HAD ONE FOR YEARS BUT FINALLY DIED. BOUGHT ANOTHER AND THIS ONE IS JUST FINE. HAS 10 MOTORS, SEVERAL SELECTIONS AND MODES. VIBRATIONS ARE BEST FOR VARIOUS BACK PAIN.
Bought for my 90 year old dad who has back pain after an hour of having it he called to say he was glad I spent more cause it covered more of his body and had more options than his old one and it was much better quality
I had been looking for a massage seat cushion for a while. My sister bought one of these and told me how she really liked it. I decided to buy one based on her recommendation. The massage seat cushion has helped with my back and shoulder pain.
Bought this as a gift for my grandpa who was having back pain. Turns out people with defibulators can not use these. Something about it having magnets can stop the defibulator. So my mom ended up using it in her office chai
I purchased this massage cushion for my low back pain. I love how you can use it all over your back, all the way to your neck. Also great is the selection of speed and rhythm of the massage. I recommended it to my sister and she bought one too.
The massager has several options to help with pain in multiple areas. The beat option is a nice touch as well.
It is easy to move from chair to chair and also can be used on the bed.
Started to use this chair massager as soon as I got it. Love the different massage and heat features. Am able to customize it so that it soothes the area that hurts the most. I also like the fact that the control has an attached pocket to keep it in when not in use. Seems to be well made. I would suggest that anyone purchase this. I also was impressed at how fast they replied for information when I applied for the warranty.Need to say that after only a couple of days, there is a high pitched noise made when I start the chair massager. It goes away after a couple of seconds but is annoying at the beginning.
I’ve owned chair massagers for decades, this is one of the best and most durable and effective massagers that I’ve had. I am very pleased and I’m very picky. Much better product than Homedics.

I love this massaging seat cushion! 3 speed variables, neck, upper & lower back and seat zones. Multiple stimuli patterns to choose from with or without Heat!! It has straps on the back to help it stay onto a chair but they weren’t needed. The non slip surface on the back side was more than ample enough. Oh, and the front is so plush and soft! I’m a hairdresser and after hard day at work,I’d forgotten this was arriving today. It came around 740p.m. I used it played around with the settings and relaxed so much I fell asleep in the chair sitting up,not even in a recliner! I have a horrible time falling asleep due to pain. This did the trick! We were in bed by 830! I’m only up now because hubs low bloodsugar alert went off. I’m going to go relax on my new best friend the Massage Chair Cushion for a few minutes and crawl back in bed! Best purchase I’ve made In a long time! You won’t regret this buy!
Comfier is a great company to deal with! I had an issue that they immediately corrected without hesitation. I like the cushion. I got it for the heat, which has been wonderful for my back. Before getting it I was heating and reheating a rice bag in the microwave all the time. This totally eliminates that. The heat is even and consistent. And just the right amount for me. I haven’t tried the massage functions. Many thanks to Comfier for caring about their customers and wanting to please them. Definitely recommend them.

I bought this for when we travel but, we tried it out when received it and now it’s in the recliner! The cushion will be great as we travel as well!!! The product is easy to use and has a very soft covering. Great product and seller made it very easy to sign up for the warranty.
Kneading massagers have been too harsh for me. The vibrations from this seat cover are more suitable. This equipment is good, the fabric is soft. The vibration units themselves are a little prominent, bulges that can be uncomfortable, you’ll want to take the cover off when not using, not leave it on the chair.
There are a number of modes, and you can select which of the four areas to vibrate (neck, upper back, lower back, seat). You can have the modes operating and restrict to specific areas, which is a shame. I’d like to have only had the seat and lower back operating, but have different modes available.
I have had a herniated disc for the last 2 years and with Covid enforcing a Work-From-Home standard, I have had to become creative with my seating arrangements. For the most part, 4-5 hours has been the most I could endure before having to move the office to my bed. However, this seat cover has helped dramatically with this, not only have I managed 8 hours but there far less pain afterwards. It doesnt eliminate the pain completely but for the back pain sufferers, youll agree that any slight improvement is worth taking and I was suprised at how much this helped. AND! I can use it in the car!
The chair cover is comfortable and really easy to use. I wont dig into more than that since its pretty much self explanatory. If anybody with back pain is looking at this, I feel its worth the purchase.
I use it almost daily. Only thing is it is uncomfortable when not in use, otherwise works really good
This massage chair is comfy, easy to use. I like that it has two heat pads and that it massages down both sides of the body instead of just the middle, the remote control could do with the wire being a little bit longer.

The heat and vibration were good for relieving my back and hamstring pain enough so that I could fall asleep. My only complaint is that it needs more cushioning. Not comfortable until you start the vibration and heat.

