, definitely recommend.
What an absolutely brilliant machine
Washes your prints flawlessly, it has different adapters so you can wash your prints directly connected to your print bed
(after removing it from your printer of course)
or remove it from the print bed and place many parts in a basket to wash them all together.
When it came to curing my print with the built in UV light I only had to remove the washing container and place the turn table on the motor, replace the protective cover and cure, less than a minute to change from wash to cure
It came well packaged and very easy to set up, the instructions where very informative
It was a dream to use and it helped me keep my workshop clean and cut out lots of hassle cleaning my print from jars
I bought an elegoo mars printer last summer and up until two weeks ago I had been cleaning prints in a food container half filled with IPA and rinsing in a second container. Curing was always a bit hit and miss as I used a USB powered nail polish uv station, this was never very satisfactory as the time limit on the cure station is 90 seconds. When I saw reviews for the Anycubic wash and cure dryer it looked to be something which would simplify things, and compared to similar solutions available online it was a complete bargain at 209, it is slightly cheaper buying direct from Anycubic but was going to be quicker to get from Amazon.
There are two separate operations, washing with a bath of IPA and curing on a turntable under UV light.
The wash container holds about 4 liters of solution, although I’ve only put 2 liters of IPA in as it is hard to obtain at the moment. At the bottom of the container there is a little impeller with two magnets on it, during the wash cycle this gets turned at high speed for 2, 4, or 6 minutes depending on the cycle selected. Half way through the cycle the direction of the motion is swapped to ensure the shape of the print doesn’t limit where the cleaning concnetrated. The vortex produced seems to do a very good job of washing away uncured resin, much better than I could do by hand even with the use of an old tooth brush.
Once the wash is complete I let the excess IPA drip off into the container and and then air dry the print and build plate if I washed on it. The unit comes with adapters for Anycubic printers, but these do not fit on the mars build plate as it uses a thicker locking screw. There is an adaptor for the Mars build plate on thingiverse which seems to work well enough after tweaking it, but I may end up widening the original adaptors to fit the Mars screw. There is also a basket that drops down into the wash solution of you want to remove your parts from the built plate first, but I’d recommend keeping on the build platform as it may be possible to damage more delicate parts given the force of the vortex.
Once the parts are completely dry the wash container lifts out and a turntable drops in to replace it, my only complaint is that the turntable top is slightly below the level of the lowest cure LED, I’ve started to use a little solar powered turntable in addition to the official one to raise the prints up. There is a strip of two different wavelength LEDs running the height of the unit which output 405nm and 356nm, most of my resins use 405nm to print but I’ve got some that recommend multiple wavelengths for curing to acheive the best results.
There is also a safety feature built into the wash and cure, it won’t operate at all unless the lid is in place, this is done by a photo diode at the back of the unit that shines against a label on the lid, so don’t remove all the labels from the top cover. Be careful not to cover the photo diode with anything when the cover is off as the wash cycle or cure cycle could be started accidentally and give you an eye full of IPA or strong UVA, neither of which are very good for you.
All in all I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone.
A decade ago I had a ropey FDM printer that I spent more time trying to bed level than printing, and when it did print it was mostly a spaghetti mess! I’ve been tracking 3D print keenly since then and finally pulled the trigger on both a Photon S and this wash & cure station.
I tell you that story so you understand I’m a resin printing novice. I’ve had no experience of not using this for printing, so the printing workflow is based on what I have.
I’ve managed a few prints with various degrees of success but the thing holding me back the most is a national UK shortage of IPA.
For the few models I have printed and washed, however, having an all in one system to handle some washing and curing has been really neat.
I can’t speak to the longevity of robustness of the station, but my first experiences have been really positive, and damn, it looks super pro!
Like others have said the two things that would probably convert this to a 5 star review are a lower price tag (not having any other experiences I don’t have a good handle on its relative value compared to not having this – 200 at time of purchase) and an option to disable the repeated beeping if I lift the lid off to adjust something.
Overall, no regrets and I’m looking forward to getting some water washable resin so I can actually do some printing!
I used a ultrasonic cleaner and a home made UV curing box to wash and cure my prints. The ultrasonic did a ok job but still didn’t clean the prints properly and my UV box didn’t always cure my prints, but along comes Anycubic’s wash and cure machine which does it all. It cleaned the part completely and after it dried cured it properly. If you think it’s to much and you don’t need it, think again you do need it, I don’t know how I managed before this. Excellent piece of kit well worth the price

I live in the Netherlands so my accent is quite raw…. Sorry for that people :P.
Short Review:
Pros:
+ It’s a great machine of a very well known brand.
