I love this tape and has transformed my wardrobe as I can now wear backless pieces! My top tip is the tape stretches a lot more than expected so you don’t need to cut as long a strip as you think. The nipple covers have come in super handy too! I’ll definitely be buying this again! Great value for money and speedy delivery!
Strapless bras never seem to stay in place for me, so this was a good alternative. I used the test patch first and nothing happened so I proceeded in wearing it. I’ve used it twice now and have not had a problem. The second time was definitely a better attempt, so it will take a bit of practice to achieve a desired look.
I did not have a skin reaction.
They also offer a full refund is you do have a reaction. I do recommend using the tester for the suggested amount of time and no shorter to be sure it is safe for you.
Very good tape. I used it as boob tape as I have a larger bust. It is the best boob tape I’ve used and sticks very well. Only not so great thing when is removing the tape (which is normal). But they give you nipple covers and it’s very good. Just be very careful when removing and gentle. Would definitely buy again.
Takes a couple practice goes. If you want to practice a bit before the big day I would recommend buying two! 32C and kept them up and shaped for the whole day including a LOT of dancing.
Fast delivery, it comes with a patch test so in case you’ve got sensitive skin, you can test it out. It has pictures at the front of the box to show you different ways to tape your boobs.
I used this for the first time as I had bought a halter neck dress for a wedding and could not find a suitable bra. I am an E cup so was a little dubious about it but the body tape did the job perfectly. It was fairly easy to use and stayed put all day (10am – 1am). Very pleased with this product and bought more recently to use with a bridesmaids dress as I actually found it a better option to strapless bras.
I usually buy this from a different brand but it’s really expensive so thought I’d try this one. It does the job the exact same. You need to be careful with your placement as once it’s stuck you can’t move it, you need to take it off and cut a new strip. Also be careful with going over your nipples, this is SUPER sore when taking off. All round it’s a good product, boobs stay in place all night. Would buy again.
This item has got a five star review but be warned that getting the tape off after wearing it all day & evening for a wedding proved extremely difficult and very pain full even after using all the tips they provide for removal.
I have trouble finding things to fit over my breast, for a lifted or push as G cups on skinny woman isn’t a thing. This worked for it it didn’t take much and it held up till I took it off that night. I would 100% recommend this and if you have sensitive skin you should be ok as I do and I was find. They give you 2 test patches
For reference I am a c cup so cant attest to how they’d hold up on those bigger myself, but for my size it was absolutely brilliant! Applied first time wear at around 6am for a wedding, lasted well into the evening around 1am! Did have to adjust a little at around 6-7pm due to the dance floor duties but still stayed put! Free nipple covers that can be reused are a bonus too. Used half a dozen times now with no irritation after, I’d possibly say be careful if you have more sensitive skin as the adhesive is obviously quite strong!
i wore titty tape on the hottest days we’ve had so far and it held the girls up very well, no irritation, just make sure you put it on when you are completely dry from showering/moisturising ect.
i like that it came with nipple covers and instructions on how to position the tape for certain looks or tops you’re wearing to conceal and get the best results. it was very helpful especially as it was my first time doing so
This product surprised me at how amazingly it worked. It took me a couple of goes to get the desired loft for my outfit but once I did it stayed in place nearly all night. It does however lose sticky Ness with sweat so if you’re on a hot dance floor prepare for the tape to loosen.
First time I’ve ever used tape, so used with some trepidation! I was pleasantly surprised. After a bit of practise to get the tape in the right position before pulling the backing off, I found the tape to be OK. The adhesion and stretch were good, it stayed in place all day. I did worry it might peel off, but it was fine.
Really uplifted my bosoms (34GG). Will advice not to keep the tape on for too long, might irritate your skin. Also don’t yank it off on dry skin otherwise you’ll rip your skin like I did on my birthday when I had enough of the irritation after I kept the tape on for nearly the whole day. The day was quite hot as well
It is probably better to get someone who knows what they are doing to fit the tape, especially in awkward places. There is a knack to it. Sometimes it seems to make a big difference, sometimes very little, which could be down to the user. The product is good as long as it is used properly.
I bought a 3pack on sale, I usually use the original KT tape but I wanted something cheaper because I have chronic pain and I use alot of this product. It sticks well and is adhesive enough however it is really uncomfortable to take off- cannot remove unless you’re using running water and even when i remove under running water it still leaves traces of the adhesive and even some of the tape’s “fiber?” for lack of a better word, so like strings of tape still left on your arms.
Ordered some other tape before this and it was rubbish and wouldn’t stick properly so ordered this. And it is perfect, great support, stays put. Like having a new knee. Very happy and will be ordering again.
I didn’t believe in these K Tapes but Abso AMAZING relief for my planter fasciitis straight away once I applied with with some YouTube instructions. Haven’t even finished one tube from the 3 pack and have bought another 3 pack!

