Only used once as too light during summer. When I did use late at night to test, great picture and very easy to set up. Held wifi very well
This is such a good projector it’s totally changed how I watch content. While it does struggle with daylight i think the price more than makes up for that. While the speaker lacks some definition it’s loud enough for most rooms. The bluetooth tends to go out of sync but it works perfectly using a wired connection to my Bluetooth speaker. The picture is very clear and the colours are Bright. Overall it’s not perfect but for 90 it’s 1080p native, looks amazing and a hard wired speaker fixes the Bluetooth and sound quality issues. Will definitely be recommending to friends.
Very satisfied with this projector. It’s is native 1080p (unlike the previous projector I bought, which misleading advertised itself as 1080p but was not) so great picture resolution quality. Brightness wise, I’m happy with it – I works great in a dark room at night and even during the day with curtains closed it works very well. Comes with a little bag so you can carry it to you can take it with you on holiday for movie nights in. All in all one very satisfied customer!

Wasn’t expecting to be blown away but its not too bad. Pretty basic and don’t think its truly 4k but at the pricepoint its fine for watching films and stuff. I wish they would pack a longer power lead with these things. Its always a problem. I would recommend this if you are on a budget or for watching films. I wanted a projector to use outside in the evening for movie nights and sports events . After looking at what felt like hundreds, all with conflicting reviews this little beauty popped up in my email from Amazon, usual price was 180 but masivrly discounted down to 69.99 after applying voucher. For the money this is a brilliant piece of kit and I’m usually quite fussy with my tech. Yes it’s no good in bright daylight but come dusk onwards this projector is more than adequate . I watched the Womens Euro semi final and it was great. Even the sound isn’t too bad although I will run it through a seperate speaker system next time. Set up was a doddle and it comes with a nice storage case.
Some of the other reviews complained about the unit getting hot but mine was only slightly warm after about 2hours use . There were also complaints about the noise, but again nothing that I would call intrusive. At the end of the day it’s a cheap projector for outdoor fun and for the money it’s an absolute bargain . Buy one now it’s a no brainer.

During lockdown we had a 60 projector for family movie nights, and while it filled a need during that time I always wanted to upgrade to something a bit better. This projector, albeit, an unheard of brand from the far East, has definitely surpassed my expectations in terms of picture quality and brightness. I’m well aware there is far better and more advanced out there but this guy does what I need it to. I have it in a garden Room that’s 3m by 2m. We have a Robi pull down screen that covers the entire 2m width wall from floor to ceiling. The projector is located at the opposite 2m wall, so it’s roughly 3m away and the quality is perfect. I use an Amazon Firestick 4k with it to stream movies and sports and I use a Bose speaker for the sound. The inbuilt speaker is louder but lacks the bass tones my Bose speaker has. I could easily go without the Bose speaker if I had to because the sound quality is good. Brightness gets better the closer the projector is to the screen but size of the projection is lost. I have this setup to enable the family movie nights to continue at home as a treat for us on a rainy night. Would fairly recommend this projector to any family looking to add some extra means of entertainment to the mix
Exceeds our expectations, genuinely very good. Best used is a dark environment. We use in the house at about 80inches and outside in the garden on the side of a garage. We actually chose to project slightly over the prescribed maximum 5.2m throw distance (‘projection’) and projected at 6.1m which worked out just dandy.
Considering the price of this projector the quality is very good. It is even possible to have a viewable image with a normal ambient light (see picture). Only negative points that I found so far is that the fan is a bit loud, and that the fire stick remote cannot control the projector.
It’s a bit daunting choosing a projector, but this one really is excellent with a bright and sharp 1080p picture that can be seen in a room that isn’t completely dark and plenty of functionality. Before I got it, I hadn’t realised that you can simply plug a Chromecast into one of the 2 HDMI ports and start casting Netflix, etc. – even a browser tab from a computer. The tiny remote works even when pointing away from the projector, i.e. pointed towards the surface you’re projecting onto.
The USB port allows video files to be played easily and the audio port means I don’t have to rely on a Bluetooth speaker (which is okay but interferes with Wi-Fi). The fan is moderately loud but not excessively so. The menu system is clunky but works perfectly well. It’s a bit annoying that it constantly forgets to enable subtitles… but the fact that I can project a video with subtitles right across the width of my 3 wardrobes (from the back of the room) is pretty amazing to begin with!

