Q: How should I clean my glass dome?

A: All of our glass smoking domes are hand wash only. After a few smokings you make notice the inside of the glass may appear yellowish, this is normal and will come off with a gentle washing. We recommend using a natural dish soap and a soft sponge to clean the inside and outside of the glass, then towel dry or set on a rack to air dry. We recommend cleaning after every 2-3 smokings to keep the glass in perfect condition.

Q: Does the Blow Torch come with butane?

A: No, unfortunately we cannot ship butane fuel with any of our orders. All of our blow torches are use butane gas. We recommend purchasing it at your local hardware store or on amazon.

Q: Should I order wood chips or powder?

A: Wood chips are designed to be used with our cocktail Smoker Kit as they are larger and burn more easily with a blow torch.

Q: What precautions should be taken when using the blow torch?

A:

1. Keep out of reach of children.

2. Keep away from faces of others, self and inflammable articles when using.

3. DO NOT continuously burn over 5 mins.

4. DO NOT touch the nozzle or metal pipe when using.

5. Avoid direct sunshine or placing in a space over 50 degrees celsius.

6. Use only acceptable butane gas.

7. Use safety lock when not in use.

8. When filling the gas if there is gas leakage from the inlet it means that the cylinder is full.
