Bought this for a flat with an open plan lounge kitchen. Puts out enough heat for the whole room and the timer function is a lot easier to programm than some other models, so able to have the room warm by the time we get home
First delivery they accidentally sent wrong colour but not an issue was swapped out quickly and hassle free.
Gives off decent heat and can be programmed as well as just left to tick over at a certain temperature. Mounted on the wall easily and also comes with wheels for floor.
Bought for cellar, stylish and good quality for price and heats the room very quickly. Auto features are good too.
The heater functions fine in manual mode, that is just switching it on or off and adjusting the thermostat. However, I found it impossible to set the clock and therefore I’m unable to use the timer. As it is used as a supplement and/or backup to the normal central heating I will continue to use it but would not buy another.
Been running this since start of November and it has been fine for what we need which was to take the chill off our hallway. Normally have the thermosat set to 18 and run it on half power eco mode and only on the coldest of days (-8) has it struggled.
I like the size, it’s easy to install and program the 7 day timer. The led display is very bright and clear and I also like that it displays the actual temperature.
The one thing we all dislike is the loud “BEEP.” It’s not an issue when manually changing things but when it switches on via the timer it’s enough to wake people and pets. Ours is set to come on between 4 & 6 in the morning and unfortunately if the loud “BEEP” doesn’t wake us or the kids up at 4:00 then it wakes the dogs who soon do.
Lovley heater, not expensive to run gives a good heat out, love it.
Not sure what the 1 star review is all about? There’s a simple to follow book of instructions. If you just want heat controlled by a thermostat it’s a 2 second job to set up.
I have the 2kw model in a log cabin which is 16 m2 and the heat output is really impressive.
For the money its perfect for heating a room or outbuilding.
Definitely recommended.
This heater provides safe controllable heating having a very good digital display highlighting all information on your settings.
Good size and heat output, the instructions can be a bit complicated to understand, it comes pre set to auto mode which will switch off the heater after a couple of seconds so you need to change it to manual mode, once done select the desired temperature and heat setting ‘Low or High’ and your done the heater will maintain the desired set temperature.
The only thing that stops it from getting 5 stars is its not good when using a smart plug, as as soon as the plug is switched off the heater resets it self so when you switch the smart plug back on you will also have to manually switch the heater on again, this is frustrating as you may think the heater is on but it’s not.
If you want to control a heater using a smart plug this heater is not for you, if you want a decent heater that maintains the set room temperature then this is great.
This is a slimline heater that arrived quickly and was well packaged. There is the option of click-on feet on rollers, which took just a few seconds to put on, or to mount it on a wall, which is straightforward and screws supplied.
The heater works on a timer which can be set daily or in a weekly function. In weekly function the timer has to be set individually for each day. It can be programmed to come on and go off four times each day. So, setting it weekly can be a bit laborious, because of the number of setting input, each accompanied by an annoyingly loud beep! The instructions aren’t the clearest and so I recommend studying them a bit before starting to programme it.
For me the largest drawback is the single temperature setting in the programme. Although this can be adjusted manually when in a room, there is only one target temperature so it cannot be programmed with a maximum and a minimum. If the room temperature drops a bit whilst the heater is off, it takes quite a while to bring it back up to temperature. The heater is virtually silent but a bit slow. The instructions are quite complex and the blue digital panel is quite tough to read in strong daylight.
There is also a Hi and Low power mode, but the instructions don’t really give any guidance on their usage.
Heater is OK though and less expensive than other similar looking models.
