Good product so far. Used a couple of times on my motorcycle. I did not purchase the optional battery (approx $29) Many parts for diffierent applications.
Mostly to blow up wheel barrow tires and air mattresses and pool toys.
Ciertos detalles de como guardar los cables son un poco incmodos, pero tiene muy una longitud y un funcionamiento sencillo
The low pressure blower side is great for filling up an air mattress and the high pressure pump is so simple with the digital readout display. I found it reliable to automatically turn off if you don’t want to watch it reach the set point, but I’m too impatient to go thru the process to adjust it, it is not that hard, it depends on how many tires you are going to be checking and topping off.
Hint, I was able to make a DeWALT battery 20V Max mountable to this pump. 😀
I recently got this air cushion bed from a garage sale, so i ordered this inflator from Amazon as a complementary product. My dad also thinks we can use it in urgent times for the car tires.
The portability feature is exactly what i looked for because my friend decide to put the air cushion bed on the back of our SUV vehicle for long road trips.
The instructions are clear and concise. Its cords are quite lengthy, if you flip the thing upside down (they are stuffed in slots on the bottom) – sorry i forgot to take a picture of that. My air cushion bed feels firm after inflating, too.
Overall, a pleasant shopping experience.
I really liked this compressor. Has lots of attachments so it can inflate just about anything. It is fairly quiet and very quick to inflate my car tires. I love that you can input the amount of PSI you want and the compressor automatically stops when it inflates to that number. Very easy to use. Has both car lighter cord and home outlet plug-in cord. The readout screen is LCD (gray numbers) and it would be better if it was an LED screen since it would be brighter, but its still a decent readout screen.
Unit works great, the 20volt battery power is the icing on the cake for portability! Had to deal with customer service on an issue that was actually not an issue at all. They were very nice to deal with and aimed to please! You will love this purchase!
Works as advertised. Set it to 35psi and it will stop automatically.
So far so good but for a full review I would have to use it for at least one yea
compact little tool that is perfect for pumping up tires, bikes, wheel barrows and even cars. pleased with it’s performance.
Great product, simple to use, able to set pressure needed, Easy to read Display
This inflator is easy to use and will blow up anything from toy inflatables to car tyres. It can be conveniently powered from a socket or the car and even a battery. The dials are easy to use. Just set the pressure and go. It’s easy to store and very convenient for what we need it for. It comes with varied attachments for any size valve. The valves are all stored on the unit so they won’t get misplaced.
When I first used this and compared it to my cheaper lighter inflator I found myself asking why is the price so high and the only conclusion I came to was that it could run for much longer than my other one can.
It’s no quicker or quieter or easier to use but it does inflate for a lot longer. And also another thing that it can do is be used wirelessly if you have the battery(sold separately)
The machine itself is straight forward to use and it multi power supply is handy although it does not come with the battery that is extra
There’s nothing bad to say about this to be honest and it works brilliantly so 4 stars but would have been nice to have the battery included at this price.
The air compressor for inflating the tires was delivered on time and well packed. It is a more advanced device than the tools used in the past, has three power supplies and is a fully digital device for added convenience. The device has a built-in system that allows you to identify the power supply, is equipped with automatic shutdown and can operate as needed and completely autonomous. So it is a good product that can be recommended for its quality and functionality. It’s a bit noisy, also heavy, this product is good to have in the car, but I think that is better to have a small portable air compressor which you can always carry with you while cycling or driving a motorcycle , also the price is smaller than for this one, anyway it is a good product and it does what it must to do
I am quite impressed with this air compressor, it is very good build quality. Most certainly been made to last.
It inflates my car tyres to the correct psi that they should be inflated to.
You have the option to use this compressor via a plug, car cig lighter or there is the option of the fully portable version but you would need to purchase the battery for that separately as it is then placed at the rear of the unit.
The accuracy is spot on too for the compressor as I have tested it using this compressor at home and then driving my car to the nearest fuel station and it’s the same psi as what I set the unit to be.
Overall it’s a good solid air compressor that will be suitable for many inflatable items.
Dual motor system provides fast efficient pressure to 160 psi. Can be powered by AC, DC, or rechargeable battery. Can also be used to inflate other inflatables. Set the desired value and press the button and then the auto tyre inflator will work automatically and shut off automatically once it reaches the preset value. It has an LED Display and different nozzles for different items. Great quality – great results.
This is a dual-motor tire inflator and air compressor. It is not very large but it is not portable. There is a mini version that is more suitable for carrying with the car. It is suitable for use in the garage. It can use home AC power. It can also be plugged into the DC power supply of the car. Its use is very simple. Just turn on the power after setting the air pressure, and the inflation will be completed automatically. It can also inflate inflatable toys and air mattresses, etc. It has an LED light on the side, which can be illuminated when used at night, and comes with three inflatable ports, which can be used according to different needs. It is much more convenient to inflate, but it is relatively noisy when inflated, and it is not recommended for indoor use.