+ It combines Washing and Curing in 1 beautiful machine.
+ It is great value for money as it saves allot of time…. and time is: / / $
+ Comes with all the needed items and a container with a lid on it which is awesome!
+ Machine lid safety feature. Lid off > Machine pause = great!
+ There are allot of great printables appearing on Thingiverse that makes it possible to use it with other Brand build plates or make use of space / holders on the machine for other purposes!
Cons:
– Personal: There is Chinese writing next to the English (yes yes, I know…. dear diary….)
– LED Array is a little to high so prints might no cure well at the bottom and a run on the side might be needed. This can be fixed with an adapter that is on Thingiverse.
Full review on paper:
The machine arrived very well packed with a box in a box (gotta love them boxes) and also the machine was coated in foam and the machine, it is…. Breathtaking!
Great color scheme as always with Anycubic.
Having set up the machine it comes with every accessory you need.
No extras that are unneeded, just the basics which is great.
In the Video I already printed 2 parts that were ready to be cleaned and cured.
I popped them of the build plate and into the basket.
I have an Elegoo Mars Printer and the build plate adapter does not fit.
Thus 1 of these 2 prints is actually the Elegoo Mars to Anycubic Wash & Cure build plate adapter.
You can find link to it and the Turntable riser at the bottom of this review.
I put the container for the cleaning fluid on the machine and filled it up with 3.5L of IPA (Damn that allot).
Having put the prints in the basket I lowered the basket in the container with IPA.
Put the lid on and set the option to Wash and the timer to 4 minutes. START!
After 2 minutes the blade stops and starts to turn the other way.
Great feature to get rid of all the resin in those nooks and crannies.
When the wash cycle was done I dried the prints that were now ready to be cured.
They were nice and clean!
Of goes the container, on goes the turntable!
The mechanism is quite ingenious :D.
After putting the prints on I put on the lid, set the program to cure and the timer to 6 minutes. START!
After 6 minutes my prints were done.
Taking them of the plate I noticed the bottom was still a little tacky.
This might be because the LED array does not reach to the bottom of the turntable.
Not an issue, just put it back on, on the side, and run a 2 minute cycle :).
Now fully cured I took the supports of and everything is spotless, dry and no tacky feeling.
This machine is amazing!
It does not matter what brand of Resin printer you have…. You need this machine in your life!
It is so convenient that managed to down my clean and curing time by 50% and I wasn’t even trying…
It is the perfect addition for every resin printer enthusiast!
My verdict is that in reality there are no cons to this machine.
It great value for money as it saves you allot of time and the cleanup afterwards.
Buy it and you will love it! 😀
I’m not gonna write this as a normal review I’m gonna list the important points to me and the areas that need improvement
The machine itself is Amazing and I personally think the price I paid $159 (135) as an early purchaser was spot on. I previously spent a considerable amount of money buying items to make DIY curer with the messy washing part being a manual job. This is not needed with the 2 in 1 machine and for that I commend Anycubic
Now the improvements that I feel should be made.
1, I would like a basket with thinner mesh holes or even an inner basket part so you have best if both options.
2, It would be good if the wash container was available from the start as an optional extra for those people who like to use a dirty and clean wash cycle
3, I wouldve liked a ring of UV lights around the base to cure the underside of the model so you don’t have to turn it over and cure the model base seperately
4, It would be great if the wash basket had a hook to be able to hook it on the wash container to allow it to drip during the air drying step
5, Lastly I would like to see some sort off heater to warm the resin up because some resins print better when heated first
The last option isn’t even available on the substantially more expensive Prusa CW1 wash and curers on the market so if Anycubic could pull that off it would be a milestone for them.
In my honest opinion if you do resin printing then this is a must buy and until you use it for yourselves you will wonder why you didn’t buy it in the first place.
I use far less gloves and make less mess since getting it
One thing I would like to add, the print pictured below was washed and cured on the machine with a 6min wash and 2x 6min cures (only needed 2 because of point 3 above not curing the bottom of the model)
The extra thin supports were almost breaking off during the wash thanks to the incredible power of the vortex created by the washing moto
Love 3D printing but hated the mess with post curing using different pots for cleaning and extra space taken up with a uv nail curing light.
This wash and cure station makes the process much cleaner, simpler and quicker. The wash process cleans my prints better than I ever managed to by hand and the uv curing lights with the turntable does a perfect job of curing.
Would not print without it now and strongly recommend it for anyone doing resin prints.
1st of all well done anycubic for such an amazing product.
Came well packaged for delivery not just from amazon but from there factory. Nothing was damaged
Easy to assemble and instructions where clear and thoughtful.
