These balls were used to do exercises as I had a torn muscle in my thigh

Haven’t actually used them yet, but bought for pilates at home (we are at a class). That you get two balls, means my partner and I can have one each… and they are just like the ones we use in class.

Very good sized pilates ball – and super durable. Have somehow ended up in the garden and survived summer sun and rain.

This ball is easy to inflate and use. It does not explode like you think it might. Many uses. A valuable piece of kit in your exercise room.

Very easy to blow up, soft and comfortable ti grip, little one likes to play with it, as its very lightweight.

It is an absolutely wonderful tool which guarantees extreme strength and flexibility at the same time.
Suitable for going to work and toning a specific muscle band.
    Excellent dexterity and good material.

It is easy to inflate. I have an electric pump so it was filled with air in about 2 minutes. I highly recommend it. I use it for ab work.

I ordered this to help with some stretching exercises at home. The ball is well made and I’ve got on with it ok. My issue with it is the inflation hole is quite big so once you take out the straw you use to inflate it you lose quite a bit of air before you can get the stopper in. Ones I have had before have had valves, which work better for inflation.

I’ve had a handful of Pilates balls off Amazon since I started doing Pilates and this one is my favourite. Many are larger than this and don’t make for good posture, this 7″ ball is the perfect size. The ball is a thick strong material, easily blown up with the straw included and pop the bung in. There is no nasty smell to the ball as others I’ve have bought have had a chemical smell.

If you are new to Pilates and want to help yourself engage and isolate the work you need this ball! Remember if it’s not hard it’s not Pilates 😉

This exercise ball came flat so it’s up to you to inflate it. The tools needed to do this are provided. I struggled a little to inflate but i got there in the end.
The ball is smaller than I expected but it’s the perfect size for certain exercises,
It’s seems quite durable, my kids decided they would play with it too and its still up!
It’s really good value for money and I’d ne happy to recommend.

18cm is the perfect size for leg work.

I have an injury that requires a fair bit of work to the hip area and this ball, slightly deflated, tucked behind my knee is perfect for hamstrings and hip work either on the floor or, standing. You are only limited by your imagination and muscle knowledge with these balls. YouTube is full of ideas for muscles work with one of these if you are stuck for ideas and for less than a fiver at the time of writing (the price fluctuates a little), this ball will be one of the most useful gym items you can buy.

The plastic is a quite smooth and I have had problems with it staying in place behind my knee when wearing tights which is a bit annoying so I always use the ball straight on skin for the best grip.

You can blow it up with the straw that comes with it or, use your mouth straight on it if its clean. Its not designed to have massive pressure so either will do.

This is a challenge. It is flat packed and you have to take out the plug and insert a straw that come with it and blow it up.
That part is easy… The you have to take the straw out..the air rushes out ,too… Re inset the plug keeping as much air as you can inside the ball.. SO you get a softish ball But I gave it 4 because for me it actually is OK. I need it for some ankle exercises where I push the ball against a wall with my ankle and it works fine. It is also fine for doing various balance and Pilates things with.
Ricky thing though but so far so good. I like it fine and the price is low.
The purple is a good colour and it really works for resistance so 4 stars.

Good quality, soft Pilates ball. My wife uses it for her exercises and is very pleased with it. Not easy to inflate though, blow it up with a straw then try to withdraw the straw and insert the bung without losing too much air, it’s quite difficult and took several attempts but we got there in the end. Luckily it has stayed inflated for several weeks now so hopefully it’s not something you would need to do very often.

Good quality ball but not easy to inflate.

The inflation hole is quite large and it is very difficult to put the plug back in before the air comes out! Hence it is a lot squishier in use than I would like. However it seems quite durable and adequate for the purpose.

This comes flat and you need to inflate using the included straw.
I did find it tricky to remove the straw, then fit the stopper, a lot of air escapes really quickly so it’s always going to be a soft ball.
This is ok as that’s the whole point of this sort of ball.
As it is I won’t be using it for exercise, I thought it would be an ideal ball for my grandson, soft and easy for him to pick up and kick or throw.
Good quality and a great price.