This is an amazing product I use it for support and pain relief for a bad ankle. I find that the pain reduces to the point I can cope without pain killers and find that when applied properly it will last a few days before needing to be replaced.

I have been using the product for nearly 2 years for my ankles in football and it gives me all the support I need. If any other injuries arise I use this sam tape and it does the trick. It’s now become part and place of the household medical kit and my girls use it for sports and general injuries.
Absolutely delighted with this tape. Used it for 2 muscle injuries so far and it’s worked perfectly. No skin reactions at all and I am quite an allergic person. It is VERY adhesive though, so I’d definitely recommend taking it off in the bath/shower.
This tape has really helped to ease knee and shoulder pain. Applied as suggested on the leaflet in the box, the tape made both my knee and my daughters shoulder feel more stable and supported. The tape stayed on very well for a couple of days, the adhesion was very good and pre cut tapes very handy and time saving.

I don’t use KT tape for sport, I bind with it (Trans man here). This is my go to tape as it’s really strong and durable, would recommend to other ftm gentlemen who need a trusty tape! I do recommend shaving though before as this is some TOUGH tape!
Great support. Used straight away for a run and it really helped. Great adhesive too, a little rub to get it to stick but even after a long soak in the bath it wasn’t going to budge. Definitely will last a few days if you want it to. Will be purchasing this again. Great value for money!
Very impressed with this tape, adhesion was superb. Showered every day sometimes 2 or 3 times per day and the tape did not shift.

Good value tape, great support,It is easy to apply and peel off.I used it in conjunction with other products and physio so I can’t say just one thing helped.
Being pre cut is great as you don’t need scissors, however, the adhesive is ok but not great. Says you can wear the tape for approx 3 days but as it’s on my foot it’s not great after I’ve had a shower as the ends start to peel back slightly. Other than that I have no problems with the product.
I heard about this product from our chemist for tennis elbow and thought I would try it for my wife.
Constantly in pain, it was worth a shot. I had no knowledge of how to use it but knew that its to help with strains.
Best thing to do is go on Youtube and look at videos from trained people. There are some really good ones.
You take a strip and tear a section at the top and bottom.
Next thing is to peel away the backing strip as you place it on arm and stick it down lightly as you move along the arm.
You may need to create a bend to follow the shape of arm and may need more than one strip per application.
Its not easy to do initially as you also need the correct tension set as you place it on skin.
Definitely watch videos unless you know what you are doing.
You can shower with them on and they stick really well, lasting about 4 or 5 days.
They are good and seemed to have helped with the painful arm which may or not have been tennis elbow.

I think it is great. Been using a while for my plantar fasciitis not sure though it is making things better, but it didn’t get worse so I guess that’s a win in some ways.
Precuts are good for people learning how to tape or if you just want a quick tape. It sticks really well and it’s really stretchy, almost a bit stretchier than I’d like but it does the job
So good but don’t try to pull it off it really will remove your skin. I have the scar to prove it. If you want to remove it soak in 38 deg plus water. But really does work. Wouldn’t recommend for sensitive skin.
I bought this a while ago but had not needed it until yesterday. I finished off another company’s tape then used this in addition. The difference is huge.
This tape:
– sticks well but repositions easily
– it is a good quality thickness
– has the right stretch to give support and does not twist at the edges when you apply it fully stretched
– it has pre-cut portions which are ideal for most uses and makes life much easier
– when you do have to cut it, it is still easy as there are guide line
– a big bonus for me with my chilblained fingers is that the tape is simple to peel from the backing unlike the others which I have used
– not sure about the colour but it is the blue most people recognise!
I am strapped up now for my plantar fasciitis and the pain is less plus the tape is comfortable.