I love this projector. It is really easy to setup for both sound and vision. However, you will need a proper screen to see images acceptably and you will need to block out any sunlight. Unlike a television screen, a projector such as this is severely impacted by ambient light. But when used in a room with black-out curtains, or at night, it is absolutely superb!
The fact that it also picks up the computer audio without any direct setting changes is also really great.
At this price, this is an amazing item, but you do need to buy a decent screen to project on to. I also wouldn’t go above 60″ as brightness drops off rapidly beyond this. But at 60″ it is superb and you would have to pay 4 times the price of this projector and screen to get a cheap (probably bad) 60″ television.
Surprised by the picture quality, very good value for money
Other projectors I’ve used before have had poor picture quality and limited connections (usually laptop only) so I was really excited for this one and I am blown away by how good it is. It comes with a HDMI cable and AV cables as well as a padded carry case to store it all in.
The picture quality and inbuilt speakers are so clear and strong regardless of distance. There are so many connection ports and you can even screen share with your phone which is amazing when wanting to watch Netflix etc. We have used it so much we have since purchased a screen to project onto so we can use it in the garden on summer evenings with our family and friends.

I tested this with the assistance of my son. We tried it with his PS5 and it worked fantastically. Everything looks really well made, of good materials. Remote is simple but enough.
Used this at my daughter’s 40th birthday to show her growing up pictures in fairly brightly lit pub room using small (100mm) tripod.
Good picture quality and it survived the tripod falling/being knocked over a few times, good old leds!
Would advise anyone looking at this sort of projector to check brightness as cheaper ones would not have been bright enough.

High brightness, very clear picture, the fan is a little loud but it’s a big unit, the sound is really clear, there is a multitude of ports for all instances
Provided is all the cables and has a great remote control to use the functionality of the on screen UI, included is a handy Carry case that encompasses the unit, cables and any other usb stick / SD card drives
You need to just remember that if you want to cast Netflix it’s best to use a Fire stick, Chromecast or apple TV as these projectors don’t have the codecs to just cast these straight to the device

I was able to connect my iOS devices easily via the wifi & cable.
I was able focus the entire image – it was much more crisp image all over.
The sound is ok but hook up a sound bar for a more immersive sound quality. You can turn it up to a good level using the inbuilt speaker. It is not a silent projector so the noise can be a bit distracting in quite scenes.
Overall good value for money.

This is a great projector for movie night. I’m really happy with the colours, and the HD resolution is sharp. The in-built speaker has a good volume and only shows distortion when turned up very, very loud. The projector looks smart and comes with a good quality bag and remote control. So far I’ve played back via HDMI and from a USB, and both work great.
The brightness is not bad. You’ll definitely want to turn the lights down (and shut the curtains if daytime), but it doesn’t require a pitch-black room to get a clear image like some smaller projectors do.
Did not expect the sound or picture quality of this. Daughter watched football on played her x-box on it connected her phone to it. Lots of fun was had on Christmas Day very happy with purchase. Did buy another cheaper brand as well sent back absolute rubbish. You won’t go wrong with this.

This projector produces a really clear, high quality image! Easy to set up. It’s a rainy day so we set up to show a movie on my living room wall.
In my case it is placed on the head frame of my bed and pointing at opposite wall over 2 meters away.
What I don’t like is the wireless. It works very well when you connect by HDMI and rest of wired connectors but when try to connect with WiFi and Bluetooth it doesn’t work for apple products as you can connect only to one wifi at the time so you are obligated to connect to the one from proyector and then you loose internet in Apple product if you are not with ethernet (exemple in iPad). Also I found that it works in my android device but you cannot stream for example Netflix.
Recommended because it works really well by HDMI
During winter Ive been trying to find activities for my family to do all together. However have been struggling, and this was a saver from heaven . I can not explain how obsessed my kids are with this thing. We set it up in the living room and now have a movie night every week and it’s just perfect to bring the whole family together. This is truly amazing – you get to transform the room into a lifelike cinema !! Great resolution of 1920 x 1080, great quality and brightness and super sharp. We tried this inside as the weather is not very conducive to sitting outside at the present time. It gave an impressive picture quality when projected onto our blank wall – not white but the picture was still good and quite colour true as well.
It is also great for sharing photos that are on a phone as everyone can ee them clearly at the same time.
I didn’t set this up but the more techie family members didn’t seem to have too much of an issue setting it all up and it only took a few minutes .
The projector works through wifi so connects with your phone or laptop or ipad without needing leads which is handy.

