Im very happy with my purchase. I bought for my husband as he has back ache since couple of years. He loves it. He is using twice a day. It’s very comfortable and handy to use chair or sofa.
Like most of it, neck could be a lille wider. great for me present from husband,too hard for him.

The whole family is using this to rid the back of knots and pains. The great thing is you can adjust the head/neck massager in height, so it adjusts perfectly from kids to adults in our family. The pressure can me quite strong on the back but we all enjoy that. The air massage is a wonderful addition and feels very nice!
Everyone is loving it. My partner was very sceptical at first but has grown to love it within a few days. She suffers from arthritic pains in lower back and so this has been a god send. Kids enjoying it too. Money well spent!
I have low back pain from sitting all day, and this purchase is one of a few purchases I’ve made the past few months to combat it.
The real benefit of this chair for me is the air bags that inflate under the glutes and around the low back. The glute airbags keep me moving in my seat which relieves pressure and the low back airbags support my back like literally no other product. The only time i am more comfortable than in this chair is when lying down.
You should avoid using the shiatsu massager too much at first as it does lead to bruising.
But yeah. This product is incredible, well worth every penny.

I suffer from a back problem. I’m glad the Comfier does the job, the shiatsu ball rolling up and down which cover all the area from neck, shoulder and back. Both vibration and heating.
I love this chair. I particularly like the spot massage with rolling motion. The air bags are terrific too. It sorted out pulled muscles in my vback within a couple of days. I am delighted!
The product is extremely well made and feels very ‘premium’. You can use the massager straight out the box, which means there is no messing around with putting parts together etc. The air cushion function is excellent at keeping you in position and helping the rollers to targets the specific areas around the back and neck. The rollers themselves are effective; I would say though that based on the intensity level, the massager is more for relaxing than heavy pain relief. It does help loosen muscles so there is some relief and additional comfort. Highly recommended product at a good price point.
Whilst I couldn’t go and see a chiropractor or masseuse during first lockdown my back was verging on locking up completely. Its fair to say this chair saved my back, my livelihood and therefore possibly my life! Im a gardener, my back goes, i cant work. Its paid for itself 5 times over. I use it pretty much every day and my back has never felt better
The only downside and this is a small thing, im short, this is built for someone slightly taller. That said you can work round it by using a cushio

I read reviews before deciding to buy and am so pleased with this massager. This is a well built and robust massager. I like the various settings and the fact that, if I wanted to, I could use it lying down. Both my husband and I have found the massager helps with back pain and is relaxing. Comes with a 2 year warranty too.
I’m using this massager almost every day and it is great. Puts enough pressure on your back and neck. I’m 162cm tall so for neck massage I need to seet on two pillows 😉 but that is not a problem at all. Remote is very easy to use and overall quality is amazing. I’m very happy that I finally made that decision of buying this massager.

Got it for my partner for Christmas who suffers with hemochromatosis which results in him being achy all the time. He loves this, simples to use, really effective compared to the more expensive massage chairs you can buy and can use it pretty much anywhere. I also use it for my shoulders and neck and really helps release tension when I get a migraine

Very good product I bought it for my wife as she suffers from back pain within a week of use her back pain had improved immensely and with continued use has gone completely I also use it myself and find it very good for reliving aches and pains.

This is a genuine review and my first one on Amazon.
I can’t use it directly, it’s too strong and hurts me, so I lay this down on the sofa with the head end resting on the arm of the sofa. Then I put a double duvet on it, half over it, then i lay on it and fold the other half over me. it means that the massage is softer ( through the duvet ) and if I fall asleep because it’s so nice…. ahhh….. then I am under the duvet and don’t get cold. The “air squeeze” function is pure bliss. It sort of cradles you, while the massager deals with your pain. Honestly, it restored my legs. I did not need to return this simply because of the duvet. A piece of memory foam topper cut to shape might work too, anything to soften the massage, if, like me, you are a bit sensitive.
Ease of set up. Unboxed and on in 5 mins. Stand at 5″2 and hits the right places. Main pain point being back of shoulder blades. Control is so simple to use and attached to massager with a handy pocket on the side. The structure is stiff and won’t really lie flat so upright only.
Spent a few weeks searching online for one of these and finally settled on this as was complete with all the functions I wanted l, also was curious about the air compressions – it feels good. Overall pleased with this buy & recommended to a couple of fiends who have also gone on to purchase same.