In November 2019 (4 months ago) I was diagnosed with Patella tendonitis and then some other tendon damage. I have not run since diagnosis. I shaved my leg to get good adhesion, watched a youtube video on how to apply (two strips horizontal 100% stretch. Two down and round 50-25% stretch. It worked a treat and I made it round
Easy to apply and immediate pain relief. Able to walk pain free with perineal tendinitis. Found it easy to remove while having a bath. I have sensitive skin but have had no reaction to this tape.
Really easy to use, and kept on place for 3 days until started to peel on the edges, it’s my first time using tape, so I didn’t know how to prepare my skin properly before applying, but I really liked this one, definitely getting more in the future
It works like a miracle up to a distance. I then had pain from 3.5km onwards. It doesn’t treat cause, just symptoms. Shaved my knees to apply. Look like an idiot but did set a PB!
I have longe suffered with a knee issue from an old cycling accident, I have tried a lot other tapes which all help to relieve some of the occasional pains however this one is a step above the rest. For a start this one comes precut so don’t have to mess around with scissors trying to cut strips off. The adhesion quality is also really good, I have worn this stuff when swimming and it still remains firmly in place. The actual stretch within the tape is very good and still allows you to have full movement. Other tapes I have tried are sometimes stiff and cause more harm than good however this isn’t true for this one. Also good to see that they have included 3 tapes rather than having to buy individual roles as I get through this stuff rather quickly! Overall a great product and recommending to friends and family who also suffer with sporting/joint injuries.
Been using Kinesio tape for a long standing shoulder issue. Found this easy to apply, love the pre cut sections on the strips. It is solid, secure and didn’t cause any irritation or sweating. Not a brand I have used before but will certainly use agai
I have used many types of K tape over the years and ordered this one quickly as I had run out and needed some the next day! This is one of the best ones I have ever had! Even compared to the big brands. Sticks well, Survives the shower, and is string and supportive! It’s a nice big chunky roll too!
I wasnt sure at first how a tape can help but recommended by a friend I had went for it. I play football couple of times a week and nearly 40 so ankle sprains are very common but this helped me massively as it gives me the extra support my ankles needed. I dont play without these anymore as they gives that extra secure feeling when playing and help with twists ankle injuries that I used to get very often but not anymore. Defo worth a go if people are thinking of giving a shot.
Used this for my Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis. Easy to use as they are pre cut strips. Adhesive is good while giving enough support. 3 roll pack so good value. Would purchase again.
A good quantity for price and rapid delivery. However after second day the adhesive or something else iritated the skin, I do not usually have this problem. So eventually I stopped using the product.
This is not as good as the PROWORKS KT Tape BUT it does the trick and is exeptionally good value and the pre-cut strips do make it easier. I think it is a lighter tape and seems more flexible and it does the trick. I haven’t found it as supportive as the other tape but is a good product nonetheless and will buy again but thei will last quite a time
The other week I went to see a chiropractor about my back, major pain and discomfort down my right hand side. After much poking and prodding and some rather weird cracking sounds he then prodecided to say ‘I am going to tape you’!
Whatcha talkin bout Willis? He pulled out this black tape and proceed to apply it slightly offset from the base of my spine up to my shoulder, there leave that on for a few days and you will notice a difference……..Yeah right I thought.
Little did I know, the tape helped prevent the muscles from going back to a state of tension thus helping reduce my back pain.
Really wanted to replicate this once the tape had been removed. Found this stuff on Amazon and thought why not give it a try, wow just as good as the product the professional chiropractor used.
Don’t get me wrong it’s not an instant fix you still need to stretch and revit the professionals from time to time depending on your condition however its a great product in helping reduce discomfort and helping recovery, well recommended.
Picked up shoulder injury and was not able to train due to discomfort, put Deilin Kinesiology Tape on with the help of pdf to stabilise my shoulder and was able to train without any discomfort! Tape stuck well even after hour of being in the water! Highly recommend this!
It is not the first time when I’m using this k-tapes and I’m happy to find them here as well. They are very effective and resistant to moisture . The precut ones are very handy as I don’t need to carry a scissor with me and the size it’s just the right one .
I’ve been really pleased with the product and impressed how long it has lasted each time even with showering — generally it lasts approx. 3-4days if not soaked (ie. bath or pool).
I’m also gratefully for the information supplied (on how to apply it to various muscles) which was very useful.