I think this is a fun gadget – it won’t change your life but is something that will be fun to use in summer outside and makes a small screen into a really large screen if you follow the instructions on the product page for setting it all up.
The item is well packaged inside it’s own protective bag, which can be used to transport the projector instead of packaging it back inside the box. I have to say that the bag itself is well made and a great addition.
Included in the bag is the projector, a remote, a power lead, remote, HDMI lead and a RCA adapter. As with other projectors the power lead is never long enough to reach from the plug socket up onto the table, so an extension lead may be required. Would have earned an extra star if the power cable was longer! Appreciate this won’t affect everyone, but something to be aware of.
The projection itself is clearer than the other projector I was able to review and watching a movie once the focus was adjusted was very clear. Don’t get me wrong, nothing will replace a decent 4K TV, but for that cinema like experience for the kids you can’t go wrong with this!
Set up is very easy and straightforward, but I would recommend a purchase of a cheap camera tripod if you don’t have a shelf conveniently placed. The projector has a rather limited keystone correction, and then only vertically, so you need to set the project up so that it is as close to perfectly perpendicular to your screen (or wall) as possible. If it’s not, you’ll get a slightly skewed image, and its difficult to get the focus perfect. It’s not a huge issue but may annoy some.
The other additional purchase you’ll need is a longer power cable. This projector uses a standard figure-8 power lead, so they’re easy to get hold of, but the supplied on is very very short. This coupled with the need to get the projection as lined up as you can means you’ll want a longer lead.
In use, it’s great. I’ve been using it with a chromecast ultra so I can watch Netflix or Amazon Prime movies on it, and also play games through Stadia. It won’t connect to to these services directly for some sort of copyright reason, so you’ll need to do something like this to be able to see them. You can also put files on a USB stick and plug it in directly and watch films like that, or connect a source into the HDMI ports. It even has a VGA port, if you’ve got something from the last century to connect.
Sound is ok, but not earth shattering. You can connect the projector to bluetooth, but I found an annoying lag when doing that and the image and sound did not match. Might be just my speaker of course. Connecting directly to a speaker with an aux lead worked perfectly however.
It powers on quickly, and while it makes noise in use it’s not distracting. It works best in darkened rooms of course, but has enough power to be usable in daylight. It comes in a rather nice case, which has enough space to put a few more leads that you might want to use as well.
This is a great projector for the money, and actually a pretty good projector full-stop. I’m really pleased with this, and I’m looking forward to the summer and having an back-garden movie night. Great stuff.

It took me all of 10 minutes to get it set up if that.
I plugged it in piped it on the table proped it up to the angle I needed it took the lense cap off and pressed on the power button.
When it first switches on it looks like a type of basic desktop menu you can use the remote or buttons on the projector to navigate around your options.
You can hook up your phone using screen mirroring so you can watch exactly what is on your phone.
But my preferred use for this is I plugged in my android TV box directly into the projector and it worked perfectly.
I can use this set up to use apps line netflix, video prime, disney+ and watch them all on the big screen its brilliant to set up a home movie night.
I dont have a projector screen but using it against a blank large wall on my living room.
The sound quality is perfect for the room can control the volume with the remote no additional soundbar needed.
The focus was easy to set up using a dial near the lense in the projector ita clearly labled.
When finished with the projector it all packs away quickly in a neat little Carry case to keep itnsafe and everything together.

