Recyled woven fabrics
Our polyester is made from PET plastic water bottles that have been shredded, melted and extruded into durable thread. Our nylon is made in a similar process from industrial offcuts and waste. Together, they save millions of bottles and tonnes of waste from landfill, every year.
Designed and made across the globe
The design process happens at our lab in Bells Beach, Australia, where we have a talented team of people from all over the world. The products are then made across the globe in facilities that balance quality workmanship with social and environmental responsibility.

I looked around a lot before choosing this bag. The materials are first class. I can carry more than expected in the bag. I would be comfortable to use this bag for many different situations whether that be for work or home. The bag is very comfortable to wear even when full. I highly recommend this if you’re looking for a bag that’s bigger than just a pocket replacement but not as big as a back pack.
I’ve done my research, the reviewers are right, the Bellroy Venture 9L is amazing with a genius design that uses quality materials. Amongst many great details, one of them I really like is to have a bag tight enough to your body that moves with you and doesn’t get in your way, whilst also being able to quickly and swiftly alter the length for a more looser fit and look. This has been a god send whilst on holiday and will now replace my rucksack as my work bag once home. Couldn’t recommend this enough.
Ich hatte erst Sorge, dass die Tasche zu gro wirkt, aber man sieht ihr das Fassungsvermgen nicht an. Sie wirkt kaum “klobiger” als die Everyday Sling und man bekommt ordentlich was rein, bei mir zum Beispiel:
Fuji X100v mit Weitwinkelkonverter, Ersatzakku, iPad Mini, Handy, Nintendo Switch, Portemonnaie, Sonnenbrille, Taschenmesser, Schlsselbund, Kugelschreiber und noch ein bisschen Kleinkram.
Der Gurt ist nicht gepolstert, schneidet aber trotzdem nicht ein.
Verarbeitungsqualitt ist sehr ordentlich.
Alles in Allem muss ich sagen, ein Spontankauf, den ich nicht bereut habe. Wrde ich wieder kaufen.
I always used a side bag but read good reviews on the sling bag. Definitely a welcoming change.

I almost went for the smaller 6 litre version, but am really glad that I cancelled before dispatch and changed it to the 9 litre. It’s just the right size. Still compact enough for everyday carry but large enough for some bigger items like a water bottle, kindle and a compressed jacket like the Patagonia’s nano puff. Plus nice little compartments for phone, passport, field notes, charge cables etc and a good sunglasses/glasses pocket that you could also use to store a battery pack instead. Basically it’s a very versatile bag that you can adapt around whatever your day brings. It also looks great!
Good sling. I have tiny things that I would change about it, but it’s not a criticism.

Perfect size, and amount of organizing pockets. Very sleek, and comfortable.
This is actually my second Bellroy Venture sling bag. I bought a smaller one for day to day use, but wanted a bigger one for travel. They are both so nicely made, they are quite impressive, the straps are very comfortable, and adjustable. The zippers are well constructed and seem to be very sturdy. I absolutely love both of my slings.
This sling is one of the best I’ve owned, it collapses well but opens up big. It’s definitely on the bigger end at 9L, but I bike 3 kids to school each day and invariably I have to throw something in it for them right before I leave and I can still get away with not needing a backpack. (I like a sling on my chest for easy 1-hand access while I ride.) Looks good around town too. I had the Heimplanet XL before which was great, but not quite big enough. I like the Peak Design slings a lot too, but since they are meant for cameras they have a bit more padding/form and don’t slim down when riding empty.
Fr einen Spaziergang mit einer Wasserflasche und ein paar Kleinigkeiten perfekt. Ein Rucksack ist meistens zu gro und hier passt eine dnne Regenjacke und eine Wasserflasche perfekt rein. Auch ein iPad 9 mit einer passenden Schutzhlle passt gerade noch rein, super fr die tglichen Tagesanforderungen.
Update – several months later, still using every day. Has held up really well, just some light scuffs on the metal parts here and there – everything else is as new. Bag isn’t marketed as waterproof but have used it in the rain and seems to keep everything dry inside.
