For the first time ever, I’ve walked my dog! I’ve got a cocker spaniel, he has been the absolute worst puller. But, I truly loved this walk! Its been the best day for both of us in a long time, and i look forward to many many walks lol

Works better than expected and quick delivery, didn’t think it would work so well but very surprised how well the dog was controlled in minutes.
My boy seems to like it and its the only head collar he hasn’t tried to get off!!! His walking is much better and when he does try to pull it doesn’t ride up into his eye or jerk his head to the side. It’s easy to put on and seems well made. Got a size 1 for my 8.5kg jack russel
This has stopped our large puppy pulling on the lead and does no go into her eyes, as the Halti did.
I think this works very well. It definitely stops my Staffordshire bull terrier from pulling even a tiny bit. I worry about what it’s doing to the back of his neck tho, that’s why I wouldn’t give it five stars for comfort but I guess it’s not meant to feel comfortable, hence why it works and stops the pulling. As soon as he goes to pull the discomfort immediately makes him stop the pulling.
Have always bought these collars. Perfect for training or using regularly with large pulling dogs. As a small person, this collar means I can walk my big pulling dog and remain confident and in control. No pain or upset for my dog. Love these!
Very sturdy but comfortable does not ride up over the dogs eyes. Lots of control with this collar as my girl is dog reactive. Would recommend
Best head collar I’ve tried! Better than Halti as it does not go around the mouth! Just from the neck and up over the top of snout , lovely and flat so does not interfere with the line of sight which is great for sight hounds! It’s very secure once on as it has a collar integration which is excellent.

My wife walks our Labrador Puppy and at 6 months old and 24 Kg he is very powerful. This gives her half a chance of stopping him pulling without putting pressure on his neck …. Great design.
Our lab is just over one year old and I can honestly say we’ve tried around 7 different leads and harnesses and none of them have made walking with him a pleasure. Canny collar was recommended to me and it’s the best thing I’ve bought for him. He doesn’t like it much because he can’t pull me over anymore but it’s comfortable for him and doesn’t hurt at all. He’s getting the hang of just walking beside me now instead of pulling ahead. I highly recommend this collar!
Tried several different types of head collar, even though they all work to some degree the dog ends up walking sideways due to the lead being on either the left or right. With the Canny you clip on behind the head so we end up walking normally.
My big puppy pulls like crazy on the lead when not in training with treats, but when I put this collar on him, he was transformed. He wasn’t sure of it at first, but got used to it and walks so calmly on a loose lead, it works like magic. I hope to use it until he gets used to walking on a loose lead without dragging me along. I recommend this to anyone whose dog takes them for a walk.
Bought this as an alternative to a gentle head leader as the back fastening made it easier on my dogs neck, her head wasn’t constantly pulling to one side which made it comfier for her and protected her neck from any muscle strain or injury. Worked well. I would say it stopped her from pulling but it definitely gave me more control and made walks easie

I had a canny collar for my golden retriever when he was young and it worked very well. However, it is better than using the harness and far better for her than using a regular collar.

This collar is amazing our gorgeous butter wouldn’t melt 10 month old Labrador almost impossible to walk due to constantly pulling and jumping around not anymore this collar is a revelation it has transformed our walks easy to use no more am I pulled/dragged along and the jumping about a distant memory.

This collar is a game changer. I have a cocker spaniel that I have tried everything with. Harness, figure of 8, halti….the list goes on. I first put this as directed over her nose and of course she hated it so I use it just around her neck and it then pulls from 2 points either side. I dont know it happens but she doesn’t hardly pull at all. If I go back to just a slip lead she pulls and chokes herself. This has changed our walks to an enjoyable stroll without my arm being yanked out of its socket.
It’s like having a different dog, no more pulling. He walks happily at side of me now, instead of dragging me all over & prev pulling both myself & my hubby over. Easy to use & great value, wish I’d bought one sooner.

Before using the canny collar – it was pretty much impossible to walk our 11 month old Border Collie on the pavement by any busy road. She pulled and went to ground and also lunged at passing cars. Since using the collar this has greatly improved – although still not perfect I can get her to the local park without having to pick her up!
Usuing cany collar in place of figure8 collar. Not sure yet of significant difference as dog still pulling and trying to remove canny collar over the nose. Will continue and review late
This collar is brilliant, I have a rescue dog that was pulling on the lead and has a tendency to react to other dogs when on a regular lead (lead aggression) but is otherwise fine when off lead in the park with dogs, this collar which sits high on the neck behind the ears and has a strap that goes across the nose, after 5 minutes use I was having a perfect walk with my dog, there is no more pulling and if he tries reacting to a passing dog a short pop on the lead and he’s back to normal, can’t recommend it highly enough.
Have had several of these over the years and they always do exactly what they say they are going to. They are a good gentle way of encouraging your dog to stop pulling. I only use mine once a day or when she needs it. They need to be sturdy as initially it can be a bit of a battle to get it on if you have a wriggling puppy like me.
My only comment is that I thought I may be buying a little bit big, but thought she could grow into it – instead it is already on the third hole so only two more to go. When this gets too small I will buy another larger version.
I have a dubble xl bully cross very big and strong got to the point I couldn’t control her this as helping so much
This collar has changed everything. Our standard Poodle would pull me along and rear up to other dogs. Two minutes after putting it on he is walking along by my side on a slack lead and no longer tries to attack every other dog.
You do need to keep a little tension on the lead or the band falls off his nose.
But a remarkable product that has changed our life. From a happy dog and happy parents.

Really impressed with this collar. I’ve used a Halti previously and I’ve never liked how it rides up near the eyes and pulls the head sideways. The Canny Collar doesn’t do either of these and it must be comfortable as there’s no stopping suddenly to try and get it off. I measured her and it fits snug but I’ll get the next size for my other dog as she is borderline on sizes and this size wouldn’t fit her. Definitely worth trying, I’m glad I did!!
Product was a little stiff at first but once broken in my polish lowland sheep dog was well controlled highly recommended produc
This is brilliant, works perfectly for my 30kg Doberman puppy, walks beautifully on the lead and a great help to training.
We really like this product for both our dogs who have always pulled no matter what training we have tried. The head collar fits perfectly and is kind and gentle to use on the dog.
Makes such a difference I can walk him now without injuring my shoulder , he’s a very busy sprinter so a little fiddly to get it on , but once fitted it really helps
I like the canny collar because it’s easy to use my dog responds well also using the canny collar doesn’t rip the dogs fur out as normal half and full checks.
My lab pulled so much on a lead that I was beginning to feel he would never behave. Now he walks like a show dog. Amazing improvement!!!
The quality is great, the price for it is fair but it is a dog collar and not a gentle leader to use for a strong pulling dog. Slips off the nose and needs to be adjusted couple times on the walk. The collar part of it is great and might just used that on its own.

Highly recommended for any dog owner with a dog that pulls on the lead. We found it made an enormous difference. Well worth the money. We bought a size 4 and had to return for a size 3. No issues with return. Smooth process.