Good air pump once you realize there are two “ON” positions! “Left toggle” for tire pump and “Right toggle” for inlet/outlet high volume mattresses.
Like that it works on electricity. Don’t have to move car out of garage to fill tires.
I had a portable tire inflator which I was happy with, but it recently died after less than a years use. I thought that next time I would go for a larger one which I could plug in. This AstroAI Tyre Inflator Air Compressor Portable 160 PSI 3 Power Supply has exceeded expectations. It has two motors, so it is quick, accurate and most importantly, reliable. I am so pleased with it and would highly recommend it.
This is a really nice air pump that I have used on my motorcycles and cars. It’s heavy duty enough to inflate the tires on my RV to the proper psi. I like it!
The set and cut off pressure setting is extremely helpful for car that require pressure balancing.
EDIT,
I’ve been using this for a month now (once a week) I have to say my tyre isn’t deflating so fast so it’s proving to be powerful and reliable.
I’ve got a slow puncture so I’m having to put air in my tyre once a week so I’m very aware of how long that takes and this pump was the slowest I’ve used, hence why my video is over 3mins long.
I found the 9volt lead shorter than some too so if you’ve got a big vehicle you might struggle a bit. I’ve got a small series 1 BMW and it was just about comfortable.
I also found the electric plug compartment being on the bottom inconvenient as it gets in the way of standing it on the floor. Having an electric lead is a good idea if you’re not using it on a car but not very convenient if you have neither unless you buy a 18v lithium battery pack so extra expense.
I liked the way it clipped onto the valve instead of screwing on as some do.
It’s a bulky unit so takes up a lot of space to store.
It includes lots of attachments which I liked for blowing up inflatables and balls etc.
The on switch is a bit confusing as I had set it to the right one for a tyre and there’s no start switch as such so I had to flick the switch on off to on again to get it going.
I liked the bar/psi/kpa mode and display. That worked really well, clear and easy to use.
The unit turns off when reaches set target.
It’s handy to have a light for night use.
The lead from the unit to the valve is nice and long for big wheels.
The instructions are clear and easy to understand.
Although a big unit it feels plasticky.
Made in China.
This certainly has some good points but also not so good points for me. The speed of filling my tyre being the biggest but it all depends which points suit you the most as this is quite a big financial purchase. But I hope my photos have helped somewha
Not much to dislike here! I had a flat front tyre so jumped at the chance to test this.
I was slightly disappointed in that, though it makes a big thing of being portable, the battery needed for this does not come included and has to be bought separately. This seems a bit silly, I’m sure most folk would rather pay a little more and get the battery. But there we go!
As it was I trailed an extension lead from the front window to neer the car and mains connected it that way.
You can set different measurements easily (Bar, PSI etc) and can use the + and – buttons to set the target level. You can then just pop off the valve cap on the tyre and push the hose connector on.
Once this is done, hit start and watch the magic happen.
As it turned out all of my tyres were rather underinflated so I did them all. It only took a minute or so to inflate each one to the right level and then the pump auto closes off.
The display is large and clear and it even has some LEDs on the end for use in the dark if needed.
It comes with several attachments if you wanted this for other uses (such as blowing up an airbed for example).
All in all a very well made and easy to use product. I would have liked to have seen the battery included though!
I have a fairly new car with good tyres about maybe every 6-7 months, I get a warning light that I am below pressure on a tyre. Its reached a critical point and requires inflation. Its then a chore to go to a garage and inflate all the tyres. Every time I take the tyres to be inflated they are around 34 psi, one will have reached 25, and they should all be at optimum of 34 psi. They will deflate in time, I do suppose good practise would be to inflate every 3 months. I will do that now. The Tyre Inflator Air Compressor Portable can be used in various options to power and instructions are provided how to do this. You can set the gauge and the tyre inflator will inflate to the required pressure. I thought this is great and does save a lot of hassle. The only debate do you keep this in the car or at home. A good buy and a useful item to have, it can be used by friends and family, good quality.
It is extremely important to keep your tyres inflated to the correct pressures, not only for your safety, but also to avoid them wearing incorrectly and costing you money unnecessarily.
A small portable air compressor such as this one from AstroAI is a great option, as it means you can quickly and easily top up the air in your tyres without having to use a manual foot pump or try and find a fuel station that has a working air compressor.
This particular model is a fair bit larger and heavier than my current one due to having 2 electric motors — this allows the unit to run continuously for longer periods of time and to inflate tyres a little faster.
The controls are located on the front, with a 3 way switch on the left hand side (press to the left for high pressure, centre to switch off and to the right for high volume). There are 3 buttons located just to the left of the small LCD display that allow you to set the tyre pressure using the plus and minus buttons and the centre button can be used to cycle between PSI, BAR and KPA. Finally, there is a 2 way switch to the right hand side that switches on and off the LED flash light function (the LED’s are located on the right hand side of the product).
