its not the prettiest thing as it sticks out a lot but works very well, i have had a lot of reception problems with other chinese units but this one seems fine, not tested on the road yet but definitely better than my old one.
Fitted straight into my daughters Nissan micra, no need for an adapter, sounds really good even before you play with the settings. As good as any double din stereos, in fact I would say better than my jvc bt one in my car and the kenwood dvd one before it.
No dedicated car play or android auto but screen mirror works just as well, offline maps really handy.
Purposely got one that looks rubbish when you leave the face on as a deterrent to not get nicked, this looks like a goodmans one that just about played cds and who’s face would detatch over some pot holes.
This radio was easy to install, the sat navigation is great, it sounds really good and has lots of features for a really good price. So far so good
After contacting Awesafe, they where and are very helpful. After getting a dab aerial fitted, DAB-Z was awful. Awesafe guided me on installing DAB+, which is 200% better.
Great bit of kit , hands free is very clear ( no need for headphones ) .