Pretty impressed by this K-Tape. It’s pre-cut so you don’t need to faff about shaping the ends. It’s stretchy, and it stays stuck. First time I used it was on a wet 14.5mile run – it stayed on perfectly and then stayed on through 3 showers and another short run. I’m more worried about taking it off rather than it coming loose. The first 2 times I peeled it off (wet, in the shower) it was really painful, so I’ve shaved the area now & it’s less painful when removing.
My son bought this tape to support his wrists and his back whilst boxing, they work really well. He sweats a lot and the DK tape stays in place. Having it pre cut saves a lot of waste, just the right size for him. I’ve used some to help support my back and as another user said my time between visits has gone from days to a couple of weeks.
Instructions are very clear to understand.

Wonderful product for athletes.. i have tried the kinesiology tape from dailin on my calf sprain. The directions given with how to use it are really easy. I am surprisingly satisfied with the tape adhesive quality and how comfortable i felt immediately after applying it. As a rugby player with a re-occurring shoulder injury, I go through so much tape to ensure I keep my injuries secure and safe. Great product. Gave same support as the one the physio used. And at a fraction of the cost of the high Street stores for double the amount. Highly recommended. And stayed stuck on for days before I decided to change it. Even stayed on when soaked with water.
I suffer from hypermobile joints, so strapping this around my knee and ankle helped loads in giving strength to where they’re unstable. The adhesive lasted about three days for me, which is good- I could have a rest day and then strap up again if I needed to. There’s plenty of guides online for any kind of taping that you’d need so it’s super easy to use. The package came on time and with a useful beginner guide
I change the tape about every other day depending on what I am doing. But it helps so much for my arthritis. I put it around my wrist and also between my thumb and index finger and the pain is gone. There are times I forget about putting the tape on and I can’t figure out why I have pain. Put the tape on and its find after a few minutes.
I have been using Kinesiology tape for a while now for an injury to my knee, and this tape is the best I’ve found! Love that it’s precut so it’s quick and easy to apply anywhere.. it also stays put and comes with a lovely guide in print but also a fab E-Guide which is easy to follow and very informative. I highly recommend thus product and I for one will not be buying anything but this from now on!
Great product and does what it says. The price is reasonable. The reason for one star less is difficulties while removing a paper sticker from the middle of the tape.
I was dubious with the price being so low compared to others but don’t let the bargain price put you of, looks and feels great and does the job well. There is a useful chart included for applications as well as an e book, and if that’s not enough there’s plenty videos online to help. I will be back for more when needed and recommend to friends.

Great tape. I was advised to start taping as I work to improve the strength in my knee after an injury, I was a little worried as I have sensitive skin but this doesn’t irritate at all. It feels strong but doesn’t hurt to pull off or adjust.
The tape is strongly adhesive hence provides a lasting support during the exercise. I have used it on the hamstring which I pulled few weeks back and I am able to run with minimal pain once I started using this product.
I currently have the tape on my right ankle to give some protection after I sprained it late last week. I have had the tape on for 24 hrs now, and it is still in place! Amazing, no rolling or fraying round the edges, and my husband found it very easy to apply. It has withstood the application ice packs, and being in bed all night and hasn’t shifted at all. It is so comfortable that I forget it’s there.
The DEILIN Elastic Therapeutic Tape is easily applied to my knee area and is effective for at least 5 days as I shower daily. My walking is less labored as the tape is very supportive. The pre-cut tape is allows me to more quickly apply the tape. All in all I suggest this brand to friends.