Received the comfier massage chair three days ago and have used it everyday since receiving it and I have to say that for the relatively low cost, the amount of features and effectiveness are brilliant, especially when you compare it to massage chairs costing thousands. It can be painful to use to start off with – this is no different to getting a sports massage done, for example, but after a few uses I have got used to it and it just shows how tight the muscles were in my back, neck and shoulders.
I fully intend to continue using the product at least once a day as the pain I was suffering in my back and shoulders has significantly reduced and that is only after using it three times.
Overall, highly recommended.

I have been using the massage chair for a week now and have noticed a huge difference. I suffer from TMJ disorder and have chronic neck and back pain. In only a few days I managed to reduce my painkillers.
It’s really easy to target different areas, you can have it focus on one pain point or have a general all over massage. You can raise and lower the neck nodules so you can get different parts of your neck or shoulders.
The warming function is lovely for working from home in this colder weather too!
The chair cushion fits onto various chairs, although it’s not something you could sit on all day due to the nodules in the back so you’d need to move it if used on a desk chair.
It’s incredible to believe that there are so many options built into this chair but there is likely to be a massage option for everyone. The automatic feature is great but having manual control over what area of your back you want to concentrate on is better. As I am below average size, the electronic adjustment of the neck massager is important and being able to swiftly alter this position when my (taller) partner wishes to use it at the touch of a button on the remote is really helpful.
It appears very robust, the main back support being a solid plastic contributing to this. Comfort-wise, the chair lacks the ability to ‘turn-down’ the force of the massage, which might be troublesome (or perhaps even painful) to some. As suggested in the very brief manual, this can be overcome by placing something like a folded towel or pillob between the massager nodes and yourself.
Whilst it doesn’t cater for everything a professional therapist is capable of, (and, of course, should not replace for serious back and neck pain), and will not suit those looking for shoulder pain relief, this is a really brilliant piece of kit and I look forward to relieving my back and neck aches and pains at the throw of a switch/press of a button.
Absolutely amazing, the massage element of this works really well. I have back issues and recently put my back out. I was in a lot of pain and thought I would try this. So pleased I did, not only did the massage function really help. Heat separate from vibration is great feature. Enjoy using it!

I bought this as a gift and it has been excellent. It is a bit heavy and other than that great.

What a product. Does exactly what I says, so easy to use with the remote. Plenty of different functions and massage combinations. Air compression is a nice touch too, give it 5 minutes on the chair and it feels as if there is someone giving you a full back and shoulder massage. Definitely recommend and with 2 year warranty as standard.

I am very happy for this massage seat, I just get it for2 days, hope it will last for a long time. The air pump up in both side pads to tighten the body while massaging is amazing. It is easy to use, very comfy .
I’ve actually bought an other product and cancel the purchase because after more research I’ve found that most of the other products just vibrates so wouldn’t call them “massager”. This product really does massage you. Quality is very good. Overall is a great product.
I’m not really sure what can I write what has not been written before. Chair is great. Shiatsu mode is kind of overwhelming at the beginning but just give it a few minutes and you will see that is fantastic.
You can’t really hit shoulders with back massager. I solved it by using neck massager. I can lower it to a point that it will perfectly hit that spot.
Overall, it is a great product, a little bit expensive for EU so I would wait with buying for promotion.

The settings are all pretty good, it takes a while to figure out the best combo for yourself but I really like that you can adjust a lot of things.
Only the vibrating seat is very irritating for me, it just makes me feel like I need to go to the bathroom so I don’t use it.
After about a week of daily use I could already feel my muscles losen up a bit!
Got for my mum who has sciatica and she finds it easing the pain, less stiff thankfully. My dad who has arthritis also get releif of it. Really easy to use, so much so I’ve to get another fir my missus.

I suffer with backpain on and off and it always plays up in the winter. I found that this massage chair helps a lot. Lots of various settings to those from and the heated back is a gods send. 15 mins when I get home from work and I feel good again.
Whilst only having just bought this, I have used it a few times and have been impressed with the effectiveness of the product helping to relieve some of the chronic back and hip pain I suffer from. I have found the product works best on my living room armchair as it better enables me to lean back into the massager. in order to get the massager to focus on areas it does not automatically reach (eg top of shoulders) some slight bodily adjustment makes this relatively easy to achieve. I bought this massager whilst it was on offer but having now used it woukd suggest that it is worth purchasing at its full price!

This product had beaten expectations. Historically, these have been weak with little impact. The functionality allows for your programme to be targetted which allows for pain relief in key areas.

I actually wasn’t expecting it to be so good. It is straightforward to use and there are a lot of different functions that you can use. It is quiet and there are no weird noises. The air feature is great and the heating is a plus.