This budget projector by DBPOWER offers a lot of features at a very attractive price — currently a little over one hundred pounds from Amazon. This 9000L model offers full HD 1080P so won’t give as sharp a picture as a 4K projector on the 300 inch virtual screen, but it has excellent connectivity so can be used with many different video sources. Featuring 2 HDMI ports, 2 USB ports, an AV port, a VGA port and a 3.5mm headphone jack, this projector can also be used with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, so there is not much — apart from SCART and Phono — that you won’t be able to connect to it. This is a compact unit that is easily transportable and as it includes a built-in stereo surround speaker system you won’t need to use additional audio components unless you choose to. If you are setting up a home cinema then you may want to choose something with a bit of a higher specification, but for every day purposes and portable use this DBPOWER model is excellent value at the current price and deserves five stars for features and build quality.
Movie nights have been upgraded, I already have a projector that I purchased so i’m used to the set up and run through of them but i must say this is a lot easier! You can plug the fire stick directly in to watch movies ect and even connecting to the phones takes a matter of seconds. The picture quality is really good, obviously the bigger the screen the better the image but we have just been projecting it onto the living room wall which works well but i cant wait to have it set up in the garden in summer watching the sports.
Pros:
– Basic picture quality is good. I get clear, colourful images projecting onto a wall that has a very subtle blue tint so a perfect white surface isn’t essential (although it would help)
– the light intensity is fairly good, I could watch a decent quality picture at night even though the room LED downlights were on
– The projector handles external Blu-ray machines and Amazon Firestick via the HDMI portal
– Sound quality from the built-in speakers is surprisingly OK at this price level
– connected to a Bluetooth speaker easily
– comes with a good carry case, power cable, remote control and HDMI lead (which was a surprise)
Cons:
– when using the limited Keystone adjuster, I found it hard to get 100% perfect focus from top to bottom of screen
– there’s no horizontal Keystone adjustment so the projector has to be centred
– there’s a very subtle sound delay when connected to an external Bluetooth speaker (I could live with it, I’ve seen worse at commercial cinemas, but others may find it annoying)
– it’s fairly noisy when operating, so you need to live with it or turn the sound volume up
Overall: despite some aspects showing the budget nature of the projector (e.g. the on-screen menu text is fairly wonky) the image quality and sound quality of this projector were both pleasant surprises. It’s not going to satisfy cinephiles, but at the 100 price point – I have to give it a fairly solid recommendation.
I had some other cheap projectors in the past, but usually, there’s always an issue with them.
This projector is really good for costing just 100. The image quality is good and it’s 1080p.
It’s fairly bright so I can watch movies even if isn’t completely dark, although obviously I still need to turn off lights to have a fairly dark room.
The audio is okay, not the best but it’s fine for watching sport or playing games. With movies, I use a soundbar to have better audio.
Having had a slightly lower level projector for a year or so, I wasn’t expecting too much from this one – my old one was very hazy around the edges and I just couldn’t get a crisp picture. I was pleasantly surprised! This is super easy to set up, either using a cable or mirroring (I set up mirroring from my iphone without looking at the instructions, although I am quite techy!) and has a really good picture all over. There’s facility to both focus the image, and to tilt slightly so that if you’re not presenting directly on the same level as the projector, you can ensure that you have a proper square.
For a basic projector, you really can’t go wrong with this. The sound is pretty good too, and the machine itself not too loud.
I’m quite impressed with this projector. It comes well prepared, even with useful storage zipper bag. Projector is good looking and has good weight to it. The large lense has covering cap to protect it from scratches when not in use.
I’ve tried it like 3-4 times, in dark room, for watching football, movie, using usb connection and hdmi cable. I used the screen mirroring with phone connection via usb cable and I watched videos on YouTube as well.
The picture is impressively good, colourful and the sharpness we can easily adjust. It comes with easy to use remote control, but some basic setting navigation buttons are also found on top of the projector.
I have strong tripod I decided to use for this projector. There is screw hole underneath the projector to connect it.
Projector is good thing, its portable and as long we have electric connection and our phone, we can watch something even outdoors in garden with neighbours when gets dark obviously (as long the house wall is plain and bright, it could work like that). I even have tall hedge so could put white sheets on it and use projector outdoors, like drive in cinema in USA 😉 it could be fun 🙂
Price is well set for this projector. I wanted one, but looked at cheaper one before which is not as good as this one so I’m even more happy now to have this, better quality projector.

I was particularly impressed with the picture quality as the colours come out great and it is sharp and clear with adjustable focus and keystone to ensure you get the best view possible.
The built in speaker sound quality is good and better than I expected as the volume can be turned up quite loud which is ideal so you do not have to connect a separate speaker.
The remote is great and super easy to use, I appreciate that it does not have too many buttons which makes it simple to navigate around the menu.
The projector has screen mirroring as well which is really cool as you can display exactly what is on your phone screen on to the projector.
To get the projector in position it has a screw slot underneath which can be used to prop it up on a table with the included screw stand to tilt it upwards or you can mount it on to a tripod as I did in my setup.
The provided case is really handy with Velcro fasteners which ensures the projector is secure and well protected as well as a compartment to the side of the case which fits in all the cables and makes it super convenient to store everything together safely when not in use or to travel with.
Overall, I am impressed with what you get for the price and it is great to watch movies or play games o
This is not a high-end projector by any stretch of the imagination but at the price (150) it’s remarkably fabulous.
I am a bit of a snob when it comes to tech and DBPower is not a brand I have had any awareness of but this is a great little projector if you can live with its limits.
1. You need a darkened room – a pretty dark one at that or blackout blinds.
2. Picture is okay but for social occasions when you have a gathering – does it matter – we have spent the last two evenings watching episodes 1 & 2 of Peter Jackson’s new Let it Be series on it with friends – don’t expect a stellar UHD experience but a decent image quality nonetheless.
3. Build is just okay – I am not sure of its longevity?
For the money though, wow!
I have it connected to a 2021 Apple TV and a Sony Bluetooth speaker and the bang per buck is awesome.
It won’t be out all of the time but for parties and gatherings, it will take pride of place.
How it could be improved – well if it was short-throw then this would be catapulted into the stratosphere!