I got this tape because I injured my calf muscles when running. It is very good and does the job perfectly with no issues. It stays on for days without peeling off even when wet, i.e showering, running in the rain etc. Good price as well I even looked around at other tapes that I could buy.
I was looking to order some k tape at a price cheaper than what my physiotherapist sells it for and i was a little worried that I wouldn’t be able to find the quality and adhesion I need amongst the sellers on Amazon. I am so glad I went for this one – adhesion is superb and the quality seems great. Handy gridlines on the back of the tape for cutting and measuring too. I couldn’t be more pleased – highly recommended. Comes with a little card giving you some instructions if you need it too.
I would totally recommend this tape. I bought it for my daughter who has a knee injury. It has survived a full day at school, plus a 2h gruelling swimming training session, and it is still staying on. I have never seen any other tape perform like this. I just bought one roll to start with to try it out, and I will definitely be buying bigger packs in the future. Very impressed.
After throwing my knee out cycling, I decided that it was time to (finally) try kinesiology tape. I have considered it for multiple injuries in the past, but never actually tried – I regret that now! This tape has good adhesion, a good picture guide for application and length indicators on the back so you can cut the same amount each time. When applying the tape using the guide it gives good support. I can’t comment on long term results – but the additional support has already made my knee feel less tense and lessened my pain.

Used this tape to support a healing shoulder dislocation. It worked perfectly and stayed in place for 2/3 days at a time.

Absolutely delighted with this tape. Used it for 2 muscle injuries so far and it’s worked perfectly. No skin reactions at all and I am quite an allergic person. It is VERY adhesive though, so I’d definitely recommend taking it off in the bath/shower.
This tape has really helped to ease knee and shoulder pain. Applied as suggested on the leaflet in the box, the tape made both my knee and my daughters shoulder feel more stable and supported. The tape stayed on very well for a couple of days, the adhesion was very good and pre cut tapes very handy and time saving.
The discomfort we were experiencing eased significant with the tape.

Super speedy delivery, love the way the strips are perforated so I don’t need to carry scissors, great adhesion but does not irritate the skin. Would definitely order again and will be soon.
I don’t use KT tape for sport, I bind with it (Trans man here). This is my go to tape as it’s really strong and durable, would recommend to other ftm gentlemen who need a trusty tape! I do recommend shaving though before as this is some TOUGH tape!
Great support. Used straight away for a run and it really helped. Great adhesive too, a little rub to get it to stick but even after a long soak in the bath it wasn’t going to budge. Definitely will last a few days if you want it to. Will be purchasing this again. Great value for money!

Very impressed with this tape, adhesion was superb. Showered every day sometimes 2 or 3 times per day and the tape did not shift.

Brilliant!! advised to use this product by professionals. It works really well, giving support & sticks to skin, no issues.
Being pre cut is great as you don’t need scissors, however, the adhesive is ok but not great. Says you can wear the tape for approx 3 days but as it’s on my foot it’s not great after I’ve had a shower as the ends start to peel back slightly. Other than that I have no problems with the product.

I heard about this product from our chemist for tennis elbow and thought I would try it for my wife.
Constantly in pain, it was worth a shot. I had no knowledge of how to use it but knew that its to help with strains.
Best thing to do is go on Youtube and look at videos from trained people. There are some really good ones.
You take a strip and tear a section at the top and bottom.
Next thing is to peel away the backing strip as you place it on arm and stick it down lightly as you move along the arm.
You may need to create a bend to follow the shape of arm and may need more than one strip per application.
Its not easy to do initially as you also need the correct tension set as you place it on skin.
Definitely watch videos unless you know what you are doing.
You can shower with them on and they stick really well, lasting about 4 or 5 days.
They are good and seemed to have helped with the painful arm which may or not have been tennis elbow.