On the top you have a nice carry handle, along with the high volume hose for inflating air beds/inflatable toys, etc and this clips neatly in place.
Found on the rear is the high volume outlet, a high pressure hose that neatly wraps around a hooked section and is a good length. The connector on the end of the hose is of the quick connect type, that you simply push onto the tyre valve and then press the lever down.
You also have 2 storage clips that hold a needle adapter (for inflating footballs/basketballs), an airbed adapter and a Presta valve adapter for bicycles. Finally on the rear, you have a connection to be able to fit a rechargeable battery pack (sold separately), to allow you to use the pump without having to plug it in.
The bottom of the product is where the power cables are stored. You have the option of powering it using a standard household 3 pin plug as well as using the 12v socket in your vehicle.
Also included in the pack are 3 different shaped adapters for inflatables a spare fuse and a narrower airbed adapter.

***** Installation / Usage *****
Using the pump is really quite straightforward.
If using to pump up a car tyre, you simply need to choose your power source and connect it (mains or 12v), unravel the air hose, push it onto the tyre valve and push the lever down.
Now press the middle button to light up the display and to choose your unit of measurement. Set the desired pressure with the plus and minus buttons and then using the switch on the left, select position 1. The tyre will begin to inflate and will stop when the pre-set pressure has been reached.
Using the device to inflate airbeds etc is also very simple.
Attach the hose to the air outlet on the rear, by twisting it in place to lock it. Now push on the correct sized nozzle before inserting it into the item to be inflated. Move the switch to position 2 to start the high volume output — you need to move the switch back to the centre position to turn it off.
***** Conclusion *****
I’m a little torn with this model from AstroAI.
I had no problem using it to pump up my 225/45/18 tyres to 36 PSI, so that’s a great start as it is my main use.
I really like that it has twin motors, as this means less heat and allows you to use it for longer periods of time and to me the best feature is being able to power the unit using 3 different methods. Being able to use a standard mains plug is really useful when you need to inflate bicycle tyres, balls or air beds etc as it means you don’t need to take everything out to the car and connect it to the 12v socket.
You also get a nice range of adapters included.
However, I have a few annoying niggles.
The power cables tuck away neatly underneath, but there isn’t enough space for the plug, so it has to flop around.
There is nowhere to store the extra adapters on the unit, so can easily get lost and the adapters have a nice screw thread inside them, but the hose doesn’t, so you have to wedge them on and it can be quite difficult to get them back off again.
Although the different ways of powering the product are great, they also add to the bulk. I think this is a great product to keep in your shed/garage, but I find it too large to keep in the car.
Finally, one of the main features of the product is being able to power it using a rechargeable battery pack, but this doesn’t come with it and is currently unavailable to buy and I would think will add another 20 or more to the overall price.
These are mostly quite small things that do not really have any impact on the devices usage, but considering the pretty high 80 asking price, I think should have been solved. A simple zip up storage case would have kept everything together neatly and should have been included.
So all in all, the product itself works very well although I would personally be inclined to get something smaller to keep in the car, get a separate pump for inflatables and still have a chunk of change left over.
AstroAI Tyre Inflator Air Compressor Portable 160 PSI 3 Power Supply 12V DC / 220V AC / 20V Battery Car Tyre Pump with Dual Metal Motors & LCD Pressure Gauge for Tyres & Inflatables(Yellow)
This tyre Inflator arrived in its own box, the box is black and inside there’s a yellow tyre Inflator.
The quality of this is very good, it feels highly durable too.
This has a mains electric plug and a car cigarette 12v plug.
This is easy to use so my husband tells me as it’s his kind of thing…… He’s been around our car inflating our tyres already and tells me it works very well, he’s impressed!
He’s come across no issues as of yet.
We can reccomend this, it’s quite pricey but you have to take into consideration the quality and durability, it should last for many years as it’s built that way.
I already own a small tyre inflator but it takes a long time to pump up a tyre up. This AstroAI is a completely different proposition, as soon as it’s switched on you can feel the extra power in it and it is able to inflate car tyres so quickly, just set the PSI level on the LCD and then start it up.
It gets to the selected pressure in no time then automatically stops when it reaches the chosen level. It also has a bright built-in LED light which is very handy for when using this at night or in poorly lit locations. The price is a little high but this is nonetheless a very high quality tyre inflator.
This is a very high-quality air compressor with lots of power options, it comes with both a mains power UK 3 pin plug and also a car 12v cig socket plug, there is also a dock for a battery but I don’t think that has been released as of yet but will also be a good option for a truly portable solution, it’s made of high-quality plastic that feels like it will be very impact-resistant, performance-wise I deflated my 235,35,18 and pumped it back up with this air compressor which is handled with ease, I would say this will handle van tires pretty easy too, all in all, a very good compressor.
