Recently started using this cup and it changed my life. Takes getting used to but my advice is use it all the time until you get it righ

Took a bit of getting used to. Got worried the first time using it as I couldn’t get it out! But it came out eventually. I was using pads with it to begin with, incase it leaked, but it hasn’t at all! I now wear it all day and night (obviously taking it out for a clean in between) and that’s all I use for when my period arrives. I wish I’d tried one sooner! Will definitely be purchasing a second!

I was concerns whether I would get on well with this. I’ve always used tampons and after reading some reviews how people struggled to remove and how some people ended up in a&e I was quite scared the same would happen to me but decided to give it a go anyway. And have to say much easier to apply than I expected and the removal a bit more challenging than application but still managed to do it. It’s so comfortable almost don’t feel it inside and so nice being able to go to work and not have to worry that I’m going to leak and having to worry about changing myself and concerns with leakage. I just wish I had tried this sooner would have saved a lot of money over the years. Definitely would recommend this item.

I’ve tried 4 different brand and this one has been the most comfortable so far. I have just ordered another one just in case but have been using the original for over a year now.

Perfect, bought to replace my original moon cup, half the price and you wouldn’t know the difference! Highly recommend

The main reason for choosing this item over the popular brand, Moon Cup, was the colour. Menstrual cups tend to discolour and stain over time, hence a black menstrual cup would be a good way to avoid this. Regarding comfort, after a couple of attempts I got the hang of it and no longer notice that it’s there! No issues with leakage, although the seal is so good it’s not always easy to remove – I suspect this is more to do with inserting it too high though, and is easily rectified by pressing higher on the cup (the instructions say to press on a lower portion).

First time user of any menstrual cup, cannot compare to other brands but I can tell its fairly easy to use and I got used to it very quickly. Even went for a run using it! I usually have quite heavy periods so this is very helpful and makes me forget about my periods for much longer! I feel much fresher too! And most importantly it’s zero waste!
I ordered pink color which is very bright and girly. I like it makes me feel better about being a woman.
Only need to get used to removing the cup need a good grip, was harder for me as I have very short nails.. but I bet it’s like that with most of cups.

I find this cup much better than the original moon cup!! Its easy to put in, I hardly leak and I trust having it in at longer periods of time than alternatives. I have leaked a few times with it but I think thats my biology as I have a different facing uterus!!

I really rate this cup, and although there have been a few minor leaks, 9/10 it’s due to rushed technique….just gotta find what works for you, and stick to it.

his product is amazing. I love the colors and even if I`ve used one time only I have to say it`s very comfortable and it`s exactly what I needed.

One of the best purchases I have ever made. Takes a bit of time to get used to at first but well worth it. Have recommended to all my friends.

Not that I’m advocating this! But I accidentally left this cup inside me for more than a month! And I did not have any side effects – and it obviously fit so comfortably that I had no idea it was even there!

Im so glad I decided to give a menstural cup a go and wish I had done it sooner but I guess some things just become easier with age- I’m 30. I’ve used the cup for 2 cycles so far and can’t believe how easy it was to insert and remove. I was worried I might struggle after reading people’s experiences for cups in general but for me it was pretty simple – maybe it depends on how comfortable you are with your own body. I feel cleaner and more in touch with what’s going on with my body as you can see exactly how much blood you lose and it shocked me the constancy of the blood which you don’t really see with a tampon. So relieved not to have to carry tampons and have the worry of do I flush it or not which I know you shouldent do. Also your not getting cotton fibers onside you with a cup. I wouldent say this cup is completely leak proof as you have to make sure it’s inserted correctly -which can take a little getting used to but not difficult. compared with the leakage I would often have with a tampon on heavy days, it’s miniscule and 99% of the time no leakage at all. The rim on the cup is quite thick compared to others but hasent bothered me and I can’t feel it once it’s inserted so maybe it’s a good thing . I’m glad I brought the red/ pink colour as it won’t show stains over time as much . One thing I was hoping the cup would help with was period pain but I’m afraid to say it hasent helped me at all with this. My period pain on the first and second day is the same and pretty unbearable without pain killers.

I wasn’t exactly loving the idea of using one of these initially but I thought it’s good for the planet so I’d try it. I fully expected to hate it. Except I didn’t. I love it! It’s easy to get in and out and you can’t feel it at all once in. I have had no leaks – not even at night which I was quite worried about. Yes it’s a bit gory removing it and cleaning it, but it’s worth it I think.