I think it is great. Been using a while for my plantar fasciitis not sure though it is making things better, but it didn’t get worse so I guess that’s a win in some ways.
Precuts are good for people learning how to tape or if you just want a quick tape. It sticks really well and it’s really stretchy, almost a bit stretchier than I’d like but it does the job
So good but don’t try to pull it off it really will remove your skin. I have the scar to prove it. If you want to remove it soak in 38 deg plus water. But really does work. Wouldn’t recommend for sensitive skin.
I bought this a while ago but had not needed it until yesterday. I finished off another company’s tape then used this in addition. The difference is huge.
This tape:
– sticks well but repositions easily
– it is a good quality thickness
– has the right stretch to give support and does not twist at the edges when you apply it fully stretched
– it has pre-cut portions which are ideal for most uses and makes life much easier
– when you do have to cut it, it is still easy as there are guide line
– a big bonus for me with my chilblained fingers is that the tape is simple to peel from the backing unlike the others which I have used
– not sure about the colour but it is the blue most people recognise!
I am strapped up now for my plantar fasciitis and the pain is less plus the tape is comfortable.

Easy to apply and immediate pain relief. Able to walk pain free with perineal tendinitis. Found it easy to remove while having a bath. I have sensitive skin but have had no reaction to this tape.
It works like a miracle up to a distance. I then had pain from 3.5km onwards. It doesn’t treat cause, just symptoms. Shaved my knees to apply. Look like an idiot but did set a PB!
I have used many types of K tape over the years and ordered this one quickly as I had run out and needed some the next day! This is one of the best ones I have ever had! Even compared to the big brands. Sticks well, Survives the shower, and is string and supportive! It’s a nice big chunky roll too!
I wasnt sure at first how a tape can help but recommended by a friend I had went for it. I play football couple of times a week and nearly 40 so ankle sprains are very common but this helped me massively as it gives me the extra support my ankles needed. I dont play without these anymore as they gives that extra secure feeling when playing and help with twists ankle injuries that I used to get very often but not anymore. Defo worth a go if people are thinking of giving a shot.
Used this for my Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis. Easy to use as they are pre cut strips. Adhesive is good while giving enough support. 3 roll pack so good value. Would purchase again.
A good quantity for price and rapid delivery. However after second day the adhesive or something else iritated the skin, I do not usually have this problem. So eventually I stopped using the product.
This is not as good as the PROWORKS KT Tape BUT it does the trick and is exeptionally good value and the pre-cut strips do make it easier. I think it is a lighter tape and seems more flexible and it does the trick. I haven’t found it as supportive as the other tape but is a good product nonetheless and will buy again but thei will last quite a time
The other week I went to see a chiropractor about my back, major pain and discomfort down my right hand side. After much poking and prodding and some rather weird cracking sounds he then prodecided to say ‘I am going to tape you’!
Whatcha talkin bout Willis? He pulled out this black tape and proceed to apply it slightly offset from the base of my spine up to my shoulder, there leave that on for a few days and you will notice a difference……..Yeah right I thought.
Little did I know, the tape helped prevent the muscles from going back to a state of tension thus helping reduce my back pain.
Really wanted to replicate this once the tape had been removed. Found this stuff on Amazon and thought why not give it a try, wow just as good as the product the professional chiropractor used.
Don’t get me wrong it’s not an instant fix you still need to stretch and revit the professionals from time to time depending on your condition however its a great product in helping reduce discomfort and helping recovery, well recommended.
Picked up shoulder injury and was not able to train due to discomfort, put Deilin Kinesiology Tape on with the help of pdf to stabilise my shoulder and was able to train without any discomfort! Tape stuck well even after hour of being in the water! Highly recommend this!
It is not the first time when I’m using this k-tapes and I’m happy to find them here as well. They are very effective and resistant to moisture . The precut ones are very handy as I don’t need to carry a scissor with me and the size it’s just the right one .

I’ve been really pleased with the product and impressed how long it has lasted each time even with showering — generally it lasts approx. 3-4days if not soaked (ie. bath or pool).
I’m also gratefully for the information supplied (on how to apply it to various muscles) which was very useful.

