Nice chair to sit in and game but the back rest had 4 holes on 1 side where the screws are meant to go looks like the got where the metal screw holes are wrong the first time and just put another 2 holes in the right place after is a bit disappointing but can’t see them once set up
I am very happy to change my first review, I give 5 star because the chair is very confortable and nice to see now is PERFECT . The customer service is the best, the guys contact me and send me the new piece immediately after Christmas holidays. They are the best.

It is an amazing chair but when I was assembling it, I found that one side of the base of the chair was cracked. It’s a shame it’s cracked but I think I’ll just keep it, I really don’t want to wait for a return and get another. Other than this, it is extremely comfortable, great back support, took maybe 15 minutes to assemble, absolutely love it!
Bought for other half as he is working from home, very easy to put together, sturdy but comfortable. Looks and feels well made

Quick delivery and easy assembly. I work from home. Its Very comfortable, adjustable and looks the part. Vibrating cushion USB powered cushion is a bonus.
It was easy enough to assemble and is a good gaming chair BUT the lumber mechanism is not working properly..
They will not replace the cushion.. they will only take the whole chair back and not replace. which I have to dismantle and
repack… they have not replied to messages.
I will not use this company again…

The chair was somewhat easy to assemble but it wasn’t easy to align one of the screws.
Once it was assembled I could easily recline to suit my task. Lowering and raising the seat was also easy.
The materials are a decent quality and I’ve noticed no wear after using the chair for about a month. The armrests are nicely positioned but may need some tightening once in a while.
The metal frame inside of the seat is very strong, so it can cause some discomfort if you’re on the wide side.
Overall, this is a good chair as I can spend hours on it.
Does the job, however it has an ntermittent squeak which is rather off putting. I did attempt tightening all fixings but only slightly as I was not wanting to round off the hexbolts.
Chair looks great but I didn’t receive the right parts instructions say 2 small screws 12 large screws. What I got was 3 small and 10 large so incomplete