I got massage cushion for back pain. Find that it is best used in bed vs chair. Also would be better if the massage was a little stronger.
Arrived in good condition, was expecting something a little different but still helps with neck and lower back when sitting too long in office chair. The heating is great!
This item was exactly as advertised. It isn’t a massager it is a vibrator and the different variations of how it vibrates kinda makes it feel like a massager. I bought it for my 89 year old dad that has back, neck and shoulder problems. He says he loves it. It doesn’t take his pain away but it feels good on his “old bones” (his words not mine). It fits into his chair which is oversized. We had to add a strap to hold it in place so it would be in the same place every time but once we did that it has been perfect for him. I would buy it again.
It is what I wanted, to a degree. Heat and massage is great. But, if you aren’t using it, it is very uncomfortable to sit on. This causes me to constantly be taking it on and off the chair. At first I was rolling it up but was afraid to ruin the wires within so now just fold it and set it next to the chair. Doesn’t look nice at all. I am going through chemo and wanted something for my bad week after my therapy. It has helped somewhat and is comforting. But if I want to just sit in my recliner and watch tv during the day all those big motors or whatever are a real pain. I wish I didn’t have to take it on and off all the time. I also think they should make the back straps have velcro fasteners so they can easily fit recliners or other chairs with higher backs than a standard desk chair.
Purchased in December as a Xmas gift, by February the back heat function no longer works. Waste of money

Absolutely brilliant, the heat is almost instant and lasts a good while. I couldn’t drive without it. It’s invaluable.
Only had the product a few days and I’ve put it in the car. The motors for the massage are strong enough to leave you numb (when dialed up to max, less aggressive settings are available) and the heated components reach a good temperature. Motor placement seems good but the neck motors don’t really reach my neck thanks to the contour of the car seat.
There are a couple minor improvements that could be made. The pocket that holds the remote has some velcro to close it and secure the remote in the pocket however this can’t be opened one handed. As it’s on the right hand side in the car, you’d need to take both hands off the wheel to retrieve the remote if you were driving. I’ll be removing the velcro from mine. Obviously, this is not a problem if you use this in the home.
The other is the remote. It offers excellent control but if you want to turn on the heated seat, back and three of the motor clusters on full time, it’s six button presses. It’d be nice to have an “everything on full” button. It also doesn’t remember the setting from the last time it was switched on.
These are minor quibbles and more suggestions for improvements. The product seems well made, is comfortable and works well. As for durability, mine came with a two year warranty which leaves me hopeful but only time will tell.
The product arrived timely with no issues regarding delivery. Unfortunately there was an issue with a specific section of the seat cushions vibrator that caused a very loud squeal. The Seller was communicative, attempted to resolve the issue, and in the end issued a refund when the issue could not be resolved. They have been kind, and willing to work above and beyond to resolve the issue which really stands out. This is an excellent example of customer service and care. I wish the issue didn’t exist with the product but they left me with the feeling that they are taking the information I provided them about it seriously and are going to address it internally. I would not hesitate to purchase from the seller again as product issues happen and it’s how it’s handled that is important. The seller gets 5 stars for service, the product needs to be fixed before it can get top scores.
This product is excellent quality and was delighted to see that it fitted a seat perfectly and can be plugged into my car also. The remote give a very hood variation of massages and I can concentrate on a specific area if needs be. It’s relaxing massage but may not be suitable if you suffer severe back pain as it’s very mild massages
I bought this for my girlfriend to help with back pain during pregnancy.
Has been amazing so far. Lots of different mods to use it,the heating setting works great too.
We even use it in the car, easy plug into the lighter socket. Makes long drives so much better.

My husband encouraged me to purchase a massage seat cushion to help relieve the pain caused by arthritis in my back and shoulders. After returning several seat cushions to local retail stores, I was reluctant to waste my money and time on another one.
However, I read so many fantastic reviews on the Comfier Massage Seat Cushion that I decided to give it a try. I have to say that the Comfier Massage Seat Cushion does exactly what they advertise. After the first use, the pain in my shoulders and back was better, and I was busy telling my family and friends all about the Comfier Massage Seat Cushion.
To sum this up, the Comfier Massage Seat Cushion is easy to use, setting up the warranty was unbelievably simple, and the customer service has been exceptional so far.
The massager was very good but the heating element could be a little bit warmer.
I bought this for the seat warming aspect. I wanted my mom to be cozy in her office chair. I tried it out before giving it to her and liked how warm the seat got, but there are square plastic pieces that vibrate to massage that were under my thighs that were a little uncomfortable when not in use.
I suffer with my back and when I need pain relief this works brilliantly. I wish the settings would last a bit longer before going off. All in all a very good buy
Bought the item for my Mum who has a bad back. She loves it. It’s easy to use, the remote is clear and simple and even using the mat on a soft surface (armchair) she said that the massage is deep and soothing.
Comfortable to use and effective. Prefer the vibration massage to the hard artificial fingers that are used in some products.
Would definitely recommend.