Easy to use put a fresh uncured print in the basket full of cleaner and set timer to 6 minutes.
It creates a huge whirlpool of liquid in the machine which helps clean any resin off the prints, half way through it spins opposite direction which is great.
I then let prints air dry and remove supports then put them on the build plate for uv light cure.
Nice and simple no mess and best of all it works and you feel professional doing it.
Thank you Anycubic. Don’t hesitate buy this now will make the hobby more fun and safer.
I was unsure if I really needed to buy this product because I’d managed to clean resin prints before without it.. But wow what a different it’s made. It’s made me actually enjoy resin printing because it’s just not near as messy as what it used to be.
Remove the build plate from the printer, attach to the wash and cure machine, quick wash between 2 and 6 minutes then remove it from the wash and cure, I’d made my own curing box but it’s nowhere near as good as this is.
I’d completely recommend getting one. I’d love to be able to buy an extra liquid tub though so I could use it to do a water wash after an IPA wash. 🙂
What a great addition to my much loved Photon.
I had always looked at the other wash and cure stations offered by other companies and wondered why they cost so much. And I think that at 209 this represents a lot of value for money for getting the best from my prints. As ultimately this is the next two stages you must perform after the print itself. So it’s part of the natural ecosystem.
It all arrived perfectly packaged. A strong sturdy box, and thick closed cell foam, all perfectly cut to cradle every single part of the machine. Both inside and outside. As with all anycubic products I have bought in the past, they seem to invest in it arriving rather than cutting costs.
Getting it all setup was super simple and you barely need the instructions as everything is easy to understand and well thought out.
I found that a few cycles of the 6 min run time were all that were needed to scrub most of the resin from a detailed print. And it seemed to have less shiney spots from unwashed resin than when I would normally do my manual cleans. I’m sure over time my technique will get better but I’m super happy. And it all looks so much better than my random pots and home made curing oven (led strip in a box)
It also has the added benifit of cleaning the platform at the same time.
I am also hoping that as this one is less intense on the uv side and more even in its coverage than my home made box, it will maybe allow for a bit less over cooking. And being on a timer I won’t forget to take the parts out which causes warping and yellowing of some Clear resins.
Even though this piece of kit is expensive (when compared to, say, an actual resin printer), it does a lot to “lift” the printing experience. Cleaning and curing resin prints can easily seem like a chore and for me it probably stopped me from using my resin printer as much as I would have liked.
DIY solutions are absolutely functional, but you do end up with a desk full of small jars, cables, curing apparatus etc. This unit combines almost everything into one, so you can keep your printing station nice and tidy.
On top of the QoL improvements, the unit does a better job of cleaning and curing than my previous DIY setup (ultrasonic bath and a UV-Led chamber) and it does it _a lot_ faster. At first I was sceptical, but the 2-4-6 minute wash and cure times are more than enough.
I would highly recommend this unit to either serious resin printers or just people who might not be getting as much out of their resin printer, because of all the fuzz surrounding the cleaning and post-processing stage.
5 stars would come with just a slight decrease in price and maybe some small improvements like the ability to turn off the beeps and a cleaning basket with a finer mesh.
I’ve been using FDM printers for about 6 months, but wanted something to get great detail on smaller builds so I purchased an Anycubic Photon Zero. Resin printers have intrigued me, but have always been put off with the faff of post cleaning, making sure it was done properly, pickle jars everywhere…and then the curing…. I’m all for a simple life, and not only does this deliver that, but it delivers it with exceptional results, great efficiency, and it looks bloo*y good too! An all in one compact solution. I would wholeheartedly recommend it, I love mine!
As a side note the Anycubic Photon Zero is fantastic too.
The service from Anycubic is excellent, they respond quickly and are very helpful. The packaging was perfect too . All in all a great company for anything 3d printing wise.
This simplifies the process of post curing resin prints so much easier and efficient. So..
Pros – all in one machine, Safety function won’t start without lid, Timers, Very powerful motor that’s creates a vortex to clean prints. Premium build as you’d expect from Anycubic. Various holders for the build plate and a basket (Large Prints only) cleans build plate and prints at the same time. Super easy to put together
Cons – the lid could do with a handle (IMO) , the basket that comes with the machine is great for large prints but something with a smaller mess would be ideally for miniatures etc.
Question is it works 200 – Yes for the more advance hobbyist or the professional, I have 4 Resin printers so this speeds up more work.
Amazing piece of kit. Delivery was fast as it has only just launched in the UK. Used for the first time today and I’m impressed. Safety feature is a good idea, can’t use without the cover on. Great job Anycubic.
