Really good all around, very worth it. One function was faulty, the massager got stuck in the lower back area and couldn’t get back up higher. Customer service are in the process of solving this for me, seems to be going well and not slowly so far!

It’s perfectly good for tall person. For shorter person neck massage will be impossible it has limited height adjustment. For tall person it’s amazing and it’s massage will make you relax

Our old massage pad stopped working due to age and we were in need of a new one.
I really wanted a pad that could also treat my neck, this chair does a fabulous job. The neck massage is very firm and also can be used for the tops of the shoulders. The chair pad needed to be useful for both myself and my wife (who is only 5 feet tall), but due to the adjustable neck massager this pad suits us both. The back massage is effective at releasing tension. I wasn’t quite sure about the air massage feature, but now I have used it I find it very relaxing.
The pad looks very smart in its different shades of grey and I’m happy to leave it on the chair in at all times as it doesn’t look untidy.
We have used the chair every day for 2 weeks now; and I have found I am not needing to use my hand held massager, as often as before, thanks to the chair working out the knots in my neck and shoulders effectively.
Got this for my wife for Christmas and I can honestly say it is now the most used appliance in the house. It is very solid and we’ll built, very powerful and robust and able to get deeply in the places it needs to. The spot feature is particularly helpful as you can isolate problem areas. The solid back board makes it suitable for most types of seats, which was a concern for me at the outset.
The high price tag on this item was a barrier for me when considering which of the many products to chose from in this space, but it after it arrived the quality of the materials as well as the motors exceeded my expectations. There is some mechanical noise but it is not enough to detract from the experience and is actually quite soothing strangely.
Overall very happy and with an above average build it has not trouble delivering the power needed to get into those sore muscles. Very happy and would recommend.

Was a bit jubious at buying this but I am so glad I did has done wonders for my back/neck ache and so easy to put back in the box out the way.
Still getting used to it which is mainly why I’ve dropped one star, plus I would have liked it to reach the higher and lower down the back .
That said, I like it overall, especially the air cushions.
I find it works better on my computer chair than on my couch as I can position my head and neck easier so managing the pressure.
So far I’ve settled in the auto function as my 1st choice. The spot function stays on one spot either on the neck or mid back, no choice. The heat function is quite low, so I’ve not felt much benefit from that.
Needs tweaking (full back, improved heat and spot function) to get 5 stars from me.
It’s very therapeutic, the rollers do a great job of targetting the spine and neck and the device is easily adjusted with different massage modes and the ability to turn on and off the heat.
Price is a little high but despite that I like it so much I really don’t grudge the cost, you can return within 30 days if your not happy too.

So many options, my favourite option is SPOT that allows manual targeting of specific areas of the back. The shiatsu massage rhtym is devine and the neck massager unknots those shoulders in no time. The air cushions makes the chair feel alive. So happy I bought it.
I only own it for a short period of time but I’m happy with everything about this product.
I can’t tell the benefits as I can’t see any medical improvement since I’m using it.
I personally ummed and ahhed over this for what felt like ages, mostly as i didn’t know the make and some reviews were a little off putting for the high cost. I finally figured what could i lose?! If it was awful i would return it but thankfully it isn’t and my Husband is so so happy.
I bought this for my Husband as a Christmas gift, the working from home at an inappropriate work station and seat for the last year has taken its toll on his aging body. I spent a good while looking at all the different ones which was mind numbing but needed as after comparing with loads this kept coming out on top even against the homedics range.
I needed something that would help the pain he has in his bum cheeks as it’s crippling him after an 8 hour desk day. The sciatica is real sadly.
Amazon delivered it on time as scheduled and the chair was in a decent handled box inside a strong cardboard outer for delivery and protection. I opened the internal packaging and lifted the chair out, mine was perfectly packaged and was not used like some other reviews mention. This is heavy when lifting so bend those knees people!
The chair can fit on any chair as it has a rigid back, i was concerned as i don’t have high computer chairs or armchairs but it worked perfectly on a normal size dining room chair. There are straps on the back to help hold it onto a chair but I’ve not used them as yet.
The box also houses the power cable, instructions and warranty card which offers 2 years free cover.
So today he tried it and honestly it was absolutely worth every penny to see the happiness and pleasure on his face, he even sounded a little too excited at some points i considered moving the kids outside the room!
There were no knocking sounds when in shiatsu mode, the heat was fab and the vibrations just right. The best bit that sold it for me was the areas at the sides that inflate. These squeeze and massage all the right places for him and his sciatica that the other chairs just didn’t offer.
He’s still getting used to the controls and the settings but so far for day one we are both super pleased.
I’d recommend completely and think that some of the negative reviews were possibly just very unlucky which is a shame.
Wow this massager is amazing.
I have only had the massage chair for a few days but oh my gosh I could not now live without it! It is a sturdy and very well made piece of kit with extremely easy to use remote control.
I really really like it, it’s so comfortable and easy to move as it is portable, you can put on any chair.
The Shiatsu seat does not make a great deal of noise when in use so you can use it whilst watching tv or just relaxing. You can use it pretty much anywhere although I prefer on a harder seat with the Shiatsu seat strapped in rather than on a soft seat like a sofa
I paid a very reasonable 160 for this portable one and so far I’m very impressed with it. Unlike the one in the mall, this comes with its own good quality remote which controls all sorts of individual functions. I’m not going to list them all here as they’re all highlighted in the product details but suffice to say, they all seem to be doing what they’re supposed to and doing it well.
It’s powered by electricity with it’s own standard UK 3 pin plug. I like how it’s quiet in use and there is no sign of overheating anywhere. The air massagers are a favourite of mine.
There are so many buttons on the remote I was a little taken aback but after an initial play around, it’s very easy to use and control. I find the heat function is beautiful in use and that, coupled with a foot spa on your feet makes for bliss while watching the tv.
I find it to be so comfortable in use and it actually aids my lower back pain.
In my opinion it’s a top quality, well designed, portable massager that sits easily on most chairs and I have no hesitation recommending it particularly if you are of average height.

