This microphone is really amazing for the price point. I use this instead of a mic I spent $900 on.

J’avais un Presonus, c’est le jour et la nuit. Trs bon micro qui restitue trs bien la voix. Je passe par un preamp sur une carte Universal Audio, le bonheur.

Great mic for the money, very clear and very low noise for recording.
I would say its very versatile for recording not only vocals but some
    instruments also. Very pleased.

El audio tiene mucha calidad. Tengo un podcast y cambie un AT 2500 usb por este, la mejora es bastante notable.

    Me encanta.

This AT-2035 is bought primarily for Streaming/Audio/Video production. Ultimately, there will be x3 mics being used for my purposes. So far, I can honestly say that Audio Technic have created a ‘masterpiece’!
This mic’ does require Phantom Power and is very well paired with the exceptional Kurzweil Unite2 audio interface.

Depending on what XLR interface you use (I personally have a GoXLR), the AT2035 can be inexpensive and monumental upgrade over a headset or standalone USB microphone. The microphone is capable of very low gain making your voice crystal clear and bringing zero background (keyboard, A/C, etc) noise through. I started with a AT2020 USB+ but after being constantly frustrated with the glitches of using voicemeter software, I decided to make the jump to XLR and the difference is intense.

Outstanding! I’m don’t usually go out of my way to write a review but I was blown away by the sound quality. Absolutely worth the money and would 100% purchase another if needed.

    EXCELENTE aquisio!

The arm is very easy to attach and works standard with most boom arms, the shock mount seems to work very well as shaking and hitting desk doesn’t disrupt the microphone, and the sound is so good!

This microphone sounds fantastic. I’ve had so many positive comments about my speaking voice since using this. Lots of depth and I’m so happy I bought this!

This is a fantastic entry level microphone for anyone wanting to have a standalone XLR microphone + Headphones. Sound is clear and the mic does a good job of cancelling unnesscary noise in the background and build quality it great if you like that dark metal look/feel. I have a large tower fan behind me and leave my window open most of the day with heavy traffic and have no issues with the mic picking up this noise.

You’ll need to use this with a Audio Interface/Mixer with 48V of Phantom Power, I pair this with a wave XLR from Elgato.

Wow, this mic was better than I was expecting. I love the low cut switch and how you can go from 0db to – 10db to give this mic an even better sound. The value plus the durability of this mic is hands down unbeatable. I would highly suggest you order one asap

This is a high quality recording mic – you need to get use to it through your recording interface etc.. to set your preferences.
Then the results are very good.

There are no words for me to describe the flawless nature of this mic.
though it always gets better with price, this is a perfect music, concert, podcast, video microphone for a fair price.

I will be updating this post further in time.

Very suitable for both recording and live (zoom) performance. It’s simple enough to operate for a beginner. With the right stand it doesn’t need a lot of desk space. We used it for a live performance of Macbeth and there was no dropped sound at the higher or more volatile scenes.

This is good value for money but does require some EQ tweaking to get the most out of it. The extremely flat low frequency response means it can sound quite dull and woolly compared to other microphones around the price point. I bought this as a back up for an ageing NT1-A and whilst it’s not really as good as that microphone it does a decent job, having a warm sound even tweaked and not being too sensitive to background noises. It does require quite a lot of gain from your interface though so be warned. Would buy again in a pinch as solidly built and comes with shock mount.

Very high quality with a decent price tag. I would recommend getting this over the 2020 mostly because it comes with a shock mount and it’s only 50$ more. If you have a higher budget and need a good condenser mic this is it.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersFor some context, Im a computer engineer, gamer, and streamer.

I wanted to make an upgrade from a usb mic, and had heard good things about audio technic, so I wanted to see if it was true. I was very impressed with what I got from the 2035.

    whats in the box:
    1x 2035
    1x microphone holder
    1x leather carrying case
    1x adapter for stand

I simply connected the microphone to my audio interface via an XLR cable, and i was ready to go without any drivers at all.
The build quality was very nice, the microphone is brushed black metal so it feels nice and study and it wont break if you drop it.

The sound quality was stellar. Using this mic with obs ensured that I had zero background noise and my voice was nice and clear. People on my stream said it was a big improvement over my last mic.
Very satisfied and i will be reccomending this to friends.

A few things to keep in mind: its XLR, not usb, and you need a48 power supply for it, this is usually from an audio interface.

    Great build and sound quality

Brilliant sound quality. A direct upgrade from my old yeti mic that cost around $200 Definitely worth the price. I’ve already ordered my second one. My only gripe is that you can’t find these ANYWHERE in stores and it seems like it’s always in limited quantity.

Perfect for voiceovers or general talking. Very deep and natural sounding with a good mix of bass and treble to it. I do want to note though when using Discord it cuts out so you will have to change your audio Sample Rate down to 48000hz and Buffer Size down to 192 if you are using focusrite for the pre-amp. For voiceovers or other use, you can put it back to where it was or higher. Audacity and other programs don’t have the same problem as far as I know. Hope this helps.

Honestly the best mic I’ve ever used. Easy to set up and sounds amazing. Has great bass pick up so my voice sounds more natural instead of being drowned out like other mics. Same mic used on Still Untitled: The Adam Savage Project podcast, definitely check it out as a good reference of sound quality. Highly recommended.

This was my first time using an “outside” seller on Amazon as a Prime member. If every experience was like this I would not HESITATE to order again. A great and trusted seller, with EXACTLY the product I wanted. This microphone is sold out and backordered everywhere, yet I found it used a great price. THANK YOU!!!

I had the AT2020USBPLUS and this is so much better for vocals. it picks less background noise and self-noise and has a wayyyy better WARMTH sound. The warming sound it gives is what I was looking for my voice. So depending on if you want that sound, it could be a PRO or CON thing for you.

Product is packed very well and it doesn’t have that much room to move about so there is a low chance it will ever brake. The Mic itself is very nice and comes with a few accessorise. I have it attacked to a Rode PSA 1 and for everyday use it does the job. Overall great product and would highly recommend for others.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersGreat quality all around with this microphone. I’ve tested a lot of microphones for doing voice recordings in my home studio and this is the one I settled on. I am very happy with it.

It’s a bonus that it comes with a shock mount. Unfortunately, it does not come with a shield/pop filter nor does it come with an XLR cable. This is strange because the lower tier microphone, the AT2020, comes with an XLR cable but not a shock mount. It almost seems like Audio-Technica just decided to roll some dice as to which microphone includes which components.

Anyway, grab a mic shield/pop filter and a good XLR cable and you’ll be very happy with this microphone.

This one mic with a foam wind sock is placed 6 feet out from three outdoor singers in a L configuration each spaced 6′ apart (California COVID 19 guildlines). The mic does a very nice job of picking up each singer. It does require phantom power from an mixer or you could use a USB interface. The wind sock must be purchased separately. Great mic!