I have had Diva cup for many years, and wanted to try something that had a colour, so ended up trying this one. It has been great!!! Easy to apply and remove. It’s smaller than the Diva 1, so I may also try the next size up for heavier flow days.

I brought this last month, I been wanting to try these for a long while but kept putting off, until I spoke to someone I knew used it and raved about it, so I bit the bullet and brought it.
I had no problem using it straight away, it wasn’t uncomfortable and found my period was light. The only thing I did find was, one day I kept it in for around 10/11 hours and when I came to take it out it had moved up inside me and I couldn’t get it, started to worry a bit but I did manage to take it out. I will not leave it in so long in future and use again afterwards with no problems.

I don’t often write reviews but I think everyone that menstruates should know that these cups are so convenient, comfortable and easy to use. I wish I had made the change from traditional pads and tampons earlier.

Not only is it better for the environment but it’s so much less hassle because you only have to change it once a day. Also, you can’t feel it. I was a bit nervous at first, especially about horror stories I read about it getting suctioned inside but I watched a video where they recommend pushing down with your muscles to push out the tip and then using your fingers to remove the rest.

I highly recommend getting a menstrual cup!

This cup is absolutely fantastic and I only wish I had tried this one earlier. I’ve previously struggled with both a moon cup and a tulip cup before, both have leaked after only a few minutes. This was my last ditch attempt at a cup but I was pretty optimistic it’s fantastic reviews and it didn’t disappoint. I went for the larger size even though I haven’t given birth I am over 25 so decided to go for the larger one and I’m glad I did. So far it hasn’t leaked at all, it’s comfortable to wear and easy to remove and a really good price. Can’t recommend this product enough!

What can I say? As someone who deeply dislikes periods, and feels very unclean whilst it’s that time, this has completely resolved this irrational fear. Zero waste for the environment and a one time purchase. Seriously what’s not to love? To ensure it will be leak proof, make sure it has expanded inside and sealed around the cervix. Empty every 12 hours unless more often is required. Highly recommend.

Menstrual cups as a rule aren’t the easy to operate but after a few tries, got it working great.

When inserted, the cup doesn’t always expand so be sure to insert far enough up, or give a little twist to coax it into opening up.

Much easier to remove than the moon cup given its softer rubber.

Ive always avoided periods like they were the plague, even suffering side effects of birth control to not have them.
But recently decided enough was enough and so glad that I’ve gone through the experience using a moon cup. I’m so confident of no leaks that I don’t plan my outfit around my period or turn down beach days because I couldn’t possibly be in swimwear during a period.
I’d say this menstrual cup is a lot comfier then wearing a tampon and feels more hygienic then pads. I work 12 and half hour shifts where i don’t always have the opportunity to change sanitary products so this is a definite game changer in that respect as well.
As well as knowing I’m not contributing to ‘luxuries’ tax or having a negative impact on the environment.
On one or two mornings I’ve had that panic that it’s stuck and I’ll have to face the embarrassment of attending A&E but with a little patience to let gravity do its thing and some small pushes as if doing a poo and it’s out!
I haven’t used any other brand but really don’t feel the need to when this has worked so well.

Fantastic! I am on my second trial and it was perfectly fine, sometimes I am not sure if the cup is on place, but I hope with practice I will master that. I totally recommend. To take it out make sure you pinch with the fingers the bottom, make it a lot easier…

It’s absolutely true that once you figure out how to use a menstrual cup, you don’t want to come back to pads or tampons. However, I feel like before choosing a cup, you should research a little bit. I chose size 1 because I haven’t given birth (and was slightly afraid of bigger cups haha), BUT my cervix is quite high and the flow is a bit heavy first 2 days. That’s why I can’t leave the cup for the night without a backup plan and I have to try a little bit to remove it. During the day I can just empty it more often. My mistake for not choosing a bigger size.
The cup itself is great – soft, can’t feel it inside, easy to use. For the women who have high cervix/and or heavy flow, I would just recommend a longer cup. Also a punch down fold (and then rotating the cup a bit or pushing with a finger to open it) worked better for me.
Don’t be afraid to try a mestrual cup, it’s definitely worth it!