It’s extremely universal as you can easily connect many devices using the different outlets, from HDMI, VGA, USB and you can even connect it to your phone via Bluetooth in screen share mode. It has an built in speaker which is loud and should be sufficient for a small room.
My only criticism is that the projector can get a bit noisy and can definitely be heard when the volume is low/off But it’s easy to use/install and it’s a fantastic all rounder at a very good price point, definitely great for home entertainment.

I thought I’d set it all up in advance and not being particularly technical I found it pretty easy. Very simple to connect to my home Wi-fi and you don’t need a screen as you can use it on any wall.
My husband likes to watch football and I don’t , so this is perfect, he can link up his phone via screen mirroring and watch in any room whilst I have the tv.
The sound is incredible and no sound bar needed.
Very happy with this projector and I know someone else that will be at Christmas too.
Its definetly one of the best projectors.

Super clear hd picture. Easy to connect it to phone and play film from a phone.
Comes in nice case for storage.
Screen is about 300 inch, so perfect for a large rooms.

Its worth to buy it for such a good price.
Projector comes with a carrying case in a well packaged box. It has many options to connect wired or wirelessly. I tried the wireless option by connecting my iPhone directly to the projector first, works fine. Then I connected projector to my router and used screen mirroring with iPhone and iPad both worked flawlessly. Image quality was very good and audio was okay. Device can connect to any Bluetooth speaker/headphones to have better audio, regular 3.5mm output can be used as well. You can basically use usb storage, devices via hdmi cable or wireless.
I used my beige painted wall in my room from 3m away and the colours were fine as well as the clarity. I guess projector curtain can give even better result even though it’s not necessary.
This is a perfect little projector for home.
The picture is very high-definition, and the volume of the playback is also very clear, which is a very good choice for home theater.
The projector caters for a variety of file sources, including screen mirroring from your Android or Apple phone. The screen mirroring worked okay on my iPhone but I noted that the projected image was a bit smaller then when I played a stream from a TV box via HDMI cable (there are 2 HDMI slots). Talking of HDMI, these slots work okay and you can attach your PC to it this way, but for some reason the manual says that the projector is not recommended for PPT, Excel or Word presentations which sadly rules it out as a small projector to carry with you for business.
The audio from the projector is okay for casual use but for a cinematic sound you will need to attach it to bigger speakers. Note that it doesn’t support Dolby. I found that the sound was good when attached to speakers via a physical link, but when I attached a Bluetooth speaker the sound was delayed slightly so that it was out of sync (see attached video). I couldn’t find a way to correct this which is a bit annoying, hence the 4 stars for the review. I would be interested if there is a way to fix this so I’ll need to do some research since Bluetooth speakers are the common way to play audio these days.
All in all, this is a good, capable mid-range projector and the only issue I had was syncing the sound when using a Bluetooth speaker.
Everything good here and as the title suggest you don’t have to look any further, very pleased with my purchase.
The projector arrived well packed, was easy to setup and great build quality. Everything needed came in the package.
Booting to the home screen takes about 5seconds after power-on.
Menu is very easy to follow with big icons..see my photo. Very responsive when using remote or the keys on projector.
Image is excellent in dim/dark environments, but surprisingly good in daylight as well. (See video for video quality, excuse the projector screen creasesdidn’t get chance to iron out the creases, kids couldn’t wait to watch on large screen!)
Sound quality is good enough for average room, we didn’t have to go above level 20 but can be increased upto 50. I did order an Soundbar to use with this projector but then cancelled the order as I was happy with the sound coming out this projector.
I bought a standard 100″ projector screen from Amazon for 13, it does the job at the moment. But I may increase size after home redecorate.
Also, in the box you get good size HDMI cable, Remote, Other Audio/Video cables etc
But very happy with projector and would recommend it to family and friends.