Very good tape! I am using it for tennis elbow and it definitely works. The tape is very durable and I had no allergic reaction whatsoever to it. I am very happy with this purchase and I definitely recommend it.
Pretty impressed by this K-Tape. It’s pre-cut so you don’t need to faff about shaping the ends. It’s stretchy, and it stays stuck. First time I used it was on a wet 14.5mile run – it stayed on perfectly and then stayed on through 3 showers and another short run. I’m more worried about taking it off rather than it coming loose. The first 2 times I peeled it off (wet, in the shower) it was really painful, so I’ve shaved the area now & it’s less painful when removing.
Instructions are very clear to understand.

Wonderful product for athletes.. i have tried the kinesiology tape from dailin on my calf sprain. The directions given with how to use it are really easy. I am surprisingly satisfied with the tape adhesive quality and how comfortable i felt immediately after applying it. As a rugby player with a re-occurring shoulder injury, I go through so much tape to ensure I keep my injuries secure and safe. This tape is so easy to apply being pre-cut, long lasting and the little guide to apply to different areas for different issues opened up a whole new area for myself and my team to support.

I suffer from hypermobile joints, so strapping this around my knee and ankle helped loads in giving strength to where they’re unstable. The adhesive lasted about three days for me, which is good- I could have a rest day and then strap up again if I needed to. There’s plenty of guides online for any kind of taping that you’d need so it’s super easy to use. The package came on time and with a useful beginner guide
I change the tape about every other day depending on what I am doing. But it helps so much for my arthritis. I put it around my wrist and also between my thumb and index finger and the pain is gone. There are times I forget about putting the tape on and I can’t figure out why I have pain. Put the tape on and its find after a few minutes.
I have been using Kinesiology tape for a while now for an injury to my knee, and this tape is the best I’ve found! Love that it’s precut so it’s quick and easy to apply anywhere.. it also stays put and comes with a lovely guide in print but also a fab E-Guide which is easy to follow and very informative. I highly recommend thus product and I for one will not be buying anything but this from now on!
Great product and does what it says. The price is reasonable. The reason for one star less is difficulties while removing a paper sticker from the middle of the tape.
I was dubious with the price being so low compared to others but don’t let the bargain price put you of, looks and feels great and does the job well. There is a useful chart included for applications as well as an e book, and if that’s not enough there’s plenty videos online to help. I will be back for more when needed and recommend to friends.

Great tape. I was advised to start taping as I work to improve the strength in my knee after an injury, I was a little worried as I have sensitive skin but this doesn’t irritate at all. It feels strong but doesn’t hurt to pull off or adjust.

The tape is strongly adhesive hence provides a lasting support during the exercise. I have used it on the hamstring which I pulled few weeks back and I am able to run with minimal pain once I started using this product.
The DEILIN Elastic Therapeutic Tape is easily applied to my knee area and is effective for at least 5 days as I shower daily. My walking is less labored as the tape is very supportive. The pre-cut tape is allows me to more quickly apply the tape. All in all I suggest this brand to friends.

I got this tape because I injured my calf muscles when running. It is very good and does the job perfectly with no issues. It stays on for days without peeling off even when wet, i.e showering, running in the rain etc. Good price as well I even looked around at other tapes that I could buy.

I was looking to order some k tape at a price cheaper than what my physiotherapist sells it for and i was a little worried that I wouldn’t be able to find the quality and adhesion I need amongst the sellers on Amazon. I am so glad I went for this one – adhesion is superb and the quality seems great. Handy gridlines on the back of the tape for cutting and measuring too. I couldn’t be more pleased – highly recommended. Comes with a little card giving you some instructions if you need it too.
I would totally recommend this tape. I bought it for my daughter who has a knee injury. It has survived a full day at school, plus a 2h gruelling swimming training session, and it is still staying on. I have never seen any other tape perform like this. I just bought one roll to start with to try it out, and I will definitely be buying bigger packs in the future. Very impressed.