I have suffered lower back problems for a number of years and have utilised the services of varying massage therapists to provide some relief.
With Covid 19 these services are now scarce so I thought to give the Comfier Massager a try and I am very glad I did.
It can be set up instantly with minimum fuss and operating instructions are easy and simple to follow and in no time I was able to receive the type of back and neck massage that I had been used to receiving.
The adjustment of settings is so simple that during the period of the massage different settings can be used to vary the form of treatment you get at any time.
The instructions advise periods no longer than 15 minutes per session, and after 15 minutes the timer cuts in and shuts the massager down. I think this is a very good feature as later on if one wishes you can have another 15 minute session. However the instructions advise one not to use the massager more than 3 times in a day which I think is sensible advice.
Irate this equipment first rate and 5 stars all the way.

This deserves nothing less than five stars. I’m a 6ft 1 male who really enjoyed deep tissue massage. This relievers upper, lower back and neck pain with ease. Lots of useful features. Well built and sturdy, feels luxury and I use it daily. Has really made a difference.
After few days of using it I can say its definitely loosening up muscles which I was looking forward after long day at work.
However I have severe traped nerve in my back and dont think it will help a lot with this issue. I am in progress of testing it. After first day I had bruises on my back ,but I do bruise easly after normal massage too,so it’s not an indicator.
Not sure if air option make any difference other than cool gadget.
So fare I am happy with my new “tool”. Keep in mind :you do need comfortable armchair to strap it and secure it .
I am normally not a reviewer but this product is just awesome, talk about rollers moving, thinkness of seat, air pressure pad which massages side of your body and the pressure on the roller is just perfect.
On top of it two mode of massage, heat and vibration features are add-ons. My whole family – 2 adults and 2 kids all enjoy this chair at least once or twice in a day.

I’ve tried a different massage chair before that had more kneading strength than the rest but I guess that was the reason why it wasn’t as effective – it inflicted more pain than alleviating pain. The Comfier is just the best – the rollers are spot on (for a person my height just add a pillow under your bum. perfect); the warmth on the rollers is a plus but the thing I am so amazed with are the therapeutic effect the balloons that hugs both your side and legs. Been using it everyday after workout and my recovery has never been this good. This machine is simply amazing!
Bought for back pain. Tried it once and it’s been okay so far.
Delivered on time in very good condition. Worked straight out of the box, very user friendly. Used on a bad back which improved with use over several days. I would suggest several short periods of treatment and rest after use. Would recommend and have already recommended the massager to several friends.

Honestly the best chair massager I’ve ever had. My partner has a really bad back, and I’m constantly having to rub and elbow his back, so I bought this to lessen my load, and I havent had to do one bit of massaging. Its lovely and highly recommend.
It is very well packaged in a stylish box so would make an excellent gift for the lucky recipient. It is quite heavy so that’s something to consider if you live alone and need to move it through the house to place on your chair. It comes with the charger lead and instruction manual with clear instructions for use. I’m being picky here but I would’ve liked some explanation about the different modes although it was great fun trying them all out.
Straight out the box you can see that it is a premium product – they haven’t scrimped on the materials. It feels and looks “expensive”.
It has 3 automatic programs that you can leave to do its thing, but you can also adjust the setting of the air compression during the program. I had to put the the air compression on the lowest setting or it would kind of push me forward too much so that the shiatsu balls didn’t have the same effect, although that is probably because I am on the larger side – I assume this probably wouldn’t be the case for a smaller person.
The heat is gentle but enough to warm one’s muscles enough for the massger to have the desired effect. The shiatsu massage is pretty firm for a chair massager and is particularly good for thoracic part of one’s back up to the shoulder blades. I can totally see why some of the taller reviewers (I’m only 5’3) were less blown away by it – there are no rollers between the bottom of the shoulder blades and neck which is a shame. The neck massager is very firm so this would be particularly good if you experience neck pain. The rolling massage is more gentle but still effective. It might be the chair I am using it on but I don’t feel like the lumbar massage is as firm as the thoracic one.
I was really impressed with the air compression, particularly underneath one’s thighs and this takes the chair to a whole new level.
If you are under 5’10 and are considering buying a chair massager, I would definitely recommend paying a little extra and buying this for the air compression alone – it’s great!

I’m a full time developer, I spend most of the day in my chair and sometimes my posture isn’t right, which give me terrible back discomfort, this massage pad works amazing, simply turn on the heat and massage, it will quickly ease any discomfort. Works great for a short break from work, and fits in chair as well as sofa.
The best neck and back massager so far! But I have only used it for two days. It is not quiet, the noise really affects your peaceful mind when you try to relax. I’ll give more feedback later.
Bought the massager last wk and am already enjoying the benefits. After 12hr shift I used to get severe backache now after every other day back and neck massage the pains and stiffness are gone. I highly recommend this product.
