The build of this shredder is very good, it has castors on so you can wheel it about, it shreds stuff quite easily and you don’t have to take the top off to empty it like you do on a few of them, all in all a good built shredder at a good price and a fast delivery
Bought as fast cheap replacement for previous larger Bonsai which only did 26 months, time will tell, bought warranted this time
Works perfectly if treated with consideration, do not advise using the max number of sheets too often !
I didn’t read the specifications properly and assumed that I was buying a shredder that produced confetti but it is a cross cut shredder Ie produces strips at the end. But adequate for my purposes
I have never paid this much for a shredder before BUT, on balance, it`s worth every penny. Easy to use & takes more sheets than the cheaper machines.

A good sturdy shredder. Works well and quickly for multiple sheets. Cross cutting a little dubious – as it doesn’t always cut horizontally so with bulk sheets of paper it is a continuous vertical cut! Pull out bin is a great feature and makes emptying effortless! Replacing a cheaper 5sheet shredder which barely managed 2 at a time before breaking – this one seems much better and hopefully will last!
It works well and is quite fast. The cabinet is disappointing – it is a very thin ‘wobbly’ plastic. It may not last very long.
The shredder was easy to put together; with the casters it is easy to move about; the box is easy to remove and empty and it enables me to maintain my data security. I would recommend this product.

Easy bin to collect shredded paper and to remove the bin is easy to empty it as well.
We shred most things with names and addresses on so this sits in the corner of the dining room and is in constant use.

This purchase represents my fifth shredder. All previous shredders broke down within six months or sooner. Finally, however, I think I have finally purchased a shredder that is robust and works well. I actually believe this one will stand the test of time.
Instructions are easy to follow and the bin is larger than all previous shredders. It is easy to use and easy to empty the bin and start again. Very pleased with this purchase. Will endeavour to update again in six months to confirm all is still well.

A heavy duty shredder which delivers on its promises. Previous shredders quickly overheated and then jammed. Not this one. It also has wheels making it easy to move. Top rating is deserved.
Bought to get rid of old bills/invoices etc. As of this moment in time have found nothing to like or dislike.it works well.
Very good shredder. It hasn’t had much use in the year or so of ownership but the Auto function has stopped working. Doesn’t really affect use.
Does what it should. I light the fact it has wheels, this makes it easy to move. Though the so called handles at the side aren’t great as that’s where the top sits and it’s hard not to push the top up. It would have been better with proper handless rather than indents.

A review of a (similar) Bonsai Machine that I have had for five years now.
Much less brooding dominant look in cream colour. Years of service with no problem or difficulty, used in busy home office most days. Large collection holder is a boon as it, plus the tiny size of shredding, means it needs emptying infrequently.
As with all of these machines I tend to not load them too much, so would rarely put 10 sheets in, but constantly put 3- 6 sheets in.
This is the best shredder I’ve used. It takes up to 10 sheets at a time. Also the shredded paper container slides out so no need to lift the top off. I just wish it shredded into even smaller pieces.
Flimsy case, but appears to have strong motor. I’ve only tried a few sheets of paper at the moment and I am well pleased at the moment.
An excellent product. There are many on the market but it has wheels and the collection box for the shredded paper is very easy to access.

Now that I am working from through Covid I bought this as I did not have a shredder and did not need the industrial size one I have in my office. This is a great little shredder and does that job it says it does.

Good value shredder when compared to other similar items on the market. Works well and does the job. The last Rexel shredder didn’t last that long (rubbish), so I hope this one will last longer. Time will tell, but so far so good. For the price would recommend this item.
Received excellent customer service after a fault with shredder (worked well before the fault). Received a replacement very quickly! Very happy with the way this was handled. From my experience they are a very good company and brand to buy from.
The most powerful shredder I have ever had. Whizzes through the shredding.
It is easy to use and has a large cut paper receptacle. The only niggle I have is that the front of the receptacle is in two parts and paper gets stuck in between the two parts.

Best cross cut shredder for the money. Never heard of this brand b4 this purchase. Its not let me down. Great item. Quality build. Not that quiet as some reviews have stated. Would i recommend this? Hell yeah.
This worked well for a week or so, it then became blocked with 6 pieces paper (it says it can handle 10 but I always shred less than that. In the past I have been able to reverse out the blockage. This didn’t work on this machine. It required the outer plastic protector to manually unblock the shredding wheels. It seems to work okay again but it definitely shouldn’t take more than 5 pages at a time.
This is a great value for money home shredder. I bought this to shred corrugated cardboard for my hotbin composter. It just shred into little pieces with no problem. Just the ticket for my own use. I can recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonable priced shredder.
Delivery was 3 days sooner than advised which was great considering it was free delivery.

I had a lot of old paperwork to shred and so far it is working very well. I am following instructions and leaving it to cool down for at least 30 minutes after 5 minutes of shredding .
Excellent value for money. Has fairly loud growl when shredding, but not excessive. Cross cut = good security for sensitive docs. Ideal for home use, particularly when working from home.
I like the front of the shredder just take it out to the bin and empty it. You don’t have to take the top off no little bit of paper on the floor. Tip it straight into the recycling bi
I bought this as a replacement and was very impressed with the noise level a lot quieter than my previous shredder and never overheated like my previous one did. I highly recommend this shredder and the company for the customer service.

The base and bin have a cheap flimsy plastic feel to them but once it’s all fitted together it’s sturdy enough, haven’t tried it with 10 sheets of 80gsm and don’t intend to but it chews its way through 6 easy enough
i have had several shredders over time but this is by far better and its mobile!
Works fine. At first didn’t start till I discovered that that it wasn’t 100% tight on the collection bin, just be a safety switch that hadn’t depressed. Good feature but only mention unless anyone has same problem as took me a little time to work out why it wouldn’t start.