I was hoping to use the seat on my high back computer chair and leave it permanently attached, but it didn’t feel comfortable enough, so I moved it to my lounge easy chair and it felt much better.
I am 5ft 7in (170cm) and it fits me perfectly and I am able to adjust the neck height to get it to the perfect position.
It does feel a bit fierce on the upper back area, so I use a small cushion to help with this but the lower back feels just right.
The inflating air bags are a useful addition and add to the feeling of comfort.
Overall I would definitely recommend this massage seat as it leaves you feeling very calm and relaxed.

15mins of massage hot bath or shower everyday after a whole day sitting in front of computer desk definitely helps to reduce a lot of the muscle stress at my back and give me better and deeper sleep. Might consider to make the neck massage position adjustable. Not it is more like head massage for a shorty like me, although it also feels good as head massage though.
Quite heavy to move around as I can’t keep it on my chair. however it does give a good massage.
It did not disappoint! I inherited a particularly long back from my fathers side and have had pain for a long time with it. This doesn’t fix the core issue but it’s fantastic after a long day! I found the auto mode is best to just let it do it’s thing.

It won’t cure severe problems, but it certainly helps those occasions when you need a massage. Found the chair easy to use.
My wife unfortunately had a major stroke in January. This product is excellent in every way and is providing her with a much required massage 3 times a day and aiding her recovery. The seat has a multitude of options giving a gentle or very deep massage either all over or specific areas off choice. So so happy I purchased this product.

It has most of the standard designs that come with massagers of this type — but I personally think that the most stand out and unique feature of this massager are the inflating ‘wings’ that provide a relieving squeeze to your waist and rear area.
Here are some of the other feature highlights:
* It has a useful automatic stop feature that is fixed to about 15 mins (which is recommended) to help prevent overuse, but for me a second session does the job — I’ve even found myself drifting to sleep on some sessions, of which is testament to its effectiveness!
* By using the corded remote you have the option of either having a ‘bespoke’ session offering full control of the features — or my personal favourite being the ‘Auto’ option (heat turned on) and letting the massager showcase all the features in an orchestrated fashion! I especially like the part where the waist ‘wings’ and back rollers work together to provide a firm and satisfying knead up my back!
One tip to share is that you may find that the back rollers may not target the top region of your back — I’ve achieved this by setting the neck rollers to its lowest height where for my height (5′ 9) I’m able to target the trapezius muscles of my back — alleviating an area that tends to get strained due to spending hours working at a desk.
All in all I’m completely satisfied with choosing this type of massager, and using it in conjunction with a foot spa has been complete bliss– well done Comfier!
Absolutely fantastic and well worth the money.
To be honest I was going to buy the full chair but decided to buy this instead for the office chair, due to length of time I sit in the chair. Its comfy to sit on and good for posture and the minute I feel as though I want a massage I just switch it on. Well worth the money. could not live with out it.
Absolutely The Best Out There Does More Than I Expected Magnifice
Recently Ive been more up and about but this has proven quite painful. So, with covid on the rip and not feeling confident about going somewhere for treatment at the moment I decided instead to try a massage chair. Im very glad I did.
SInce I started using it a few weeks ago my back and pain/stiffness has been ironed out and Im not using the grabber so much as Im mostly able to reach down now. Im also not in pain all the time anymore from being so confined for so many years.
There are a lot of options on this chair and the spot massage setting that lets you control where you are massaged has been the extremely beneficial. Its meant I can focus on the lower back which is where a lot of my pain comes from. Other options include vibration, roller or shiatsu and compression. Theres also an option to combine all of them at once which has been extremely helpful to me.
Im really happy to recommend this chair. Its been very good to me so far. 6 Stars if I could.

This is an amazing product, I suffer back pain at the top and bottom of my spine, this massager helps immensely and is quite strong, which I prefer. I love the amount of different settings to focus on a particular area. The only downside is that I’m quite small, 5’2, and so it’s not easy to get the top of my shoulders, however, I usually place a couple of cushions under my bum and it raises me up enough
Love this chair – I use the massager to help with lower-back and also neck pains from sitting at a desk for many hours, daily. It is strong enough to reach the parts needed but also enables lighter action by permitting personal movement around the massage heads. The air pockets mean minimum personal effort is needed in moving to gain relief – in fact at the beginning I used the manual controls, but now I just switch on auto and relax…

After using this back massager I got instant relief. After using about 6 times my back tension and pain had almost gone completely. It appears to have completely realigned my back and I feel my posture has improved. I would thoroughly recommend this item.

I love the quality of the materials it’s made of as it looks and feels expensive. The number of functions and the additional air pressure definitely makes a difference! The neck and shoulder massage option is incredible and so helpful if you like me suffer from neck and shoulder pain. It’s also adjustable so works both for me (5’2 and my husband who is 6).
I honestly have no negative things to say about it and I was very pleasantly surprised just how good it was.
If you are considering a cheaper options (I tried a cheaper version at a friend’s place some time ago) and the difference is huge.

This product is really great. Due to lockdown, I have been unable to get my monthly massage, this product is helping me deal with this and cope with the pain. It’s really powerful and gets right into the muscle. Not quite like the real thing but close enough. I would recommend it.
